001allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for it stands nationisible with liberty and justice for all. >> I ask you please remain standing for a moment of silence for Richard Braille senior father to Richard Braille teacher at CMS for Cam Malany recent graduate of 2024 of Clinton High School. Thank you. >> Open tonight's Clinton School Committee meeting for Monday, March 23rd, 2026. I have a motion to approve the bills. >> I'll make a motion. >> Second. >> All in favor? >> I get it. Yeah. >> Roll call vote. Yeah. >> Bill Conley. I >> Fitzgerald. I >> Brendon Bailey. I >> appear to substate. >> Have a motion to approve the minutes from March 9th, 2026. >> Second. >> All in favor. >> Joe Connley. I >> Jane

002Fitzgerald. I >> Brendan Bailey. I >> Tina Zapantis. I >> turn it over to Dr. Meyer for celebrations. >> All right. So, we have our celebrations for our students and staff of the month this meeting. And uh we're going to start this month with our CHS recipients and principal Smack. Good evening everyone. Um tonight we have two people that were honoring. First is our March staff member of the month nominated by a student they wrote. It's Mrs. Rachel Pearson with us tonight. But I still want to read this just because it's It says, "I want to recognize Miss Pearson as a staff member of the month because she genuinely deserves it. She works really hard every single day to make sure that every student in her class actually understands what's being taught. And if you're

003struggling, she's always willing to stay after school to help you out. You can just tell that she really cares about her students and their learning. On top of being a great teacher, Miss Pearson makes her classroom a place where everyone feels comfortable and welcome. It doesn't matter who you are. You never feel judged or out of place in her class. She's the kind of teacher you look back on and remember. That's exactly why I think she deserves to recognize this. So, I thought right up for a student tomorrow. >> Up next, we have the student of the month nominated by a teacher. That's So this is written by a teacher. It says, "It's my pleasure to nominate Anya as a student of the month. Through her four years at CHS, Anya has consistently demonstrated outstanding

004leadership and a willingness to go above and beyond what is asked her. She leads not by title, but by example, stepping up whenever her team needs her taking initiative without hesitation." A recent and perfect example of Anna's character was in the creation of our home poster. She took it upon herself to coordinate her classmates, organizing the collection of baby and high school photos, and then dedicated her own personal time to putting finishing touches on the final product. The result was beautiful. But more importantly, without Ana's drive and dedication, it simply would not have happened. Our home room has been lucky to have it for the past four years, and she is truly deserving of this recognition. All right. And now to recognize our middle school staff and students of the month. Uh, Principal Stephie All

005right. Uh, good evening everybody. Uh, it's my uh, pleasure to present Galile Galilea this evening. I'm going to read to you in English and then in Spanish what Galilea's teachers said about her. Today, we would like to recognize Galilea for the many positive qualities she brings to our school community. Galilea consistently shows a strong work ethic and determination in everything that she does. She approaches her learning with focus and effort, always striving to do her best and pushing herself to grow. What makes Galilea truly stand out is her positive attitude. She comes to school each day ready to learn, face challenges, and support those around her. Her caring nature and kindness towards her classmates help create a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone. Gather's hard work, determination, and thoughtfuls not go unnoticed. We are proud

006to recognize her today and appreciate the example she sets forth for others through her dedication and compassion. Keep up the great work. determin See? All right, Miss Martin, come on up here. I'm so excited to be up here this evening with Sue Martin, our speech language pathologist. Sue, here are some things that your colleagues have to say about you. Are you ready? I've read most of them. I promise. All right. Sue is a dedicated and conscientious speech and language pathologist who is devoted to improving the communication skills of her students. She collaborates with educators and support staff to help support carryover of student skills to the classroom. Oh, and she's also the queen of bus assist. Sue is truly one of She is truly one of the kindest colleagues I've ever had the privilege of

