the striker marty phillips out there courtney mahoney and net medway gets us underway [Applause] trying to work the ball up through midfield elise higgins can't possess it diaz works it across the back of their defense up to sumner the freshman now cycled back towards the goaltender ball is clear to the sidelines but possessed by medway emily landry trying to cross at camp landry again with a ball that's batted around rachel herman trying to find marty phillips on the wing herman again steps in there now wins the ball looking for a target and the ball went over the line but it's a throw to blue waverly sumner the junior having an incredible season goal scoring wise i had four goals the other night on senior night ball worked wide hello scout trying to put that ball
through for the younger sumner who does win possession tries to center it in the middle but it's kicked away by the midway defense now medway with the ball at midfield chip lock trying to work down the sideline but the ball rolls over the line be a blue throw nice defense there from natasha seal [Music] abby desalvo with the throw find seal seal trying to go 1v2 and it ends up a midway throw ds defense working the ball up field seal up in the midfield now it's batted backwards now wide nicely under the feet of abbey de salvo playing right full back trying to work the ball up to herman can't long ball through for higgins the ds defender wins that race ball goes over the line for a throw in midway pushing up trying to
establish something here in the ds end of the field the salvo heads up all the way out of danger very nicely that's going to roll over the line for another throw in looks like the captain ellis sense is going to take this one midway senior looking at her options ball coming into the box can't find higgins cleared away herman fighting for it still midway condon moving that ball wide to longval trying to work our way down the sideline gets past one defender but not the second one ds in an effort to keep that ball away from higgins plays it over the line but it's going to be a goal kick must have gone off higgins [Music] ball played forward now batted up and finds sumner her first touch of the game we really going wide
for phillips doesn't reach her ds working the ball up to the midfield again herman gets knocked down phillips plays the ball backwards now gets it again looking to switch into the midfield doesn't like what she sees now goes forward herman herman switches moscow ball goes down the sideline for hayden sumner and it's wisely played over the line by alice sense midway regroups well played into salvo back to the salvo looking for a big cross right to the goalkeeper [Music] now it's being played as a goal kick skips over a couple of midway players to salvo just plays the ball over the line never replayed it before it went out but apparently not aware which line is out [Music] ball crossed in the middle by medway batted around a little bit but now herman's going to
win it counter-attacking more white shirts in blue but there's a ball through the sumner goaltender way off our line beyond the top of our box plays that away from danger salvo for hermann moscow can't quite get that ball through but handball on midway gonna be a kick here for ds gonna get taken by tessa broderick rules over the left-hand side of the field there's phillips and ceo working the ball on the sideline now forward to sumner sumner working on victoria bullard can't get around her ball cleared away nicely by midway but the ds defense as they have quite often so far this game playing the ball right up to an open midfielder and ds is back on the counter attack now it's wide for sumner she's going to try to go down the line for
abby's salvo but that ball goes over the line eva benani playing that ball forward he is trying to retain possession but now medway has it fall there on ds middleweight's going to take a kick it will sense booting the ball up the left wing that's not going to be caught by emily landry it's going to be a goal kick a couple substitutions coming on including a goal a new goaltender for diaz i don't know if courtney mahoney's having an issue i guess she was getting some treatment on her hand during warm up and wants to revisit the medical tent diaz will take this goal kick ball batted right back in by long ball diaz clears it up phillips phillips controls carries oh nice plane to the midfield i think that's herman herman's still carrying the
ball trying to get off a shot but it's blocked by the midway defense batted around back there between bernani [Music] moscow de salvo now medway has it i played back the ball back to their central defense los cal again with the touch lily stocks trying to win the ball that ball goes over the line for a blue throw [Music] to salvo down to sumner sumner inside sort of a shot cross there yes ball goes wide it could be a goal kick for medway this is ella scott with that take never too early to test the goaltender ball's booty forward to midfield lead forward by reagan chip block down the wing long ball is trying to win it ds wins it instead trying to hold on to it but giving away there slightly to chip block
chip block moving the ball to the middle higgins is all alone plays the ball back over here's the shot testing that new replacement goaltender she rises to the challenge [Applause] [Music] punching that ball forward phillips playing the ball to the center of the field but nobody there but white shirts now condon from midway big blast on the right wing intercepted by the ds defense now ds possesses the ball in the midfield long ball forward looking for sumner we'll just get through the defense no midway regroups plays the ball wide for nicholas phillips forces that pass out of play ds throw i'll plead to the feet of herman back to herman herman finds sumner so i'm trying to get past a slew of midway defenders now phillips buying herself a little room with a nice idea
