School Board Appreciation Month | Barry Townsend

001Hi, I'm Barry Townsend. I represent seat one for the Florence One School Board. It's really gratifying to to to see the things that we have been able to uh to make better u in the district [music] and the programs we've brought to the kids, the opportunities, the facilities that we've improved and and added. When I think about the future of Florence One and I I look at what we are, [music] you know, what we're on the verge of doing with uh uh with Pointer, our and our our medical programs, uh we've also announced a um an aeronautics um program and partnership with the airport. We're going to be preparing our students for the jobs that [music] are here in Florence. I'm proud of the things that we've accomplished all the 13 years I've been on the board, but I'm really proud of the ability of the board today [music] to work together. >> Thank you, Mr. Townson.