007working with. She constantly she consistently takes the time to connect with others. Whether it's offering a warm greeting each morning or remembering meaningful details about colleagues and their families, she goes above and beyond in supporting both her co-workers and most importantly her students. What stands out most is her thoughtful and deliberate approach. She makes a point to fully understand situations before offering ideas or solutions. This level of care and professionalism has a positive impact on everyone around her. Both students and staff are incredibly fortunate to have Sue as part of our school. Recently, an eighth grader at Middle School was recognized by the 18 Foundation. And I'm going to read you a description of this exceptional award for an exceptional eighth grade student leader. Lucy, don't hide back there. Come on. She was going like

008this when I looked up. Come on up here, Lucy. This is a really, really cool award. We're going to go a little bit off script. I'm going to read this. Okay. Lucy recently completed a project in her eighth grade social studies class and it was submitted to a group called industry connects as part of a collaboration through her eighth grade social studies class in their curriculum called democratic knowledge project. In this project, Lucy wrote a legal brief using a template that was similar to one that would actually be used in a court of law. She argued why she believed the amount of power a president may have is balanced in certain presidential systems. Her work was reviewed by a Boston city employee, an executive from a nonprofit nonprofit civic organization and a lawyer and they

009had the following to say about her writing. You did a great job of writing a clear and convincing argument for the presidential powers. End quote. The brief is well written and reasoned with a strong organizational structure that guides readers through your thinking. In the last quote, I think your brief does a great job summarizing what the founders did to ensure that the presidency has the right amount of power, not too much, not too little. You clearly have a good understanding of how the branches of government are supposed to work. So, out of over 500 projects submitted to Industry Connects from 75 schools throughout the Commonwealth, was selected. That is pretty cool. >> We are proud of Luc's accomplishment and her continued dedication and hard work towards her education. And I guess Miss Fresh is gonna

010go to elementary school now. >> All right. Good evening everyone. Tonight we are proud to recognize our staff of We are recognizing four incredible women from our therapeutic learning class. They are instructional assistants within the program and their names are Torres. Jeff is here. These outstanding staff members were nominated by the special educator. They were closely over there as well. Our general educ teachers of the classrooms they work in and the counseling team over there too which speaks volumes about the impact they have across our school community. These women go above and beyond every single day to not only support their TLC students, but also students in general education settings whenever needed. They step in without hesitation, offering help wherever it is required, their flexibility, patience, and ability to respond to the ever changing needs

011and emotions of students is truly remarkable. They consistently demonstrate initiative and dedication. They build strong rapport with their students, learning about them so they can connect with them. They have even purchased items for incentives, creating materials and sharing thoughtful strategies to help students build both confidence and skills. Despite the challenges that naturally come with supporting such a diverse group of learners, they continue to give their showing up each day with commitment, compassion, resilience, and professionalism. They are incredible support to the teachers they work with. Always ready to think on their feet and handle any situation calmly and effectively. Simply put, our program would not be what it is without them. We are a pretty good program. We are so grateful for everything they do. So, please join me in congratulating our CLC. Okay. Good job.

012All right, our student of the month is Charlotte. Come on up, Charlotte. Charlotte was nominated by her teachers who are sitting over there, Mrs. and Mr. Rice, as an excellent choice for student of the month. She consistently demonstrates responsibility, kindness, and determination in the class. Charlotte completes her work regularly and puts forth her best effort in everything she does. She approaches learning with a positive attitude and a willingness to grow, never giving up when something is challenging. Her work and perseverance have led to tremendous improvement in her math skills, which is something. In addition to her academic efforts, Charlotte is a thoughtful, supportive classmate. She is always willing to help others, often stepping in without even being asked, and treats everyone in the classroom with kindness and respect. She also shows strong community values by

