001and the students we have come in here. Some of the parents we have coming with them may not share the same um I don't know if values is the right word. I don't use values that we currently have. And we want to make sure that we still have a product we're putting out at Gunnar ISD that we have now. And so we're being proactive instead of reactive in this and thinking what is it that we want to bring on board here at Gunnar to ensure that character education continues and be very purposeful about it. Getting creative before we see some growth. So that way we're not trying to go back and fix problems that are that are occurring. So right now we we saw great expectations. We went up to Big City, Oklahoma last week

002and and saw that and we went yesterday to Mid Loian ISD and we're able to see capturing kids hearts. And those are the two we kind of narrowed it down to right now. Should anything change where we don't select one of those, we'll we'll figure out the next steps from that. We'll bring it back to you. Uh some construction updates. The middle school gym entrance has been redone. It no longer looks like a locker room when you walk into the gym. Now it looks like a real entryway and there's privacy in the restrooms. And so we're excited about that work being completed. We are still in the process of getting engineering done for the roadway. We're going to extend a road from her foot to Tiger Lane to alleviate congestion in the mornings and the

003afternoons. It be safer for everybody and it'll get people in and out of there much quicker. Uh right now we are in the planning phase for a March start for the administration building. We're planning on the old elementary old old elementary um being half of that building being redone and made it to the administration building. And so the plans for that have been um temporarily uh they've been approved, but we're waiting on the last to make sure that the costs are lower because we've had some other costs come up. We're taking some things away. We had planned to make sure that we stay focused at the high school. They all be repaired. So this summer, starting in May, right before school's out going all the way to right when school starts in August, we'll have

004re renovations on all six restrooms at the high school. And they will be uh every space will be used much better than they currently are. and that'll be commercial grade quality materials there. We have turf for the football, baseball, and softball fields coming in. That'll provide for a safer playing field for the the football players because the one we have now is reached the life expectancy that it had pretty much because we play on it 9 months out of 12 unlike most other school districts. So, we used it up faster than we expected. But, we're also adding the turf in the uh the baseball and the softball. We're excited about that. We are finishing the the work on our fences from middle school to high school. So that way during the day as students need

005to move back and forth between the middle school and high school, they'll stay behind a locked fenced area. It'll just be safer for our students to move back and forth to know that nobody's without having climbed a fence is going to be where they are. Uh our roofing for this building was supposed to start uh this next Monday, but because of the weather system we have coming in, it's been delayed one week. So February second is the start date. That'll be done in one week, and you'll see a new roof on this building. And then let's talk about the intersection at Highway 121 adjacent Maples. The planning phase is to add a turn lane, but if we add a turn lane and spend the money for that, we don't think it'll alleviate the problem of

006people waiting for the the intersection to be clear enough to go because the the traffic on 121 is going to keep going through. It'll just take a lot of time. So, we feel strongly that a turn signal traffic light is what's needed to that intersection. And so we work with our engineers and we work with the developers Centurion American and they have uh already completed a warrant study for a traffic light. We get the results back any day now. Once we get the results, we're going to take those to the city and ask them to support a traffic light at that intersection should the warrant study be necessary. And then they'll take that to text dot. In a few months, we should be able to to see a traffic signal be put in there should

007one be needed. Uh, and that's that should stop the the the need for that term lane. And that's what I'm hoping is that if the light is needed, we put that in, then we can stop with the uh the idea that we need to put in a lane because once we put in in a lane that we agreed to early on, u I feel like the the renovations a few years from now will just undo what we do and it's not going to stop the traffic concerns we're having now. So the common sense solution seems to be let's put in the traffic light instead of at a lower cost instead of building up a road that will just be redone in a couple years. Um and then two updates we as an administration team are

008going to go present at the designing the future of education conference in Rockwell. 12 superintendents around the state were invited to come and uh present at that. So we were able to accept that. will be there March 22nd through 24th and the expenses are being paid for by an organization that's putting on the conference. So we don't have an expense of the district for that but we've decided that the innovative practice we want to present on is the ambassador academy that we started this year. So we're going to explain how we selected ambassadors, what the purpose of them are, what we're doing and why. And we're going to share that with the other 11 school districts that show up there that day. And then um I was also uh able to get a scholarship to

