Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. That's why we were going. >> Oh, no, no, no. Township please stand over the side the pledge. I aliance to the flag of the stands nation under God indivisible and justice for all. >> You may be seated. Everybody's here except Dr. Lorent. An executive session personnel student matters guest presentation. So, we're right now. >> Good evening, everybody. >> Marie told me it was second, but if you'd like to do it first, we can do it right now. Yep, sure. Rewind. Good evening everybody. Okay, so um I think this is our second time this year coming here and we'd like to um spotlight a family member who is so integral to our school um each and every year since what year >> 2018 >> since 2018 and beyond. Um, her name
is Miss Brenda Lawrence. She's seated right here with her entire family, alumni, and her children or her grandchild that goes to our school currently. So, I'll tell you a little bit about her. Over the years, she's been committed as a grandmother who is highly involved in Sarah Lindamoon's community every year. She has a granddaughter in grade two in Miss Higgins class and on the crown box team. And she also had, is it one son or two? both graduated. >> No, one one son that graduated from Sescoana Township and Miss Stewart when she was a kindergarten teacher had one of her grandchildren who is now a seventh grader, Julian. And Miss Stewart also shares that she was an outstanding grandparent or family member at that time. So when you see Miss Brenda in our buildings, she's
helping to volunteer at different schoolwide events. You'll see her at um book fairs and holiday shops. She comes in as a parent reader. She comes in and um also volunteers as supplying classroom supplies and materials and snacks. And so we just wanted to acknowledge her here today in front of you and everyone invited to say thank you to Miss There's a card in there for you. So, congratulations, Miss Lawrence. We have a certificate for you. It looks just like the one on the screen. It says, "Celebrating families certificate of appreciation presented to the Lawrence family in recognition of your valuable your invaluable contributions to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment in our school community." And so, we thank you for all that you do. Uh it takes a village for all of our children
and thank you for being a part of that group with us. So if you'd like to come up, we have a one-of-a-kind uh blanket for you. Um these are uh made especially just for families that we're celebrating. And um if you would like if you would like anyone to come up with you for a photo, you're welcome to have them all. >> You are welcome to have them all. At least the grand Yes, every district. >> So, do you know Trinity? >> Very good. and they will be on social media if you want to see them. Okay. Ready? >> All right. Thank you guys. All right. And we'll see. >> All right. Let's as they're getting ready to um head out. We just want to say thank you again, >> the whole family. Um and
we know that you have little ones, so by all means, feel free to get those little guys to bed. We can make that. We only have about >> Thank you. Have a good night. >> I love you. Have a good night. >> Okay. I'm good. >> All right. So, um, now I want to present what we call the buzz at the beehive or Slack and I have a couple of my staff members here today that'll be coming up sharing some things with you about Sarah Linda. So, last year I presented to you that um, Sarah Lindamuth had 760 students total and um, there's a breakdown up there of kindergarten, first and second, as well as a special education department English language learners. That didn't change too much this year. We're at 7:55 and actually I
saw my secretar's desk today. That's probably going to be a little about four more students by tomorrow. Um um and the English language learners went up a few as well as the special education department. So our demographics have stayed similar. It just shifts between kindergarten first and second where the weight of our population is. Oops, a little too far. Um we also have um a lot of community partnerships that we're very proud of and we put a lot of of time and energy and into them. Our P3 initiative which is led by um Miss Joelen Showers and usually she presents but we're giving her a rest because if you know anything about Joelen she's at the building um five days a week sometimes six and um so I was just going to present this part
for her today. Our P3 is just um local daycarees um our our local library um and some different centers that all get on a meeting once a month. Um we have a virtual meeting. We share what's going on in our school as far as the programming. It's a nice place for us to network and and give each other information and things that we're working on as well as um provide our local daycarees with the type of special um professional developments that we have at our school. they can also um take part in it if they feel like they want that for our staff me staff members. And then United Way is led by Andrea Wikard, but still sort of um co-led with our teacher, Miss Joelen Showers. And that's our um ready for school, ready
to succeed program where we partner up and she provides our prek families with different opportunities and activities in our school, which is really nice because it gives um some of our four-year-olds an opportunity to sort of come to school before it's time to go to school. so they get comfortable and familiar with our building, with our staff members, with classrooms and just doing different activities. Um, she help holds weekly workshops every Tuesday in the Sarah Linda Moves Library. Um, she provides activity bags for them. She gives parent information. I show up, I give parent information about registration and the the 3Bs and the different rules and things that they can expect at our school. As well as um we just feel it's a good bridge for getting students and families ready to come to our