013keeping the classroom clean and organized each day. She takes initiative and demonstrates responsibility. Charlotte is ready to learn, always ready to help, always do her best. She is a wonderful role model and leader for her peers and we are so proud of her. Please join me in congratulating Charlotte. All right, that should be it. Yep. >> All right. Before we continue with the rest of the meeting, if you want to leave and take photos or just go home >> and we'll pick this up in about a minute or two. We're not going anywhere. >> It's Steve's time. Cutting into it. Did you just grab Good. >> All right. Uh, you said there's no student. Oh, I'm sorry. Is there anybody here for public comment? I almost missed that. >> No, you said no student >>

014from CTA. >> Yes. All right. >> I'm sorry. >> I'm sitting there quiet for money. >> Okay. Um, so CT brought back our scholarship. Um, last year we gave two $500 scholarships to deserving seniors majoring in education. We hadn't done that, I think, since like 2019. Not sure why it fell by the wayside, but we brought it back. Anyway, we need to replenish our funds. Um, so we're going to run a chicken shoot in memory of El Gage in September, a Sunday in September, and I'm waiting for my partner in crime, Mr. Ogal, to give me a date. It will revolve around the Patriot games, I'm sure. >> And the schedule's not out yet. Um, so anyway, we're thinking ahead, but I just wanted to let you guys know and I'm here to when it

015gets a little bit closer, I'll come back and um ask you for a donation. Um, maybe like a themed raffle basket or gift cards or I don't know, we take Venmo, whatever you'd like. Um, >> so you do these out 27? >> Yes. Correct. Right. We're hoping to do last year we gave two $500 scholarships. We're hoping to do a little bit a little bit more. So anyway, we appreciate the support. Thank you very much. >> PTA Matt's not here. >> He'd be so mad. >> Hi everybody. >> Um we are currently at 103 members. Um, we'll be kicking off a membership drive in early April to continue raising funds through membership. Um, because that shouldn't stop throughout the year. So, we'll be working on our staff incentive. Um, where all staff who are members

016are entered in to win a prize. We do one for each of the schools. It's usually picked during teacher appreciation week in May. Um, and then anyone from the community can nominate a teacher as well. When they fill out the form, they can add their name into it. Um, and we saw great success with that last year. So, that's kind of fun. Um, March Bingo was on the Friday the 13th, which I don't know if anybody else realized it was a Friday the 13th. Um, was a great success. Um, Matt Veracus was our very lively MC. Um, and Dr. Meyer did bingo calling and we had students who did bingo calling. Um, and a parent. Um, we want to extend our great thanks to um, Clinton Youth Soccer and Clinton Area Little League and DHA

017Logistics for their sponsorship this year. And we raised over $3,000 clear um, from our bingo this year. Um, and I don't think we ran out of anything. I think we were at uh, we had planned enough to have all of our supplies and materials and I think the only thing we were short on was some um, tablecloths. That was it. So, that was nice. Um, our next meeting is coming up on Thursday, April 2nd at 6:15 um, at the CPS administration building and all are welcome to come. We will be voting on a couple large um, funding requests. So, if anyone is able to come, that would be a great day to stop by and say hello and help us meet forum to make a vote. And that's about it for us right now. >>

018Okay. Thank you. >> CPAC or LPAC? All right, Dr. >> All right. Uh shouldn't have too much tonight, but we're going to start off with a facilities update. I know uh Mr. Farra, director of facilities, is here. You should have a copy of his uh report in your packet. I'll let him walk you through it. >> Good evening. Thanks for having me. Um I'll be quick tonight if there's any questions. Um I wanted to just talk briefly um about the FY27 budget and how it may or may not impact the school system kind of if there's any large asks projects. Um and first just a quick update on staffing. Uh we do have an opening at the Clinton Middle School. We're in process of hiring a CA a candidate that's going through the pre-employment stages

