001the November 12th school board meeting to order. We have a quorum five of seven. Um, Mr. Christian will not be in effect until December the 1st. So, I just want to make that a note. And we need to go into close session. >> Madame Chair, I recommend going into close session as allowed under items A1, A7, and A29 of section 2.2-3711 2-3711 of the Code of Virginia for appointments and resignations of specific employees, discussion of legal matters, and discussion of public contracts. >> Second. >> Motion's been made by Mrs. Morris and second by Mr. Snotty to go into close session. Uh, all those in favor, please raise your hand. That's unanimous. Motion carries.
