good evening good evening everyone thank you for coming my name is hi good evening um my name is Lisa squ I'm the principal here at Tahanto and we have Rich Cameron the assistant principal focused on the high school and M Miss eileene Rodman the guidance Department dep um guidance counseling office department chair yes all of that um and we are thrilled to have you here this evening for um this transition to high school family night and this is important because as our students transition from middle school to high school there are differences there are differences in expectations there are differences in opportunities there are differences in um the expectations and the um the way we kind of move through the um the next four years and there are things that we all need to be

made aware of both students and uh families as your students prepare for the journey After High School and that seems like a long long time away but but so often we hear from students that um we wish we knew as a freshman or we wished we realized as a freshman and so from that was born this program and understanding that even though we are Tanto grades 6 through 12 there is a middle school experience and there is a high school experience and there um it is different and even though your students have gone through the middle school we wanted to highlight those opportunities um and the resources that are available to the students and the families and we are lucky to have a variety of students here to speak and answer questions because the best

resource we have are our own students and we know that when our students come back to us as um alumni after they've graduated and I want to assure you that because we've recently it's we've there was um winter break they've all gone back to semester two those students who've been in college and we are lucky to have quite a few visitors after um the first semester college and well you know into we actually have an alumni here um repres presenting one of the tables in the cafeteria highlighting opportunities outside of school and actually extracurricular activities and they always assure us which is incredibly heartwarming and because I know I know that Tanto is wonderful it's a great place it's a wonderful place and we provide an amazing education and amazing opportunities for our students but

there's nothing better to hear than we were so well prepared and I know that that we've recently just heard that we were so well prepared we were so even like this this is a fantastic we have a student who um started his first semester at Cornell University and he was like yeah yeah it was one a couple of my classes were kind of easy because of the preparation that occurred so that um that I just want you all to have great confidence in this next chapter so I um I think I probably have highlighted moving um from middle school to high school is an exciting time um there are academic opportunities but also expectations uh for classes that have to be taken in order to meet graduation requir requirements and I am going to share

with you um the requirements um that we just announced last night um at school committee um for the upcoming what we're kind of looking at as we plan for the future extracurricular opportunities there are more extracurricular opportunities as a high school student than there are um at the middle school level and we have tremendous number of resour sources so education is a partnership and I know that at openhouse I had mentioned that as students particularly as student as families move from the elementary school to toono there's a shift in understanding where's my place as as family members what where's my place and how do I support and that all um there are a variety of it looks different it looks different and it's going to look different going from middle school to high school and

it's very important to realize that your students need you just as much if not more through their High School Journey so there are opportunities the PTO the um CPAC which is the special education um group that supports um families who are part of the special education program and the booster club which supports our Athletics all of these are very important opportunities for families to get involved and stay involved and to understand because um as your student gets older um sometimes communication becomes less efficient as um amazing as that might seem so um we do so I'm going to share this PowerPoint with everybody or Google slide presentation um this will be shared out the presentation is filmed and if you know anybody who missed it and wants the information but I will share this in

the newsletter I will also share it as a an email link so Within These slides you'll notice anything highlighted in blue so for the PTO if you're interested in um if you haven't gotten involved in the PTO and want to then there is the link for more information there um and for the CPAC there is a link at the bottom of that slide and the booster club a link at the bottom of that slide so if you're interested in developing um some connections that um in any of those groups those uh those resources will be there and I believe that the tables um the school stor is open and that's sponsored by the PTO and um there is always information available for about this um CPAC and parents group and also the booster club so

at this time I'm going to hand over the presentation to miss Rodman good good evening thank you all for being here for those of you who are here in person we really appreciate um your attendance and for those who couldn't be here and are watching um we thank you as well and you know I recognize that we are not even quite halfway through the school year so it may feel like this transition to high school for some of you or for some of your students may feel like it's a long way off um for some of us or for some of you it may feel as if it's going to happen way too quickly but in either case the fact that it is being recorded and that you'll have access to all this information um

you know if your particular situation is such that you're not ready to think about this or really digest it all until maybe August it's going to be there for you so we're here for you um at any point along that journey and um this information will be here for you so I encourage you to take in what you can tonight but don't feel like you have to write it all down and memorize it it's all here for you and we're here for you and you'll be able to access it again so as Miss aquera was mentioning part of our responsibility here at the high school is to ensure that you get to graduation and one of the big changes between middle school and high school is that the coursework that students are enrolled in um