019right now. So if all goes well, we anticipate that hire starting. um March 30th that's pending all results to all the pre-employment items. Um and that would get us fully staffed at all the schools for all school custodians. Um so last Wednesday I did present to the select board and finance committee uh my FY27 budget. Per their request they wanted to see a level service, level funded and a 3% reduction from this the FY26 budget. Um, I did present and my request is for a level service, meaning that we'll continue to have the same contractor, their contracts and and programs and ability to make repairs and all that. Um, so if there are cuts, I did try and focus on areas that um wouldn't greatly impact the school system at all. Um, a lot of

020those cuts would be like in our tree service line item that we we also take care of tree removals and things like that. So, I'm not looking to impact any positions. I'm not looking to cut any services that that we provide um to all the schools and school facilities. Um, one area that could be impacted if there are any reductions potentially would be summer help. Um but I'm leaning towards like the ground side of that. So for all the schools every year we have two um high school or college students um at each location. So I'm not going to impact those positions, but last year we were able to have two or three outside workers as well. So I'm probably going to start there if if it comes to that. Um, we we have our

021we're fully staffed outside, so you wouldn't see an impact in that. It just it's nice to have the extra set of hands if if we're able to. Um, some potential warrant article request for FY27. I did request uh $200,000 for it's townwide HVAC repairs and upgrades, but a big portion of that is going to be focused on the elementary school and the high school. and that's to get our HVAC system um at the proper glycol percentage, which is freeze protection in the winter in in the in the heating system. Um we have two new chillers. We're working on some other HVAC related projects that will um kind of not simplify, but there'll be less impact to some of the repairs we make. U we won't have to shut an entire building's heating system down because

022we can isolate it to the areas that that are impacted. Um so we are looking to um be more efficient in our repairs and putting putting money into into repairs that will do that for us. Um and then the remaining funds after the the bigger purchase of glycol for both locations would be um I mean it could go on the town side or it could go on the school side depending on where the need you know more severity of the need is. Um, I'm currently waiting on some information, some pricing, um, kind of a path forward. We do have a boiler down at the high school. Um, there are five boilers. We don't run all five at once. There are four operational. Probably three would be sufficient to run the building. Um, but we don't

023want that to sit, but we want to get try to get a game plan um, as to can we repair it or um, what it's going to cost to replace. So, I a dollar amount on that if it's something that's urgent. Um, which it is not at this point. Um, I'm want to be a little bit pro more proactive, but until I we have a path forward, I'm kind of put a hold on this, but I just wanted to bring it up tonight. And then real quick, um, some some balances and past warrant articles that are related to the school. Um, we we still have uh I want to say close to almost $70,000 for HVAC school related repairs. Um, that money has been already allocated to projects that are related uh mainly at the

024elementary school. Um, but they haven't been um completed yet. So, but we're looking in the spring of of this current fiscal year to to get those completed. Um, which would kind of wipe out that that article from I want to say it was FY23. Um, that article, the big portion of that was for the elementary school chiller replacement. Um, so that funding along with ARPA allowed us to complete that project. We have a balance of around $8,600 for the middle school generator. Um, so we're looking get a year and a half out of that and we can use these funds solely for that purpose. It could be a repair, it could be a annual or semiannual um PM service on that. Um but we it it's the way the article was written, it's it's specifically

025for that building for that piece of machinery. Um there's a small balance for the Clinton High School, Clinton Elementary School parking lot repairs. I am looking potentially this summer to address some of the issues on the sidewalks at the elementary school. Um it might be a little more than that, but we will wipe we'll wipe that balance out first and and pay the difference out of our operating budget. And then one of the big big balances is the facilities garage that we're hoping to locate um at the back end of the athletic complex. It's been a couple years now where um I'd like by the end of this spring to have a path forward whether this has is something that has to go up to bid or a lot of the research I've done is

026you can get material from one company, they'll drop it off and then we're we'll have to get another contractor to actually assemble it. um some do both and then it's just a matter of looking at what makes more sense financially um to get two separate contractors or to actually have a company come in and do it themselves. So that I'm hoping to have more information and a uh more precise timeline um for you, you know, in the next month or so. And lastly, I just listed And I've had this in past um writeups, just some of the projects completed um through ARPA funding um that applies to the schools and and and the the kind of total dollar amount and what was able to be accomplished with with those funds. Um there's also a couple

