Mhm. >> It's a little bit It's a perfect idea. >> For you, I need to The one time I saw you I haven't seen you in a while. It's just we think it's just a ball. Okay. Yeah. Do we have balls >> Open and Roman thing, right? You said you want the classic adoption. >> Want to know what it is? >> Okay, just making sure. I'm doing that. >> I know. So delicious. >> Oh, really? I'm good. >> I did that 20 minutes ago. >> How was yours? >> meeting to order. Please rise for the pledge. >> I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America. And to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. >> Having just celebrated or honored Memorial

Day, it was nice to that we can stand up and do the pledge together and and further uh commemorate all the soldiers and our our freedoms that we come to appreciate and means a lot. That's our good news report. Um approval of the minutes from the meeting held on 5 11 2026. >> I'll move. >> Second. >> All in favor? >> I. >> Opposed? You have approved minutes. I've noticed we do have one person here to address the board on a non-agenda item. Chad, welcome. We're glad you're here. >> Thank you. >> I was just up in >> Say your name and your address. >> is Chad Bishop. I live at 7405 South Lynwood Drive here in Sioux Falls. Um I would like to once again request that the board consider making George Orwell's 1984

and Animal Farm required reading for all juniors and seniors in the district. I would also request that you consider the enhancement of the new social studies curriculum to expand upon the lesson plans for propaganda specifically. Um I was just up in Aberdeen at Northern State University. Alaina graduated. So >> Congratulations. >> Yeah. Summa laude and honor of us. She took the one year early. So um we did commitment time together at All City. So I just pass it on. >> Yeah. >> Um today I'd like to speak about propaganda again. Last time it was a while back. Talked about a few things. Specifically something called the Stanford Survive Study. The reason people like me focus on this is because the attack on civil liberties that occurred during COVID-19. And the way that the propaganda was

formed to get that attack done. We have to educate our kids and have a common lexicon for how we discuss these things. How language changes, how narratives are created and um spread. Most recently uh um it's 2026, but you recently had the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee host a whistleblower blower from the CIA. His name was James Erdman. And he spoke to how Dr. Fauci had injured the intelligence discussions on the leak from Wuhan. And you'd found and he influenced the decisions that were made there in such a way that the propaganda that was put forth to the American public was that no, this was this was a natural evolution of a virus that escaped through a wet lab. And so, there are five key inserts into that virus that are evolutionarily improbable.

So, we know about the spike protein, right? We know about the furin cleavage site. We know about these things, but the story that was told to the American people that no, there's no way that A, this escaped from a lab or B, that we paid for the gain of function research to do it. That was one piece of propaganda. There's actually a whole documentary on that subject called Thank You, Dr. Fauci that covers how they formed that propaganda pipe campaign. And we know that because of Freedom of Information Act requests. I recommend you watch it. You can take it with a grain of salt. There was another propaganda campaign that began in October of 2020. And again, it was Dr. Collins, the head of NIH at the time, sending an email to Dr. Fauci that

we now have because of Freedom of Information Act. And it was saying there needs to be a public and devastating takedown of something called the Great Barrington Declaration. And they began to form a propaganda campaign against it. And we now have this information, so they put forth a narrative that was counter to it We because the Great Barrington Declaration >> [clears throat] >> recommended at the time that there should be no lockdowns, no mask mandates, no vaccine mandates. We should talk about natural immunity. And we should protect the elderly. They called it focused protection. And it was put forth the primary authors were a gentleman named Jay Bhattacharya. He has a PhD and an MD from Sandburg Stanford, excuse me. Dr. Sunetra Gupta from Oxford and Dr. Martin Kulldorff from Harvard. So, they wanted to

take down this competing proposal. Now, those criteria for the Great Barrington Declaration should sound familiar. No lockdowns, no mask mandate, no vaccine mandate. Let's talk about natural immunity. What state did that? State of South Dakota. So, when I talk about the Survive study and why wasn't it published before February of 2025 when they ended it in January of 2021 when they knew that over 55% of the population was immune at least their health care workers and over 80% were asymptomatic spread. Why was that hidden from the public? They had the data ready to go in June. They shared it internally with a handful of their participants in the study. So, the data didn't change between June and February 25th. One thing that did change is the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services had put out

their rule. That's how they enforce the mandate among health care workers. And the closure of a comment on that rule occurred 1 month before the publication of the data. And when they did publish it, there was no social media publication, there was no press release. What does this mean? This is called suppression of sign material scientific research. And we should ask these questions of the public. I've been asking them for 5 years. I asked them at Marty Jackley, John Thune, Mike Rounds, Dusty Johnson, in person, in writing. None of them will take it up. So, I share this with you because you lived through this for the last 5 years, and you obviously lived through the pandemic, but lived through these long narratives, and now we're going to start to have accountability. Thank you. >>

If you want to face that side. >> [laughter] >> We do not have persons wishing to address the school board on an agenda item, so we will move on to item number seven, approval of today's agenda. Can I get a motion to approve? >> So moved. >> Second. >> All in favor? >> Aye. >> Opposed? We have an agenda. Seeing no conflicts of interest, we will move on to approval of the consent agenda. That would be items A through F. Can I please get in a motion to approve the consent agenda items? >> So moved. >> Second. >> All in favor? >> Aye. >> Opposed? All right, and now we're already adjourned. >> So moved. >> All in favor? >> Aye. >> Opposed? We are adjourned. Okay.
