to our March 2nd, 2026 school board meeting officially starting at 7:02. Uh, call the meeting to order. And first and foremost, I would like to introduce Sabina. Uh, would you like to come up and introduce yourself? >> Hey, so I'm Sabina and I'm in fourth grade. >> Is that fourth grade? Yeah. >> Okay. And we're going to play is it the violin? >> Yeah. >> Not the cello. We know what that is. >> And so I'd ask before we do the uh national anthem, I would like to do the pledge of allegiance and we'll go right into Sabina on your national anthem, please. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands. One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. >>
Sena, >> whenever you're ready. That was outstanding. Thank you very much for coming in tonight. Uh, Sabina, can you tell me who you're with tonight? Who brought Who did you bring to the meeting tonight? >> My mom and dad and my brother. My brother. Alex. >> Alex. Is that his name? >> Yeah. >> Alex, do you play violin, too? >> No. >> How about guitar, drums, guitar? Anything? >> No. >> He plays the piano. >> Oh, okay. Maybe we'll roll a piano in next year. >> So, mom and dad, thanks for bringing Sabina tonight. You did a great job. Thank you very much. Appreciate you. Uh, Mrs. Kramer, would you like to do roll call, please? >> Sure thing. Mrs. Bullis, >> present. >> Mrs. Hannah, >> present. >> Mr. Kyle, >> present. >> Mr.
Lambert, >> present. >> Mr. Moscow, >> present. >> Mrs. Peterson, >> present. >> Mrs. Schnore, >> present. Mrs. Snder and Dr. Wetzel >> present. >> Eight members present. >> Mrs. Bolus, would you like to read the uh mission, please? >> Certainly. Developing lifelong know learners and responsible citizens for a global society is the mission of the Upper St. Clair school district served by a responsive and innovative staff who in partnership with the community provides learning experiences that nurture the uniqueness of each child and promotes happiness and success. >> Thank you very much. Moving on to item six, student board representative Mrs. Donley, Miss Donley and Mr. Rozo. Floor is yours. >> Right. Thank you, Mr. Mascarero. Good evening everyone. We are glad to be back with you this month and to we are beginning uh
start with athletics. The regular season for all winter sports teams has concluded. Several teams or individuals for those teams are competing in the postseason. First off, we have two members of our girls wrestling team qualifying for the PIAA state wrestling tournament for this upcoming weekend in Hershey, PA. Sydney Leon and Grace Nasman will represent the Lady Panthers. Boys hockey are competing tonight in the PIHL quarterfinal playoffs against Senica Valley. Our girls and boys indoor track team recently competed in the Whipio indoor championships. The boys team finished fifth overall and the girls took sixth place. Sadi Tomzik took first place in the 60 meter dash. Congratulations to our USC swimmers Katherine Miller and Nazar Zakovski for earning gold medals in the Whipio swimming championships. Katherine took first place in the 100 meter butterfly and Nazar took
first place in the 100 meter freestyle. Both swimmers will move on to the state championships. Two UFC divers also qualified for the state diving playoffs. Carter Wells and Livia Tranquility. Our girls basketball team qualified for the state playoffs tournament. They will be action in action next on Friday at Taylor Alderise. And finally for athletic updates, congratulations to our boys basketball team for winning their third consecutive Whipfield title this past Friday against Newcastle. The team will play in the state playoffs at home on Saturday versus Cedarcliffe. Spring sports officially began this week. Sports included baseball, softball, boys and girls track and field, girls flag football, boys volleyball, boys tennis, and boys and girls lacrosse. And now for academics. Recently, ninth grade students participated in focus groups with Dr. Sanger, Dr. Beck, and Mr. Joyce to discuss
the assessment practices that are being used this year with freshmen. These are practices that continue to help build a bridge from Fort Couch to the high school. Another focused group of students recently met with high school district administrators to share how they prefer to use academic spaces during unstructured times during the day, such as free blocks and lunches. In addition, all students have now selected their classes for next year. After spring break, students schedules will be built in preparation for our annual simulation day when we get to meet all of next year's teachers and classmates on the last day of our current school year. Now, on to Bella. >> Hi. Um, as Anthony said, good evening. Um, I'm gonna begin my report by reminding everyone about the upcoming Mamma Mia performances at the high school
theater on March 2nd at 6 PM, March 13th at 7:00 p.m., and March 14th at 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. And then the final show will be March 15th at 2 p.m. Tickets are almost sold out and the final block will be released on March 7th. So, don't miss your chance to see this incredible show. Um, currently the parent teacher council is hosting the annual arts in USC art show. Um, it's called nature story inspired artwork from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. And for activities, um, this month is a bit lighter in terms of student activities, but our organizations and staff are actively preparing for a busy and exciting next two months. The comm community the community day theme for May has been finalized and I'm happy to announce the theme is cosmic community. Um a