school. Our next community relationship is community schools and that's led by our alumni, Miss Kiara Jones. >> Hello everyone again. My name is Kiara Jones. Um, and I am our SISPA or community schools liaison. Um, for those of you who don't know much about community schools, we work directly inside the schools within our district to build uh different relationships with our students and families and work alongside our different teachers and counselors and administrators just to pinpoint different challenges some of our students may have. and with the overarching goal being um student success. Um if we can go to the next slide. So this year uh CISPA had the uh opportunity to host the art nook which is that middle picture. Our learners are learning about different art history and art culture and just being able
to um explore their creativity. Um, we also hosted our Zumba event, which is that last picture of me and one of our teachers hosting. Um, we had about 96 families there and over a 100 participants. So, that was just another way that we were um, getting engaged with our community. And so, SISPA um, really would like to continue building these mo building on this momentum and strengthen these these relationships and just finding new ways to support our students and families. She also brought you some goodies. >> If anybody wants to just take one, >> pass it down. A little bit of swag. It's always fun. >> Is that a what? >> Oh, no. It's just like a They sit on >> No, they're standing in front of We made a little cover because behind it
was like boxes of paper. So, we just covered it up to make it look nice and put some foods on there. But it was the stage where they were doing their little workout and exercises. >> Yeah, we we're low on storage, so we use the stage of storage. So, that's why we have to keep the curtains closed. So, so thank you, Rich Jones. And I love that we have alumni, and we'll talk about more alumni that are in our building. We are just really making headway with getting a lot of people who graduated from Sesco Township back into our buildings, which is such a great feeling. Okay, so um our you've heard PBIS, our positive schoolwide um behavior intervention supports and that is led by my assistant principal, Miss Stewart. >> Good evening. So something
we're really proud of at Sarinimuth is our PBIS is we have received recognition for tier one, two and three and we are only one out of 80 schools in the state of PA to have earned that. So we are still yes. So we are that's something we um truly are proud of um at Sar Lindamuth. And something you probably have heard is our three B's. Um there's our rules and expectations and really drives our school culture and those are be being safe, being responsible and being respectful. Some of our PBIS activities um you will see is we do have some celebrations and two assemblies that we have to review our B rules as well as celebrate the um students who have um been following the B rules. Um in the middle you will see those
are our B cards. Um, and if you've come to Sar Linda Youth, I'm sure you have heard um from the students. They get very excited to receive these. It's >> like money like gold. >> It is. And they receive them if they're being responsible, being respectful, being safe in the hallways. Um, teachers will give these out. Um, as well as the orange ones, they can receive them on the bus. So, they come off the bus super excited, showing everybody their BCards. Um, and then they also get pulled daily um to be able to come down and get some prizes. So, they get excited about that. We also um have bus bling and they can receive bus bling um when they don't have bus referrals and they go around our bus track. Um their bus gets
blinged, they get a a sticker they get to wear and also a certificate to celebrate that their bus went around the track and celebrate that they have been showing these expectations on the bus. >> The bus driver gets a medallion to hang in the front. So they the bus drivers get a little competitive with collecting the medallions every time their bus gets a bus. So it's a a fun way to keep the behaviors to a minimum on the bus >> on the bus. And then lastly, we do have a monthly student of the month celebration. Um every home room teacher um chooses a student who has consistently showed the 3B rules and they have a celebration where they get to create um some sort of craft and then it's given away. Um this year um
it was given to our teachers. We've also given and created some crafts to thank um the firefighters, the bus drivers, and so police department. Um so they create something while they celebrate to give away and thank um somebody in the community or school community. >> And next is um we have increasingly strong leadership and career readiness by our school counselor, Miss Shaw. >> Hello everyone. only have the one big application. >> Okay. So, this year we're doing something a little different. Um we in the uh former years we did smart futures which is a online program for career readiness and in the primary school it just for connectivity issues and also um for our little learners it wasn't in my opinion um I brought it to administration they weren't really receiving it as well as
the older students. um some of our students can't read yet. So, you know, just going through the activities, it was really difficult and it was taking a long time for them to go through and they weren't the comprehension level just wasn't there. >> She got creative. >> So, well, it wasn't just that. Uh so, decide to partner with um our community liaison, Mr. back and um we had the opportunity to uh build another partnership with Junior Achievers and they're so excited because they said they were with the district before and now that they have another opportunity to come in and partner with us. So we actually had a great meeting today and um we went over what that's going to look like. Um so we believe that we're going to start with our second graders.
