001and and the bigger issue is that more people are living in these apartments than are on the lease as well too so and then you backtrack to June of 2023 the goal was to find everybody permanent housing with within nine months I personally know of people that are still in shelter from June of 2023 they one they're not working and two they have no prospects on getting a place