civic engagement week is on the rise. It's going to start after community day in May um when it will end with the juniors that will take a trip to DC. In between there'll be different events including speakers and more to come later. Another exciting announcement includes several clubs at the high school were awarded many grants from the PTSO to help fund their upcoming projects and staff members from Parkway were invited to the high school last month to meet with the Upper St. Clair High School Parkway students um and administrators. The meeting was meant to be a chance for Parkway students to share about their experiences in order to strengthen the partnership between the two schools. Thank you for your time and attention. And at this time, I would happy I would be happy to answer
any questions if you have them. >> Thank you both. I appreciate it. Uh yeah, just the note, there's some Whipio champions out there that are freshman and sophomores that we're seeing some great athletes at such a young stage. Uh great people in the arts and the uh ath athletics and uh academics. It's it's truly impressive. every time you guys give a report just how proud we are to represent the students of Upper Slair. It's really great stuff. Uh we move on to residents comments. Do we have any takers? Does not appear so. So we move on to eight. Approval of the minutes. Mr. Schnore, would you like to make a motion, please? >> I would. I move that the board approve the meeting minutes of the February 2nd, 2026 board meeting as attached. >> And
I second the motion. >> All in favor? I. >> Any naysay? Motion passes. >> Uh, superintendent report. Dr. Roso, you are up. >> All right. Thank you, Mr. Mascara. Uh, just a couple things. First of all, just to kind of extend the good news that was shared in the student board reports, I I agree. Uh, you took the words right out of my mouth, Mr. Mascara, when you hear the just the wealth of successes that our our kids are having. Um, that's not the norm. And so, I want to make sure we we certainly pause and recognize that. Um, a lot of great things happening with our with our students at the high school. Um, I also want to recognize our two middle school robotics teams. Uh, both boys and forge couch each have a
team that have qualified for the national championships, which is incredibly impressive. And so they'll be competing in June. So, congratulations to them. Um, you know, the the boys basketball team winning three consecutive championships. Um, very impressive. It's only the second time in history of the WPI since 1910 that that's happened in large classification schools. So, uh, again, this is just some of the many things and, you know, the the student board reps, appreciate them try to capture it, but u a lot of good things going on in the district and particularly at the high school. So, congratulations to all of our students. We certainly are extremely proud. Um, kind of along those lines, uh, representing the district this month, uh, the USC today, uh, the quarterly version of that came out throughout the township. That
is the magazine that's co-sponsored by the school district and the township gets sent to all district families. And so, uh, this is where we include our annual report. It's a great summary of a lot of what's happening in the school district. So, if you haven't had a chance to look at that, I encourage you to do so. Mrs. Tina Vo, our communication specialist, uh, plays a pivotal role working with many of us in finalizing that product. So, I want to thank her for that. Uh, and again, it's well done. And so, we're we're glad to be sharing that with with the community. Uh, next month, uh, just to preview, next month, we will be begin our budget presentations uh, in the school district. That has been a big part of our work right now. Um,
having budget meetings quite regularly, pretty much daily now. Uh, Mr. Burch, Dr. friend there and I and we will be presenting uh the first budget presentation at the April meeting. So uh look forward to sharing that information. Um a lot of hard work's being done and I I know that that will show in the budget presentation. Along with that we will be providing an update because it will directly tie to the budget presentation related to our district spaces uh in particular some of the recommendations for repurposing align with district goals that will fall into the budget process. So we will be sharing that within the budget presentation next month. And as was shared in the student board report. Um as part of that we we had some really good feedback. Uh we had a representative
group of 9th and tth grade students from our student council that met with us. Uh several of us here in the high school administration. Uh great insight. Um it was really enjoyable to talk to them, get their perspective. I think often times and I think we all adults know what's best for kids, but when you hear what that kids talk about and give their perspective, it it adds a different level of of of input that certainly is needed. So, we appreciate spending time with them. We met with them to talk about that, but we ended up covering a lot more ground. Uh ended up having a conversation about cell phones in schools. Very popular in the news right now. we had a policy change this year. So, it was an opportunity for me to get
