I'm okay we are back for the second half Spartans got it back to our back line Looks like uh can't really see the numbers actually um not sure who's on the wing either back to Long Meadow we are tracing back oh that is not good this is dangerous great defense way to get the ball out look looks like Chase Evans chased that down and got it for a corner but at least that allows us to set up oh it's a goal kick try to get a head on it looks like Richards has it over the top oh oh oh Bad Touch on Long Meadow out wide de Walsh places it inside no one is there Long Meadow gets out straight to PR's feet bumped out by Long Meadow [Music] long metal pass it to their
back line great Tackle by Samir Khan it's going to be any SL metal ball and hopefully we can get it up there and get another opportunity just like the last [Music] time oh Khan misses it paty recovers Richards is on the Run trying to chase long metal down oh but runs past the ball great Header by looks like Shay McCarthy oh high kick prel passes it back over the top long meow interferes oh Big Bun great by great touch meow takes control over it good defense by Evans getting himself in the mix oliv's got it straight to Walsh oh Walsh has kind of got to pass it oh prell's got it under a lot of pressure takes down Long Meadow Defenders literally Walsh just got it on the wing oh that was almost great shot
a little too much spin on it so what do you think about the different jerseys this year I like the pink out I think they're very cool jerseys I think the letters in the numbers could be a little bit more defined just so we could see who they are I agree they're very controversial feelings about them I personally love them I think it's different from every other Town's generic pink jersey including the girls soccer team just had bright pink jerseys I think these are awesome personally yeah I mean I think they look very natural I think one thing I don't really like is when it's doesn't really match the rest of the uniform I guess it looks a little funny but I mean I definitely think these match they're very different I know and they
got they got the white they're not wearing red shorts or red socks I think that would have change the style a little bit but the white looks great yeah I mean great shirts for a great cause yeah oh number one is pretty fast oh Evans has got oh don't got it he's don't got it he does that was some good defense tried to box him out got a little pushy got the call which was good but that really could have went either way it could have been a fall honestly I'm not too sure about that call if I was the ref I do not think I would have called that but it does go in our Direction so I guess it doesn't really matter yeah I mean if they're both applying pressure and one of
them Falls I guess you can't really call it on one or the other yeah Richards has too big of a touch over the top can't get all his control under it 5050 raised $360 and the winning ticket was ol is going to take the throw in was let's see who wins the raffle oh oh PR's got it on his right foot his d dominant foot is he going to take it no passes the outside good through ball that's knocked down by a long meow Defender long metal gets it out Khan is chasing that long metal Defender down paty's gonna get there paty is just so fast gets gets in front of the ball gets his foot on it allows the Spartan Defense to reset I mean the speed and just the footwork that paty has
has just been a huge part of the Spartan Defense this season yeah I agree he's definitely definitely a dominant Defender and very needed very needed the game would make a big difference without him I think a lot more would get past the defense long metal with a huge throw in headed out by Spartans and they let it go [Music] out uhoh oh no Nolan's got it short throw in but a good ball right in front of the goal I mean a Long Meadow attacker was left completely unintended if Nolan didn't step to that ball that could have been a really bad situation oh oh he gets his body behind it and is on the ball oh sh straight back straight straight to prel gets a shot long metal def Flex oh my God yeah I
don't know who that was but that was an awesome shot straight in the back of the net a lot of power behind it gets the rebound off a previous shot from prel and it is straight in the back of the net nothing Long Meadow can do about that one fantastic Go free song Meadow I think this will be a great kickart I agree I think the intensity is going to go way up get Spartans on their toes in Long Meadow not on theirs the goal was by Zach Richard it was a great goal off of a two-timer which was just a way to be in the right position at the right time yeah I mean it's it's really that intensity the Spartans have right now I mean long medal is just such a big game
