I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. At this time, I'd like to

ask Mr. Kilgore to stand, and the members of the Oliver Junior Chorus and Loveland Elementary to come forward. They're going to grace us with a beautiful song. We're going to sing the national anthem first. Oh, say can you see >> [singing] >> by the dawn's early light, what so proudly we hailed at the twilight's [singing] last gleaming, whose broad stripes and bright stars through the >> [singing] >> perilous fight, o'er the ramparts we watched, were so gallantly streaming? If you'll come forward along with Ms. Debbie Long. Okay, I'm going to read the nomination. Ms. Roberts has gone above and beyond to help her son. He has ADHD, autism, and has had a really hard time adjusting and catching on. Ms. Sneaky has been in his class since day one uh encouraging him and being patient with him. He absolutely loves her and being in her class. She is a phenomenal teacher. She has such patience with the children and truly wants to teach these kids and to help them. So, congratulations. >> [applause] >> Ms. Long. >> [applause] >> Um that is all correct. Uh this lady has the patience

of Job. I have to say her statement certainly meets each one of them right where they are and figures out what's going to be best to help them learn every single day. She's also an animal part of her 21st Century program. She's brought um a garden and all of that agricultural type stuff there. Kids are out there in their little gloves and shovels planting and reaping the rewards of it all summer through summer school. So, it's been my pleasure to work with um Ms. Nikki this school year. So, she is greatly deserving of this. This acknowledges that Nikki Roberts, Lebanon Primary School, has been selected Teacher OF THE MONTH. >> [applause] >> THANK YOU SO MUCH. GOOD AFTERNOON. GOOD TO see you. >> [clears throat] >> Okay, our next um recognition goes to uh a

group of uh ladies that teach at Lebanon Elementary School and they're special education instructional aides. Goes to Ms. Chelsea Breeding, Michelle Tharp, and Tiffany Deal. If you'll come forward and Ms. Britney, if you'll come forward. I think she's filling in for Ms. Eaton and Ms. Davis tonight. And I'd like to read the recognition. It is with great admiration and appreciation that we nominate Chelsea Breeding, Michelle Tharp, and Tiffany Deal for Support Staff of the Month. These exceptional women serve as aides in their self-contained special education classroom and the care, dedication, and professionalism they bring to the roles each day is nothing short of remarkable. Working in a self-contained environment requires compassion, res- resilience, and a deep commitment to meeting the individual needs of each student. Chelsea, Michelle, and Tiffany embody all of these qualities and

more. They go above and beyond their job descriptions daily, supporting instruction, managing behaviors with patience and grace, and building meaningful relationships relationships with students that foster both trust and growth. Each of these aids bring something unique to the team. Yet, they work together seamlessly to create a structured, nurturing, and inclusive environment. They anticipate needs before they arise, adapt quickly to ever-changing situations, and consistently demonstrate the kind of empathy and support that changes lives. Their positive attitudes and unwavering commitment not only support the students, but also uplift the entire classroom team. Teachers and staff alike know they can count on Chelsea, Michelle, and Tiffany to step in whenever needed, always with a smile, and a what can I do to help mentality. If all staff treated students just like these ladies do, how could we all

not be successful? Our students thrive because of the care, consistency, and connection these aids provide. It is because of their dedication and hard work that we proudly recognize Chelsea Breeding, Michelle Tharp, and Tiffany Deal as our support staff of the month. So, COME ON UP. >> [applause] >> THANK YOU, LADIES. THANK YOU FOR YOUR WORK. YES, THAT'S THAT REALLY takes takes these ladies. I will say um that that these girls get up and they do hard work every day. They choose to do a job that's very difficult uh mentally, emotionally, physically. It's hard, and um in their classroom, success is measured differently. And if you if you really think about it, their classroom is one of the most successful rooms in our in our whole building. It might not show as far as test scores,

but the the success that they uh that they bring and that their students show, um we're making functional adults. And um and I I be more proud of them. I am thankful to call them my colleagues and even more so my friends. >> [applause] >> THIS ACKNOWLEDGES THAT CHELSEA BIRDIE, Honey Grove Elementary School, has been selected as support staff employee of THE MONTH.