009go to Peru. So this summer from July 7th to 15th, they're going to pay for this. The district's not paying a penny for it, but I'll be able to go to Peru to see CTE practices at a global level. And so some of what we learned there can maybe be brought back here and use the idea. So in Peru, uh they do a lot of CTE career technology education, a lot of vocational work. That's what they're all about. And so some of their practices are more advanced than what we see here in the United States. And so the idea is to take five superintendents from different states. And the group of us, about 30 of us, go and we're able to experience this. And we're working the whole time into professional health. So I look

010forward to coming back to that and sharing what we've learned. In January, u we have tassid winter. It always has ice and snow here during mid winter. So here we are the 24th through the 27th has been mid winter down in San Antonio. Uh and then our elementary UIL academics is the 30th. We're looking forward to that. The kids have been practicing for a long time getting ready. In February, we have our UIL realignment announced. So we'll know what districts we're going to have for the next two years. On the 2nd, you look for a post on social media. We get told, coach Gil and I get told at 9:00 a.m. By 9:15 it's on all social media and you can look for it there to see who we're going to be playing in our

011district. Um, we have a task and policy audit. It's been about seven or eight years since we've done a policy audit. And so we have task come in from the 2nd to the 4th of February and they look at all of our policies and they look at our current practices and we make sure they align. And if there's not alignment, we figure out what needs to happen to make sure there is alignment. So that way our administrators and teachers are following the policies that we have there. Uh I will meet at AASA on the 7th and 15th for to complete my national superintendent certification and I'll be presenting at AASA on character education and how it can be used to raise attendance and lower discipline. And then uh our February board meeting is the 16th.

012We have our third ambassador academy. That one is going to be different than the others. It's going to be in the school day and we're taking our ambassadors through the elementary campus to classrooms to show them just how great our instruction is, the curriculum we're using and why we're using it and what we're doing as far as the framework and changing things. And then as I mentioned, we have that conference that we're invited to uh in and Rock Wall on the 22nd and the 24th. And that concludes my portion. Now we'll start board recognition. The month of January is set aside every year in Texas so that we can recognize the individuals on a school board who selflessly serve the community. And here in Gutter, we have six amazing individuals who just give of themselves

013each and every day. Uh we spend hours and hours looking through reports and uh discussing very important matters for the district and the community and I just couldn't uh be more happy to serve alongside this team. And so now we have some some recognition activity to my employee. So sit back, relax, and we'll start with the elementary school. Charlie, how are you doing, sir? >> Thank you, sir. Thank you very much. Jesus. Come on. >> Thank you very much. We just saw You guys really hand everything over there. You guys put together the high school we have. We appreciate everything you do in front of you design. So over there once again I want to make sure that I reiterate for anybody Whenever I talk about text getting traffic lights, we're at the mercy of

014their lag time as far as how long it takes to get us stuff. And we can probably get the approval once the citys it within a few months, but it might be up to a year. You don't know how long because uh everybody ask for something and they okay it have to put it on a list and they have to work through the different projects they have. So, I just want to make sure everybody understands it may be a little while to get it. He wants us to learn, but we'll keep you up to date on the financial. >> Good evening. We have the December financial report. We'll just go over the highlights from it. Um, we're going to start out this month with the event that starts on page three and goes through six.

015Um some of the highlights beginning balances as of October 1st was $72,300,7998 and then we ended all the account balances with 20,48,4883 and then interest earned from all of the accounts total for 3 months to $195,6552. Um, next we have the bank account dates and those again on page eight. Total ending balances um as just reduced success balances December 31st 20,48,4883. Some of the material changes within the accounts the month for were the marginal operating investment account decreased by 250,000 and now just um we have all of our money investment account to earn interest from that from time to time we get to pay bills because we're not getting DA money tax right now. So that was just draw all of our silver bills. The 2023 bond account um decreased by $26,19422 and that was

016just our regular monthly bond payments. And then our debt service um account is accounted to buy 76,3527 and we just got tax. So interest for all accounts um reported on was $64,970. Um next item we have is the tax collection update that starts with page 10. Um to date uh we've received 12.7% of the budget revenue as this month in the January finances. And after that we have the budget summary that starts on page 11. Over in the far right column at the very bottom, you'll see that our expenditures are at 53.58 53.58% of our residual. So, we're halfway through the years, so it's right about where we need to be. Um, still watching our maintenance operations. Right now, it's 72.68%. Just keep an eye on that. We have done that for a while at