it's almost impossible not to play as hard as you can Spartan goal scored by number three Zack Richard assisted by number 10 Joe [Applause] PR samir's got the ball the red idea to the middle but it was a little crowded maybe carry it a little longer next time trying to connect passes here oh Oh Long Meadow tries to push Chase Evans in the back he just takes it and Long Meadow just fell that was that was real interesting I mean he got the ball and he was able to have a lot of space to make an even better play I think than they were going to by just shoving it right back up the same side so meow seems as if they're just trying to play the dirty game now yeah almost just a good
game of CCH oh cuts it back fakes the long metal Defender he goes flying great pass oh no oh no looks like he lost touch of it a bit there it would have been a great Cross or even a shot but yeah got to keep control of the ball almost looks like he tripped a little bit but that's okay Walsh has it back oh great slide Tackle by Long Meadow Oliver's got it going down the sidelines he is a lefty so he's going to have what I thought was going to be an amazing cross but it was almost there Long Meadow on a run here chasing them down long met still has the ball oh I I don't think that was a call I think Richard was trying to get back and almost kind of
collided with the long medal player they the rest are definitely being a little softer but yeah I mean as the game gets more heated and the score goes up I one team's gonna get mad and just start pushing a little bit more and the refs I think are just trying to get ahead of that maybe long wow is taking it from the 25 yard line probably going to be a chip in or a field goal it's a little wide of the goal um they had a lot lined up so I thought looks like Long Meadow is subbing trying to get a new look on the game some new people I mean taking out two attackers I think they're just trying to produce goals they're just trying to see what's going to work for them because
now there's 30 minutes left in the game and SPS are up by one hopefully they'll get another one which will make the hole a little deeper for Long [Music] Meadow oh prels got it off to Richards a great cross boss long medal's got a touch on it that's okay though it's going to be a corner it was a great hustle I mean he was almost there looks like Zack richer is going to be taking the corner with prel probably going to do the signature Spartan's Corner pass it in yep the overlap oh a little too much oh not too much that was a great Header by what I believe was paty yep he is just tall enough to get that such a good opportunity I mean that play almost works every time I guess it's
I know no team has catch catched on to it by now you think that they would have but I mean those are two very strong players on the East Long Meadow team so long meow J just gets a on it a a long meal player so that's going to be a Spartans ball at the 40 first it was deflected by East Long Meadow but then I guess the long meow guy thought he would save it oh Andrew gets touch on it I mean I can't even imagine what the long coach is thinking right now there he's he's putting people in trying to figure out what is going to get them the result that they need but our back line is just doing a spectacular job they are really really connected this game communicating so well
oh my God that was an amazing fake oh that that was an amazing opportunity I mean he he just slipped through those two Defenders yeah and faked out the third if he just shot it Lefty there rather than trying to cut it back to his right I mean a great play by Walsh yeah Richards gets ahead on it oh straight to Long Meadow oh Spartans interfere I mean it kind of looks like Long Meadow is not trying to play the game of soccer they are more doing just kick and run and hope it goes in oh boy that that hope almost worked that almost worked wow number three from Long Meadow is down on the field we'll see if he gets up and he does it's gonna be a kick by paty again so I'm
expecting a good kick probably about the 50 probably further than that hopefully we'll give us a good opportunity to score another goal and kind of put Long Meadow away that was a that was a real good kick wow that was that was pretty far that was almost like a punt mean it's hard to get that much power behind the ball that's just sitting still passed out by the Spartans trying to reset themselves gives them a good chance to get more people back prevent future long metal goals long met with a great cross looks like we're going to be first to I mean it didn't even look like long meow was trying to get to that ball honestly working really hard to get around that long meadow player he's going to get a call for it
though quick restart by Long Meadow trying to cross the field try to see new [Music] opportunities shot from Long Meadow but at about the 25 kind of a bouncing shot looks like he didn't get it right on the foot where he wanted it [Music] to good punt from Nolan oh it's kind of wobbling between teams yeah almost seems got it two Defenders on him now yeah they are double teaming East Long meow is playing a high pressure defense they do not want Long Meadow to get these looks they want this score to either stay one zero or they want to get another one once that momentum builds up I mean it's hard to stop if the other team gets a goal they're going to have that momentum uhoh he's long Met player down but he