So, we have about 12 second grade classes and um those second graders will receive five lessons and um those lessons are between 40 and 45 minutes long and the topics are going to be anywhere from entrepreneurship, uh voting, taxes, jobs. But the thing I like about this program is the fact that they are project oriented. So, they're not just um learning. It's not lecture-based. They're going to be interactive in projects and um one of the topics that they do, they um develop like a pizza shop and they take them through what that ownership looks like, what it looks like to work there, um taxes, you know, the the whole shebang. So, it's really good because it's hands-on and they're teaching them, you know, these different steps through that. Um the exciting part is on on
my end is that it correlates with the PA state standards. um we will be able to receive our CWs through the state as well. Um those artifacts from the second grade go into the band from um kindergarten through 5th. So when they trans transfer over to Thomas Holtzman, they have um additional artifacts that they typically wouldn't go in with. So that's >> and we like that there's people the business community is coming into our schools. They're going to be people from >> Yeah. Let me talk about the volunteers. Sorry. So, the volunteers will be the ones that will actually come in and teach the classes and um in communicating with junior achievers today, uh we had talked about our our teacher cadetses, our student cadetses. And so now it's a possibility I talked to Miss
Stockdale to see what cadets would be able to actually teach some of those classes as well. So, we're really excited to make them a part of that as well. >> Okay. Well, thank you Sure. >> It's not even a question, more of a comment because I know Michelle and I just wanted to intro just let the board know that she is one of many of the rock stars that we have in our district. >> Thank you. >> And she just brings so much energy and a lot of great ideas and you know she's working on her um principal certification. So she's improving that education while she's here with us. And just people who don't know I sit on this board who are at her old district are already circling around trying to get her back
and I just sit to listen and I just know I just listen. I just you want her to know like hey we love you here thank you for all your hard work you continue to support our children and I hope we support you. >> Thank you. >> He's not going anywhere. Oh, paper colony book >> with our leaders, our little bee leaders, second graders >> question about their pizza shop business is one of the aspects of the program they actually process. >> Yes, they did. >> I want to say I'm a firm believer of junior achievement. I participated in student achievement when I lived in the reading area. Okay. >> And I actually went into school and was appointed a teacher. So, I'm from Georgia. >> Oh, I was gonna say, are we gonna see
you come in the classroom? >> So, another thing that she headways is our colony builders and she'll tell you a little bit about how she's also working with our second graders to become leaders um in our school and then hopefully leaders and um Sarah, not Sarah Lim, Thomas Holman and beyond. So our um colony builders are second graders and um they are our student ambassadors. So they do our campus tours. They um participate in the beautifification projects that we have. Um they also do our videos for um so we have training videos for the kindergarten >> lunchroom, how to behave in the bus. >> Yes. So they um we actually go through they we build the content, they do the acting, we put everything together, and then at the end of the year we actually
have u I have a blue carpet, not a red carpet, and we do a blue carpet um premiere and we show the video and we um celebrate our colony building. So it's really nice. >> Thank you. >> I think some of you who came for graduation last year got greeted by some of our colony buildings. He came to our building one second. Okay. So, next we have Oh, our parent teacher organization with Miss Christie, >> our PTO president. >> Hi, I'm Christy Price. I'm the um this year's PTO president for Sarah Lindamuth. Um we get to organize all of the extra fun events for the students and their families and for teachers. Um there's a whole list there of things that we do. Um, some of the ones for teachers are, um, startup money for