playing that ball in ball's getting batted around substitutions coming in from midway this will here by the referee gonna be a free kick for medway i think somebody uh somebody from that way kind of hand to the face or a ball to the face person explaining to me what happened put his hand to his face so i assume that's what happened uh now sportsmanship is played back to blue but cleared away by medway gonna be another blue throw herman possesses nicely place the ball back to the left full back now the ball's back in the ds defense now desalvo she's gonna help wide good step there from the midway defender but diaz still able to hold on with lascaux switches fields finds broaddrick [Music] and whistling a free kick for ds looks like that's lily
stock's there at the left fullback position looks like broderick's going to play the stocks stocks with a nice turn into the midfield seal up for sumner summoner for phillips doesn't quite get through nice little build up there midway just able to clear it away and out of bounds ball nice nice play there by herman phillips seal stocks herman phillips ball forward for herman gets away from her perez now just booting the ball up field trying to connect with higgins almost does defended there nicely by the central defenders of benigni and broderick now de salvo up forward finds herman herman trying to get that ball through for one of the sumners intercepted by medway good step there from desalvo [Music] shea from midway trying to work the ball up oh nice back tracking from waverly summer
wins that ball away now moscow moscow loses it to chiplock chiplock with the ball through goaltender's way out safely booting that ball up to midfield midway still has it but they give it away ball's put through for hayden sumner but way too far and scooped up by the cold hunter from medway [Music] midway now trying to move the ball forward for higgins batted back by the ds defense eventually midway chopping that ball out of play condom with a volley a bunch of subs coming on mario goldenian hammerness and catherine mahoney on for ds looks like hayden summers coming off oh timeout so both teams will come back to their benches strategy drives a little bit with the coaches i'll be back to live action as soon as it resumes yes both teams retaking the field
still 0-0 here in the 16th minute play resumes i think it's going to be a throw for ds really no dangerous chances to speak of both teams still feeling each other out ds with the majority of the possession but not able to translate that possession in the back through the midfield to really good scoring opportunities just yet they throw that ball and play down the line and out again so midway throw sumner ball played for mahoney mahoney trying to reconnect with sumner can't rachel herman's there though now moscow and desalvo nice play there by megan tompkins in midway the ball goes out mahoney fighting for it with herman and desalvo gonna be a midway throw danielle smith playing the ball in mahoney trying to find help eventually finds the feet of moscow let's go with
the big switch nicely to mario goganian you can't keep possession but does collide with sarah longval who's now down and referee stops play a little shoulder to shoulder action there and i think sarah long ball may have gotten a charlie horst or something she's coming off under her own power replaced by delaney condon it's gonna be a kick here for white that way goaltender's gonna play this [Music] nice boot forward that's headed by broderick kept in by ds down the sideline trying to find sumner doesn't quite oh ball ricky shades off the hand but no call ball played back to the goaltender who plays it out of danger [Music] higgins gets a turn plays the ball over to megan tompkins tompkins trying to put a ball through the middle but cleared away by stocks thompkins
again trying to control that keep it in but rolls over the line moscow up the line paul finds mahoney i'll play to the middle of the field but nobody there except delaney condon for medway she gets pressured by hermann all now played forward by the medway defense see if kelly nicholas can keep that in and she can't stocks will take this throw go gaining up the line play to the middle of the field lust gown playing that ball forward ooh ricochets off a couple heads sumner now finds lost cow [Applause] salvo trying to win this ball back [Applause] good effort there from tompkins but she can't keep it in now higgins will get replaced by number 14. kayla hansen up top [Music] moscow turns away nicely trying to find a blue shirt up field now
the ball comes back to her trying to switch fields here through the central defense stocks up to goganian just play wide for stocks but read well by longval of midway midway's she got fouled midway's gonna have a free kick here [Music] big boot inside the 20-yard line played wide there by keaney keaney looking for help here's a cross cleared out of danger by the ds defense copeland now coming on and chip block is off sense with the throw into the box volleyed out nicely by diaz says we'll take another stab at it ds getting a foot on that ball it's played out to the 30. midway's gone it played back into the box over everybody right into the arms of the keeper [Applause] she'll throw this ball forward to moscow ello trying to turn plays
