our high school. Um that company that company uh is grant funded and they will be coming in to work with our ninth grade learners um for four sessions of beefing up their study skills. They take them through module that is kind of dictated towards them being just a better student, being more prepared to study, to study habits, things of that nature. And we also just talked about our upcoming PD day for the 27th. >> I think that was only committee finance. >> Yes, the just letting the general public know that um was provided an update of the capital fund project for um their path and we continue to build and get it ready. um letting them know that we are being provided with the financial uh information on that project. So I have >> I

think that was only for minutes. Uh any well anything from legislator update you didn't get that uh buildings and grounds nothing students. Evening everyone. >> Um, students and administrators from St. High School in Wales visited Cescalon Township High School for an international exchange. The visit was allowed both the visit allowed both schools to share ideas about education, culture, and student leadership while connecting the school community and promoting global collaboration and cultural exchange. Really fun time. The visit was supported by the Capital Area Intermediate Unit, which helped coordinate the international exchange. After the school day, students continued connecting through activities like visiting the Coliseum Arcade and sharing a meal at Fudruckers. These experiences outside the classroom helped everyone relax, explore the local community, and build friendships with visiting students from Wales. I just want to thank

um Dr. Willis for the opportunity again cuz I was some of the um I was a part of the group who was shadowed for those few days and we had a really great time and it was great having an international experience like that >> and all the student represent our district very well. So thank you. >> Thank you Dr. Willis. >> And then continuing the high school the inspiring teacher conference brought together educators and leaders to share ideas and strategies that support student success. The event emphasized collaboration, classroom innovation, and the importance of strong teacher teacher student relationships. Next, Thomas Holzman recently recognized several outstanding members of our community, including Miss Alexander as educator of the month, Apollo and Rosian Rosen as students of the month, and the Windows family as our celebrating families recipients.

Students who showed sore expectations earned chances to pie a teacher or administrator. The event ended with a Matthew Jeopardy game where winners got to pie staff in the face. Seems like a great time. >> I'm sorry. Is the uh you have to put >> um on Friday it's at 7. Saturday I believe it's at 72. And then Sunday it's 2 or 3 o' I'm actually going over that in my appointment as well. So I'll have that. >> Thank you guys. area college report tax collection report is there anything county technical school >> uh Mr. President, I will have a large report next meeting. Actually,

the second meeting in April. >> Okay. >> I will be combining a few. >> Okay. >> Other county text, that's your Cavalary Intermediate Unit. >> Uh went to the meeting on February 26 and we discussed the uh strategic plan for 2427. We're in the middle of that and so right now we're looking at 2526 and their goal is to become an innovative provider of special education services and to be a support to the 24 districts that are members of the capital. >> Okay. >> So >> uh board commission superintendent >> yes I have a brief report Mr. draws. Um hopefully it shows link. Is it showing? Hold on. There we are. All right. So, uh this report um that I have first up is our high school musical, Mr. Johnson. Um they will be performing

at 700 p.m. and then at two on um Friday on Friday and Saturday and then there was a 2 o'clock show on Sunday. So again, please come out and support our performers um at the high school. Also, we want to just share some highlights from our sports teams, our athletic teams. We're very proud of our girls basketball team. They made it to the Elite 8 and um that is the first time in again 45 years. uh we know that they already won their division um championship and so we're very proud of them and as a district we will be recognizing them in an upcoming board meeting. So for all of their hard work we also appreciate the coaching staff as well. also have um a student who meddled at the state level for uh swimming.

Uh Leo Patassi uh placed eighth for the boys 100yard freestyle and sixth for the 50 yard freestyle. Again, grateful to those young people who continue to work hard to make it to the state level. So, eighth in the state in one area and sixth in the state in another area. So, congratulations to Leo. Also, we have a number of mid pin recognitions in the district. Basketball, swimming. Um, for the boys basketball, Mai Slappy made first team. Uh, Jakai Sloan made third team. For, um, our girls basketball, Ava London not only made first team, but also player of the year. JC Martin made first team. Devin Archer made second team. Uh, we also had coach Duron Dickerson. He was recognized as divisional coach of the year for a midpen and also we had our swim team

for the third year in a row uh receive the sportsmanship award and I did have the wonderful pleasure of attending their um competition over at Cumberland Valley. I believe Mr. Folks were there. Um and I received rave reviews about how our team performs, how they cheer other teams on. And I not only heard this from uh some of our staff, but I heard it from other schools. And so that made me very proud to know that our students have just risen to the occasion. When they're out there, they're cheering everyone on. So sportsmanship third year in the world. So congratulations to them. And also Amari mentioned that we um did have our students um Oh, and I don't know if I can do this. Um yeah, here we go. I hope it can be out.