027grants that contributed to some of those larger projects and um that money's gone spent. Projects are complete, but we do have based on the elementary and the high school chiller, we were able to get two rebate checks um for energy savings and efficiency um for installing those. So the uh National Grant did write a check to the town. Um These funds will be used for HRA related items um as well. So it just kind of gives you a rundown of what what went out what came in and that's pretty much what I wanted to go over just budget FY27 budget items and some remaining funds. >> I think it's I mean thank you for the update. I think it's always good to get that because I think sometimes uh you know boiler work and chiller

028work isn't something that people see all the time, but it's it's an ongoing >> thing that's essential to make sure that we could run the keep the buildings open and um you know and it's not cheap. So I think we've tried to do a lot over the last few years to to address those systems and and leveraging all the funds that we could uh whether it was the HARPA or the interquality grant. was a huge >> it kind of streamlined it and and shortened the timeline because a lot of these projects we would have got them done but it might have been a fiveyear span as opposed to you know getting them all done within a year or two. And uh one of the one of the main reasons that uh Brian was brought to

029this meeting was because it is budget season and we wanted to make sure that anything that he was potentially putting on as like a warrant article just so that the school committee is aware that you know if we see one for $200,000 for townwide HVAC repairs that's one that uh there's at least a portion of that would be directly to address the glycol levels of the elementary school. Correct. We do have our boiler inspections townwide, including the schools coming up, I want to say April 1st. Um, based on last year's inspections, we're in we're in good shape and there hasn't been anything drastic other than the one that's down here. Um, but we'll get a better idea if any repairs are needed at that point as well. But, um, at this point, we feel confident

030that we're we're in pretty good shape. >> Thank you. >> All right. Good. >> Thank you. All right. In your following uh his report, there's the Student Opportunity Act progress uh report in there for academic year 2526. Uh you'll see it's kind of the sideways one. It starts with page three of 10 because the first two pages I literally printed this out from the form we have to submit. The first two pages were just sort of uh nonsense. And then there's it's missing page five because that ended up being like a big blank box. So you're not missing anything. those were uh intentionally omitted because they didn't have any relative relative relevant information. Um so um you know what we're trying to do is you know there there's different areas that we targeted in our

031student opportunity act plan uh tier one curriculum um so pri uh um mental health um trying to uh implement our you know our MTSS system looking at college and career as well as expanding access to prek. So, these were all things we did. Last time we had to redo our our student opportunity act plan and this is just an update. Um, so, you know, most of what I comment on is pretty much just, you know, some of those are some staffing things. Uh, you know, one of our things originally in the plan was to try to hire a director of curriculum and instruction. Well, we didn't do that because we couldn't afford it. And now I had updated that we don't have an assistant superintendent at all anymore. We have a director, you know, so

032we just kind of just tell them what the update is, right? Um and uh you know we have been able to uh sort of maintain our pre-k numbers, our early college program um continues to grow. Uh we did get that recognition our you know the innovation pathways um and also the you know even I added in there as an update that you know for the tier one that we were recognized by DESSE for our math MCAT scores over pandemic level three through eight. Right. So, so there I think there was some good stuff that we put in there. Um, even chronic absenteeism, we continue to kind of uh uh do pretty well in that group as well. So, you know, this is just it's one of those things that we're supposed to share with the

033public. So, I'm sharing it with you, but we have to submit it um by law as part of the Student Opportunity Act every year. So, I'll probably be submitting this on April 1st unless there's any consent. Okay. Uh FY27 budget. Um so, April 9th, uh I just got an email this afternoon uh right just before this meeting. Uh April 9th at six o'clock is when the finance committee would like to meet with us. Um so April 9th at six o'clock uh is when they they've invited us to to go over our budget. I have already shared uh you know we had the budget subcommittee that we formed. I already shared a presentation of our budget version B with the budget subcommittee and the finance committee chair and the town administrator just to kind of get