017the beginning of the year. Um, preventive maintenance and catching up all the units and stuff, but still keep an eye on that. Um the only other thing that mentioned for the general operating account budget revenue at the top um our budget revenue was at 57.69% 57.69% Thank you. >> Sorry. Enrollment update. If you'll go to page 20, you'll see that current we have 1161,61 students. Uh we went up in the elementary uh by about five students. We went down by one in middle school last month and we are down by one high school by one student perh update for us. I'll go over this real quick. I was uh not a long ago by Dr. compliance plan. So this is uh quick run down of the uh preventive maintenance uh purpose maintain safe reliable efficient

018facilities throughout consistent preventive maintenance. Uh most will be done by us. We have to ask our come in obviously we use biders for that. Um but you see I'm not going to read this. You know there's weekly monthly quarterly semianual and annual checks that we'll be doing. Uh hopefully by doing those checks we can catch things sooner rather than later so smaller fixes can happen before they turn into larger items which is um what we've been working on fixing here the first part of the year. Uh and then just some updates on um a getting a maintenance program in place for ticketing that will help keep track of everything. I've been speaking with uh uh at conference with him today. I'm going to go through administration with him in a couple weeks. Uh but that

019is essentially a program that people can put maintenance tickets in. It keeps track of all our assets. It'll tell us, hey, this air conditioner has been down three times in the last 6 months. It's costing you this much money to repair it. So that way we can start looking at real data to start justifying what we need to actually replace items versus repair that sort of stuff. Um, so I'm hoping to get some preliminary numbers on how much that will cost um and just what all can do. Um, we can also add I was talking to uh this man. They can also add in transportation ticketing, all that sort of stuff. Have everything in one house. Um, so everything's working together. Um, as far as projects that are going on in a bunch of them.

020Uh, we just finished a drainage project at the softball field. um because no water was on it for about a month and it's still soggy in one field. Um so we uh had first drains put in there. Um projects that we talked about, we just had our 60% planning meeting with that. So um in about 3 weeks we had a 90% planning. So that is moving along quite well. Security fencing all the uh chain link is up now. They're doing the gates and the gates are all being custom welded in that way. um you know with chain link fencing sometimes location ga start sagging this is all really nice black iron uh it's all being custom made in the process of doing that uh the baseball lights those were repaired reamed so we're good there

021um architect walked the annex or sorry the old old elementary building and the high school restrooms uh I've been told um it'll take about a month maybe 6 weeks to get those reports back uh from what down. Um, and uh, from there that's all I got. Any questions? Can you talk about the two things we did in this building? Just the last few months. >> Yes. Uh, awning area. Uh they came in and uh for about 30 ft on either side of the line uh because everything surrounded by concrete they had to use uh drills they rolled down uh and put base stations in the concrete cover those back up. Um so we do have warranties with that. Um and then they went into the uh awning area into the uh open spaces there. Um

022it spray a termite prevention foam um that's too large. move them out and any termites that it doesn't come in contact with. It's a lot like like law spray it takes care of them. Um so we want to have every summer apparently there's been swarming that's happened in office area that should we should be good there and taken care of. Um I'm going to speak with them. I know the high school has got some termites also. So I need to speak with him about uh trenching some areas there station at the high school. Um, SPAR has finished all the B remediation that happened on that queen. Um, they put about 3 ft up. Uh, they put a silicone barrier sprayed onto um the brick um that area because it's really great. Water would come off

023that the sidewalk area and then just permeate through the bricks into um the classrooms there. So, uh silicone spray was sprayed on there. Uh it was completely waterproof. They came in and fixed all any of the mold in this town was taking out were rebuilt. Uh so the classrooms are just about ready. I should have mentioned I didn't think Stephanie's grandma secretary she's one she put all this together. So she's a go for her. So uh enrollment we're at 379 95% rate from home. We had a couple weeks to avoid that that point. So we're around 95%. Last week March went to this thing without competition finish best finishes. I can't I was told it was the best finish that we've ever had. I can't verify that. But either way, >> third. >> Either way,

024they they competed very well. So, we're excited, you know, for our cheer group. Uh, girls basketball 22 and six. I try to get an update while ago. I haven't heard. They got a big spot for them now. So, they were seven and0 in first. Boys are two and three in district. So I got the messages now. Um boys are two and three districts. So they're hovering around in fourth spot. So we still have another another round to go in the first round. So those kids have a chance wrestling. We're getting ready for our district wrestling meet. We have several girls and boys that have been very competitive in that. So hopefully we'll have several of them advance last week or the week before last Saturday put on a presentation for our kids at the high

