001I'm going to call this special board meeting of the Maple Run Unified School District for June 17th to order. The time is 6:00 p.m. We are located at the central office on Catherine Street and remotely. You have [clears throat] the agenda in front of you. Basically pledge allegiance, visitors, new business, one item, potential executive session, and adjourn. Does anybody need to make any changes to that? Hearing none, I'm going to accept [clears throat] the agenda without objection. >> [snorts] >> Next item is the pledge allegiance to the flag. >> [clears throat] >> Please join me for a pledge of allegiance to the flag. Got to be in there somewhere. Okay. Pledge of allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible,

002with liberty and justice for all. Thank you. Next item is visitors. Are there any visitors in the room that wish to address the group? >> There are no visitors in the room or online. >> Aw. Okay. Um we know it's coming really quickly here just to be ready and uh we're going to call for a meeting probably on August 3rd. We have to post that within 45 days, which we'll get done that last week in July. So. >> Thank you. >> And everyone from everyone I heard except for possibly one district um their their superintendents feel the boards will appoint their superintendents. So. >> Okay. Does anyone [clears throat] have any questions for Bill?

004No. Um everybody ready to vote? Thank you. Okay. So, all in favor of that motion Oh, no, I can't do that. Sorry. I'm going to have to take a roll vote. So, Carly. >> Yes.