some feedback from them regarding how our changes are are uh affecting them, what their input was and so a lot of insightful feedback. Um and you know obviously I shared with them they initially I think we're concerned are we asking them that because there is a ban and I said at this time no but that is something that's being talked about in legislator legislation right now and we'll see what the outcome of that is but very respectful very mature group and we all agreed that when you walked out of the room you would have never thought you were talking to ninth and tth graders. I just mature beyond their years, very mature feedback and it was really helpful for us uh to get that and certainly we said we we want to tap into this
group and and others more often and so uh I want to thank them for that. It was was great time time well spent. Um and that's all I have for my update but certainly be happy to answer any questions if you have them. >> Thank you Dr. Roso. We will move on. Mrs. Mack. >> Good evening. um attached to the personnel listing um some we've had some hiring of additional substitutes um filling um some additional spring coaches and good news we filled our bus driver position. Um so it's a little short this month but some great hiring as well. Thank you. >> Okay, Mrs. Hannah, would you like to make a motion, please? I move that the board approve the personnel listing as presented subject to all required pre-employment history reviews and clearance requirements. >>
I second. >> Any questions, comments? All in favor? >> I. >> Any nays? Motion passes. Uh Mrs. Mack, you are up again. >> Great. Um, attached is the contract for approval for by Bob Steinick and Associates for the High School Spring Musical for lighting design services at a total amount not to exceed $4,000. >> Oh, Mr. Kyle, sorry. >> Okay. I move that the board approve the independent contract with Bob Stein and Associates for the High School Spring Musical for Lighting Design Services at total amount not to exceed $4,000. Subject to final terms and conditions acceptable to the superintendent, superintendent and solicitor. >> I second. >> Any comments, questions? Those in favor say I. >> Any nays? >> Motion passes. Dr. Fender, >> with the passing of the budget in December, um funds were released
under PCCD, which is an annual grant that we've been receiving over the last um four years, I believe. And I'm requesting approval for us to accept those funds, not spend the funds, but accept them to be used to enhance um some of our physical safety and support some ongoing programming and student support services in the amount of $171,351. >> Dr. Wetszel, could you be so kind? I move that the board approve accepting grant funds in the total amount of $171,351 cents from the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency PCCD subject to final terms and conditions acceptable to the superintendent and solicitor. >> I second. >> Questions, comments? All in favor? >> I. >> Any naysay? All right. Motion approved. >> Uh, moving right on, Dr. Handler. >> Thank you. I am requesting the board approve
the attached student discipline agreement. >> Mr. Lambert. >> Yes. I move that the board approve the student discipline agreement subject to final terms and conditions acceptable to the superintendent and solicitor. >> Second. >> All in favor? I >> any naysay? Motion passes. >> Still up. >> I'm here for it. On behalf of Dr. Lauren Media, who is out currently, I am requesting that the board approve the attached K to2 guidance plan. >> Can I just add to that um Mascara point of clarification on page 16 of that? Um this is a process that needs to be completed in the Pennsylvania Department of Education. They have an electronic suite that that Dr. media completes it and on there on page 16 it has that she is the head of school counseling has to affirm that all
the information in there is accurate and below that's the chief school administrator has to affirm that all the information is accurate it says true for her right now the printable version says false for me that's it is true everything in there is accurate but until the board approves it I cannot go in and change it which will then make it it it show is true so just want to clarify that it's a bit awkward how they display that, how it prints out, but all the information is there and accurate and if the board approves it, I will certify it tomorrow. >> Thank you for that clarification. >> You're welcome. >> Yeah, >> Mrs. Peterson. >> Yeah, because now I feel like I can make the motion. I just want you to know. Okay. I move
that the board approve the K12 guidance plan as presented. >> I second. >> All in favor? >> Any naysay? Motion pass. >> ThreeP going. >> And lastly, uh I am requesting approval of two attached agreements for special education services. The first being an agreement with the Children's Institute. It's an approved private school where we have students that attend there as part of their IEP. This is a renewal from previous years. And then additionally, anou with PA Connection Communities. It is a transition program that helps support our students currently with job coaching and independent living skills and transition. >> Thank you very much, Mrs. Bolis. >> I move that the board approve the above listed special education agreements one through two subject to final terms and conditions acceptable to the superintendent and solicitor. >> I'll second