begins to count in the sense of we um weigh the classes we have credits that they need to earn in order to receive that Tanto diploma at the end of four years so we go over the graduation requirements with students many times I'm not going to um go through it all in deta but it's all here for you it breaks it down by subject we tell students what they need to take every student will take their four years of English and four years of math we take three years of history and three years of a laboratory science as well as a financial literacy requirement a technology requirement and their PE and their health requirements um and it goes over the credits and things of that sort so it in a sense when your students move

from e8th grade to nth grade we are going to be pretty specific in what they have to take and then as students stud move throughout their time in high school they have more and more flexibility in their schedule because they'll be checking off those graduation requirements as they go and they'll have more openings in their schedule to be able to say well I'd like to maybe try this out or I'd like to learn what that subject is about and we'll have elective offerings that they can take and fill their schedule with as they become upper classmen but a lot of those choices will be set for them moving from 8th to 9th grade so it's not so overwhelming moving um in to the high school as far as what their options are but they do

have some more choices for sure um m aquer is gonna pop back up here to talk about mcast which wasn't graduation still is and she's going to discuss that with you so this uh this is complicated because um remember in November when um the vote came and everybody thought there were no more mcast wrong um mcast um is an exam that still exists um it is a way for the state to uh identify how schools are doing um how districts are aligning their curriculum with State Frameworks the exams are based on the Frameworks and a reflection of that it used to be as a state requirement that students had to pass all three mcast um exams for um for a diploma the state is still requiring that at the state at the district level we

identify two different things graduation requirements and competency determination competency determination is a complicated word um and that basically identifies our students competent or have a base level of understanding in math English science social studies and they are leaving the graduation requirements up to the districts so the districts are charged now with what are the graduation um requirements for to receive a diploma and we have ours we just noticed those but the caveat is that um districts can make the mcast a requirement to receive a diploma and for this coming up year the gra um graduating class of 2025 the school committee has voted that it will be a graduation requirement we are going to take some time over the summer to develop that policy a little bit more fully but I can imagine that that

requirement will not change unless the directive from the state has changed a great deal everybody's kind of waiting to see what everybody else is doing but please understand that your students still have to sit for the exams they 95% participation rate is required by the state and that as of right now our school committee is reflecting that um the mcast and we believe that it's a it's an important opportunity for students to reflect what they know and also to to reflect that the curriculum that we provide at Tahanto is above what is the the minimum so I just just wanted to make that clear um so if anybody has any questions you can see me later so as I mentioned we do weight classes at the high school level we include this chart in the

handout but we also includeed anytime we T send a students transcript somewhere we include a profile about our school that explains our waiting scale so you'll see on the right hand side is a sample of a student transcript what it looks like so a transcript begins with a student's freshman year grade nine includes all the courses that they take while they're at Tanto the level of those courses the final grade received and then the credit earned and then that will show their proof of graduation we send that to colleges um all throughout a student senior year but certainly once they graduate it'll have a GPA on there it has their total credits they need 115 as a minimum in order to graduate from tando and then that goes in there we have College Prep honors

and AP level courses and give different waiting for each of those courses so students are never tracked it's not as if if your child comes out of eth grade and has a recommendation for a certain level but that's where they'll necessarily be when they're a senior students are at all different levels they mix and match sometimes in some subjects they're stronger than in others um some times a student wants to take that transition with some pacing and so just because they're recommended for all honors classes maybe that feels like too much and they need to find a balance or they know they're involved in a lot of other activities outside of school they need to remain so it's important um especially with us in the counseling office we want to make sure that students have

a good balance this isn't just their academics but also their their mental health as well and finding what's right and that's going to be different for every individual student so just to explain a little bit about what our weighted GPA scale looks like and what sample transcript looks like we've included those for you um our different departments at the high school are each represented by department heads as a I am the counseling department head but we are fortunate tonight to have representatives from our other department heads if they want to jump in departments they may um doing a great job well I'll acknowledge them when we get there so the math department my own Frank lison is our math department chair she's up here so if you have questions about anything with the flow of

