If you will please rise and Mr. Carroll will lead us in prayer and Mr. May will lead us in the pledge. >> Let us pray. Our God who art in heaven, we come to you at this time thanking you for this day and all the blessings of life. We thank you for allowing us to be here this evening to be able to make decisions about the school system and we pray heavenly Father that everything that we say and do will be in accordance to your will and acceptable in your sight. We pray that we will meditate upon what's best for our children, for our school system, for our staff, and all the decisions that we make. Heavenly Father, we are so thankful for your son Jesus who came to this world of sin and sorrow
and suffered, bled, and died upon the cross that through his death, burial, and resurrection we have the hope of eternal life. Heavenly Father, we know there are many who are sick, especially those on this board, and we ask that your healing hands be upon them, give them strength, give them a physical health if it be your will. Be with those who are tending to their needs and we pray heavenly Father that what can be done will be done for them. Heavenly Father, help us to be a shining light in the community that the way we act, the way we conduct ourselves, the way we treat others that we can glorify you. And if we glorify you, we know we're doing the right things. Help us always to look to you for guidance and strength. Help
us to make every decision based upon Christianity, upon your faith, faith in you, and our service to you. Help us always to do the right thing. Continue to bless us, be merciful towards us, forgive us of our sins. Forgive us we humbly [snorts] ask in Christ's holy name. Amen. >> I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. >> Welcome to our June board meeting. We appreciate everyone in attendance. As it seems to be, we're talking about it the other night, but this time of year our agendas get a little bit longer, but we should be able to get through it. Move to item three on the agenda, approve the minutes of the
May 14th, >> regular session 2026 regular session as received. I'll move we approve that. >> Mr. Henderson? >> Seconded by Mr. Axon. >> Any discussion? If not, all in favor? >> Aye. >> Any opposed? Motion passes. Item four, approve the agenda for the June 18th, 2026 regular session. Do you have a problem? >> Motion to approve. >> Motion by Mr. Wase. >> Seconded by Mr. Weir. >> Any discussion? If not, all in favor? >> Aye. >> Any opposed? Motion passes. Public comment period, doesn't appear that anyone has signed in. We'll [clears throat] move to item six. Consider bids for 2026-2027. We'll just take these um one at a time. A, non-ethanol uh gasoline, diesel, motor oil, and antifreeze. You have a copy of those bids in your packet. Have a couple uh bids for the
fuel. And then really a uh couple different bids for the oil as well. We'll start with the uh gasoline and diesel. Uh we discussed this um at our planning meeting the other night a little bit um and uh Mr. Emmerton was here as well. Uh the first uh packet, I guess it's the second bid is probably half of your packet. The only bid the fuel is our current service provider. It does the the price per gallon does appear to be cheaper on the first. But I think the only thing that will really differentiate the the cost of the fuel that we discussed will be the delivery fee and the markup. And so essentially those are are almost the same, almost identical at that point because there's no for our current service provider there's no delivery
fee and the markup is 16 and 1/2 cents. And then the time you add to the delivery fee and the markup associated with that first bid it does depend a little bit difference between diesel and gas. But it's essentially the same there as well. >> Mr. Hampton is satisfied with her as far as I can tell. >> It seems like he said that they were the same. He he would have liked the private treaty. >> I didn't I didn't ask the other night but >> [snorts] >> on the delivery free and what have you got in that packet fluctuation too I'm sure. >> On the delivery? >> I'm sure that can be you know if fuel goes high high and say he has to start getting somewhere else and then that I I've seen it
because you got to cap that in and then he's going to cap that in because of the oil and price. Right. So I will make a motion to go with Rogers Petroleum who we have. >> Motion for Rogers Petroleum by Mr. Sherrill. And seconded by Mr. Ashworth. Again that's our current service provider. >> They only bid on the fuel, right? >> They only been on the field and that's the way they've always Any discussion? If not, we'll call the roll. Mr. Sheriff? >> Aye. >> Mr. Ashlaw? >> Aye. >> Mr. Weird? >> Aye. >> Mr. Ways? >> Aye. >> Mr. Hanson? >> Aye. >> Mr. May? >> Aye. >> And I Motion passes. So, that will take us to the motor oil. Um had a brief folks that have bid on pieces and parts of