the motion. >> Thank you. Comments, questions? All in favor? >> I >> uh any naysay? Motion passes. Mr. Barat, >> thank you, President Mascara. As we talked about last month, we're applying for -ate funding for our core network replacement project. We're the total project cost is $511,000. We're applying for $200,000 uh from the federal program. It covers our core networking infrastructure, our licenses to run our wireless access points and our wired switches and UPS's to support our core networking equipment to keep it up and alive when there's power outages. >> More. >> Yep. I move that the board approve the technology agreements with Logically for core networking equipment and software cloud licensing in a total amount not to exceed $451,000 and with CDWG for UPS's battery backup devices in the total amount not to exceed
$60,000 subject to final terms and conditions acceptable to the superintendent and solicitor. >> And I second the motion. >> Okay. Comments, questions? All in favor? I >> I >> any nays? >> Motion passes. Dr. Angelo. >> Okay. Thank you. Good evening. Uh so the administration is recommending approval of an agreement with Gateway Engineers to provide uh engineering services and supervise the bidding process for repairs to high school sanitary lines. Uh there are three lines that were noted in our 2022 facility condition assessment um that are heavy duty cast iron and these are original lines to the building. So these were installed in 1960. As you can imagine, they're in quite bad shape. I did you a favor by not sharing any pictures with you. Um but uh these lines that are in bad shape are
rusting on the inside. Uh they splinter and as you can imagine, they catch things that are flowing through the sanitary line. they create blockages. Uh so there's three areas in the building where we're experiencing blockages and backup two to four times per year. So we're asking for your approval of Gateway engineers for uh bidding construction administration and construction inspection not to exceed a cost of $19,900 unless additional authoration authorization is granted. And this project has been previously approved through or not approved but previously budgeted in the previously approved uh construction account. >> Mrs. I move that the board approve the agreement with Gateway Engineers for engineering services for the high school sanitary lines project at a total cost not to exceed $19,900 unless additional authorization is granted subject to final terms and conditions acceptable to
the superintendent and solicitor. >> I second. >> Uh questions, comments? Does not see. All right. All in favor? >> I any naysay? Motion passes. Mr. Wilson. >> All right. Good evening, everybody. Uh, as Dr. Rosa mentioned earlier, our robotics programs are doing very well right now, having had some, uh, middle school teams qualify and preparing for multiple high school teams as well to qualify. Um, and, uh, one of the steps in this process is crowdfunding. Um, as I'm sure you can imagine, a lot of these trips get very expensive for these teams, and for them to defay some of those costs, they do seek to uh to raise some funds for that. And this process is in accordance with our board policy. So uh and the other little detail here to add in is if
you see the uh the idea of Zephy. Zephy is something we haven't seen as much in the past. The idea with Zephy is uh in comparison with like an Eventbrite or a Square is that there are no user fees that are taken in. So all of the proceeds do go directly to the organization. So it's a win. But I think we all know too that these types of companies, they only do that for so long until they hook you and then uh and then they go and they start charging you. So, while it's good, uh, it's something that, you know, our program would like to use. Um, but again, uh, this would take effect and the amount that they're seeking is going to really be based upon how many teams we have and and they
actually won't know for sure for two more weeks whenever they have the next competition that's the last qualifier. So, is a little bit of a tight time frame. So, the idea is let's get approved now and then we can go out and and seek to raise the funds that are that are appropriate at that point in time. >> Uh, m Mr. Kyle. >> Okay. I move that the board approve the crowdfunding request uh from the robotics booster club to raise money through a Zephy web page for the purpose of funding the high school and middle school USC robotics team's cost to compete in the national championship robotics competitions which has been reviewed by the director of business and finance in accordance with board policy 702.1. >> A second. Any comments or questions? I just do
want to mention how ridiculously incredible it was to watch in the last six years the robotics program explode. I mean last year world championships. This year we got two national champion fin. It's incred. It's incredible. So for what it's worth, congratulations to the program. Uh any other comments, questions? >> I do have one. Uh, who is in charge of the web page that is for robotics? Are we doing it through the district or is it something >> This is through the boosters organization. >> The boosters organization >> it is. Um, so I I don't have the names off the top of my head, but it's through the boosters organization. >> Okay. And is it being monitored for accuracy? And >> I believe yes, I can look into whatever details we'd like to find on that.
