001absolute beast mode. You went out there. You got five goals, two assists, right? You guys are seeing the ball, seeing the cuts so well. What do you think about uh how the team's playing today? I thought we played well. We our off movement was good and we were able to see like the open cutters a lot and I think that we all like just worked together really well. Yeah, big physical game. Penro came in, they were looking to win. It was really tight there through the half. Um, describe kind of some of the physical play on that ride. You guys are really jumping on it. You uh Aya and Abby are always so aggressive on the ride. I think the other team took a little offense to What do you think? Yeah, it was good.
002They were We're really using the sideline, I think, to um to trap the ball. The refs were really calling all the pushes, so we had to like get our bodies in front and not push with our sticks and stuff and just trap them using the sideline and like not go for the check and stuff. Yeah, cuz you saw uh as you know, Paige went down, right? So, you guys all had to step up. You significantly stepped up today, dishing the ball twice for two go for two assists and five goals. Um talk for a little second what you think about the play of Alana Duffy today with the goalending. I think she did great. She always plays great and helps us a lot. Her clears are really good. But she's good with seeing the open
003players and our transitions really good with her when she passes the ball like up um to the attackers and we can really push the fast break. Yeah, it was amazing to see everybody step up a little bit here. T you know Abby with two goals. Um Pinto showed up got in the game. She got a nice goal. Uh also Ashley, I mean just to see such a great group of girls like a variety of shooters and also a variety of of assists too. Um coming in now you have Urseline or Dyon with coming up. I don't we don't know much about them, but if you guys play like you did today and get on that draw, get those draw controls. You guys both look strong. Uh how do you think um Maggie did today on
004the uh on the draw? I think she did good. She really used like Payton and I to get the ball. She didn't really like sell it as much and I thought Payton did good um with getting him on that side when they with there. So, are you talking when you're on that on the circle together saying, "Hey, I'm going left. I'm going right. It's coming to you, Payton. I don't have the ball." So, communication is key out there as we know. And even on the um on the offensive zone, the draw and dumps, pick and rolls, it's like you guys are now been playing for so long together that you know where each other's going to be and you know running plays or or just running that pick and roll draw and dump is such
