She was able to find she's Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Yeah. Heat. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat. Good evening. We have starting on page five balance was 24 million65,537.37 and the material changes in that second material changes the marginal operating investment account decreased by 890,000 and that was just to move money over to the general operating our appropriate obligations. Our 2020 bond account decreased by $261,5596 just for some of the um house projects that we have going on. And then the total interest earned for all accounts at the bottom of the third column was $77,8348. Moving on to the tax

collection update on page seven. We collected 100% for accounts. Um and our original fund account the percent collected is 101.46% 46% and for our death service I ins loses $188,513 over budget for the year and our revenues 86.86% of total expenditures for our budget expenditures and then that is all I have any questions. Thank you. Heat. Heat. Oh, sorry. Last week we had our singer Heat. Heat. two starship. So we got celebrities together. So maybe It doesn't seem like I actually Heat. Heat. finish. That's position. finish seven and only finish six. The future of all we have finals this week defeated last week we got pretty competition this week series and so I think we'll be think Wednesday night on All right. I want to keep it outside. I don't want to see push it

out. and before that if you ever please be there because you're rock star and those teachers. Oh, you know that is at 8:30 is pretty special graduation at 7:30. So you guys will be in the Okay. testing. So please ris achievement and so science increased also 78% 84% 83% so 5% to the 62% Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Yeah. Heat. Heat. Heat. incredible just okay here The attendance is at 95.87% year today which is only almost exactly where it was last year uh on Friday calendar. Uh since our last meeting it has been 96.02 O2 which I think is this time of year museum. We went to the children's commerce. We also field trip and field trip to German which kids love. Uh we have a yearbook cover contest. So, uh, when you get your yearbook,

you'll see it's phenomenal. Amazing artist, our arts program, our fine arts way up with Mrs. Lock. And then this is a rainbow coming in. Um, let's see. Oh, another thing that was really fantastic was our fifth grade living history museum. Our kids got were signed a notable historic figure from the gates. They have to dress up in costume. They research them extensively and then they parents have to come in and have to come in and ask them questions about their figure. Um, we have our ceremony today. Tomorrow at 6:00 p.m. we have our fifth grade graduation ceremony at elementary school. And then we have our class parties on Thursday. So that's all I know of that. And I think I have a house for you guys as well. I'm sorry kinderg levels I never use

circle 82% just say that breaking it down a little further so you go next slide 82%. So these are different tracks early on 72% level over the year. One area that was lower that align with some conversations that we've been having is vocabulary development. It seems that kids just aren't being exposed to the same in terms of vocabulary. So that's something we're noticing not just in but all three levels. Uh so we've been having conversations with different folks. Mrs. H, Mrs. tough words I see talking about ways that we can intentionally and explicitly teach vocabulary in a way that's uh vertically aligned and systemic um uh and our dyslexia specialist actually was part of that conversation more easily um was something that she was seeing some of her classes too. So that would be a

big leverage piece for us uh in this coming year is looking at how can we be really intentional about building academic vocabulary and then the nonacademic vocabulary that allows them to to access what they're reading. But so I just kind of summarized that for you. But that is our hospital 3 update. Do you have any questions for me? Thank you. Thanks. Next up, Mr. It looks absolutely fantastic. Heat. Heat. Yeah. Heat. This is not 6 weeks. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. So to see if there's anything to be done in there sometimes those windows Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. That's pretty much the same. The city back and forth and stuff just waiting through the city. We should be good to go. Heat. Heat. Well, really exciting news testing is all finished. So, you know, finally finished

with all testing. Um, and so we're finished with all that. We're hoping that we're going to receive our scores, at least the preliminary scores that we get very purposes in June. that looks like for us. So we should hope we get those this week with 38. We should be getting some scores from now probably around May 29th that area June 1st. Um science is going to be kind of scor. And then as far as the things that I was going to go through that have to do with the part of it obviously we wanted implementation. So we will be attending district teacher trainings attending some virtual events that are happening in July. So there's three sessions virtually that they will be able to choose from that incorporate our TCP which is our teacher resource system

that we use with online and so all of our math teachers are going to be required to participate in that. We sent those dates out to them. So they're going to get a chance to choose the virtual which will make it easier for them. We're super excited to have her join us in coaching and additional training session at the beginning of the summer and then so she has a lot of she's been sending me heration plans and training that she's planning to attend. So we're really on the traination piece. We keep working on it making sure that we're not missing anything. Um it's key for us. Um but as well as our system which is where we purchase all of our materials on Friday. We have not purchased. I know that we have purchased. We