the math department um all the courses that we offer are listed here there's also been conversations about po potentially adding to that as well um for next year but um opportunities for students to to grow in their math skills throughout the four years sometimes we have students who double up in a math course course um courses in one year because their goal you know part of our academic planning and counseling is not just to think about what does my student want to take next year it's what are they hoping to accomplish by the end of their High School career so we sort of map that out and if your goal is to get to a certain level for instance in math where the learning is so sequential you have to make sure that you have

room for all that and you've planned that out so just to look at some of the offerings again from College Prep all way up through um advanced placement level classes where students can earn college credit for the course workor that they take while they're here in high school and there's also a math team that will get into the extracurriculars but those who really love math can compete um in math team some of them already in the Middle School have done that I guess today good job congratulations um English Department led by Mr Peter dhy who's here tonight um as we mentioned English is one another one of those departments like math where you have to take it all four years of high school so students are going to do that at either the college PR

honors or AP level but they'll also have an opportunity to take some electives within the um English Department um with a film class as well as a philosophy based nature of bean class and um that class goes on a trip to Cape Cod every year so here are some highlights of that trip that the kids do we have some Representatives here who can you can speak to about that their seniors who both went on that trip um and had that experience as well so they'll be able to speak to that but um we always get wonderful stories about the great experience and often highlights for students for their senior year includes this trip science department Miss uh Tanis Smith is the department chair for Science and this is an opportunity where students can take a

variety they require those three lab Sciences but then um we often have students who will go well beyond that um and explore everything from Earth and space science to Anatomy um and take the AP levels to dive even deeper into certain subject matters in science um at the end of whenever they take their biology that will be likely when they would take their mcast for some students that may be freshman year for others that maybe sophomore year their English and their math mcast would be at the end of 10th grade our history department is led by Mr Steven Pico who is here tonight and um again three years of History so generally students will take that their first three years of high school to satisfy those requirements but then have an opportunity to continue in

the subject with some AP level coursework diving deeper into the subject and also Under the Umbrella of the history Department really is the social sciences which Mr Pico um overseas as well and those include more elective based courses where a lot of our students will explore their interests in um a variety of other fields students can participate in social studies based extracurriculars as well such as model un we've had a debate team in the past and things like that so opportunities Tech and Engineering which falls under science department as well but has its own requirements for graduation again this is an opportunity for students to really explore what their interests may be um in addition to satisfying a requirement we often have students who take multiple courses within this field um to explore everything from

graphic design to Robotics and Manufacturing um a lot more Hands-On Computer Sciences as well so list of those classes just a shout out to the robotics team they've won the past several years in the robotics competition and have brought home trophies so that's very exciting yeah so for those who were on video and need to hear robotics team has been very successful bringing home trophies for our competition and our world language Department students had the opportunity to take French or Spanish and um we actually have students this weekend going on a trip um through our French club they're going up to Canada right for four days to Quebec um so students who are involved and not just students who took French but students who are involved in interest in French culture um are on that

trip but an opportunity to take um that either continuing maybe what they studied in middle school or trying a different language um and exploring that so Spanish club is led by Miss McCarthy French Club is relied by Mr Weedman um and opportunities to get involved outside the the classroom as well um here's some samples of field trips in the past and I'm sure they're going to bring home a lot of highlights from this coming holiday weekend as well for their Canada trip we have a and and the B literacy I can I'm happy to or because it can go right into the oh yes so yes yes yes so Tahanto is um a Divi diverse community and we have a lot of languages represented here so it's important to recognize and celebrate that we are

um we have an exciting opportunity that we're going to begin this year and that is called the Seal of by literacy where students will receive recognition on their diploma as being fluent and literate in um another language um um in addition to the English language so that's very exciting um for us to um participate in and um uh Senor Silva uh she is coordinating that effort it's great to be able to represent and we've already heard from colleges that are going to be honoring and recognizing the Seal of bride literacy and some of them are awarding college credit or waving students um requirements for foreign language at their college if they show recognition that they've earned the Seal of B literacy the student so if English is um either not your first language or if

you are bilingual multilingual you might want to really look into or having your student look into taking an exam to prove their um biliteracy because it's a great great recognition it doesn't have to be the French or Spanish that we offer here all the different languages many many opportunities to show proficiency um in in another language PE and health so physical education and health they've listed the variety of options that students get to participate in throughout the year I know that your students as middle schoolers participate in PE so that's a little different at the high school it's mixed so students will take PE classes um we'll see how it continued this year but 9 through 12 have been together in PE classes in the past and then um health is a requirement that all