Uh, I have a video in place. You think it's going to work? >> Did you share it with audio? >> I don't know. Let's see. >> Nope, I did not. So, I have to come back out, right? >> All right. Share audio. >> Yeah, there it is. Got it. >> Thank you, sir. You're welcome. >> All right. >> Okay. Let's go back. All right. Let me get this right. Just a second. >> Share with audio list of people. Got it. Okay. So, close this out. here. Hey, stop. Hang on. Let me go back into the meeting. Hold. Hold tight. But I do want you all to see this because I'm president. Can I say something? I see. Um I also want to commend the general public and how they supported our girls games that I

attended. Um they really came out and supported our girls basketball team. I was really impressed. I want to thank the general public for coming out to represent Hannah. >> Thanks for sharing that. Yes, >> we'll play what we can play and we'll put it on the website again. All right. So, thank you, Miss Hill. You are correct. All right. We're going to try this again. Students from Wales have traveled thousands of miles to take their seats in central PA classrooms. >> Yeah, welcome to those folks. So, Susana Township High School, the school district named the most diverse country, now hosting four students and two educators from a high school in Wales as part of a two-day immersive visit. >> So, all this was made possible with a $45,000 grant from the Welsh government and help

from this Capitol Area Intermediate Unit. I've found somewhere so far away from home, thousands and thousands of miles, where I genuinely feel where like I belong. And I think that is because of the atmosphere, of the school community, of the family. There's countless things I could tell you to why I feel like I belong here. And it's just like like Sam said, the cultures are so different, yet I've still managed to feel like I'm a part of this. >> The ability to have just these learners, no matter where they're from, be able to be seen, valued, and heard. I think it's an opportunity for our for our community to kind of showcase who we are in real action. >> All right. So, wasn't the perfect one, but I at least I did want you all

to see that because um we are the most diverse school district in the nation. Um and uh we are proud of that and we're actually working with Wales to send some of our students there. So, we've sent two administrators there already. they've been here. This was their third time and um they will then be going uh they're going to be coming back with more students. Um but we're certainly going to be sending some additional students there as well. So they're working to get the funding to help us send our learners over there. So we're excited about that. >> So you finish with that? I thought you would mention their superintendent or that's going to be my moment ahead. >> Wait, what is that? >> That the guy that came over the superintendent of school. Yes,

he came over. They were there. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Mr. All right, this last slide. Yes, their superintendent, my equivalent came over. The ability administrators came over. They actually were coming to learn how our school district supports students because we have a very um detailed comprehensive support system for our students here. and that's something that they are learning from us. So, we're excited to share what we do. They also went to McCain Park School District. They were here before as well. They went to uh William Court. They've actually visited our school district multiple times because they've identified us as kind of like their long-term partner and we're we're fortunate about that. So, um this last slide that I have, I'm going to ask Dr. Martin to explain um as it has to do with academic

performance. So this the slide that you have in front of you is if it's is a capturing our most recent uh Keystone winter testing data. Um I thought it would be important to share u as I know that you know we are looking at every opportunity to showcase any academic growth or movement um showcase it on the behalf of the students and the teachers that doing the job but also the community that uh is looking to see improvement. So I think uh this year for our winter testing window which I've already shared prior to that we've seen extensive gains in our map testing data results. Um our keystone uh testing data has seen quite significant gains as well. So, I know this image is maybe a little difficult to decipher, but in 2425, um, pretty

much we had a 7% pass rate for Keystone, which is usually the winter keystone is usually the lower out of the testing windows, but as you can see this year, we went from 71% in the winter uh, testing window to 26.4%. So I mean you're looking at like a 200 and some percent increase in our learners that are passing the keystone in that in that time frame. So if we looking at the subjects in particular um obviously we seen significant growth in all three test tested categories but literature uh 9.4% to 43.5% um increase in learners that passed um that keystone test in that testing window. So, as stated probably, I don't know, a few months ago, you know, I stood in front of the board, stood in front of the community, um, and talked

