Good afternoon everybody and welcome to the third home game of the East Long Meadow boys varsity soccer season as the Eastong Spartans are set to take on Oliver Ames High School. The number one team ranked in Massachusetts as of last season on Max Preps. Spartans by far the toughest challenge they will face a season, possibly the toughest challenge they'll ever face. I'm don't have much access to the history books, but as far as I know, the song Spartans have never taken on a reigning number one team in the

Triba plays it back to Wretchen. As I said, a midday kickoff here on a Saturday evening. Not many fans in attendance as it is pretty odd time for there to be a game. East Meadows aerial defense has been one of the best parts of their game so far this season. Great defensive clearances primarily coming from Nolan Garska and Jackson Wretchen moving in their heads on lots of balls this season. He swung out led for the first time just a few days ago Thursday night. They got the one- nothing lead against Westside. Unfortunately conceded a late goal in the sec in the first half to make it 1-1. And that's when an own goal tipped over the head of Nolan Garska to make it 2-1. And Eastong Meadows suffered their second home defeat this season, their third defeat overall. They're looking to bounce