students take a health class in general those students will do it in their sophomore year so um typically um they can satisfy that they can take PE and health or they can alternate them um from one year to the next Child Development is um we're very fortunate here to have a real live functioning preschool right here in the building um which we all enjoy seeing the littles every now and then um and it gives our students a great opportunity to have some uh real life hands-on experience and students who participate in the child development program and stick with it through all four years of high school can earn a certificate of recognition from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts that puts them a step ahead of any other one who might want to work in that early

childhood education environment because they will leave here with the certification that shows all the practicum hours that they've received working as a peer um teen helper in the in the preschool here so fortunate to have that program here Visual Arts um a lot of our students find that that's where they shine I'm always in awe of the talent here at our school um take a look around the building um whenever you're in the building the art department is often putting their works on display and um our students really shine um in in here from their art to their Ceramics to um building their portfolios we have several students who are applying for Art School schools and building their portfolios so doing that through the visual arts as well as our Performing Arts we had wonderful

concerts and opportunities for students to display their talents in music and chorus and band the school of rock rock band and all from community events to school-based events they they perform and and can showcase the students who really en enjoy that environment have a home here at the high school as well the marching band as mentioned participating in Town parades and is she coming in for this or people can visit okay so we also have a real live functioning Clinton Savings Bank here on site and students have an opportunity to take a course um here where they can satisfy the requirements to become a bank teller by the time they complete that class and we've had several students who have been in invited to then continue with those skills working in an actual Clinton Savings

Bank they have a job whether it's over the summer or through the next school year they work um as a a bank teller and they learn those skills through the class year and as I mentioned live bank that you can come in and use that many staff members use students can open Accounts at the bank here and she has a table they have a table here um out in the cafeteria so encourage you to visit them as well also there's several services that are offered throughout the high school really a continuation of what they receive um in middle school or whether they didn't need it in middle school and now may find they need those services in high school or vice versa but um all kinds of Support Services through special education as well as

counseling where students can take advantage of um different things that they need need to boost their skills in whether it's speak in language or English as a second language um but we also have opportunities for students to enrich their academics by taking what used to be refer to as dual enrollment classes we have several students in both Junior and Senior year who take cour workk at Quin sigan and earn college credit while they're satisfying their High School requirements as well we actually had a student we had several students but just last year we had a student who graduated with with her satisfying all her requirements for an associates degree at Quin Sig the week before she actually graduated from high school here so um it's a real opportunity for students to get a jump and

she actually transferred into a university as a junior because she had all those credits um so an opportunity for students to enrich their education through the attend college early Ace Program through dual enrollment you can always talk to us in the counseling office about that and and stag off a little bit extra supports for students who may um be out of school for a variety of um health reasons that they may have missed school and we help guide them back into the classroom so extra services available Miss sharpend deer helps run our library or she runs our library and we also have student helpers up there lots of resources that I believe she's linked on our website and so um information about our library Services can be found on the hun website and through this

presentation as we mentioned it's a lot more I tell the students every year um that if you come to school and do everything you're supposed to in the classroom and you do really well and you don't miss classes and you get all A's but that's all you did in your four years of high school I really think that you missed out on so much of what high school has to offer and that's because we have so many wonderful extra activities and and my colleague Katie Schmidt from the counseling office is going to talk to you a little bit about that it'll be an opportunity for you to learn even more by visiting a lot of tables out in the cafeteria when when we're done tonight and maybe get some stag swag and and things like

that so thank you um so my name is Katie Schmidt I'm the ninth and tth grade guidance counselor so I'll meet with all of your students um later this year we'll go over the classes that they'll need for next year we'll go over some Ives that they're hoping for um and then I'll meet with them again their freshman year we'll do the same thing we'll pick their classes for sophomore year kind of plan out their future going forward but if they need anything at all I will be their familiar face for the next two years um so I'm here to talk about some of our extracurricular opportunities um we have a ton of them here um we have everything from pause Club to a Tutoring Club Art Club we also now I believe have a