teachers in their classrooms. Um, we do teacher appreciation days. Um, we do fundraisers. Um, we've got four classroom parties every year, skating parties, the fall fest, um, the holiday shop, American Heart Association, um, we used to be part of, but I think this year Mr. Shriner is doing that one. I don't want to take credit for that. >> He might be calling you for back. Okay, good to know. Um, and then Field Day at the end of the year. Um, this year we had an amazing fall fest. We planned for about 200, which is approximately, give or take, what we usually get, and we got 550 people. Um, so we already have plans for next year to make it longer, kind of change things based on this since it seems to be growing. The holiday
shop was also super successful with 273 people um coming and that was over the course of two nights. Um this year at the holiday shop we decided to do a Hannah Pantry food donation and we got 157 items which was super helpful for the Hannah Pantry. Um things we do for the students and their families, we do two assemblies per year. We do Zoo America and um the prismatic laser light show which is happening in February. Um the four classroom parties we do we do first Friday readers where parents can come in to their students classroom and read from 10 20 minutes whatever the teacher is available for. Um that's a nice way for parents to get into their classrooms. Um we do the roller skating parties um the fall fest field day holiday shop.
We do a couple book fairs. This year we're doing three. Um, and we do a stuffy, a bee stuffy for second graders who are going into third grade at the end of the year. Um, and I have learned from my second grader that this is a very big deal. >> Um, she's excited. It's kind of like a right of passage when you get your be stuffy. She's already talking about it. >> And all these events that she's sharing are events that parents can come in and volunteer to. So when I'm spotlighting parents and I'm telling you all the different things they do, so a lot of times they're a part of helping her plan or um you know just monitor some of these events that we have for teachers and having more bodies. Yeah. So
we definitely need more help always, but the teachers and parents that we spotlight are helping her do this. >> Um for our teachers and staff, we do a few lunchons and treats. We did a hydration station this year. Um and we also did a breakfast. And then at the end of this week, we're having a little Super Bowl party where we um we're going to have Cokes and um soft pretzels from Philly Pretzel Factory and chips um to celebrate. I believe two years ago they did a staff lounge makeover. Um this year, yeah, >> and then we had to turn it into a classroom. stuff >> this year. Um the gift from the PTO to the building was um a bunch of 8ft tables cuz the tables were looking a little rotten. We needed new
ones. They were kind of held together by duct tape, but we got new ones and I think that's been a big help. Um we have teacher appreciation week coming up in May, which is a really fun week where we get to do raffles for the teachers and a whole week to celebrate them. um and the book wish list during um probably during teacher appreciation week too where they get to pick books from um the book fair and then whatever the students can get for them they get and whatever they don't get the PTO will get for them. We do a couple other appreciations. We do custodian appreciation, bus driver appreciation, principal appreciation, um school nurse, the lunch ladies, >> prizes that we have um for kids when we're talking about um the BC cards that
get called every month or every day. Those students get a prize. So um Miss Ling's prize box and needs to be filled up and they always help us with um getting more gifts and prizes in the box. We thank you for that, too. Oh, >> hi everybody. >> Thank you guys so much. >> So, one of my staff members is Judy Hopson. And I love to highlight STEM because I don't know if people realize what kindergarten, first and second graders can do in 2026 in the area of science. It's another level. It was not how it was when we were in kindergarten. but they are, you know, doing coding and you've been making robots do things and and I will let her tell you about it. But if you ever get an opportunity to come
to um our school, ask me to go visit the science lab and you will see kindergarten or first and second graders. Okay, thank you. Um as she said, I'm Judy Hodson. I have been at Sarah Linda Mmouth since I can say it 2007, but this is my first year in the STEM lab and it's been a really exciting journey so far. Um, I'm going to share with you a little bit about what's going on in the STEM lab with our little learners. Uh, when they come to the STEM lab, it's a dedicated space where they are practicing how to think, not just what to think. So, they'll be given a challenge. It might be build a house for the big bad wolf that Mrs. Hudson can't blow down or let's code this robot to carry