all of that. Our current service provider um is probably the third bid that you have in your packet with NAPA of Livingston. Again, Mr. Emmerton was very satisfied with them as well. There was some concern with uh the location of the other two companies as well. It's been a little bit further away. Um >> I make a motion to go with NAPA. >> Second. >> Motion by Mr. Ashlaw. Seconded by Mr. May. Go with NAPA, which is our current service current service provider. And this is for motor oil and antifreeze as well. Any discussion? If not, I'll call the roll. Mr. Ashlaw? >> Aye. >> Mr. May? >> Aye. >> Mr. Weird? >> Aye. >> Mr. Ways? >> Aye. >> Mr. Hanson? >> Aye. >> Mr. Sherrill? >> Aye. >> And I vote aye. Motion
passes. That will bring us to 6B for propane fuel. Now, we had a couple of bids for propane. Our current service provider is the first bid there and it is the cheapest. >> I make a motion to go with Southern Propane. >> I'll second that. >> Mr. Kenny? Mr. Sherrill? Seconded by Ms. Weir. Any discussion? >> It's substantially lower, too. >> It is, yes, sir. >> They actually called today and said they had a summer fill-up which >> Any further discussion? If not, all in favor? >> Aye. >> Any opposed? Motion passes. We did This brings us to the item 6C. We only received one bid um on the dust mops and mats, which is our current service provider there as well. >> I make a motion to go with the Dust-Tex Company. >> I'll
second. >> Motion by Mr. Wade, seconded by Ms. Weir. Any discussion? If not, all in favor? >> Aye. >> Any opposed? Motion passes. Item 6D uh for milk. We did uh those We've got uh two bids for milk summarized there in your packet. Is that the low bid? Is that our current service provider? >> not. No. Um actually, that's This is the first time that DFA, which is Mayfield It's Dairy Farmers of America. This is the first time they've bid um since the last two times that Lauren put out the bids. Prairie Farms was the only company that would even come to this area in Mayfield. That guy, he was here the day that we opened the bids and he said that their company is really pushing to get back into the rural communities so
that the kids have access to Mayfield milk. And you'll notice on the bids, they were quite lower. I mean, there's quite a difference in the two bids. And uh Prairie Farms, the my contact from Prairie Farms, he actually called me the other day and he said he even said, he said, "Mayfield is going to lose money on my bid." I said, "Well, I hate that for you." >> And they're going to provide coolers if they need them. >> They are. Um in my bids, I knew that we didn't have in the budget to buy equipment. So, I put in the bid specifically that equipment must be provided by whoever won the bid and so both have agreed that they would provide equipment for whoever. So, that was the difference. Prairie Farms, I had their equipment.
Like I have their coolers. So, Mayfield um also agreed to provide us with the coolers. Um so, we're good with either. >> the same for that. >> Same. And I did call around some of the counties in the upper Cumberland do have DFA and they are satisfied with them. So, I I did call around and ask. >> Motion by Mr. Sherrill, second by Mr. Henson to award the milk products to DFA. Any further discussion? >> It's nice. >> Improvement there. >> Yes, sir. >> If not, all in favor? >> Aye. >> Any opposed? Motion passes. And then that leaves us with 6E for produce. We only received one the today. >> We only usually ever receive one. >> I'll make a motion to approve the bid. >> Motion by Mr. Wheeler. >> I'll second. >>
Seconded by Mr. Mayes. Any discussion? If not, all in favor? >> Aye. >> Any opposed? Motion passes. Item seven, consider proposals for the annual school activity audit. We have [clears throat] one bid there from uh Ms. Tamara Beckman, our current service provider. >> I'll make a motion to approve. >> Motion by Mr. Sherrill. >> I'll second. >> Seconded by Mr. Williams. Any discussion? If not, all in favor? >> Aye. >> Any opposed? Motion passes. Item eight, review and approve the fiscal year 2017 consolidated funding application for Title 1A, Title 2A, and Title 5, IDEA B, and IDEA preschool. Yes, so you have a copy of that in your packet. Uh this is something that we uh do every year. >> Was there any changes or anything to it? >> I haven't >> This is the