cooking club which I think was approved yesterday approv yes um I've already volunteered to be a sampler so I'm very excited about that yep we have some students here um we also have a lot of these clubs represented outside at the tables they're all very excited to see you there's a lot of candy out there which is a big pull um we also have a National Junior Honor Society um the adviser for that Chris Cassidy um and Franny are also both here um Chris Cassidy is out um at a table right now now uh we also have a National Honor Society for the uh upper classmen um and they will have that opportunity similar to the junior National Honor Society uh we have a lot of Athletics here we have a lot of Athletics that

students participate in just through Berlin and bston then we also have a lot of um Partnerships like our football team our hockey team we have a ski club that's a partnership um and we have Athletics at the middle school the junior varsity and the varsity level for a lot of those um I know our football team has been doing really well um this is my third year here and this is their third year winning so I have a very high expectation for our championships on the football team um we have a lot of uh social media for them as well I believe the football team has gone to Gillette also all three years that I've been here so that's kind of my expectation for our sporting events going forward um we have a lot of

community involvement I know that they're out here as well um the library we have students that go and volunteer to the library um we also have municipal offices the 19 Carter that is here um we also have opportunities now for internships and job shadowing for upper classmen um so if that's something that you're looking to explore later um that's something that you can talk about with Miss Rodman or um miss stles going forward um but there's a lot of opportunities there that we're excited for our students to explore um so we just wanted to kind of introduce some of the people none of them have changed um um but we have Miss Rodman our counseling department chair she works mostly with 11th and 12th graders I work with nth and 10th graders I'm also a

school adjustment counselor uh Mr picarello you guys all know he's been your middle school counselor he's wonderful uh Dr Trainer is our school psychologist and Miss Ford is our full-time um School adjustment counselor so I am now going to welcome up on stage um some students who have given some of their tips and tricks so they have tips and tricks for students as well as some of those for parents as well so I have three students whose bullet points are up there right now a freshman a sophomore and a junior they're G to come right on [Applause] up all right so I'm gonna start with our freshman student I'll have them introduce themselves and then give their student tip and then their parent trip this is aie that's okay um Aussie's a freshman do you

want me to read it okay so some of my tips for students is even though transitioning can be scary at first and stressful it's not too bad and when you're first starting if you don't know where classes are or if you need help in the activities or education you are learning feel free to ask teachers are always there to help you and a tip for parents our great in attendance matter for you students and this year they start midterms and finals but they really aren't as scary as they seem so if you have any questions after this feel free to ask me as a fresher freshman um I'm Samantha and um one of my tips was do your homework in general like work because it adds up real quick because the workload just gets more

and more over the years and um trying new things like sports and club like Miss Bradman and Miss ktie have said before and also for parents don't stress your kid out they're I know that's that's literally your jobs but but they need to take more responsibility and they're you're not going to be there forever that was really learning welcome to the humanities Department um my name is Veronica and my tip would be um grades are a big deal in high school and it's not that hard to get a good grade like an a if you're paying attention in class and completing all your work and obviously like extra studying will help you but like if you just do the two first like the two first things it's it's going to be so much easier to

be better in that class and like know what's going on and secondly if you put your mind into like every year and take like be responsible and take things step by step rather than stressing out and being overwhelmed because there is a lot of things that are like you're required to do so just like take it slow and look at the next thing that's going to be happening in your life and then for parents don't really pressure your kid I think at first it is good to like tell them to do your work but give them space to um be able to make the decision to do their work by themselves so they can take care of themselves one more side note the teachers are your friends most I mean sorry all are are nice

[Applause] we also have two seniors here who are going to come up and they definitely knew about this ahead of time and they also both went on the nature of being class trip so maybe that could be something they talk about this is Ian I Ian um so I'd say I have more generalized tips Because by the time you get to senior year nothing you really did in your middle school matters a ton but when you're going into freshman year um your GR in high school finally matter so a class you took in nth grade that you got like a B minus on because you you know in your middle school you didn't care too much that's going to stay when you're applying to college right there's this thing called a GPA and you know

the whole AP honors CP thing you got to think about what classes you're going to do and while here at Tonto you can shift out of certain like tracks you're in um you know you could accelerate you could decelerate generally it's going to stay pretty consistent right if you start your freshman year in Algebra 2 you'll probably have taken some sort of calculus course by your senior year and if you're in um you know like an applied math in your sophomore year you probably won't be taking a calculus course of course anything can change but that's generally how it's going to go and then uh your social life as a student is very important um you cannot just do classes you will eventually burn yourself out if you don't have a social life and um