it back to the defender [Music] a little one two played there with the outside midfielder now it's at the feet of luskow she finds sumner briefly that's intercepted by perez now won backed by ds [Applause] ball played wide los gao looking for options trying to go way down the line for sumner goalie retreats to her line summoner with a big cross it goes off the defender but scooped up by the goalie close to a corner kick there for diaz now midway trying to attack up the right hand side nice step there from stocks wins that ball turns finds it open teammate ball's played forward now [Applause] now medway wins it in the midfield going down the line so we schwartz in a foot race with tompkins [Music] and wins that battle well played up the
line to mahoney trying to settle it chips it ahead herman [Music] somebody got fouled might have been summer now it's down the line for sumner somewhere in a battle with mahond wins that battle turns gets it to goganian she runs into a crowd of defenders midway able to just clear that for a throw-in before it became a corner referee wants this ds to throw that in again i think move down the line a bit a little over 17 minutes left in this first half still scoreless 0-0 ball's punted high in the air not played before the bounce ds in possession in the back though but then we're putting the pressure on ball is played forward kayla hanson trying to win it for medway now herman with a nice turn possessing the ball big ball forward
for sumner summer's going to win this race get oh and the defender just slides in there gordon was way out kind of in no man's land if someone was able to slide that ball across the goganian would have been a great opportunity for diaz nice play by the defense diaz starting to increase the pressure here a little bit starting to get those long balls through and get sumner running onto him another throw deep in the corner for ds i'm sorry corner ball's played in goaltender gets away from her but she recovers and grabs it [Applause] and threw her hands and over her shoulder but maybe just spin around and snag that now punting from the top of her box looking to connect with hanson ball played forward by tompkins but that's gonna get all the
way to the goalie before medway can get there punted forward nicely sumner now to hermann she's going to help up the right wing zoe schwartz running onto it just can't quite get there before that ball runs out ds outside fullbacks get more involved sarah worcester coming into the game natasha seals back [Applause] goganian's off slew of substitutions herman trying to win this ball [Applause] ball battle four in the middle there with natasha seoul now de salvo going down the line finds herman ball goes over the line though she can play that forward for sumner midway throw sense looking for options down the line that's going to get played forward back by ben and annie hayden sumner trying to win this ball now from the defender desalvo can't quite get a foot on that one throw
in four cents again gets through everybody back to the ds defense hermann nice play plays that ball to an open defender who settles it plays it forward again now herman's got a foot on it can't get through to hayden summer though seal with a bump there and gets called for the foul two freshmen on this roster for ds both on the field at the moment sarah worcester and hayden sumner caleb perez is going to take this kick from midway balls boom 4 gets through everybody goaltender comes out scoops that up nicely another big punt forward herman and marty phillips battling for it midway's gonna fight for along the sideline with sarah wooster and ball goes over for a ds throw back into the midfield for hermann herman's still possessing trying to work the ball up
to worcester can't quite now it's herman again playing the ball back to the right outside defender now it finds worcester worcester with a little cut back oh the nice play the phillips just got away from philip she wasn't able to redirect that exactly where she wanted to now i'm edward with a counter attack here nice step from broderick midway still in possession though a little chip through defenders letting it go for the goalkeeper she scoops it up there before emily landry can get there still 0-0 under 13 minutes left here in the first half [Music] ball put down into the corner by medway hanson running onto it trying to win it but can't keep it in another mass substitution rather the uh mclaughlin is coming in for ds three or four players coming on for
midway [Applause] you have a ben and i coming off for ds [Music] bomb is played back there by ds now it's gonna be midway throw centered into the middle ricochets off a few bodies still in danger midway getting off a left-footed shot emily landry not able to get that on goal and probably get as much force on it as you wanted mclaughlin with the goal kick ball gets up to midfield herman turns big ball forward is batted away by midway herman again a little chip over the top trying to find worcester worcester heads it on nicely ball now comes to phillips and follow on phillips ball intercepted there nicely by desalvo but inadvertent handball called somewhat dangerous spot here midway's got the ball to 30. three midway players confirm on what they're gonna do five
midway players up in the line top of the box ball's batted with some force knicks off a ds defender it's going to be a midway corner [Music] delaney conan's gonna take this midway goaltender way off our line out at the 40 ball batted into the box and goes through a hole in the net for a goal kick [Applause] hello back on rachel harmon's gonna take a break mclaughlin with another big goal kick finds the feet of worcester can't quite control it [Music] now i meant with a big ball down the line that mclaughlin steps in front of higgins with it higgins trying to win that race before it goes over the line but can't [Applause] but it's going to be a corner for medway again moved into the box rather nicely gets over the goaltender
