001I think you should be able to come back to it once he get okay so we'll we'll hold off on the um item three and that means Che I means you're up for a ram Clinic update you can't possibly have any news no news uh just a couple of couple of things really for for you folks um in terms of signing up as volunteers but uh first just we had our first Community host group meeting on so that's just like the um chairs of um each of the activities we had that on the 9th and we scheduled um a Cadence and a date to meet with ram so you have to do that every month up until the the time of the clinic um so we'll do that uh going to do that in the
002second week of every month until August um just got that news today but what I wanted to to mention and this is the last thing so Laura I just sent you um in response to this meeting invite for this Board of Health meeting the link to the ram volunteer website and so for um Ed Burman and Dave they would go on and register as Community host group members if you haven't already done that I don't know if you guys have um but if you haven't Laura can will send out the link um and then for other folks like Raj um Laura um um if you're going to be involved I know Raj you definitely will Laura if you're going to be around and want to be involved You' be General volunteers and we're just trying
003to get a head count that's kind of why I'm pushing it now um and of course if anything comes up um you know you can cancel and then Ron you would sign up as a physician just like you did before and Barbara would sign up as a nurse if she wants to do it again too so um so Now's the Time to do it and yeah Laura if you did could send that out I'd really appreciate it that would be great do you want it on the website as well yeah definitely did we do that I think we did that last yeah we did okay yeah perfect yeah you know the the um sign up thing's a little kind of funky you got to go in first find the Framingham clinic and then you know

005that that um you know I required a lot of effort just on my part was like the parking lot figuring out who's going to be in the parking lot um at night and during the day I think I've got that covered um which is good and so then it's just kind of recr recruitment what I'm trying to do is connect ed Burman here and Dave who are our recruitment guys with the volunteer coordinator over at RAM and once they make a connection um and and by the way you guys that might take a little while I think I mentioned that they had the Knoxville clinic but she knows that you want to connect um but once I connect them they'll have a better idea of what needs to be done for recruiting people like uran