about a mission to show growth, show achievement, um, within our within our schools. And I feel like, you know, this just another data point and testament to the hard work of the staff and the hard work of our learners and being able to perform in Windows and what we're being held accountable for. So hopefully, you know, our map testing data should be aligning with preliminary keystone, I mean, uh, preliminary uh, PSSA and if if if all if it all does align, we should be seeing significant gains not only in our growth metric, but also in our achievement metric. So that's exciting for me to be able to share that. >> And I want to thank Dr. Martin as well because he literally lives in the building. So, um, he's in meetings with the staff and

administrators, um, and he's on the grounds in the building every day. So, thank you for that. Uh, we will continue to keep the community updated as we continue to move forward. And, uh, that concludes my report. Mr. Ross, >> thank you. >> I don't think we have anybody signed up. >> We have one. We have Mr. Russell Davs. >> Mr. Dav. Oh, I'm sorry. I missed something before we get going. I got to get the agenda approved. Uh, can I get a motion to approve the agenda? Folks move. >> Johnson second. >> Move. Second. Any discussion? >> That's a different >> Yeah, that's that's >> agenda. minutes you're talking about. >> No discussion. >> Yes, she's saying. >> Okay. >> Any discussion? >> Motion to approve the agenda. Dr. Marino. >> Yes. >> Miss Lel,

>> yes. >> Mr. Steve Johnson. >> Yes. >> Johnson, >> yes. >> Mr. Henber, >> yes. >> Mr. R. >> Yes. >> Motion passes. 81. >> All right. Uh, next up would be the uh air of the public. You say we have one speaker. >> We have one. >> Okay. >> You want to read the statement, please? >> Mr. Russell Davis is our one and our public statement. Public comment statement is that the board provides for an opportunity to hear from the public during this section of the meeting. Any district resident or taxpayer may address the board on matters of concern, official action or deliberation which are or may be before the board. The purpose of this section of the meeting is to be heard and as such the board will not engage in a

dialogue but will listen to your concerns and follow up directly or through assigned administrative personnel as appropriate. Please begin your public comment by stating your full name. Each member of the public may speak for a maximum of three minutes. At the end of the three minutes, your time will expire. No participant may speak more than once on the same topic unless all others who wish to speak on that topic have been heard and only with permission from the presiding officer. Any comments to the board must be directed to the board president and not individual board members or administrators. Concerns related to specific buildings should first be addressed to the school building level and follow the chain of command before coming to the board. Any comments that are considered disruptive, I've seen abusive, slanderous, or defamatory

will either be interrupted or terminated. No complaints may be made against the specific employees, community members, or board members. Private information related to any student is prohibited. Mr. Russell Davis. >> Thank you. Uh my name is Russell Davis. I have two items that I want to briefly discuss. Uh first one um is just to tag on to some comments that were made last board meeting by Mr. Johnson uh regarding the strategy planning session. Uh I will say as a general statement the community does agree with his comments and the fact that we found that to be helpful. um a a good session for all that attended and the whole key to that program will be to monitor the results to uh implement changes as necessary and hopefully get the desired response. On a completely separate

note though, I'm encouraged by the slide that I just seen with the testing scores. So, thank you for taking time to explain that. What I'm not enthusiastic or encouraged about are some of the examples that were discussed last meeting with the complet uh the successful completion of a math problem at a grocery store. That means absolutely nothing. The hanging our hat on the fact that you had three political figures come in for photo ops. We should be celebrating that. Not at all. It's a mere invitation and I understand how that all works. I am encouraged by the results, but you're absolutely right, Mr. President. The community expects much more. We have sli slid so far backwards. We are looking for major gains moving forward. And since I have a minute and a half left, I'm

just going to share a side note that has nothing to do with any of this, but if you're trying to watch this at home, that is the dumbest format that I've ever seen in 40 plus years in business. The speaker is represented by a little ribbon. If your intention is to uh persuade the consumer or to persuade the community not to participate, that's a great way to do it. Nobody's interested in seeing a clock. You guys are better than that. Your systems are better than that. And I think that certainly deserves a change to get the community participation that you're looking at or looking for. and hopefully a better response for all involved. Thank you. >> Ask your question. I don't watch this. So I don't you know you saying that when you're home the

only thing you see >> right there is what you see. >> I see you in the corner here and I see the big clock. >> Okay. But it the my picture there is actually detailed by the smaller banner on top. So, if you're trying to watch that at home on a laptop, you're going to have a difficult time seeing who's speaking because both of those ribbons or both of those banners are the same size. >> And on >> all of the conference calls that I'm on, and I'm on way too many. Uh the general generally speaking, whoever is speaking is highlighted. They go to the big screen. Everybody else is minimized. I understand the need for the clock, but thank you. >> I was wondering myself because I did go back and look at a