a balloon through a parade for Thanksgiving. And they have to get together and they have to collaborate and they have to problem solve and they have to figure out how to make these things happen. And it's been really really exciting this first year as I um start this journey with them. Uh we have a nicely supplied STEM lab. Um everything's up there that we have. Uh we have so many different manipulatives and building tools and robots. Um the ability for them to do coding both offline and online which uh is really exciting, very cool because you they have to both problem solve in the real world and then apply that >> um to a robot or to a computer program. And it's it's nice to see uh everyone is successful in STEM lab at one
level or another. A lot of times the kiddos who are most successful may not experience as much success in other places. And so that's really exciting to be like, "Wow, I built the tallest tower or my bridge held this much weight." Um, so it's just an exciting place for our little learners to come and learn what they can do. >> Thank you. Some pictures up there for you. That's our first and second grade. The things that she's captured that they build And then last but not least, I wanted to spotlight some of our staff that is not here, but definitely worth mentioning. Um, last year I talked about um a teacher assistant who was alumni, Mr. Cooper, and he also works with the YMCA AM and PM, as well as Miss Oavdo and Miss Amanas,
who are teachers assistants with us, but they also drive the bus AM and PM. So, I just always want to share how hard and dedicated everyone is to our students. So this year I like to spotlight Samir Martin. He was an alumni. He was actually cadet and he enjoyed it so much that he decided to become a teacher assistant at Sarah Lintoose. And then we have Eric Brooks who is an alumni. He started as a teacher assistant and then he came you recognize that face. Yes. He and he was in the business sector and he just said he wasn't happy. He wasn't satisfied. He wanted something else. He came to apply for my office assistant and I said wait a minute you want to be a teacher. I need to get you in the classroom.
Why don't you be a teacher assistant? And just today, his teacher certification came through. So, he is now a teacher in room 106. If you ever stop by 106 is where you can find him as a certified teacher and he was dedicated to that for the last three years to get certified. And he is a little when >> he was little when I >> Oh, he was little when you knew him. >> Oh, yeah. Yes, he does. Yes, he does. So very proud to have him. And we also have um one more teacher that's new to us this year as an alumni, Nina Drestler. She is on the same team that Mr. Brooks is um as a first grade teacher. So I just wanted you guys to know that we are doing our best to
give back people who have um graduated and getting them back to give to our school. And last but not least, I have to give love and credit to my loving, always smiling office staff no matter what. Miss Morris, Miss Savage, and Miss Sanks. they are all together for another year um doing what I can stand in the office five minutes and I can't do what they do with the three of whom so I'm always very proud of them so thank you for taking the time to let me share all the things that I love and I'm excited about and the things that you're supporting in my building is Sarah Lindber thank you >> thank you so much first of all and thank you to the team they're so grateful that you can help and let
everyone know what's happening uh we do want to I do see a face of back if we can just introduce that face in the back. Don't look around. We're talking about your face, ma'am. Yes. You want to tell us who she is? >> I thought you were talking about my handsome husband. >> Oh, we know we we don't Hello. We don't >> She's a little shy because she's new to us, but she's recently graduated. And what we needed because we have 755 students, Miss Lawing needed help to do all the things that she knows she can do. But we got her some backup. Her name is Miss Amber Hall. And do you want to tell them where you graduated from? Where you live? >> Yeah. Um, I'm from Ohio. Um, I'm a recent grad from
Bloomsburg University. >> Where? >> So, you're a Buckeye? >> Yeah. >> You getting ready to get hired here? >> I'm the school I'm the school up north. >> Go Blues. You going tired here. New time. Old time. >> So she um moved the whole way to Inola Inola by herself. So we are um her family here because her parents are back at home and her siblings are back at home. So she is here over in Enola. So um all my ladies are taking her in as just another family member. But thank you for um I didn't want to make her bit on the spot because she's only been with us since January. So I didn't want her to be, you know, >> but I told her next year she's going to be prepared to stand
