All right, we have a quorum. So, I will call the meeting to order and we'll do a pledge of >> allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. >> Don't have anyone here to address the board. Um, so I just need a motion to approve the agenda as presented. I'll second. >> All those in favor? I >> opposed. Nay. Motion carries. All right. And so approve the school development plan. Scott, you can kind of talk about this a little bit, but this was discussed at last the last meeting and this is what Pitts and the city attorney kind of came up with. >> Correct. They've been working, Jennifer and Rodney kind of worked together
and then the city attorney sent us a sample one from I think the city of Bryant from like 21 or 22 and then me and Rodney met with two representatives from Pitts and then Pitts developed all our things. So basically it says you know like the we will run our water to the city water hookup. We will we're not expecting the city to do anything ordinary Yeah. >> Oh, I can see you coming. >> I won't tell you what time I left. >> No, please don't. >> We're glad you made it. We're just going over the development agreement. >> Okay. >> Um, >> so basically it says that any improvements that we do, the the district's going to take care of them. And some of this we can't decide until it's actually been annexed where
the rights of ways are and hookups and stuff. >> That's what the TBDs are. >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> But um Doug from Pitts, they've evidently um put a lot of these together. He did mention usually it's in conjunction with some sort of a tiff, >> but this, you know, it's not applicable in this case. Um, yeah. I guess with that being said, I think the city will hold a hearing on the resoning and the annexation on the 2nd at the clubhouse at 6:00. >> Oh, voting is at the community center. >> The vote. Yeah, because that's their polling place that day. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Day of the week of Tuesday. Yeah. >> The first Tuesday after first Monday. So, I did receive a letter from the city basically saying that's when it is
>> that it's been scheduled. >> I I plan to be there. I don't know if Kirsten's going to be you know what I mean. I don't know. >> Yeah. And it's a public hearing, so I think anyone can can be there. Plus, they they have posted notice. So, if more than three of us are there, then it's fine because they posted notice of what the agenda item is. So, >> just don't sit by each other. >> Yeah. >> You said that was a six. Second >> on the second at six. >> At six. Yes. >> At close. >> Does anybody have any questions about the development agreement? And then this is what they'll vote on too, right? Or they'll approve when after >> I think they put this as part of their overall plan before
they can vote to annex or do anything or zone. They kind of want to know like, hey, what are our expectations? That's what this is covering. Then I just need a if nobody has any other questions or discussion I would need a motion to approve the development plan to present to the city of Coleman. >> I'll make a motion. >> Second. >> All those in favor? I >> oppose? Nay. Motion carries. So our next regular meeting is June 8th. It's here. We'll know the results of the city vote >> and then >> whether they approve or >> disapprove then I I think it can be referred to a vote. >> Yep. And then we'll next steps after that. >> Yep. >> Perfect. All right. Um and I think we had already set the June 8th
meeting. >> Is that a regular Monday? >> Yes. >> Okay. I believe so. >> Yes. Because the second's a Tuesday. >> Oh jeez. Okay. >> Yeah. Cuz there's no um I don't think there's any sports going on. So, I just need a motion to adjourn. >> Oh my gosh. >> All those in favor? I post nay. Motion carries. Okay.