midway got a body part on it but it went over the net [Music] courtney mahoney the starting goaltender has had a wrist iced and re-taped and still on the bench i think she might not be well enough to rejoin this game trying to find out at halftime who actually is in net caitlin every battling for the ball over there now the balls look forward to phillips in the midfield she's got embry making a run works the ball forward to her nicely embry with a nice ball inside for worcester that that was intercepted by perez now the ball's battle falling over the line is going to be a midway throw ambry with a nice touch that ball's boom forward mclaughlin back to mclaughlin but off her and over the line and out now it's gonna be
emory taking the throw back to embry and move the big ball forward batted back by the medway defense mclaughlin intercepts cycles through the central defense broderick now ceo going wide for desalvo she's got herman hermanoff luskow momentarily kept in by ds but another throw from midway sense again right in front of the bench it does find higgins but ball is off higgins and not apply [Music] salvo now good strong throw forward sense intercept so worcester tracking back turn when that ball does nicely a lot of white shirts and waverly sumner but that doesn't mean waverly's not gonna win that battle but there is a foul here and it is on ds [Applause] midway goal tender playing that ball forward flicked on by midway but it's going to roll all the way to the keeper the
salvo under pressure sumner way down the line riverly summer can't quite catch up with that goaltender way out in a box now hayden sumner steps in front of that seal stepping away from the midway defenders twice with nice control and then taking a shot on net that was labeled fisted over the crossbar by the goalie that was a nice place she was in a great position she's been wandering all over the place in the first half was right where she needed to be for that shot corner kick for ds [Music] ball played into the box nicely oh somebody almost got a head on that now it's cleared away by midway wooster dancing around the defender getting a shot off that is wider than that tompkins is back on landry's off [Music] ball is over worcester
but she's still battling for the ball now medway plays it forward to nobody and it's gonna roll over the line ambry ball's still in embry worcester phillips sumner summoner turns finds her sister tries to play it back to the elder sumner medway's got it there's a nice step there from seal worcester trying to get through a crowd midway again just blasting the ball at the wing and it rolls over the line mclaughlin with the throw glasgow with a nice play in the midfield turning away from white shirts finds phillips phillips with a lot of room to advance the ball now plays it wide for sumner summoner with a nice cross it's over worcester every pushing way up trying to keep this threat alive does it's played inside now back to phillips now back to lusk
out let's go turns and fires it's off a defender took a little momentum off that shot he's starting to pick up the pace here less than three minutes left here in the first half still zero zero midway keeper putting that ball forward batting around a little bit getting over the back line mclaughlin [Music] now place the ball wide to embry every looking for options place the ball inside but it's intercepted by medway it's going to come to the feet of number 23. [Applause] now it's hayden sumner going down the line for waverly we've really been in a battle all first half with mahan oh los gao keeps that threat alive but the ball's gonna roll over the line for a goal kick inside of two minutes here in the first half catherine mahoney's back on
waverly summer's finally gonna get a breather [Applause] midway goal kick up short of the 50 phillips finds mahoney mahoney los gao phillips phillips looking right place the ball wide to sumner summoner with a nice cross off a midway defender off that same defender again and now that defender gets followed by mahoney kick here to medway midway's got to be pleased with their first half [Music] and slightly outplayed but not on the scoreboard still zero zero against what one would expect to be a heavily favored ds team coming in with an excellent record now the ball's in the back line for ds ball play forward to phillips batted around a bit seal moscow ball played forward worcester can't quite win that foot race now again midway conservatively playing the ball wide and it goes over the
line and there's the double whistle for halftime so again the score 0-0 here at halftime between dover-sherburne and medway and we'll be back with second half action as soon as it resumes hey guys [Music] welcome back everybody to norris field for second half action zero zero halftime score between the dover sherman raiders and the medway mustangs emma williams who came on an emergency duty as the goalkeeper in the first half has been replaced not totally sure who's in that now for ds but we'll try to figure that out but emma did an excellent job playing basically 37 minutes of the first half after courtney mahoney who's normally the starting goalkeeper tried to give it a go but was unable to due to a wrist issue [Music] ds looking to uh keep the momentum going that