gets up should be any s Meadow ball we'll see what we can do with this I mean the past few times I think long Meadows recovered and kind of gotten it back down to our end but I hope we can get back to how we scored that one goal and just capitalize on more opportunities like that looks like little Wren is chasing him down paty's paty's got it with a great touch outside beats the defender going through puts py in he's going to cross it straight to PR's feet oh Defender just interferes oh pass it to prel oh my god oh PR's got it yeah PR scores straight at the back of the net that is a wonderful goal wow after a few attempts I mean off backs of Defenders that was a great shot
way to put it home get it two nothing eong Meadow that is going to build their momentum and slow down long Meadows completely I mean a one goal differential I feel like is pretty easy to come back from but two definitely get you a little messed up in the head trying to think if you can come back or not cuz now it's just not it's not just one goal you have to I know put back on the scoreboard I mean that's defeating two Z that's hard it's just it doesn't seem like that big of a lead but mentally it is what Spartan goal scored by number 10 Joe prno assisted by number 21 Jackson [Music] Reen looks like Joe scored that and the little WR and assisted uh oh oh no oh he's not gonna
get [Music] it I mean chasing him down there I think he stopped went for better positioning just to the of him getting that ball and actually making a good play looks like Philip just wenton in the game for Tyler rchen Long East Long Meadow is going to be playing probably more of a defensive game now as they are they have the twoz lead they do not want to break that good ball from a long B Defender great touch oh and we get it through Richard just misses it Richard sorry Chase Evans just trying to get it out get it out of the middle the most dangerous area in soccer Richard has it as his feet Evans has it looks like a ball which was meant to be up to prel a little bit right prel
could not catch onto that oh little Rin is getting physical good call by the refs I mean they were two Long Meadow guys pushing him back and forth long meow gets a head on it oh what Walsh Walsh wants that goal he wants that Redemption well that was a bit of an interesting shot I mean Chase Evans has really been all over the ball this whole entire game he is he is first to almost every ball that has gone to him he is playing a spectacular game so far long let seems to be doubling the left side of the field Richard has it great through ball oh great through ball oh looks like it might be a corner I think goalie came out made a great play I mean Walsh had that on his dominant
foot for a strong shot and he still managed to save it so looks like they're going do a corner it's breten going back seems like it's going to be the same play as they normally do it seems to work almost every time or allows them to get a pretty good opportunity on net I would assume that Andrew Al will be passing it off and overlapping for that Lefty shot looks like they're not going to go with that approach they're going to go with the header approach great ball by all right in the mixer oh goalie's got it that approach is hard I mean it it kind of just goes in the air the goalie has high advantage over almost everyone Evans again first to the ball seems like Keegan I believe is chasing down that
ball oh that was that was great defense he caught on to the fake Oliver gets it out of [Music] bounds reten is hunting that ball down oh they have not called the shirt pull yet which is kind of surprising considering how many times it has happened but great ball one touch right to the middle ball to the middle gotta keep keep it going keep the momentum going forward oh that was an amazing ball right to Walsh's feet into the middle just a bad touch on it one good touch and a quick shot or maybe a onetime would have went right in East Long Meadows [Music] Direction Shay McCarthy is trying to get that ball they keep doing that same cutback move and we seem to be catching on to it looks like long meow might
have some kind of cramping or is just trying to do that for the call which is probably more likely than the cramp looks to be walking it off now he is not going out so it was just for the call oh I think the refs are making him come out because he was on the ground but either way I guess it is going to be long Meadow's ball so yeah that is surprising back to the goalie getting a reset for both [Music] teams long medows got it Andrew Oliver intercepts long met is really trying to play this kick and Run game but the whole game has not really been working in their favor so you think they would switch it up but does not seem like the coach is instructing that at [Music] all long