034the ball rolling. And I gave them a copy of our budget version B broken down by the town accounts. Um and we will uh see how that goes. But um so April 9th typically I think we end up posting that as a joint as an extra school committee meeting that we just kind of since you guys will be we normally have a quorum for that. Uh so I'll just make sure we do a posting for that and then um >> uh normally that's at the uh uh chambers the yeah select board and um the you know it's usually the finance committee the um board of select manager seboard and the and then normally you know as many of us uh can come I normally normally Annette and I will run through our presentation and uh

035see what they have for questions and go from there. Uh it's been pretty pretty uh pretty it's gone pretty smoothly last couple years I think. You know we try to come prepared and give a lot of information and and go from there. >> Did you see what time >> uh 6 o'clock? >> Yep. >> The 9th at 6. I'll make sure that we confirm with everything but that was the email. So we we'll be in contact. >> Uh legislative earmarks. So there's two ear marks here I uh I put in. So, the uh on March 12th, uh town administrator sent an email out to department chairs that was asking if there was anything potentially for earmarks that uh our our uh representatives wanted to see if they would put into the um budget, asked us

036to send things to the selectmen. Um so, I kind of these are the ones we came up with. One was um looking for about $100,000 to help with the elementary school communication and security. Basically, it's looking at the phones. If you remember, I told you we applied for $179,000 community compact grant to try to update the phones. We did not get that grant. Um we might be able to get some next year, it seems like, you know, the last time we got the grant. When we looked at the recipients, it looked like um almost like a three-year cycle, and we've got it. The town of Clinton got one two years ago for the online permitting. So might be one we'd be eligible for next year, but they we did not get funded this year. Uh

037so we put in for that. We put in for the transportation efficiency. Uh basically looking at potentially trying to get bigger like uh almost like a mini bus. Um I guess the technical term I had Annette do a lot of research on this too is the multifunctional activity vehicle. Um so not quite the van that they don't really insurance companies and everyone frown upon like the van. So it's like a little bit bigger. So, it's like that mini bus. Um, but looking at maybe doing something like that. We're trying to look at exploring that with the transportation costs and how that might be able to help us with things like uh, you know, as our numbers are are going down in like for Asabet or taking kids to early college programs or even transporting some

038of our smaller sports teams. So, we're kind of looking at that. So, that was an idea. So, we sent those over. These were sent to to the town administrator to share with the selectman because the select board wanted to prioritize any of these. Um then I did get a call from Representative Coco Coin. She was looking for any um of these requests specifically for the filing of the budget as it pertained to the millionaire's tax which is restricted to education and transportation. Um so I did share that with her as well um for that uh side of it. So we'll see if we get anything there. And um I might I did attend a webinar last week about uh potentially trying to get um federal earmarks through um Senator Marky and Warren. Um they they

039have a online form that you can do. Uh so we will uh look at that as well. Same idea. I think we would probably be looking at the technology upgrades like trying to get the whole phone system and maybe even the intercom system for the elementary school which is also in need of repair. So, we might try to support that. If we want to do the federal ones, we've got to get uh need a letter from the uh chair of the uh school committee saying it was okay. We'd also need uh some other letters of support. I probably try to get one from the town and possibly from one of our other local legislators. So, um, but just other avenues of funding that we're trying to explore right now so we can try to keep

040moving. Um, the special education stabilization fund, I put that on here. That's one of the things that we're going to talk about uh when when you see the budget version B kind of presentation. It's one of the things we try to highlight, which we've talked about in these meetings, is the increase in the large increase in our special education costs, how we're kind of, you know, we've kind of been using circuit breaker to cover that. that we've had to dip into a lot of circuit breaker. Um, so the in here is a sample sample language for a warrant article to establish a uh special education stabilization fund. That's something towns are allowed to do. Uh they can only be funded to a cap. So our projected one is uh that for FY26 it can be