they had started to build a little bit towards the end of the first half that led to a couple of corners a couple shots on net [Applause] yes we'll restart here herman we're gonna go up the right side for worcester herman and worcester still battling for it sequester and waverly summer playing up top falls batted back mclaughlin settles it works it up the right wing and just salvo pushing up herman ball move down into the corner for worcester worcester cuts the ball back gets around her defender but the senior captain l sense steps in there to save the day phillips gonna work the ball backwards and it's played out of play tessa broderick midway with a throwing down the line mclaughlin [Music] salvo up the right wing pleading to the middle but one by medway
midway switching fields kind of come up the right side here victoria bullard plays a long ball forward trying to connect with longval long ball gets a foot on it she's in a foot race with ben and adi cuts back nicely gets a left-footed cross off stepped in front of there by tessa broderick but there's a shot in on the goaltender why delaney condon first sort of legitimate shot of the day on net for medway it was a nice little counter attack conan plays the ball forward phillips trying to win it she does mclaughlin up for herman falls back forward by desalvo worcester trying to win it she shielded off the ball by midway but then the balls played right out throw into herman herman turns gets the ball in the to los gao who flicks
it forward but now medway's got it but salvo's fighting for it rachel hermann back to mclaughlin waffling with a big switch field now it's benigni back to phillips in the middle mclaughlin to salvo ball played through the middle for phillips intercepted but diaz trying to hold on to possession here now medway booming the ball forward mclaughlin trying to settle it they worked the ball up to phillips who gets pressured by chip lock falls forward for sumner good step there from perez and the midway midfield can't quite get the ball where they wanted to go now let's go up the wing for stocks substitution here from medway landry coming off now midway with the throw stocks gets a foot on that nice win there from hermann finds sumner battling medway's doing a good job on riverly
summers today trying to keep her down moscow not happy with that and it does go out and over the line midway with just a big kick forward that goes out ball worked wide for stocks ball played down into the corner and that is going to be a corner kick [Music] phillips down there in the corner ball boomed into the box nicely a bunch of players leaping to trying to get a head on it eventually gets kicked wide by a midway defender and out and over the line [Applause] oh bobby and battle foreign some are just ripping off a shot saved by the midway goalie plays the ball to the right door right full back right something defender [Applause] ball being pressured by ids lascaux finds phillips phillips goes wide for herman herman with a nice
turn on her defender shielding the ball off down into the corner for stocks but rolls over the line herman playing the ball back to the defense comes back to luskal in the middle nice turn finds herman finds sumner sumner with a nice ball through for worcester ellie mahan of medway getting a foot on that to save the day ds starting to heat up in their attack really crisp touches and turns moving the ball around looking for a in this back armor of medway phillips stocks herman phillips please it off a medway player is that ball going to get over the line no midway saves himself from a corner with a nice clear there from perez stocks with a throw [Music] find sumner summoner ball back for herman but i'm sorry phillips but doesn't reach her
and midway again gets possession but just clears the ball up the line and it rolls out into touch unable to string anything together any sort of possession so far here in the second half by the way now lascaux all day back to broderick broderick for ben nadi pressure on ben and adi plays the ball for luskal that's intercepted by medway and midway player pushed by moscow midway now the free kick just over the halfway line [Applause] ball over everybody down at the 10-yard line shouldered forward by a ds defender now stocks leads to charge nice move around lunging defender she's still got herman to the inside now plays herman herman tries to play a little give and go stox runs out of room and gets shouldered off the ball midway trying to counter attack now
broderick steps in front of that medway still in possession through midfield [Applause] playing the ball forward nicely but [Applause] a little too far ahead of higgins ds goaltender coming out to scoop that up [Applause] yes sorry uh medway in the midfield switching fields trying to get the ball to higgins gets through everybody comes to the feet of long ball long ball is in on net tries to get a shot off gets blocked initially by mclaughlin now bodied away and that rebound goes right to higgins but she's unable to get it on target dangerous for a there for medfield their most dangerous scoring opportunity the game to date we're in about the 50th minute here in the second half [Music] initially mclaughlin with that block of that first shot getting her body in front of that
substitutions amassing at the midfield line gonna be hayden sumner and kaitlin embry coming in here's another shot from edway scooped up by the goalie [Music] zoe schwartz also coming back on top of the box for the ds goaltender punting the ball forward ball's kind of batted around a little bit something with a little touch that herman can't quite control and she collides with a midway player and now she's down on the ground it's a heavy collision as both players were going for the ball racial hermann coming off under her own power natasha seoul taking her place rachel herman in a little bit of discomfort hopefully we'll see her later here in the second half both teams taking this opportunity to huddle up and strategize a little bit let me drop all here to medway that