a session and I said, "Man, I can't really see what's going on here." So, I didn't know. So, that's something that we will take note and make sure that the public can see what's going on at agency. All right. So, that's that's that's something we will do. That's something that we can fix things just like that. But when you get to the other things, it takes a little while. Can't do it overnight. Especially when you come to the educational part, it takes a little while. It doesn't happen overnight. It takes a period of time. All righty. So, we got that. Nobody else speaking. board member comments. Starting down here and we go that way. >> Yes, sir. >> Uh just a couple just a couple follow-ups. Uh Mr. President, uh so I um I think

just hearing the public comments tonight, I think there's uh some some good uh risks for them to know it's done with. Um I know that teams there is a use I know that those settings can be changed by the user but um to the to the point that uh the user experience often takes uh precedence and um ensuring that the user experience the there's only one time to make a good first impression. Um certainly that's something we could look at defaulting to uh maximizing the speaker as opposed to the timer. Um and then I I will say uh I think I also agree that there's a balancing test that happens when we when we talk about uh the types of engagements that takes part in. And there's always you're always trying to balance the the

spectacle of those types of events with the the value ad. And um I think I I think in u a lot of a lot of those cases uh Dr. Willis should be commended because you do get a benefit out of those spectacles, right? I mean, we got we got an appropriation for our um like I said, for our teacher apprenticeship program. Um we're trying to also uh encourage uh state funding uh with respect to reinvigorating some of our other uh apprentichip programs, especially on the the IT side. Um we had a very successful pilot program three years ago. I think I think we did restart it last year. So those you know sometimes sometimes the politics has to follow the the uh the request but I certainly uh I certainly appreciate the intention uh with

which the administration tries to balance those interests. It's not it's not but uh I also think that I I en I enjoy getting the feedback. Hope the board also enjoys getting that because we're seeing we're seeing some real time interaction but I think we haven't seen a while. So I I think that's that's how anybody else >> like to add to to >> I'd like to add to what Kani said. I know sometimes may think we do things um we we talk about the governor or we talk about things that happens but we need to share everything with the district good, bad, and the ugly. And I think when uh the administration wants to come to our school district, we should make a big deal about it. We should make a big big deal about

our kids being successful, whether it's sports, academics. Um the more we put out to the public, they need to see that our school district is is doing things. Um and of course our most important um desire of being on this board is the education of our learners. That that is so important to us. But we must also let the community know when good things happen to our district. And some people don't watch the news. Some people watch the news. Sometimes they don't. Some people watch us online. Some don't. So we need to be able to say when good stuff happens to our district. And I I do think that superintendent, she does a good job in pulling those things together. Um I think our board has been involved and whether it's going to the games

or going to a play or being interacting with our students. Um I I recom I um congratulate our board for trying to be involved the best we can. Right. All right. So now presentation we doing so amend the minutes of July 15 minutes and you you see what they're trying to amend here. Uh D9D 9D recommended amendment. Everybody go over to understand what we're doing here. I need I need a motion to and that would be for A and B A and B. Can I get a motion? >> No second move and second. Any discussion? >> Um I have a question. So our original wording was well it depends and in 9D um it was less descriptive and then the recommended changes are more descriptive I guess too encapsulating all that will be provided to

students and then 9F our original wording was more descriptive and we are changing it to be less descriptive. So, I just have a question like what what brought up or what precipitated this change um in uh the agenda board minutes almost two years later? Like why are we looking back at this now? That's my question. >> Um I was working on doing the Medits Ready to be found and going through notice of error. They're completely different things. There was my error copying and pasting when I did the final minutes. The wrong item description was listed there. GHR education is not the same as Grand Canyon University. >> Okay. >> There was just an error on my part. >> Okay. They're actually two two different right >> two different >> and then B is just to

correct page numbers. >> Thank you. Motion to approve 5 A and B. >> Yes. >> Mr. Steve Johnson. >> Yes. >> Mr. Johnson. >> Mr. Henber. >> Yes. >> Dr. Marino. >> Yes. >> Mr. R. >> Yes. >> Motion passes 8001. All right. Next up is personnel. I'd like to take these items uh one by one because uh we got well I like to take Murphy and Black separate but we can do the other three together. So that would be employee employee 101636 and then >> we also special ed teacher will take that separate also since that's a contract. So, can I have the two employees 13 and now? Could I get someone to make a motion for those two? >> Mr. President, a point of uh uh point of uh clarification. Are you saying

