001I call the Wednesday, February 11th, 2026 uh schoolboard meeting to order. Um roll call and quorum. We do have a um a quorum. And we do have uh one person that wants to join us remotely today. So I want to take a vote on that. So all in favor, please raise your hand. That's unanimous. And Mr. Christian is online with us today. That leads us to going into close session 2.01. >> Madam chair, I recommend going into close session as allowed under A1, A2, and A29 of section 2.2 TAC 3711 of the code of Virginia for appointments and resignations of specific employees, discussions of student records of a specific student and discussion of public contracts. >> Second. >> A motion was made by Mr. Snotty and second by Mr. Goodman to go into close session under A1, A2, and A29 of section 2.2-3711 2-3711 of the code of Virginia.