they're getting instructed by their coach too just play back to ds and show sportsmanship ball's batted down to the ds goalie and now we'll restart action punch punted forward by the goalie looking for worcester worcester gets a head on it volleyed by the midway defender but luskow be able to win that ball and turn but ends up at the feet of a midway player they can't play it forward salvo's battling over there medway keeps it in phillips challenging for that ball now ceo gets a foot on it enables diaz to win it broderick left foot a chip forward he has one in it now sumner and a big crowd of traffic but trying to find a salvo jack him back nicely was tompkins played forward by sense but mclaughlin does have to play it and
ends up kicking it out ds unable substitute is going to be a white throw much to the dismay of the players wanting to come on got bad information from this near side referee initially so now mclaughlin off her and out again sense with another throw and apparently that throw is no good and it's not going to be a ds throw so now diaz can substitute mclaughlin is going to take this throw looks like stocks is off desalvo is off as is eva benani we'll go off and again taking the throw goffin with a big ball forward worcester can't win that ball now the ball does come to worcester around a little bit nice turn by chip block nice turn also by hanson midway trying to work the ball forward spraying the ball wide to nicholas
on the wing she's getting well defended by embry but this is going to be a midway throw and be refused to let her get that cross off hold waltz as a referee as uh arie keaney comes in from midway content is coming off embry playing the ball of the line big ball into the box mclaughlin with a nice clear d is trying to work this ball off the field meter recovers still possessing again looking to go down the right sideline for nicholas being chased by zoe schwartz and results in a goal kick [Applause] ball's played forward off the goal kick phillips fighting for it wins that battle nice recovery though from chip lock she's able to play the ball forward broaddricks clear up the line intercepted by chip block leads the ball backwards to the
d who boom it forward mclaughlin heads that out of trouble embry gets another head on it balls play forward nicely to martin marty phillips gets away from sumner but charging to the midfield to collect that is seal seals trying to find worcester phillips back to zoe schwartz embry attacking up the left side she's going to put up nope she's going to cut back playing the ball nicely to the feet of sumner sumner going one on two that doesn't matter but the third defender jumps in there nicely to clear away that uh threat sense with a good step so i'm gonna kind of split the first two defenders ball bounces up awkwardly and hits the hand of sense it's gonna be a kick here for ds somewhat dangerous position inside the 20. oh that's a very
dangerous ball goaltender back pedaling just got a hand on it to send it up over the net into the football crossbar resulting in a corner kick but that was a terrific ball from mclaughlin coldtender's nightmare she's going backwards you don't know where that back post is you don't know if this thing's on that or not [Applause] [Music] corner boomed in d has got a head on it but it's wider than that [Applause] rachel herman's back in the game it's good to see came in for marty phillips ball's played forward by the midway keeper battle between embry and landry landry wins the throw but now diaz has the ball and that's off bed weighing out schwartz finds embry embry back for schwartz schwartz pressured by landry herman nice good centering ball but here uh step in
front of nicely by the midway defender broderick playing the ball forward they find herman herman dances away from trouble and puts a nice ball through into the corner racing on it is hayden sumner trying to get a crossover results in a [Applause] corner i believe i was misunderstood the information that i received and emma williams is now in that playing second half here for ds i'm not sure who the emergency goaltender was in the first half but she did a fantastic job [Applause] ds i'm asking at the top of the box getting ready to play this corner in well defended by medway but there was a handball just outside the box this is going to be a very dangerous spot for medway as diaz will be taking a free kick from just outside the box
looks like rachel herman's going to take this all kinds of bodies in front of this goalkeeper three-person wall that herman will have to negotiate around oh plays the ball flat nice chip but unfortunately that volley went up and over the crossbar [Music] i believe that was natasha seal the effort but she moved nicely to get open and well done by herman to see her that ball was touched by the goaltender another corner for ds ds definitely outside of that one really good opportunity for medway it's carried the play here in the second half a little too much spin on that went into the side of the net [Music] hayden summers had a lot of good corner balls today that not one of them but there will be more opportunities no doubt midway playing that ball