first time I've ever first time I've seen it, I think. >> I'll make a motion to approve the bid. >> Motion by Ms. Wheeler. >> Can you hear me, South County? >> This is all This is all your federal funding. >> Yes. it's federal. >> all We have in the past just said that we were that the director was providing, you know, approval, you might say. This year, they say it has to go through the board, has to be over aware of everything in the application, which is a lot of stuff. So, I just copied all the budgets and some of the things that that we that the actual application, you know, probably twice that we did. >> So, what is the difference? >> IDEA and your IDEA preschool, that's going to be your special
ed programs on the federal side that supplement teacher assistants and stuff like that. And then, pay for your some of your services like your OT, PT, and all of that. Then, you're going to have the titles and those are going to be the things that provide extra and above what GP can for teacher assistants, RTI teachers, and those kind of things. Nothing's really changed in the budget. We just have to adjust whenever we have cuts or when we have money growth and we can add an assistant or we have to cut two assistants and we have to decide how we're going to do that. So, no no no new positions, no new crazy stuff. It's just that they need you to all be aware what's in the budget. >> They They have given us a
preliminary amount of money and it's the same as last year. So, we don't really know. They could come in and then change it, too. Is this block >> all majority federal money? >> It all Everything of this is 100% federal. And what And here's how that works. They They have us to do amendments to the So, they're they're asking you all to see it now, but we like if Betsy needs to do an amendment, she does the amendment, it comes through me, then it goes to Diana, then it goes to a state person. If the state person says no, it comes back down the chain, we revamp, and then we send it back up. So, always somebody at the state approving this budget. We never get it without that. So. >> I'll second that. >>
We have We already have a second. Uh Mr. Ashlock seconded. Uh Ms. Weir made the motion. >> Is that for this entire >> Yes. >> It It just You need the regulations. You have to know it. Ms. Monroe's going to have to go online and verify that you all have >> It's been a few days. >> Something >> It's been a few days. >> No more stuff. It's part of it, guys. It's It's good. It's all It's all good. >> So, basically, we're all voting in the dark. >> It's just part of what we have to do to get the federal money. You have to do this any moment. >> There's the carrot. >> And we haven't changed any way we're using the federal money in in years. >> It's so regulated anyway. >> Since
you made the motion. >> I'll second. >> Again, motion on the floor with Ms. Weir, seconded by Mr. Ashlock. Any further discussion? If not, all in favor, aye. Any opposed? Motion passes. Item nine, consider the transfer of funds within any major classifications of the general purpose school budget and school nutrition program budget to meet obligations by June 30th, 2026. >> And that's just for us to do clean up at year end with close ends to fix the reserves so they journal entries if we see something that needs to be fixed that we made mistakes on and fix last minute amendments stuff and get it all cleaned up to close it out. >> Make motion. Motion by Mr. Ashlock. >> I'll second. >> Seconded by Ms. Weir. Any discussion? If not, all in favor, aye. Any
opposed? Motion passes. Item 10, consider the 2026-2027 general purpose school budget. Again, you have a copy of the general purpose school budget Uh in your packet. Legal paper there. Several pages. We did the obviously address it in depth Tuesday night. As we discussed there, it does include raises for the teachers and staff in addition to raises for our non-certified personnel as well. There is still some flexibility as well on the capital projects that we will continue to assess when the time is right. >> I make a motion to approve the budget. >> [clears throat] >> Motion by Mr. Sherrill. Seconded by Mr. Weir. Any discussion? >> Yes, sir. Down here in 71 71,399 other contracted services to Livix and Technology. What are we paying for? >> That is for your That's like the 12 That's
for the nurse and that is for the welding and that is for your IT teacher. All three. So, the nurse we have on staff here, but Tennessee or the Tennessee Technology Center TCAT, that's the word I'm looking for. TCAT sends them to our location to serve the students for the nursing program. We have a welding teacher that they send to serve us for the welding program and then we have an IT person that does one class that they that they have and it's a contract. So, they give us the people, but then we pay them the contract service so that they can pay them. Um now, it's not It doesn't seem like I know 60,000 seems like a lot, but then when I tell you it's that many people, it doesn't seem like that much.