For sure. >> Thank you. >> Yes. Uh all in favor I. >> Any nays? Motion passes. Mr. Burchil. >> Uh good evening. Uh calm before the storm next month is the budget. So uh we have the financial summary for the period ended January 31st, 2026. Uh I do want to bring to your attention the current real estate revenue line. We have 100% of our budget, but when we go and we're going to have to refund some of those taxes for some of these appeals specifically for the commercial properties, uh that will be not that will not be the case. So, you'll probably see that change next month. Uh in general, uh revenue and expenditures are trending uh the same as last year on a percentage basis, which is good. Um, of course we have the
technology expense that we talk about regularly that uh we didn't have prior year. U we're um ending the practice of using leases to pay for the technology expenses that we incur pretty much in our are our uh about a million dollars I would say a year. Ray, correct? Maybe uh one I think this year was a little less and next year will be a little bit more but just in general we're about the same amount every year. So, we won't be using u municipal leases to pay for those anymore. >> This year is the more year. >> Yeah. Right. Um and of course the state revenue is still trending behind last year mainly due to the budget not passing until the end of November. Uh food services there for your review. Capital reserve construction. I
do want to bring to your attention uh Dr. Angelo brought it up. There are projects that are slated to be paid from that fund. Uh right now we have about $3.2 million in there. A little little uh little almost 3.3. Uh by the time we get done and then through with all the projects through the end of this summer, most of that will be depleted. Budget transfers in the amount of $58,473.32 are presented for your review and approval and the bill list is also included in the financial summary report for your review and approval. Any questions? >> Thank you, Mr. Burchil. Dr. Wetzel, would you like to make a motion? >> Gladly. I move that the board approve the treasurer's report, including approval of total bill list and check file listing as attached and as
follows. Fund 10 for the general fund, 2,678,60.96. Fund 32 for the capital reserve, $34,316.32. Fund 39 for the construction fund, $184,6616. Fund 51, food service fund, $114,31451. >> I second. >> Uh, all in favor? I. >> Any naysay? Motion carries, Mr. Burchil. >> Okay. So, the next item is a request to submit uh for a public facilities grant. Um the maximum amount uh of the grant for each individual school district is $5 million. Um, I do want to preface this by saying that this does not in any way um obligate us to complete or enter into any agreements uh related to the project. This is just submitting for the project. Um, Dr. Fender, Dr. Angelo, Mr. Snder, and myself have been working on it. Um, Dr. Angelo has been picking up a lot of the
slack with some of the information that he's had to gather. We're proposing to install gas to the Streams Elementary School. Currently, I don't know if you're all aware of this, Streams is 100% electric. It was built in an era where electric was supposed to be the energy of the future. And of course, you know how that turned out. So, um, we have some different strategies related to making this appeal uh to the state. the uh grant information as far as how they evaluate is I would say not concrete. I think there's a lot of leadway with the state as far as what projects they support. Um I don't know Dr. Dr. Angel Fender, do you want to add anything to that at this point? So we would be on the hook for 25% of the
max of 5 million. So that'd be 1.25 this project. correct me if I'm wrong, is in excess, we're estimating in excess of six million. Was that with a roof or without? >> Yeah. So, the project would also include a roof uh replacement. We would There's a number of um material equipment. It's currently sitting on the roof. The the roof is about 22 years old. >> It's at streams, right, Dr. Angela? >> Yes, that's correct. And uh so when you change over, there's going to have to be items that come off the roof and items that go on. So, it only makes sense for our investment to also do the roof at the same time. So, that actually puts the number over $7 million. >> Yeah. And we would be coming to you and requesting to
do uh you know, we're going to be looking at to do Eisenhower and streams at some point soon anyway. So, um there's no guarantee. I mean, if you if if you don't ask, you don't you won't get it. So we're we're asking to board to approve the resolution so we can go and submit the application which I believe is due March 13th. March 13th is due. So >> when do they expect to hear a response? >> I didn't see anything there with the timeline. >> So sometime between now and then. So the the um yeah so the representative at the state level that's working um with us on this uh indicated that we would have an answer and have plenty of time to prepare to launch into this next summer. >> Okay. Thank you. >>
