001so I believe she's been followed up with uh on our on our account okay great do you want to give a brief update on that Alro sure we actually did meet uh with her with the economic director Beth and we're going to start working on a process per se to actually see what will be the next steps for like a planting project etc etc yeah just to note this the person that did email the US the planning board um she is grew up in Ashland she was a resident of Ashland she's going to school for landscape architecture out in California and so just is just as as a side note unity all right great thank you all right uh next on our agenda uh are public hearings the first one is 151 Main Street site
002plan approval application and this is for the Clover Road Brewing um the tap room that is um looking to go in to the um downtown fire station um this is being or they have requested a continuance Peter can you give us an update yeah that's correct um Clover Road for 151 Main is continuing excuse me is requesting a continuance um after coming and going back and forth with the Building Commissioner looking at the um handicap spots uh there's just some a few tweaks that still need to be made and so with that uh they were going to come back in addition um we did ask just to kind of talk to them and I did talk to them about bringing back a kind of a revised rendering showing the knee wall I think in the
003in the rendering that we did see um that knee wall was going to be made out of cinder block and now it was going to be made out of Po concrete and so and then I also followed up and asked for a detail of that wall so with that information coming in um indoor kind of going back and forth um next meeting they should be poised to be ready and uh to present uh all sing items any questions on that okay then um Can weuse for one second the stre is not okay I got figure okay