we need to separate item 7A and separate subsection? >> Well, you know what? We really don't have to. We'll do it together because we're going to take a roll call vote and you can discuss. So we'll just take them all and then when we get to the part the discussion then you can discuss whatever you want to discuss with that be the easiest thing to do. Okay. So, can I ask can I get a motion to approve personnel matters uh be the A through >> A through A through D >> Johnson? Yes. A through D. >> Johnson moves it 7. Okay. Move. Can I have a second? Edinburgh second. Then move in and second discussion. Now we can discuss. Anybody wanted to discuss the retirement of anyone? >> Dr. Willis, you wanted to say something?

>> I did. I think Miss Hill, did you know? I said, "Are we going to make comments on Laura Black and Yes. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. So, my >> Oh, okay. Miss Black, I just want to thank her for her service. She's been here for 12 years and I work with her all those 12 years and I always thought she was outstanding employee and I wish her well in our next journey. And Mrs. Murphy, she's been here since 1999. Man, that's a long, you know, that's 20 plus some years because Oh, man. I had to shake my head because uh turn of the century there. >> 27 years. That's a long time ago. >> Oh boy. Okay. >> If I might, I would also echo >> your recognition of both of these women. Um

both Laurel Glack who served five superintendent >> Yeah. >> in those 12 years. and um Miss Murphy who's an outstanding pair professional. Uh they will both be truly missed and we do thank them both for their service. >> And we're not going to count the time the many board members they served during that time. You know what I mean? That that long that's a long so any other discussion on anybody else. All right. Madam Secretary, will you call a role? Motion to approve item 7 A through 7D. >> Yes. >> Mr. S. Johnson. >> Yes. >> Johnson. >> Yes. >> Dr. Marino. >> Yes. >> Mr. >> Yes. >> Next up is finance. A through Does anyone help me? A through G. Can I get a motion? >> A Gemsson move and second. Any discussion?

Roll call to approve items 8A through 8G. Mrs. Hill. >> Yes. Mr. S. Johnson. >> Yes. >> Johnson. >> Yes. >> Dr. >> Yes. >> Mr. >> Yes. >> Mr. Rolls. >> Yes. >> Next up is contract and they're a through date. Um, I would like for us to separate. We can maybe do A through F first and then separate um G and H. >> All right. >> A through F. Can I get a motion? >> Motion to approve uh contract line items 9 A through F. Second. >> Move. Second. Any discussion? Mr. President of clarification 98 Kelly pediatric that is for inperson that's prioritizing in person but the teleotherapies >> yes option >> it's an optional it's an option >> uh how many this is I know it's a contract >> they're contract uh

contracted positions but how many uh that one how many contracted positions district per building. >> So, it's per school site, right? >> Right. And we're only getting >> We have two open positions right now. We're filling one of them. >> Okay. >> And it those positions have been open for really long time. >> Very difficult. So, we're just getting one >> one at the which building? >> So, our our school sites are K to 12. >> Oh, okay. So we just they go where the need is and the need is obviously in the elementary >> and any other discussion for that item C is crossed out. >> Yes. >> Mr. S. Johnson. >> Yes. >> Mr. K. Johnson. >> Yes. >> Henburg. >> Yes. >> Dr. Marino. >> Yes. >> Mr. Ross. >> Yes. >>

Passes 81. >> Uh, next up is uh under contract G. So, can I get a motion to approve that? Then we can discuss. Johnson move second move and second any discussion you said you had >> I do I have some questions about um inner techch and teraccon and just also the the whole mold assessment versus remediation process. So last month we the board took action to retroactively approve ECI or is ECS ECS ECS Mid-Atlantic waterproofing company for in the amount of not to exceed $6,900. So that was just for the mold moisture assessment. Yes. >> And so now uh this week we're looking at Intertech PSI and Terafon for mold assessments. um one at so well I'm just going to deal with inner tech first that's first so in the correspondence we received on Friday