0412% uh so we could be 818,000 possibly of our full net school spending. Um the uh so that's um an FY25 number would be 761. That would be the maximum you could ever have in one of those stabilization accounts. You can fund it as much or as little as you want. And then the idea would be if you did get hit with like a uh an unexpected it's not to really be used for like budgeting purposes. It's to be used for stabilization purchases per uh purposes. So if you got an unexpected tuition during the course of the year, instead of having to make those like midcourse corrections, it could be we could access those funds with an approval by the uh selectman and the school committee. So um I did include some information on that

042in the um presentation to the finance committee as well. So we can try to get that. I know Mr. Connley has brought that up a couple times from the um we talked about it at the uh conference in the fall. >> So looking at um putting this asking the select one to put this article on this year. The one to talk >> I think so at least to establish it. Yeah. And then whatever they would want to fund. So it depends on what they might have in like free cash or something or they might want a fund to put it in there and then it would kind of be another one of those things like the oped accounts or those types of things where if you have money in free cash and you want to

043put some in there so you have it as that special ed sort of stabilization so that doesn't you know a new a new tuition doesn't um you know us have to do like midyear layoffs or something. So, thanks. Um, all right. The, uh, last thing I have is just a building project. Uh, we continue to move forward with that. Uh, the marketing committee met this uh, prior to this meeting. We looked at a couple things that are in the packet here. There's sort of some scoreboard design, sort of the design for going over the servery line and a mockup of the uh, turf field. Wow, we got some feedback on that. So, we'll probably not so much on the the scoreboards. We were pretty uh not a whole lot of feedback. Uh the turf field,

044we're probably going to try to have them uh might try to get uh move things around a little bit on there and get some other mockups. So, we'll get that feedback in. I just wanted to share that's that's kind of some of the stuff we're doing right now is starting to kind of uh finalize not necessarily finalize even. We got to get them close so that any financial impact of them is is captured. You know, if you wanted to like it atalicize a font later down the road, that's not necessarily going to change anything, but we would just need to know know how it's going to be uh as far as like from a construction standpoint. So, um we continue to uh just move along up there. I think this uh last week, so I

045have the construction meeting tomorrow. Uh last week when I was able to get in the building, the uh the stairs were in. Um so they were um not quite uh ready to be walked on, but we we tested them out and uh got to look, you know, walk around on the second floor and everything. So So yeah, they they've poured a lot. They've got the concrete poured in that whole seventh and eighth grade hallway on the first floor. through kind of like the hallway into the maintenance area. So, it's probably might be more than that now, but last Tuesday they were up through there. And then the second floor is all poured um on that same hallway. And then they were uh they were actually working on fireproofing, which is one of the next big

046steps um that they need to do. So, they're they're moving along on that tented section, and we just keep hoping that the sooner the weather turns, the better we'll start uh springing everyone on the rest of the building. But they're they're continue to make progress. Um I think that is all I have. Uh reports for the uh advisory committee, you said you had a marketing meeting tonight. >> Y >> and then is the safety one on the eth and the wellness on the first. Is there any others? Don't see any of the dates. I haven't seen. >> No, I think I mean I guess budget kind of would be that that the one on the 9th with the fincom, but that's probably it. Yeah. >> Okay. >> Oh, and scholarship. I'm sure we'll have a

047date fairly soon. Uh we did have a scholarship enrichment meeting last week where so I'm sure we'll I think they were starting to get down to narrowing out the selection meeting. Is >> it under old business? New business. >> Just the fin meeting. >> All right. Motion to adjourn. >> Second. >> I think you need a roll call vote. >> Bill Conley. >> I. >> All right. >> Thank you.