007and Dave yeah yeah moving on to uh item five uh Health director's agenda you're up Raj thank you sir um so lot of housing stuff going on you know in the community uh uh chestnet Place Apartments as as from before you know we have couple of uh open cases uh they they're definitely better with the dumpster you know and the trash uh there is one pending case you know that I reach out to the manager a couple of weeks back I have not heard you know uh so couple of pending cases still there uh we have picked up couple of cases at serus apartments uh one was last week one was actually this morning uh it was a trash complaint um ongoing trash issue at the compactor area so I've sent them a order to
008correct letter today I did get a reply from uh the manager you know a few hours back that that's been taken care U there might be another coding case that might be at the cus apartment that we are looking into uh 137 Pawn Street uh I have have sent the board an email from from AG's office you know they have finally sent uh uh a demand letter to to the to the occupants owners of the of the building U I guess they they're giving them seven days to respond uh or else you know they they're going to move forward with filing this in court uh can I ask a question can I ask you a question on that real quick sir yes yes I noticed the letters were sent to a motel are we sure
009that they're even still there that is correct sir so I I checked right the day uh on that day the the letters was posted by them that uh one brother right uh is still in that room you know that we have verified just before sending the Letters Out I have coordinated that okay and I'm I'm in contact with the Montello people so they it was updated the same day the letters was okay thanks Raj thank you sir at the same time you know this was back I found one of Brothers Living in another van uh and the Building Commissioner Doug's part was out there last week you know to post the letters again on both the uh the vehicles that are on property right so he found that they have broken into one of the
010windows to get power to one of those BS so there was a running from from the building to the just just an update you know so the Elder elder brother was actually found living in one of those BS that that's new on the bo so Raj the electricity needs to be kept on in the house sir we have discussed that you know with the Building Commissioner I don't know if it is our J addiction to cut off the uh cut off the electricity you know uh something that we have addressed uh this with the AG's office I don't know if we have the jurisdiction over cutting power to the building so I I will check more on that you know but this came up you know when he found the card running right to do
011that camper uh but like I I need to check more that if if we can even do that MH uh 23 Trail sideway this is the new housing case we have picked up uh so that's on the housing side uh with a permitting restaurant updates uh Boston paint wall uh well we have not received application from them it's like a pending thing from last year right like they they were selling food without permit and then uh we went in they did file for a permit last year but there was uh a pending item before we going to grant them the permit our inspector Tom Karan is looking into it hopefully we have an update you know uh and then uh restaurant H to they they are missing a CPR certificate you know the choke certificate
012that we required for our purpose and the last one was the marathon Deli and I can update the board right here you know I have not seen them here today but uh they have since uh submitted a certified F manager certificate why we have to bring or I have to put them in front of the board because they didn't have 35 person for over two months and when uh we communicated with them with the application I find their attitude little LAX towards you know getting the cert certifications for the for them and their staff you know so that that's one reason I have put that in front of the board and I will check with them you know it might be a communication thing but they did submit uh a certificate to me on Saturday
013you know this past Saturday and that that was the reason why they was in front of the board at the first place uh we did had a salmon case in the community um I I tried calling uh to the patient or the individual couple of times you know she spoke to me a little bit one time and hang up the phone uh then I was able to talk to the disease investigation team or you know infectious disease team at MGH and wom in bringham hospital uh we are not sure about the cause uh at this point but uh is it's probably a traveler case you know the individual did travel to Brazil uh in the fall so and I mean I'm I'm not able to fully investigate uh where this case was from you know
014but hopefully or probably it's a traveling case you know that we got uh Co flu clinics uh we have picked up another clinic uh that's on January 23rd uh 10 to 12 uh at the Town Hall it is again with the pin Hill Pharmacy and I do have an update on the mil Pond rest home so this afternoon Building Commissioner asked me uh that the mil pond have scheduled uh a fire as well as building inspection with the with them and if I want to come along and at that point I was like you know I have I have no information besides that letter that we got uh from them you know regarding the transfer then I I made a call to Rita and I I I informed her that hey there are some pending
015work at the kitchen and we have not received any or updated Pest Control reports for the month of December and Jan she did send me uh Pest Control report for December and uh she informed the owner of the building uh so that they can communicate with the new owners about you know applying the food permit with the heal Department as well as doing the necessary Renovations or the items you know that they need to do before we're going to grant them the permit so hopefully we hear from them but at this point we don't have any communication with the new owner as far as you know the food permit is concerned I guess that's all I have and I'm I'm open for any questions now yeah Raj with respect to the salmona case so when
016when exactly was the did the person uh get treated for the salmona when was I can give you the exact date sir you know uh I gu I'm just wondering if it it was if it's possibly attributed to travel in in the fall I was just wondering like how how close to the travel the uh you know the disease showed up and and so you know could it could there be another source or is that is it fairly definitive it can definitely be other source sir usually you know like salmona we do see a lot of salmona with the food right and it can be a pet related thing too you know like you you can easily pick up salmon from pets you know if if uh that way right but uh U very limited
017information right like they was a travel the most part that we was concerned about you know is to spread right and what I what I found out from the infection disease sche there that for the record you know the person was not working you know so like we are concerned if they're in the food industry or you know elderly home or something like that right that you can easily spread but uh I don't have a concrete information but uh both things was negative right like the that it was a travel thing that happened that's you know one thing and the second thing the person was not working you know as for the doctor's records okay that's the closest we can get you know like information wise you know I I wish I was able to

022on the property and they they had a seasoned assist from the the Conservation Commission this was going on they was trying to find solution uh the current owner was trying to sell the lot there lot of stuff going on you know so now uh again they want to want to get the work going so um what they have asked us right to little modified plans there was like of uh variances that are local uh that they was asking us for a waer you know and because of the hardship given that we have approved their plan earlier now you know during the construction part this has come up you know we have agreed that we will look at the plans so this did send us not the plans exactly a proposal you know that uh that
023uh to look at it but uh before that I guess it was on the eth it they went uh before the Conservation Commission again and and during one of their site visit it was found that you know the steam uh or the current location of the septic is like only 42 F feet you know uh from from the from the wetlands and that's they need at least minimum of 50 ft so the Conservation Commission have asked them to move it still you know like move both both the house as well as the the septic system you know that's what I came to know from from our agent or director of consing commission uh still waiting you know if they approve it and then they'll send us the plans to be okay all right thanks Raj