025school. um regarding this drug use. They came in talked about those things. Um you know 100% attendance staff was there was great pres that was good for our kids. Lily Martin since we had our last sign we had another sign to go play um basketball. Also that brings our girls one friend or brother playing football. So with family connection, but I think that brings four girls that we've had signed in the last month and a half. That's pretty impressive for our adjustable to what they do because the places they're signing to play are also high standard. So we're we're super proud of that. uh FFA on January 7th, our officer team, they went to uh volunteer and feed my starting uh children. So that was a great experience for those kids who can go volunteer

026and help out a great organization there. Uh band we had Sarah Smith first year. We're all on the spot bands. So she in February will get to go play in the clinic at the T TNA in San Antonio. So uh and that's some of the best positions there are. on the state. So, we're very we're super proud of her for being able to do that. Um, not talking not to personnel, you know, search with our man position. We've had several that I'm very excited about, reached out, been in contact with continuously. I got some coming in next week. So, I'm super excited about going forward in that position to set our kids up to be successful. So we want to get home that direction. Super excited about a couple today. So that direction softball started

027up first. Softball supposed to be this weekend Saturday. Baseball's next week and then we'll be rolling tennis golf. You know spring is ever bored. Contact me. I'll tell you where to go. But we stay pretty busy. It's pretty exciting. So that's all I got. Thank you. >> Thank you. >> So before I get started, I also want to call with just a huge shout out to Jenny Ber. She helped me put together these cutting boards. So thank you. She's amazing. She does so much for our campus. So thank you, Jenny. Um our win right now, we have 86 and sixth grade. Let me just break this down to grade real for you guys. seventh grade we have 89 and eighth grade we have um so kind of a dramatic difference there we have two more

028that we just got today that are starting uh probably next week that are moving in from California um so they're they're moving here um and they're cousins with the family that we already have so um exciting to welcome to welcome them as well um like Mr. work. We had two students participate in the all region um clinic and concert last weekend and that was Austin and Michaela. So just big shout out to those kids. They did a great job performing. Girls middle school middle school basketball was last night was there too. Um there's some calls that were hard seventh grade game but both teams won. They did a great job and they kind of shortened it so only eight teams played last night but um they they both did a great job. boys. Coach Rel

029said eighth grade one. So unfortunately didn't, but they're having a great season. So we're proud of them. Um I want to have some eighth grade teachers today just because I saw really awesome things going on in their classrooms last week and this week. Um Mr. Frell every year utilizes Jeopardy game to review uh all of his history assessments and he always calls me to come down and compete. Um I I'm okay. I'm not great. Um but this time was um westward expansion and manifesting and I I think I knew one answer. So huge shout out to Maddie and who carried our team and got us on the board. So thank goodness those kids all of them knew exactly what they were talking about. So that was great. Um Miss King's class just today actually um

030she had the students teaching for the star assessment questions. um they had to go over there and figure out why they were wrong and um test strategies on how to eliminate answers and they had to get up and present that to the class and teach the class about questions. So that was fun to watch. Um and then Miss Gross met with me uh earlier this week about how she enroll small groups in eighth grade building. Um that's a strategy we utilize a lot in elementary. It kind of waines in middle school. It's hard for her to do. um and she's just super invested in meeting those kids where they need um or where where she needed and so she wants to pull them and use that to her occasion. So we met and talked about

031some strategies that she can use in her classroom. Um SDC participated in their bowling tournament last week and they took home gold, silver, and bronze. So they did a great job with that and we're gearing up for showing the heart which is one of my favorite events that they participated in. So that's coming up too. Um the spring musical is going to be Annie which is super exciting. So, it's going to be really fun. We all know Miss Boy will do a fantastic job with that. Um, and then just thank you all so much. You are an incredible board and since the board appreciation month, I just wanted to express my gratitude. Um, as administrator in this district, we feel very supportive and our teachers feel that you guys responsible for coordinating your thank you