and that's not good for your grades so having a social life is good for your grades and good grades are good for your social life it all comes together um and you got to encourage your student you know um a lot of high schoolers don't figure themselves out socially until Junior maybe even senior year um if you can have a kid who's you know got things going well for them in freshman and sophomore year that's awesome and your kid will do great hi I'm Jess so I'm slightly different I didn't transition to high school here I can here sophomore here but I have changed schools like this is my eighth school so I'm very familiar with what it's like to completely have to change things you guys at least have the benefit you guys go

to the school so you guys don't have it's like not completely a fresh start but it's going to be different you're gonna make new friends you're going to lose friends but just make the best out of it if you feel like you shouldn't be with a group you probably shouldn't be trust your guy whenever it comes to that you don't want to end up harming your social life in the future you need to find a balance between how you are and how you do academically if one thing's bad it's gonna affect the other um the thing that Miss K just mentioned the cape trip we both been on it he's been on it twice um he's ta now for one those classes but we get to go with those two teachers right over there and

Mr Right there she tags along too then we also have one of our science teachers he sometimes does he always goo yeah yeah he's a b but is he always always but he been with us numerous so we have teachers there we're there for a whole entire weekend and we get to We tend to read a book beforehand that kind of is based off of everything that we do and we just get to have fun learn stuff we get to spend time on the beach you learn a lot of stuff on on that trip it's not just a oh you're away from school for a weekend there's a lot that comes out of it then I'd say make sure you get involved with school either do a sport or do like a club or something

it's gonna be a lot you're gonna have to figure out how to balance everything especially whenever you get to your Junior and Senior year when you're working and you're trying to do stuff like right now I'm working two jobs I'm in National Honor Society I'm in year buug I run track I was doing another sport but sadly I couldn't do it this year so I know it's a lot you need to figure out how you're going to balance everything if you can't balance it now you're just GNA struggle so start as a freshman learning how to balance everything if you can't do it then it's just G to get worse so find somebody talk to about it don't be afraid of reach out for help whether it's school or social or anything we have guidance

for a reason use them great um we also have a whole whole other row of students here who are going to hang back at the end and they're going to be here if you have questions that you don't want to ask in front of everyone if your student has questions they don't want to ask in front of one everyone and then they're also going to be mingling out at the tables I know a couple of them are also um representing some of the tables out there um so our best advice and takeaway tips um communicate communicate with your student communicate with their teachers have your student communicate with their teachers a lot more responsibilities on them now if they're missing something if they have a question about it it encourage them to reach out either

in class uh passing through classes going to lunch or if reaching out is hard face to face suggest you email it's a great way to start um communicate with us if there's anything that we can do for you um let us know um homework focus on your homework uh there's extra help if you need it all of our teachers stay after school at least once a week um we have Ace Club um there's a lot of organization and time management that goes into high school now so really like just said start to practice at your freshman year so that it's something that you can build on um each year um we look forward to seeing all of you in high school we look forward to helping you supporting you letting you be your best student

while you're here with us uh we have a um survey if you have your phone now middle schooler's a great time we're going to tell you to take out your phone scan the QR code fill out our survey for any feedback if you would like um and then you are welcome to look out in our cafeteria and explore some of the clubs um sports activities classes advisors everyone is out there and at this point does anybody have any questions that they would feel comfortable asking now I know that um well I would there I'm sure if you asked a student based question or if there was a question that you wanted to ask myself Mr Cameron um or um any of the department chairs at this point we're open to questions yes thank you I

was wondering honors AP classes are guaranteed option for students or if it it's based on enrollment given that their class is smaller in size and of course as you School you lose some numbers will they be offered even if it's smaller class size yes yep absolutely um as students move into their freshman year it's based on recommendation so the teachers take great care in recommending students to make sure that they're placed in an appropriate class as you heard from the students and from the counselors it doesn't mean um you know they can't shift levels but uh the honors level and AP level courses are traditionally offered throughout so you know I mean that we can't run a class with to students traditionally but you know we um we accommodate any other questions well thank you

all for coming we appreciate you being here and please take some time to um go out to the cafeteria there are really great opportunities for students as they're moving into high school um whether it's at the library at 19 Carter lots of opportunities so thank you so much and have a great evening [Applause]