that proposal was for $4,110 but on this uh agenda today it says that the item is not to exceed $10,85. So my fir my first question is where what's the difference between the $4,110 that we initially that was on the first proposal that we received and this $10,085 that we're looking at. Why the difference? >> So um our project manager Mr. Anderson had arranged for interact to do two separate analysis. One is the load and moisture and then the other one was the building out load. And so with intertech they separate those two different services while Terracon and PCS um combine those services and so their inner text then seems to be pretty outsized even for both of them together. So if both of them together comes to $10,085, why is such a great disparity

from them and Mid-Atlantic who's coming in at 6,900 and Teraccon that's coming in at 4850? Like so before we vote to approve Interte, my question is why are they so far out of the range of the other twoors? I would say the way that I would answer that question is that the company determines the rate for their service. We've asked for the same service from each individual vendor >> and so they've applied that number to their service. And my last question is about in terms of these these proposals that were asked to approve now these are these have come to us as retroactive approvals. Can you just please explain to me what why retroactive like in general when we have other things we get approvals or proposals they come to us we approve them and

then they go in so now you know if I'm understanding this correctly we are retroactively going back and approving these expenditures of these proposals and I understand about doing you know you said that you wanted to do due diligence and you're getting these are comps like comparables but how come we weren't just presented all of them upfront and then we could then decide like what we wanted to approve. So basically financially what this is coming down to is for assessments alone we could potentially be paying between $15,800 and $21,835. That's if they, you know, go up to their top top line. So that's per assessments alone. That doesn't have anything to do with their remediation. And I guess if we had these proposals to look at before we retroactively approve the expenditure of this kind

of money, we could save ourselves some some money. Like we get proposals like bids and it's a reasonable price. And let's just say we went with the mid one which was Mid-Atlantic as opposed to uh Teraccon which would come in lower up to 40 48.50 and Intertech which would go up to 10.85. I I guess we're approving these amounts after the fact and this is just for assessment. Everybody's going in, they're giving them assessment. We're not going to even go with them. And I I'm just concerned about the expenditure of of money that we're approving after the fact for services that are not going to amount to any fixing of the problem. That's that's my question about So, Miss Patrick, I can actually answer that one. One of the reasons why we went with three

companies is because our initial uh recommendation from ECS to across the district into the millions. >> Okay. >> And so as as uh I mean as as stewards of the funds in this district, we wanted to make sure that we went out for additional assessments before we commit to any recommendation whatsoever. And so when you compare the cost of the assessments versus what the remedies could cost us if we just go with that one, we feel like this is our due diligence. We have to find a way to save the district money. So and this is also tied into the timeline for the opening of the Anderson Center. So the retroactive piece comes in because we're still trying to maintain that timeline so that we can open the building. We can't do that unless we

have a clear understanding of what the challenges are and that comes through the assessments and then we can look at the different remediation recommendations. That is what we would bring to the board for consideration because that's where that's the big ticket item. Have we expended any of these funds yet or they these are just proposals I'm paying? >> No, they they've been actually done the work. So when the email went out just kind of doing a quick hey you know to individual members that was to say this is what we're actually looking to do. >> Okay. So that's part of the that's how the project goes. >> This is what they're proposing and then also we wanted to we wanted to get some second and third opinions before we went with the recommendation from that

first company. >> But I think you should should add there's a timeline there. >> Yeah. And when they ask for those type of things, there's a timeline. They have to peek into that timeline and sometime we can. >> Thank you. >> Everybody understand that? >> Does everybody understand? >> I do assess people out of the building. >> Yes. >> Especially the construction. We can't do that. >> Great. Thank you. >> All righty. So, roll call. Motion to approve item 9G. >> Johnson. >> Yes. >> Dr. Marino. >> Yes. >> No. >> Mrs. Hill. >> Yes. >> Mrs. Hill. >> I thought you called. Yes. Yes, >> Mr. RS. >> Yes. >> Motion passes 7 to one. One absent. >> Next up is H. I got a motion. >> Motion to approve. >> Johnson seconds. >>

Move and second. Any discussion? All right. No discussion. Roll call. >> Motion to approve item 9H. Johnson. >> Yes. Henburg. >> Yes. >> Mr. Folks, >> yes. >> Miss, >> yes. >> Mr. Hill, >> yes. >> Mr. S. Johnson. >> Yes. >> Mr. R. >> Yes. >> Passion. >> Oh, I think nothing's on the policy. Others, >> I would I would note that the policy committee So, uh, Mr. Johnson, we're right on time. Uh, you can motion for a German to second. All in favor? >> Oppose.