up here beside Miss Law. >> So she's >> a counselor, a second counselor. Yes, we have 750 students. Miss Lawren could not do it all by herself with the rate of things that we have going on um with students, their social emotional needs. >> That is that is wonderful. >> So Miss Martin and Dr. Martin and Dr. um graciously got us some help which we've been asking for and we are so thankful to have her. So she is counselor in training. I hope that she wants to stay with us for the next school year. >> Yeah, we are pouring everything into her that we have. >> I welcome you. >> Congratulations. So, as Miss >> as Miss Presley takes her seat, >> I also wanted to just share that Zionir, the young man that she
shared that as a cadet. >> Um, he is actually one of the young people that met with the folks from Wales. We mentioned that they've been here twice. >> Um they are coming back. They're their students um in March. Yes. >> 9th and 10th. >> In March 9th and 10th. >> March 9th and 10th. They will be back for a third time. They're bringing their administrative team and students. And they are actually working with us so that we can send some of our children over there. And they have specifically asked that Zionir go to Wales with our group. So, they're working to pay for our children to go to Wales. >> So, is he in college now or he just working? >> He decided to take off um and work with us and go to
I think you heard he was going to go away and then he found out he really fell in love with education. So, he had to change his major. So, we also changed his school. >> And so, um we're glad to hopefully even support him through the the program. >> That's great. That's >> and I know I know you have a lot to do with that. >> So that's wonderful because I see him in and out. >> Oh yes. He makes >> if we grow them we'll be able to keep >> right and I just wanted you to know we're getting some outstanding people that are committed to our goodies. >> And Miss Hson didn't mention but she has a young person at um Thomas Wilson too. So she's not only a teacher in our building
she's also a parent. And I just wanted to acknowledge when I talk about everybody is absorbed in a piece of this community, it's real. >> Thank you all. >> Just a heads up if my youngest gives you any trouble just to stop me to talk to. >> We'll do. >> Well, we have such a strong PBS program. You'll see if you don't have students in the office. >> She won't give you any trouble. She does. call then. >> All right. And so >> Dr. Will's got something. >> And so speaking of um our building spotlight for those folks that want to see um our building spotlights, they will be happening at our regular meetings. Thank you. Um, but I also wanted to just inform the community uh that our v our meeting structures will shift
um back to what they were before. But we want to make sure that the community is available and aware of how they can come out to our committee meetings and be a part of the ongoing discussion about all things academic, athletic, financial, uh, facilities. And so, um, you can go to our district website and under the our district tab, you can see in green, it says schoolboard, you're going to click the schoolboard link, which will take you to the school board page on our website. And if you scroll down on the gray menu, you will see a link that says committees. Click the committees link and you will be able to see a menu of all of the committees that are available for community members to come to meet with the board and also to
engage. And so under each of those tabs, you're going to see all of the dates for those meetings. And you will also see the committee chair for each meeting. So for folks who want to come out, who want to talk about academics, if you want to talk about our facilities, if you'd like to talk about um the budget, all the things, please visit our website. Uh all of the information is there, the times are there, as well as the links for the emails to all of the committee chairs as well as the people who sit on those committees. So again, please make sure you come out. I know our board members would like community to be involved and to come out and speak. So this is how you can do that. Uh and we are