That we get If those kids have good grades, if they maintain a 3.0 or more, we get a credit back for those if those teachers can keep them at that level. So, it ends up making it look like three three people or two and a half people, but we don't have to pay that much for it because of the credits that the kids maintain. >> So, you get $200 every time they pass an industry cert, too. >> Yeah. $200 every time they pass an industry cert. >> That's one reason, guys, all through the year we've been trying to do all these industry industry certifications and all the certificates. That's money in our pocket. And all the CTE teachers are working really hard. Robbie's one of them. Everybody's working really hard to accomplish that. >> Our
children are getting skills. >> Yeah, our children are getting skills. Right. >> Then I'll I have instructional staff 7210. Why? None of the rest of None of the rest of these sections in-service staff development cost anywhere near this. Why is it $20,000? >> So, that one is the one whenever you get your key speakers that in-service and it blankets the whole county. So, like if we pay our school board attorney, which we do, to come to county-wide in-service and do major training with all of our staff, any time that extra PDs are needed throughout the year where a teacher needs to go to a PD and and we send them to go to that, we pay that from there. It blankets the whole county where the others don't. It also pays for like if you
have training that's required of a supervisor and you know any level you can send them and do that. out of that. The other ones in the other categories are specifically to that those supervisors under that category or those teachers under that category that are going out of county. That one is blanketed for the whole county. Now, I think this last year, I'm not 100% sure but I feel like we spent about 11 or 12 thousand is what we spent in it. I don't really remember for sure but I think it's something >> that with the county attorney. >> Yes, they do. >> We get title two federal funds that we can use for that too. >> Mhm. >> Now, uh fiscal services where it says contract and services, what are we paying for there? >>
That is our local government um computer system that does our payroll and our uh fixed asset program and our purchase order and where we write all our checks from and it's also the thing that's uh called my benefits channel that keeps up with our uh health care reform and makes sure that anybody over anybody over 30 plus hours it keeps up with all the subs and makes sure that we offer them insurance if they get over 30 which we try not to do but it helps us maintain that program. >> What are we paying for? >> Local government corporation is the big portion of it. Um it pays for the four schools or the three schools bookkeeping system and ours here and then the my benefits channel is uh I've the name of that vendor's
Norvics, I think. I will find one time here and I forget but anyway, >> [cough] >> we call [clears throat] it my benefits channel. >> The county is on local government payroll, right? >> They are. >> So, don't have much option. >> Now, you only have a couple different. Skyward is another one. Um and they have I think Putnam might have it. Um I don't think I think um our audit appreciates local government better, but but I you can pick which one you want to, but they all run about the same price. It's just a a program that keeps up with all that for and it it syncs with the state's program. So, when we upload all of our stuff to the state at the end of the year or throughout the year, it syncs
and it's all geared local governments tied in with state department. >> Okay. >> Something something stuck out to me. >> Okay. >> I didn't know what it was, but I don't want to ask. >> That was a wonderful time of day. Any other discussion? Any other questions? Give me a motion on the floor by Mr. Sherrill, seconded by Mr. Weir to approve this budget that you have in front of you. There's no further discussion. I'll call the roll. Mr. Sherrill? >> Aye. >> Mr. Weir? >> Aye. >> Mr. Waze? >> Aye. >> Mr. Henson? >> Aye. >> Mr. Mays? >> Aye. >> Mr. Ashlock? >> Aye. >> And I vote aye. Motion passes. Item 11, consider the 2026-2027 school nutrition program budget. Uh you have a copy of that budget in your packet as well.
