005quorum i'll call to order this meeting of the pelham school committee at 6 22. the only item on the agenda is the superintendent evaluation um the summary of the results and the memo to the superintendent was circulated um so this obviously was done a little bit differently this year because everything about this year was just really different um so i guess just for other um committee members any questions comments concerns about the memo or voting on it or anything at all questions comments concerns about the the memo or voting on it or okay sarah bess is good ron if you would like to speak give a thumbs up and we'll unmute you and you can and click on say that one more time around should i just leave the meeting it's a meeting if you
006leave we don't have a program we can't meet a meeting my advice is if ron is okay voting without commenting you know he can indicate that uh with a thumbs up if he wants to speak we can figure out an alternate method of calling in okay so ron is giving the thumbs up um okay great so i i guess the only thing i will say is you really stepped up and that is reflected in all of the evaluations um proficient is seen as as you know very good that is really good um and you were more than proficient in many areas um obviously the progress on various things had less meaning for a lot of reasons um but i think what really came across in the various ratings and in the written comments was just
007a huge amount of confidence in your ability to deal with year-to-year things that need to happen for student learning but also just in a crisis knowing what to prioritize and when how to communicate about it and how to you know connect the right people the right committees um there were a lot of comments about people feeling lucky to have you as the leader of the district um and during a time when there's a complete crisis of leadership in many areas that really means a lot um so thank you and i know that this does not mean you get to just like put your feet up and phone it in like this is you still this is not like um but it was noticed and it matters and thank you uh would anyone like to sorry
