001Hello clockers. Welcome to another segment of WACA News Blog. My name is Hi Silver and today I'll be giving you a brief summary of the Ashlin Town Manager newsletter. Open Gov online permitting system launch. We're excited to announce the launch of OpenGV, Ashlin's new online platform designed to streamline town services. Residents, contractors, and businesses can now apply for permits, submit forms, pay fees, and track requests all online. The building department is the first to roll this out for select permitting functions with other departments joining soon. This platform will cut down on manual paperwork, speed up communication between departments, and make town government more accessible and efficient for everyone. A townwide roadway condition assessment. BL companies and Beta Engineering are surveying every road in Ashland using specialized camera equipment and AI analysis. This effort is part

002of our pavement management plan overseen by the Department of Public Works. They'll assess pavement, sidewalks, and curbing, compiling it into a GIS mapping system.