Very similar to prior year and I'm sure Ms. Tia would love to address that as well. >> Yeah, it basically basically stays the same from year to year. We try to cut where we can. Um the one number though that I will point out at the end of this school year where you see it says 84564, it will not be that much. That is cushioned being Ashley's already ran what I've got left to come out and that number will not be anywhere close to that. So the finalized official number will be closer to it'll be over 200. To start the school year off next year. So it's not going to be as low as it even looks on this sheet of paper. We just have to estimate and so we overestimate. So. >> It's so
hard to to get it close or real close when you you're not plugging that in. >> It's very hard. We still have times left on it. We and we still have pyro's left. I mean, we're not done. >> Well, they're wanting you 30. >> I'll make a motion to approve this one also. >> Motion by Mr. Sherrill. >> Seconded by Mr. Weir. Any further discussion? If not, we'll call roll. Mr. Sherrill? >> Aye. >> Mr. Weir? >> Aye. >> Mr. Weir? >> Aye. >> Mr. Anderson? >> Aye. >> Mr. May? >> Aye. >> Mr. Ashworth? >> Aye. >> And I vote aye. Motion passes. Item 12, consider the 2026-2027 certified personnel salary schedule. Um you have a copy of that um certified salary schedule in your packet and again it's uh based it does include
um the raises as necessary that we talked about um and our planning meeting. >> Motion to approve. >> Motion by Mr. Weir. Seconded by Mr. Weir. Any discussion? If not, all favor. >> Aye. Any opposed? Motion passes. Item 13, consider the 2026-2027 support personnel salary schedule. You have that in your packet as well. Um From the one we passed last year to this one, there is I think at least one new role there, a job title, but we we amended it there in the year, but other than that, it will include the raise as discussed as well. Motion by Mr. Weaver. I'll second second by Mr. Webb. >> How much was it? What was the raise? >> 75 cents. >> Any further discussion? If not, all in favor. Any opposed? Motion passes. Item 14, consider
the proposed edits to the 2026-2027 elementary and high school handbooks on second reading. You have a copy of both elementary uh proposed changes in your packet on page 15 and page 41. This is second reading. >> Who defines what an indecent manner is? >> The principal. >> Well, that's a wonderful job, I'm sure, Dr. Teague. >> Lovely, yes. >> Based on based on what criteria? I mean, does anybody give you the criteria? >> Cuz that just seems like that seems like something a lawyer could eat up. >> Well, most of the time we just follow whatever it says like revealing shorts and that kind of stuff and >> Yeah. >> inappropriate messages on shirts >> Got no midriff showing, you know, those kind of things. >> Well, that would amaze me. >> Of course. >>
I know what it means to our group. >> Well, the principals are in charge in their schools and they make those calls. >> I get that, but I mean that just This is something that the state handed us or is this something we're doing internally? >> T- TISD >> Okay. All right. I just It seems to me like a good lawyer could get that. >> Well, this is just discipline of children. You're not in the court system at this point. Yeah. >> saying it could lead to it and that seems like something I would and that's why I was just asking who defines that. >> Motion to approve both elementary and high school? Both elementary and high school. Motion by Miss Weard. >> I second. >> Seconded by Mr. Mays. Any discussion? And we have
a motion on the floor to approve both of the edits on second reading to the elementary handbook and the Clark County High School handbook. Any further discussion? >> Same comment, right? Same comment. Yeah. >> If not, all in favor? Uh any opposed? Motion passes. Brings us to item 15, consider change order one and change order two for resurfacing pre-existing parking lot at Sonic A. As you recall, we bid this project uh and awarded it to the Rogers Group. They have begun, and there's a couple things that once they started um that require change orders. Uh one being um the uh alligator cracking is how they refer to it. That's that first one. And then the other smaller change order, change order two, is to pave the walkway behind the freezers. Kind of coming out from
the back door to the freezers back there. Both of these items would be in addition uh to the current scope of the work in the contract that we approved. This does not include the additional um fill that we discussed at the meeting. That was already in contract per price. So. >> I'll make a motion to approve. >> I'll second. >> Motion by Mr. Sherrill. Seconded by Mr. West. Any discussion? If not, all in favor? >> Aye. >> Any opposed? Motion passes. And then now item 16. Consider the quotes for custodial supplies. You have a summary of uh the quotes for all our custodial supplies that we use. Um we had been able to, I guess, just use one service provider in the past, but um within this year, we're going to experience a significant uh
increase on the cost of those items. So, as a result, our staff has assembled um these quotes for these items. Um and as we discussed the other night, all be it a little bit more cumbersome in the fact that we'll have to use multiple service providers, I >> You will let you pick and choose? >> They will let us pick and choose. Yes, sir. And um we'll save um considerable sum there by being able to do that. If you add that to the highlighted bottom uh section there, all three vendors combined will be the total cost there. >> I make a motion to go with the all three combined for the lowest price rate for each. >> And you're good with that, right? >> Motion by Mr. >> I have a second >> All right.