032for that. Since we've last met, we got back. We did our second nine weeks aboard assembly represents our character kids and our leaders. Um, we've been gearing up for UIL. We started next Fridays. Um, coaching chess puzzle team. So, heavily invested in winning our fourth straight championship conference. Uh we started our booster con which is our big fundraiser for the year 2 days ago. So far the last number I have was that we raised $2,000. Uh those funds go directly to grade three levels different accounts to support students enrichment field trips uh and just extending and expanding the learning experiences for kids equipment. anything that we need, they can get through those funding sources. And every every dollar that we're able to raise for teachers is a dollar that we can put back for us

033for our district for our district. Let's see. So we have our fun run will be on Thursday and weather permitting will flust over to the high school and be on the track that day with the gymnasium that is too for kids. Oh we we did our beginning of year math testing and our dyslexia screeners are in class. So that rounded out our bill testing. When I go over house presentation attendance, thank you. So not so well. Since we last met, the attendance for that period was 93.4. And so that's dropped us under 96% for the year. We're at 95 mostly fifth grade the hardest but our numbers are down today we have almost 10% today for the district with about 90% and so very low I don't know sickness or combination of Batman get ready

034for school next turn. Look at that. All right. So today I'll be talking about our third grade. So we'll go to the next post live as well. Um so our goal for our meets and masters category for third grade reading uh this year is 66% math needs for masters uh combined. Our 5year goal or four years from now I guess it will be 73% just to give you some context for what we're shooting for this year where we want to be ultimately um at the end of our 5year cycle. All right. So, we took our uh December, it's called a fall intern, but we're taking it in December. And this is our third graders first opportunity to really see um star level rigor questions. These questions are developed around the state and it's an adaptive

035test. So they'll give the same 10 or 12 questions uh to begin and then based off of how successful they are answering those questions, it'll adapt the test to make it easier or make it more difficult. Um this format allows them to shorten the test so it's not as important as a traditional STAR test, but it can give it does two things. It will give students an exposure to star level rigor questions which teachers can then go in and see exactly what the students chose on each question. Um so they can use that as they spiral their lessons to see what part of these types of questions vocabulary misconception they have for that particular thing. So teachers can do a deep dive in that but it also gives us kind of a predictor for uh

036how they think that students are going to perform in this. We're also excited opportunity to take this test in the spring depending on the field test. We will take in some of our some of our courses but we don't want to over test but we're not doing something with the data necessarily just assessing time but when we look at this data it projects that this third grade class of 2035 will be at 58% master over on that but that's just me one notable little thing on there that slide for a minute is they project that our masters I believe is 39% which would be about double what it was. So our teachers are just doing a fantastic job especially in third grade level extending that learning. Okay. So this is uh one way I talked

037about this with you guys before is I like to look at data apples to apples but then there's just different ways you can cross-section you can look at it. So this is uh the 2035 class our third graders in EAR uh over the course of their time since we started doing the math test. The very first year we implemented it I believe was 22 23 and we did mid year but we only did math. Uh this is what I could tell by looking at the data. So this is just a starting and that line right there is the goal that we have for this year of 66% uh then divided into quintiles which is five parts in terms of percentiles in the top two quintiles is what we've kind of historically aligned for uh means

038of masters in terms of where is it usually fall where they set the lines for are uh now you'll notice that there's a vertical line for this year um where it says 2025 number. So what um what what that company has has noticed is that their typical bell curve that they've been using since 2020 has has changed in terms of how students are achieving how students are growing. Um we could sit here and talk for an hour why that's changed probably in large part related to co um also technology for certain things we can we can dig into with that but uh those norms have changed. So, uh, when teachers are sitting down breaking down this data, they're looking at their RIT score to see how, cuz that has not changed, how they fall on

039a national average, whether that was platinum or skewed. Um, so that's just a consideration. So, it's not really apples to apples, but we care compare percentiles from this year to previous years like like they used to be. I like percentiles. It's a very easy thing to understand, but those percentiles have changed. You'll notice that in this grade level, you do see upward trajectory within the school year. Um, but each year, the beginning of year has dropped for our students. This is more of the apples to oranges in terms of looking at the third grade class, the fourth grade class, and the fifth grade class, how they perform on map um on their when they were in third grade. So the green is the latest data. Again, we can't really compare percentiles in the same manner.