forward just gonna skip over some folks [Applause] off medway and over the line embry right away finds herman midway all over herman body's flying everywhere herman's got it controlling the ball wide for embry embry with a volley through that almost went to sumner now second effort does find sumner summoner with a shot that was going to go wide but scooped up by the midway goalie emery jumping in the attack there from her left full back position now emperor's back on defense ball gets away from her landry landry and embry embry gets in front of that cross edward's gonna have a corner [Music] stocks back on ben and i is back on as is abby desalvo looks like embry is coming off zoe schwartz [Applause] and hayden sumner gonna take a break cross by medway headed
away matter women's possession but rachel herman's all over sense little give and go back for herman she gonna be able to keep this in no midway throw just over midfield [Music] throwing for higgins ball kicked over the top higgins trying to play it onto herself and get through the defense and midway through landry with the throw here midway bringing on number 23 and a long ball is coming off to take a break ran a long ball switching positions yes gets in front of that ceo with the ball forward looking for sumner goalie's way out of her box um but does play that ball forward nicely now stocks benenoti trying to find the feet of los gao ball played forward almost got through but does find herman eventually stocks again trying to send herman down the
line intercepted by condom and played out stocks will take this throw headed forward flicked on nicely by sumner midway content just to clear that out about the 30 yard line stocks finds the feet of hermann back to stocks settles the ball nicely really good teamwork big cross skips away from de salvo some remember with a rocket straight across the field now midway gotta get something going here playing the ball up the line but it goes out sun getting low in the sky and becoming a factor if you're on the far side of the field looking back towards the camera [Music] nice skill there from chip block trying to find teammates going forward since lost her footing [Music] now some substitutions as uh hayden sumner's back on mclaughlin's coming off [Music] worcester that ball on nicely
and she's done a few times today oh desalvo down the line but intercepted by midway but ds moscow to stocks stocks can't get through number 11 condon now dies wins the ball back moscow again can't quite connect with herman ball controlled in the back by ds real nicely up for los gao kind of take their time seoul moscow benani now the balls move forward out to the right wing sumner lots of space big cross over her sister and here comes the goalkeeper to come out and scoop that up [Applause] ball punted forward [Music] let's step there from broderick now herman oh out of the feet of los gao she controls it nicely pushes the ball wide sumner hayden with the ball forward again looking for waverly doesn't quite get through now stocks seal seal with
a nice ball forward to waverly does fine feet but midway defense is all over her and then stocks with an effort that seals water the net kelly nichols coming on tompkins off [Applause] [Music] goal kick here from medway still 0-0 11 minutes plus left here in the second half ball kind of bouncing around seal trying to get a foot on that now it's played forward by medway but then seals back to intercept scoop that up some nifty teamwork through the midfield and here comes stocks going wide for summer skips under her foot but still in she's gonna chase that down and perez just content to kick that out of bounds [Applause] ball played through now worcester [Music] both players point at each other and apparently the referee thinks it was off blue goal kick ds
bench up trying to encourage your teammates pick up the intensity here [Music] ball's coming right to stocks while he's that forward herman herman gonna run on keep that in but it's volley forward by longvol and then off embryon out midway again with another throw that skipped off broderick now that thrown to the middle won by ds worcester gets fouled herman's gonna take this free kick goes wide to stocks stocks got a lot of room gonna take a shot from distance scooped up nicely by the midway goaltender [Music] now herman trying to win the ball in midfield big long ball through looking for bullard who's not going to get there oh takes a little bit of a spill on the track but she seems fine it's a throw not a goal kick [Applause] down by the
corner flag [Applause] referee encouraging albie to solve what it back out [Applause] [Music] throw that was won by midway and could have turned into a dangerous chance there but referee blew the whistle because maybe it was still subbing south will get another shot at it [Music] this time ball's played back to her and she was able to volley it up the line now it's played into the box and scooped up by emma williams somewhat quiet second half other than that one flurry by midway and midway trying to get something going here switching to the right side of the field walls wide for landry embry with a big step summoner and enemy at embry get in front of that opportunity but now medway's got the throw [Music] broderick good step there from seal [Applause] worcester putting
on all kinds of pressure trying to get in the face of mahan mahan switches fields nicely finds long ball but there's herman sumner plays the ball off white he's going to win this throw substitution so seal's coming off phillips coming on unlucky there between embry and herman midway returns to favor blue throw again caitlyn everybody looking at her options plays the ball backwards ben and adi uh ben and i somehow got called for a foul i mean the midway player definitely got injured but i'm not sure better not he was even focused on it or aware of her and she won that ball nicely turned and found broderick but in any case we'll have a little injury break here timeout both teams will kind of huddle up similarly injury appears to be in some level
