001We're live in front. We are returning from closed session. Madam Chair, I certify that to the best of our knowledge only public business matters lawfully exempted from open meeting requirements and only such public business matters as were identified in the motion to go into executive session were heard, discussed, or considered in executive session. Second. A motion was made by Mr. Goodman and seconded by Mr. Snoddy to return from closed session. Roll call vote. Mr. I. I. I. I. I. I. We are back in session. Um 3.02 certificate of action taken in closed session. Madam Chair, I move that we um accept the personnel agenda as presented. Second. A motion was made by Mrs. Morris and seconded by Mr. Snoddy to approve the personnel agenda as presented. Are there any questions on the motion? All those in favor, please raise your hand.
