001Good evening. This workshop session of the Conroe Independent School District Board of Trustees is called to order at 6 PM tonight. It is actually now 7 6:04 on Monday, February 2nd, 2026. This meeting is a specially called meeting of the board of trustees. The purpose of today's meeting is to discuss the board operating procedures as posted on the official agenda. A quorum of the board is present. This meeting is being held at the Sadler administration building and one or more of the trustees may be participating by video conference in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. At this time, we will stand for the invocation and the pledges led by Trustee Duncan and Trustee Gambino. Please join me for prayer. Dear God, we come to you tonight thankful for all that you've done for us,
002Lord, and all that you continue to do through this district. Lord, it's with heavy hearts that we ask you to bless our schools, Lord. Bless our leadership, God. Be with our teachers in the classrooms, God. Be with our coaches on the fields, our our folks in the lunchrooms, Lord, our bus drivers, Lord. We just cover them all, Lord. We ask that you just send down a special sense of peace, Lord, to our leadership and continue to guide and guard and direct us all. Lord, we thank you for bringing us here safely tonight. We ask that you bless this time that we're here together and bless the decisions that are made or discussions that are had. Lord, give us ears to hear the details we need to know, Lord, to make good decisions for the future