hopeful that you will join us. Thank you. Uh next up, approve the agenda. Can I have a motion to approve the agenda? >> Second. >> Move and second. Any discussion? All in favor? >> Opposed? Before Before we I think I think Mr. Johnson had to leave. Did he Did Mr. Johnson have >> uh uh uh secretary, did you do you ramble what time? You have it. Okay. All right. She's absent. Uh public hearing. Anybody? >> More comments? >> Oh, today's February 2nd is Black History Month. So, happy Black History Month to everyone. uh hope that we will be observing that in our our buildings and um educating our students on the contributions of of African-Americans to um American history. Um, also wanted just to speak on and it's um unfortunate that we don't have uh
you only have uh one member of the public present this evening, but I I wanted to state for the record on public and for whoever is online uh anytime that we have students come before us as uh schoolboard members, we want to operate certainly within order and we have guidelines for our public commentary and that is that we do not uh discuss personnel matters in a public forum. However, I would be remissed and I was remissed when I allowed our board our boy soccer team to leave here um in the condition that we left them in. And I've shared with the board uh privately, but I wanted to state publicly that um one of my favorite quotes comes from Dr. Maya Angelou, and that is that people will forget what you said. People will forget
what you did, but they will never forget how you made them feel. and the dejection that I saw on the faces of our boys soccer teams um after they were uh essentially um after they they um although we were not going to be able to get to the bottom of of their issue and certainly we had to to follow our guidelines and and we are as board members um in keeping with Robert's rule sometimes we are constrained in our ability to um respond directly to the public or to react. And we're trying to stay in our seat. But um as an adult, as a parent, as somebody who cares about the the welfare and the mental well-being of our kids and as uh we say that we want to support our kids and we want
to teach them how to engage in the civic process and to uh wave them off and to tell them, you know, I don't want to hear what you got to say and get on out of here and nobody else well all saying the same thing. It was inappropriate and it was rude and it was disrespectful to our students. And so, um, I can only speak for myself. I, you know, each of us has one voice. And on behalf of me, Tamika Hatcher, your school board vice president, I want to give a public apology to our boys soccer team. Um, it wasn't it it was terrible the way they were done. I appreciate it. I just want to state that. Thank you. Well, >> anybody else? I have one. Um I just want to encourage the
public to come out. We do have two committees um February 5th, long-term and finance. So please feel free to come out. Um February 5th. >> I have a question. Uh times just >> is five, finance is six. >> Just want to make sure. >> Okay. Anybody else? Uh, I would like to say to Sarah Leon, uh, I have I have two grandkids there and they keep me informed. And the one thing that I was really impressed with is that my second grader came on tell me about the Titanic. And I'm saying to myself, what are you talking about? How do you know about this? I I'm just amazed that she could tell me that it happened what, April 14th, 1911 or whatever. I I was just amazed that a second grader could come home and
tell you this. So that tells me that you were doing something great there. And I don't care what everybody can have their own opinion. And the other thing I'm not going to I am the president of the board and I'm not going to respond to other boards members making a comment because I'm the president so I can take whatever they whatever you throw out at me I can take is the fact is I do run the meetings and and I may not please everybody but there's a certain protocol and one of the protocols we don't come to the mic and talk about personnel. I don't care if you're a kid, an adult, you don't do that. I'll move on from that. So, next up, anybody else got anything to say? Okay, next up would be
uh minutes from December 15th. Can I have a motion to approve the minutes from December 15th? >> Second. >> Move and second. Any discussion? All in favor? Oppos. Next thing up is personnel. Is anything in personnel you like to pull out? So we can go A through D. Yeah. A through D. Can I get a motion? >> Go ahead. Henburg move second. All in favor next up is funny. What is it? >> Okay. A through F. Make a motion. >> A motion that A through F. Move and second. Any discussion? All in favor? >> Opposed? I second. Who made the motion? contracts. Just one contract wellness service. >> I think we discussed something. >> Can I get a motion? >> Seconds. >> Move a second. Any discussion? All in favor? >> Opposed? I have to
see others do business. Nothing. 13. Can I have a motion for >> a minute? Second move and second. All in favor.
