001First of all, uh we have a housing crisis is what we have here in Massachusetts now, which has been, you know, uh made worse, substantially worse by the influx of all these new visitors. I call them guests. Um but those hotels themselves, the actual physical buildings, you the one in Malboro for sure, and some of the ones I've been to, they're not ever going to be the same. They have to be kind of like raised and rebuilt because they're just a mess. Is that not true, John? Oh, you're I I can just speak from experience of being in some of these that you're just going to have to tear them all down and redo them. And here's the thing. I mean, you know, if Bill's thing, you know, if I was the governor, I'd tear them down. And you you know you you hear the Healey administration right now talk about you know they're they're champions of affordable housing.