have not purchased because we have meetings tomorrow and we want to finalize things with those conversations. will be able to order those materials probably Wednesday or Thursday and make sure services that they will be here before and I really like push them to give me a survey for delivery. really hoping that we're going to get it before then. We have some contingency plans. We're talking about place if it's that late in the summer until we talk about a little bit later. So too much on that receiving region 10. We have six new professional teachers. Those are our teachers that have zero to two years of experience across all of our businesses and those families will be used to help us focus on uh teacher coaching and retention and onboarding systems and things like that. So

depending on right now it's $3,000 per teacher. So right now it's about $18,000 and so that money amount may change any teachers. And then the last section is CTE growth in future opportunities. We do not um unfortunately like we had hoped but we are committed to strategically growing that program and providing those students with some meaningful workforce alive experience um in future careers. around January. It seemed like for whatever reason this year was more science which were just facility there 26 27 school year. We're adding an education training we talked to you guys about pretty easy for us to start with our freshman. We're continuing and figuring out ways to use that while a lot of students very interested in that. So we want to make sure that we're getting things in the future. We

visited one of our parents recently as a student that's still in the district on graduated maybe finding a sponsor teacher that might want to do that for free to use for the upcoming school year. So our hope will be to start that generate some interest and then we can expand it into what's called digital communications which audio visual technology communication cluster as they say. So students who are interested in you know getting into any kind of videoing and streaming and you know type things that might be something for them I want to see interest in that. Um and then trying to think oh we have eight students that are right now college that are interested in signing for the PCT program which is the patient care technician we're not able to offer that in house

right now that's our future goal but we are racing and we do have students that are going to be participating that this year to get their PCT so that's updates any questions Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. 3 hours in order Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Patience. Yes. It's just So that's Heat. Heat. Yeah. Heat. Heat. Heat. Yeah. Heat. Yeah. Heat. Heat. Heat. Next special education services. Yeah. Heat. Please let us know. special. So just make Heat. Heat. Yeah. Heat. Yeah. Heat. Is any hospital agenda 9 to the packet anyone wish it for individual consideration motion? individual machine technology trades.

Heat. All around. So previously we had a special board meeting from Gallagher Constructions. Coming Gallagher is now our name. Um we had a previous uh board meeting on I believe it was the 30th to approve uh the bond that was passed for gun. Um we had some drivers uh in that process where we were still in the midst of trying to get them complete. So we have approved the initial budget uh back on the 30th and now uh this is another board meeting we're coming to to approve the remaining packages. So looking at uh just kind of this sheet the first two pages is us just recommending uh it to you guys. Uh and then we go into the highlighted area which is essentially all the contractors budget uh for you guys to approve. Um

what we are officially approving uh for this meeting is what's highlighted in yellow and orange. Um you guys can see that. Uh so there was five packages. the concrete package uh which is our 3B. Uh there were two uh three technology which was 27A, 27B and 28B. And then the last one was uh 31A which was excavation. So those are the main ones and then in addition to what's underneath those tra some and then the items are uh change or essentially we've already approved a certain amount uh on the 30th And now uh since the new drawings have come out and we have essentially you know sent in new new numbers uh we did get notification from two contractors which was the fencing and the dry owners that uh there's an additional cost. So that's

placed in here as well. Uh kind of along the line here, we did get a if you look on the left,400, which is the cost of work item for SWPP uh storm water pollution prevention program, we are listing somebody as opposed to just having an estimate in there. And then continuing to the next page, we've got an engineering fee from uh TNP, which is who the architect hired uh to do the uh so just north of the admin building we're putting in a parking lot. Uh they were ones who were hired to draw it up. Uh so there was a fee in there that we had to add uh according to our communication with Corgan the architect. And then the last item here is materials testing, which that was also an added cost based off

of what we uh received uh new drawings for. And then all in all, continuing to that last page, we're $18,529 under budget still. Uh so that's our budget. The last couple sheets here you'll just see is the bid tab, which was originally given to you guys 30th. uh but it's still there for you guys to see. Um and those are kind of where the numbers fell into uh in line with. And I'll leave it at that. Any questions? Second Heat. Yeah. Heat. Heat. Heat. 15 minutes you may Heat. until July. So, we can't set the tax rate until second. I don't see any Heat. Heat. This is initiary. Heat. Yeah. Heat. Yeah. So teacher here and he says here teacher 90%. So it is my reation that we approve this state. Heat. Heat. But what it does is it allows us to sell more things in the future. motion second Praise you. The last reason passes item 10 station. Heat.
