001to everyone that the meeting is being broadcast and recorded um first on our agenda tonight well our first of all I will call the meeting to order at uh 7:18 and then first on our agenda tonight is the clerk's report Kate thank you madam chair we've received one correspondent since the uh last planning Bo meeting okay and are we kind of caught up on correspondents that been responded to or need a response to you I would say I was going to get it out this weekend like I do to Peter the ones that I did not respond to and then sometimes it just he'll get back and like I already took care of it so I think there's three or four that I don't know and they would not be something the clerk could respond
002because they're specific okay great thanks for keeping keeping up on that all right next on our agenda um is our public hearing sections the First on that list is six Chestnut Street this is being continued Peter do you have a report on it yeah so I can just make a note of this uh this public hearing did come in I mean this application did come in and this is for the project at the Old Dairy Queen site six chut street but uh I am um I need to report to the board that we uh we posted the public hearing notice in the newspaper and it fell through the cracks to send out the abutter notification so in doing so we've had to reschedule the hearing until April 11th and so at this point uh we
003will be just moving the the public hearing out to April 11th uh we're working with the applicant the applicant has gone through conservation has met with conservation uh which is a good thing because conservation um this whole property is within the riverfront area and so conservation kind of got a good a good look at it um and so it's kind of moving through the process uh and so we will hear this on April 11th um all the information is up online so I would ask everyone to kind of take a look at it and to to to get any comments you may have back to me so uh we can make sure um I have all the ducks in a row when when the applicant comes here and and presents the project to the to
