001Tonight's match up for the with the East Law Meadow Spartans hosting the Long Meadow Lancers. Last year, Long Meadow was 16-6, losing in a quarterfinals to Hangingham. East Law Meadow last year split differences with Long Meadow winning our first game in 25 years as uh Long Meadow won the other one. So, East Law Meadow LA last year, I don't know where I have it. Law me Esau Meadow beat Long Meadow 17 to4 at home as Law Meadow beat Esau Meadow 20 to4. I have a special co-host tonight and Steve Veno. He's going to do lacrosse with me, not his specialty, but uh how you doing, Steve? Well, Jeeoff, people say that I usually don't know what I'm talking about. This might be especially true tonight, but I I just I don't know. I got, you
002know, I listened to some of the last broadcast. You're doing a terrific job and I just got a little bit nostalgic for the soccer and basketball days. And it's always against Long Meadow is always good. Long Meadows 5 and3. Uh they they lost to Chumsford in the opening their opening matchup. They lost 17 to8 and East Law Meadow lost to Chums Chumsford the other day. Uh they got spanked. What did they lose? That was just a couple of days ago, right? Yeah, they lost 11 to8 and then we got beat by Chumsford 17-8. Okay. Well, I'll be eager to I'll be eager to learn and provide whatever commentary I can here, Jeff. So, players to watch, Steve, are going to be Sam Goodren. She's a well uh Mass Live Super 7. Okay. She's going to

005been playing a lot of the Eastern Mass teams, we get a lot of calls on the officials for an illegal check, which doesn't seem to be. We've only had two games where the officials have let the girls play on, which is always better to let them play on horse. That'll be illegal check. And Henson will be getting an eight meter. So Esome, needless to say, the last uh 18 years is been handed pretty pretty good by law. 43% of all ESO's alltime goals have come in the last six games against law. So it goes to show you the last three years how good the the Spartans team has been. Absolutely. And while I will say that is certainly not a that's not a terrific stat for the Spartans, I will com I will compliment you on the compilation of these stats. I see that you have you have brought your aame statistical research here. That's very impressive. LCAT hired a stat guy this year. So was that with what they were saving on my salary? Well, I think if we can continue some of the momentum from the third quarter, um we had done a terrific job with our both offensively for East Long Meadow and a terrific job in shutting down Long Meadow offensively. If we can replicate that third quarter, whatever they did there seemed to be the secret sauce. Yeah, that was huge. M Whiter had a goal. Addy Jordan had two and Calibri had a goal for the Spartans to help Esau Meadow take that seven to six lead. Yep. So, you know, continue to play with pace and confidence and see what happens.