of discomfort [Music] she's up and coming off with some assistance terrific game put in today by emily landry i hope she's okay [Music] we have another drop ball situation here where ds will play the ball back to white [Applause] wait now winning the ball nicely down the sideline but there's uh broderick snuff out that attack plays the ball forward now herman finds a teammate worcester trying to flick onto herself gets over her head chip block trying to work the ball wide but desalvo is there [Applause] ball is played into the middle and won by white now higgins turns and tries to give that to a teammate but this is the mark but now midway defense with a big ball forward higgins trying to win this ball sprayed forward by longval i think she might want
that one back gonna be a goal kick for yes play forward up into the midfield but to a midway player now desalvo heading the ball forward that ball goes out couldn't be kept in by hayden sumner [Music] higgins going 1v2 trying to win the ball desalvo plays that out [Music] [Applause] ball skips away from midway player ds gives it right back now tompkins gonna play the ball back for bullard bullet harassed by sumner summer gets a foot on it right in front of the midway bench [Applause] that ends up being a blue throw even better now he's gonna take this ball headed forward back to benigni chip block here in the middle of the field trying to keep possession but yes is all over him now the ball's played through and broaddricks in a foot
race with higgins higgins gets there gets a touch on it broderick recovers and clears up all of the line here's condon and and embry is able to defend her opposite number and get that ball out of bounds now medway with the throw again boomed in on that goaltender's way out it's over her hands this is gonna be trouble oh and it's in the net from medway victoria bullard was there charging onto the ball as it skipped through the outstretched arms of the goaltender and may have gone over the line before bullet got there in which case it would be delaney condon's goal or might have been bullied nice dangerous ball into the box there for uh condon so diaz down one nothing under five minutes left needing to rally here nicholas coming off landry's back
on diaz with the restart herman big ball forward too far for sumner scooped up by the midway keeper [Music] [Applause] [Music] pumped up phillips with a nice head on it but right to a medway player oh higgins with a push in the back of tessa broderick seen by all including the referees broderick now with a ball forward into a crowd midway flicking the ball forward but here's phillips fog goes wide for desalvo seal switches feels back to benigni ball forward for worcester just gets away from her very solid defense being played all day by the midway back line against some very talented strikers speaking of which ball in for embry embryo for sumner somebody with a header that is eventually corralled by the midway goaltender dangerous opportunity there nice cross into the box by hayden
sumner [Applause] waverly sumner with the head on net now medway with possession in the middle of the field broderick's going to chase this down tries to turn on the attacking landry landry now wins the ball higgins calling for it but andrew's cross is misses everybody goal kick [Applause] [Music] goal kick played forward salvo under pressure from higgins and it is a white throw ball played in now chip block under pressure [Applause] seal now the ball comes to phillips can't quite corral it chip block chip block with a shot from distance ricochets off a defender [Music] now the ball's played wide embry and we can't connect with any blue shirts oh here's the ball in for higgins [Applause] tapped away nicely by broderick that was shaping up to be a dangerous opportunity broderick's clear though over
the line so a corner kick for medway [Music] the corner goes in on top of the net [Music] broderick plays this goal kick forward ben and addy finds phillips phillips finds embry henry with a nice touch out races longval but can't work the ball into the center of the field for worcester midway's counter attack goes out bernardi will take this throw skips away from emery but one now by ds big ball forward here's sumner it's a race to the ball got a little piece of it but largely cleared by the midway keeper coming way off the line very aggressive today but always uh always in the right position and their aggressiveness has paid off on a number of occasions she's been able to beat a ds player to a ball [Music] herman trying to work
this down to the forwards now it's back to herman over ben and notty higgins trying to get on this 1v2 she does win the ball pushes the ball down the sideline with broderick they battle for it broderick's able to win the ball and clear it over the line for a throw a long ball now i'm going to throw this in for medway looking to keep it short it was right to his couple ds shirts now herman ford for worcester flicked on oh there's full time and medway with the stunning upset as the four six and one now five six and one medway mustangs come into diaz's home field and notch a one-nothing victory with a late second half goal by either condon or bullard but it was a terrific all-around effort by the mustangs played
great defense all day ds played well as well but was never able to string together enough to get the ball past the bedway goaltender so once again your final score here from north searle field is the medway mustangs one and the dover sherbert lady raider zero look forward to seeing you again next time we have live high school sports action to bring you good night everybody