040Um, so I have to look and find a better way to pull the red scores on those those report sections cuz they were like 10,000. But, uh, if you look at the A line and orange share that line, students are growing when they get in the classroom. Good. Next one. So basically what we've seen in terms of ER is we have seen a slight dip over the years in terms of their beginning of year data but they are growing throughout the year. Um so we can use this to um focus on different ways to intervene earlier getting kids into intervention um getting Mrs. Parker um and identifying those kids that might need a little extra school earlier in the year so that our our beginning metrics higher because by the end of the year middle

041build year you see an increase um in those metrics and then stabilize by the end of the year but the bill I think is what we do next with that I think since I've been here looking at the data looking at math looking at reading Uh reading is the most important focus area at the elementary level for our district cuz it drives everything. I'm excited to continue the vertical teaming that I've been able to give uh teams time to do during the 4A week this year and uh to go through that planning process to select a large curriculum that's already been in line so that we can help those gaps Any questions? If I'm rambling, just tell us. It was very useful. Thank you very much, sir. Okay. U we have policy changes that are

042going to be created by Senate Bill 11. which was the bill that was passed that says that uh schools should identify a time for prayer and religious text reading by their staff and their students. So, um this bill, Senate Bill 11, created two different policy updates that we're going to have next month. If you look at page 21, you'll see the first one is a staff policy. Pretty straightforward. Staff has to agree to follow certain rules, make sure it's outside of their instructional time when they're actually with students, and we won't infringe upon the right to pray or read religious text. Pretty much what we already do. But it's but it's putting it in writing in our policy. And then if you look at the next page 23, same thing FAA dealing with students outside

043of the instructional day. We have we need to designate a time probably that will be a time for students to be able to read religious text. What we currently do already, but again it's in writing and policy that way. uh it's where we can say nope, it's okay to have students do this because they already do it already and u we're not going to drink the line. So look for these policy changes as action items next month. This month they're just re-re and during next month. Okay, moving on. We have uh calendars that were sent out to staff. They'll be voted on and adopted in February. But tonight, I'd like just to show you what we proposed to staff. We sent out two calendars. I shared that with you by email. And 90% just under

04490% of our staff like calendar option A, which was a true 4-day school week from beginning to the end with some bad weather days on February, excuse me, starting in April. And you'll see the bad weather making things are in there. We meet them on Fridays and then that has such support and it's much easier for us to plan as a as a district for the business office and the schools for different athletic events. We already had two years of calendars put out there. So I would suggest that we adopt we can always change if we need to but my recommendation would be to adopt two years of calendar and that way we can tweak it every year but we already have it out there the calendar will work out next year it's two years

045away and that's just easier from the standpoint of planning things and not waiting until we adopt the calendar in March or April some years and then we have to start planning for that year and it also uh demonstrates our commitment to the three-year pilot we have before I adopt that. And then the next item is our upcoming meetings. They're listed here. I'll mention the next one is February 16th right here, 6 p.m. And we do have some board workshops for budgets coming up. And uh I want to mention that we're going to canvas the election results on May 13th at the administrative office time for the announcement later date. Graduation is May 22nd at 8:00 p.m. Good. Now moving page 31, >> the election calendar. so that you can see what we have coming up.

046Uh we have opened the application period on January 14th for candidates to apply for a place in the ballot. We have reopen positions for a election positions. Uh the 13th of February is the last day to file an application for a place of the ballot. We will need to have a drawing if more than one candidate for a position applies. We'll have to have a drawing on the 23rd of February for the position on the ballot and we will begin early voting on the 20th and conclude voting on May 2nd on election day and then canvas as I said that's all questions on All right, that'll move us to consent agenda. Um, does anyone have any discussions or any items for consideration? >> I do want to share one item. Um the election cost is

047going to go up roughly $6,000 for one election more than >> sorry the highest amount >> the highest amount is just over $10,000 with >> the reason why is there's a new law that was passed in the last legislative session. There were quite a few laws that were passed. Um, one of them says that they're all standalone and they can't be ran simultaneously. They can be in the same place at the same time, but they can't have this the same oversight. They have to be ran separately. So, the election board is having to each one stand alone. So, we have the whole cost. So if we have a blessing, it's still going to be cheaper doing it that way than running it ourselves. Man power, but it is an added cost that that we will

048see hit fund balance somewhere. It's not it's not motion motion and second. All those in favor say I. I. Any opposed. Uh that brings us to item eight which we have no business. Uh and that'll move us to item nine. Uh the board will now journ executive session pursuit to the following section of the meeting act. Texas government code section 551.072 discussing plan. 551.074 discussing personnel. 55176 discussing safety. And the time is 7:51.