So uh obviously if we do we're lucky enough to to um receive the grant then we would talk about funding at that time. But at this point there's no obligation to enter into it. So we're just asking for the resolution approval. Any questions for anyone? >> I just wanted to comment. Thank you for working on these grants. I know it's a lot of extra um and a lot of coordination. So, I'm I'm very grateful. >> Mrs. Peterson, would you like to make a motion? >> Oh, I'm sorry, Mr. Lambert. >> I sure would. to >> I move that the board approve resolution 2026-03-02 authorizing the administration to apply for a public school facility improvement grant from the Commonwealth Financing Authority in the amount of $5 million subject to final terms and conditions acceptable to the
superintendent and solicitor. >> Second. >> Thank you, Mr. Lambert. >> All in favor? >> I. >> Any nays? Motion passes. Thank you for the correction, Mrs. Peterson, >> Mr. Burchil, last one. >> Finally, uh, annually we come to you and ask for the approval of the program services budget for the Alagany Intermediate Unit. Um, it comprises only about 1% of the total budget for the Alagany Intermediate Unit, but it's part uh by state law they have to break this out. And for comparison, last year at this time it was estimated to be $67,732. and we're at 68,589. So, a little bit less than $1,000. Um, it comprises curriculum development, education planning, education technology, pupil personnel, um, state and federal leaison, and uh, leadership support services. So, those are the things that are included in this
budget. So, we're asking for your approval of the 2627 pro uh, program of services budget. Any questions? Now, Mrs. Peterson. >> Right. Last but not least, right? >> I move that the board approve the proposed 2026 2027 AIU program of services budget in the total amount of 2,431,488 with the upper Slair School District contribution estimated to be $68,589. The district's final withholding allocation will be based on district aid ratio and weighted average daily membership watom. The withholding allocations will be determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Education sometime after July 1st, 2026. >> I second. >> Well, thank you. Uh all in favor? >> I. >> Any nays? Motion passes. That is it for our voting agenda. Uh like to move on to committee reports. Let's start right to left. >> Miss Hannah, anything? Mrs. Bolus.
>> Sure. >> Um just a couple of updates from PSBA. They're more like reminders. Um that on March 17th, there's going to be a cyber security presentation preparing schools and districts for cyber threats and that you can register with it online through my PSBA. There's been a monthly new director training meetings and they're also available to be registered on my PSBA and the reminder the spring legal rate legal roundup is March 20th. That's about a three-hour session. There is a fee for that. Um then that's all I have just updates. >> Open house tomorrow night at Parkway. That's it. >> All right. Dr. Watzel, do you have anything to add? >> I do. Uh, Pathfinder, I just wanted to say that the last time I mentioned there was a possibility for facility improvement grant that
is no longer uh on the table. They are replacing three boilers and um that they we do have money for that, but wanted to put that on your on your radar that that'll be about 126k. I want to give a shout out to Mr. Snider in all of this cuz because that building, you know, has a lot of issues and Mr. Snyder was really trying to be as helpful as possible. Um, we're we're very lucky with the team we have. And one of the other things that I asked if it would be appropriate for me to share with the with the board because of the legislative role of keeping up with things that might be on our agenda and M and Dr. Brazo brought it up with about um the bell-to-bell policies, but I I
don't know if everyone knows you probably do, but I'm just going to say it anyway. So, the Senate, the House Senate passed um with amendments, this bill that is that is being shephered through the state legislature and it is now in the House and it was kicked back and they're to the education committee and that currently they're they're looking at it again for more amendments. you need to know that the Senate like bipartisan support um for this for this bill and it keeps changing and you know we're interested to see how this is going to unfold for us but I do think we need to pay attention to it because it is bipartisan but then also PSBA is very cautious about this bill and has said that it's not very supportive at least in its
original form so I wanted to put that on your radar if you want to know any of the links for that information I have that um just because it it does relate to us and we might be working on this in the in the near future. So thanks >> matters of information slash other Dr. Ros >> I had already stated um just that the budget presentation um will begin next month at our April 13th meeting. >> Okay. Uh executive session was held this evening 5:30 March 2nd 2026 for personnel list uh litigation and student matters. Uh anyone would like to make it a motion to adjourn this evening's meeting. >> So >> thank you very much.
