001Hello, I'm Porter Stewart. I'm a board member representing seat 7. I love the synergy of the board itself and working with the superintendent. I love the sense of adventure and innovation as we look for ways to serve our students first. We're putting programs in place and educational opportunities in place that make a difference in the lives of the community um collectively, but also students individually. really just getting started. [music] Good. There are concepts and ideas in place that are going to take us to yet another level. I would hope that the community [music] could gain an understanding and thinking about the board, but particularly Florence School District 1, that this is a governmental entity uh that serves the public and actually functions as it's intended to. We hear so often about the government this and the government that, the government's the problem. Well, the government's us, so it's not a spectator sport.
