001for e for e e [Applause] [Music] [Applause] Le good morning and thank you all so much for being here I am so very proud of this group this morning and I am here to present the principal award the principal Spirit award goes to the member of the eth grade who demonstrates exceptional enthusiasm positivity and school spirit the recipient impacts peers and teachers through their enthusiastic participation in school events like middle school spirit weeks their positive attitude and support of others through little acts of kindness this year we have two recipients so I'm gonna I would like to speak about each one and then we can have a round of applause for both of the recipients the first recipient is analie alakar outside of school analie analie is a caring individual involved in Bible study and
002babysitting while in school she's an active member of the middle school student council pause club and Junior National Honor Society her peers share analie always helps other students whether it's loaning Chromebook Chargers or a pencil during class analie is very kind and makes everyone around her feel welcome an will be attending toono next year Dylan Lee is our second outside of school Dylan is an Active Athlete participating in football basketball soccer and fishing while in school he has been a valuable member of the football team basketball team and middle school student council Dylan has maintained excellence in his academics achieving honor role throughout Middle School his peers share Dylan is always energetic and excited for the day during spirit week he always goes out all out even when others don't participate Dylan participates in student
003counsel and always makes sure to bring extra things for Spirit Week just in case someone forgets at the school dances he's also very energetic and helps everyone get hyped to have a good time Dylan will be attending toono next year as well and I can truly say that it is young people rising into school high school such as analie and Dylan that help Inspire other students and create a Tonto culture of unity and pride so I'd like to invite anal and Dylan up to receive [Applause] and at this time I would like to present the project 351 ambassadors award this award is given to the following students for exemplary service values of kindness compassion humility and gratitude our kapor and Savannah [Applause] Christensen the next award that will be presented presented is effort across the
004curriculum the Danto 8th grade team would like to recognize a student for the sustained and consistent effort in all four core classes science math social studies and English this student has demonstrated dedication to their Studies by always doing their best work actively participating in class discussions and activities putting much thought an effort into their homework assignments and maintaining a positive attitude towards learning and this award goes to [Applause] Skyler and at this time I would like to invite Miss Leandra to the [Applause] Podium this sec is going yeah so we have several awards for different subject areas and then we also have some awards for the highest Middle School average so we have two recipients of the highest Middle School average and the first goes to anzel verica [Applause] and the second recipient of the
005highest Middle School average is Paige [Applause] [Music] Gordon we have several academic awards for different subject areas some teachers have um given the award based on the the highest average or the highest score in the class some have also given effort Awards and we also have awards for some of our um Specialists so the first award is an art award and that goes to Jaden [Applause] ainson our next award is for ELA lab and that goes to Thomas Christensen [Applause] our next award is for French and that goes to saie [Applause] Lewis our next award is a Spanish award and that goes to Enzo Pinta [Applause] our next award is a chorus award and the chorus award goes to Savannah [Applause] Christian we have a couple recipients of the Jazz award the Jazz Band award
006and the first one is Lily Turnquist and the next one for jazz band is Zachary Chapman we have a concert band award and that goes to Isaac ringer we have a couple of physical education Awards and the first one goes to Kus Amin our next physical education award goes to Payton [Music] Bowie our health award goes to Colin brassette our award for computer science goes to arov kapor our reward for technology goes to Skyler AR we have a couple of awards for Science and the first one is the highest average in science and that goes to Savannah Christian our next award in science is for science effort and that goes to Sophie [Music] we have a forensic science award and that goes to Sarah Joseph we have a couple of awards for social studies the
007first one is for the highest average in social studies and that goes to Paige Gordon there must have been a tie for that average is another highest average in social studies Satie [Applause] [Music] Lewis an effort award for social studies goes to laury Ryan [Applause] we have an award for our Civics in action class and that goes to Leah Joseph we have a couple of awards for English the first one is for the highest average in English and that goes to anzel Vera the English effort award goes to Avery [Applause] genten our award for horiculture goes to Owen Bratton [Applause] we have some awards for Algebra 1 the highest average in Algebra 1 goes to arav [Music] [Applause] kapor the effort award for Algebra 1 is Isaac ringer [Applause] the highest average in pre-algebra goes
008to Savannah Christensen and the effort award for pre-algebra goes to Leah [Applause] Joseph at this time I would like to go ahead in call up a couple of our eighth grade teachers to present some special awards for writing and Mathematics the Janice M Andrews writing award is given in honor in memory of Janice M Andrews whose 20year career at tono included roles as an English teacher special ed teacher and a guidance counselor the Janice M Andrews writing award is presented annually to the eth grader who consistently demonstrated exceptional writing skills in the areas of idea development Clarity in organization sentence structure grammar usage and mechanics this year's award is presented to anel Bara it's my pleasure every year to present the Christopher hatch's Second Memorial math award in addition to the excellent academic achievement this