Mr. Sherrill. >> It is a little more work, but we'll make it work. It'll be fine. We'll We'll get >> Thank you for doing that, uh Here we have a floor uh motion on the floor by Mr. Ashworth, seconded by Mr. uh Mr. Sherrill. Any further discussion? If not, all in favor? Aye. Any opposed? The motion passes. That brings us to our Mr. Peoples' report. >> Very short. Uh wing construction's continuing. Uh I know Mr. Miller came by and visited and looked at all of it. Now, they're to the point that they're kind of pausing because they're waiting on material to get here, uh but they are quick and doing a great job. Summer school wraps up on Tuesday. Monday, they all go to the K8 and do the visit in planetarium and we'll have
lunch down there. Uh we're in the process of filling our open positions and the gym floor is scheduled for August. Any questions for Dr. Teague? If not, Ms. Monroe? >> Well, we've got a lot a lot of things going on, as you all have heard. Um the the windows, I'm glad Dr. Teague spoke to that. I'm so excited about the way the the windows are going to be patched up and be a wall. I am so proud to get that beyond me. That's the one thing that since I've been here that I've been wanting to accomplish. I I think that is a a severe safety hazard, and I'm so proud to get that corrected. Um we you all have talked at great length about the paving at Saluda K-8 School. We want to thank you
all for all of this. We are so excited. Um notice on my report there in the middle of the page, uh Mr. John Denton and Ms. Kim Upton, we celebrated them on Monday Monday. And um that was a a real celebration. Um they were so excited. Mr. Denton served 31 years in the school system. Ms. Kim Upton 33 years. And we want to thank them. And we've got other teachers that are retiring. We want to wait till July to do that, you know, cuz they have certain retirement dates that we need to get beyond, I guess. Um we've gone down to the new Irmco. That was the former VNF Transformer. Uh and they have given us lots of school supplies. We appreciate all of that. Coordinated coordinated school health. We've got all the uh fall
sports that are uh the basketball that everybody's in camps preparing for next season. Uh the spring sports are doing all of their tryouts. It's a busy time, even though we don't have school in session. We've got lots of people in training. Central office staff, teachers are in lots of trainings. Uh is Tia. I want you to update them on the meals that you served to the community this summer, please. That's a new thing for us. >> The state granted us permission to not only serve meals to the kids in summer school at KA and Hermitage Springs, but they've let they've allowed us to do they call it non-congregate serving, which is where we can serve bulk meals. Like they can come pick up three to five, even seven. The max is seven. And I have
very limited staff, but we wanted to kind of do a trial run. >> They take them home? >> They do. So, what we've done every Thursday of June, today was the last day, matter of fact. >> Praise the Lord. >> I love that we got to do it, but it was really difficult to pull off. The first Wednesday, I went to both schools and I told Ashley I could hardly stand up. I think I sacked up 400 meals in each school. Uh but what we did was anybody that called and came through, we sent them home with seven days. >> That's seven days. >> sent them seven breakfasts, seven lunch per child. And so, we've been Parents have been coming through on the Thursdays and picking them up. The first The first Thursday, some didn't
know it, so Officer Lindsey took what we had left and he went handed I can't, but he went and handed it out in town for me. Um I know at Hermitage Springs school today, I think today alone, um they served This is lunch and breakfast together. I would say 400 plus. >> I was down >> Seven at a time. So, yeah. >> If we had 32 to 33 people that came, and some of them have three kids, some of them have five kids. >> Picked up eight. For eight children. And if you do eight times seven, that's 56 meals. So I sent them 56 breakfasts and 56 lunches. Yeah, it was a lot. >> And I was at K8 yesterday and we have two cooks working. Kale was [music] down there and you ought to
see all the sacked up packages of >> It's like an assembly line. I told them I said we could start rolling a factory. Cuz I mean it's like, you know, you pack all of them the same and so >> I should have videoed. Why did I not video? But it was really good. >> That's great. >> It is great. It is really great. >> So next year we're going to try to staff a few more, let more of our workers work and if we can we're going to try to get even more, maybe fix even more meals and get it out a little bit you know, get it out a little bit more and try to do it. Yeah, we're going to try to do it again next year. >> But we are going to
have to have more staff. >> Yeah, cuz her spring Lisa's there's one there's one >> Yeah, she's by herself. >> And see she's servicing summer school so me and Ashley worked it out where I could hire a second one and it's coming out of my budget and that's why I'm having to mention things but we had a second one on the pickup days. So I've been down there helping them because they just they they're doing it by themselves. So I've been down there helping them stack up everything. >> With the number of different kids that I have We love We love Lisa really. That she's been down there a while too. She's really good actually. >> I'll be honest with you and I and I say it everywhere I go. I say it at my
state conferences. I've said it to the state people that's come in and audited me when we've done AR reviews and they agree with me.