meow making a few Cris passes almost making a triangle a few times just trying to get a good opportunity to at least get one on the board great play by forced it to be our ball [Music] looks like Joseph Mogan and prel are going in and little Ren is coming out as well as [Music] Shay [Music] good defense by paty I mean it kind of got a little rocky there with long meow having it so close to the goal but he recovered and was able to make the play get it [Music] out looks like they took Samir out of the game at one point as well which is kind of a little bit of a risky play I mean when you have a good set back line that knows how to work together that is
a little hard especially with an intense game like [Music] this oh I knew that cutback move was gonna happen East long is all over that force is a bad shot which will go in our favor extremely oh must have tipped off a e long metal player Khan is going back into the game it's going to be a long metal corner I mean I think it's a great call to put comback in the game especially since he's been producing those great defensive results Oliver is coming out don't know if he just didn't get under it but I feel like I've never seen a corner that low I feel like they're mostly looking for a head ball especially with so many Defenders just packed long has at the feet great save by Nolan little bit of a
pansy push of a shot it's kind of a little bit of action caused the shot to go very slow that was an amazing Touch by who I believe was Philip Tet Keegan got it looking for that overlap he does not hit it out to Tyler rutchen he is making his moves trying to get into the mixer oh a good hustle there trying to save that ball get another opportunity [Music] East Long meta gets a hat on it this is very different from almost all of the other games that have happened I mean East Long Meadow is first almost every ball that has happened and in the previous games has been the opposing team that has been first presel got it with a great touch oh One V one he must be disappointed about that one
I mean the goalie was all over that the long Meto players right on his back hard to make a good shot there and not much openings I mean and like you said in other games that there just hasn't been that drive to get to the ball I think it just goes along with this rivalry with Long Meadow and just wanting the ball more yeah definitely reten making it up the field presel has it as his feet almost got it inside again pressured by The Long Meadow defense hard to get a good cross in especially so close to the end line I mean he didn't have much time to react and especially with the Long Meadow Defender right there I mean yeah look like it's going to be gold kick for Long Meadow Oh Long met
just a little spin Patsy's got it pushing it to the outside not risking going back towards the middle out of bounds but that's probably almost best case scenario you do not want to push that ball chances of getting it into the middle [Music] it's goingon to be long Meadows ball not quite a corner but a throw [Music] in oh boy little bit of a wrong touch there yeah right idea to get a foot on it but not the right placement way to get it back to the goalie now he should have a punt giving them so much space and time to get up the field keep Long Meadow out Long Meadow Defender misses it wrin got it little miscommunication from that Long Meadow defense almost caused Walsh to be able to step in and get
that ball a right idea by Richard but not quite capitalized on by not cutting to the ball Evans again allows the defense to reset by pushing it out of [Music] bounds [Applause] Nolan has that [Music] save taking his time kind of running the clock down we have about 11 minutes left in this game presal wants it pushing the Long Meadow Defender it's going to be Spartan ball a push in the back just does not fly in almost any sport it is it is overall pretty dangerous and refs do not like to see any of that no matter the case no matter how [Music] intense oh that was an amazing combination between Richard and prel Richard had an explosive shot and presel looked like he was going to cross it in but he didn't he made
that short pass straight to Richard's feet setting him up for a great shot they are going to do this overlapping corner kick getting preso left footed shot straight into the mixer trying to play with it almost in the 18 which is hard because it's so swarmed long medows got it they are on the Run Spartans is getting back onto defense Evan and Evans and Keegan are both behind that ball ensuring a stop uhoh okay that is not too good folks that is not too good that is going to get the long metal momentum going with nine minutes left in the game East L Meadow is going to need to put a stop to this immediately stop their momentum and they need they need to possess the ball it was a good cross from Long Meadow
kind of right over Nolan's head but I mean these are the games where you really just see who wants it more who's going to fight to win this one long meow is always kind of the team to get those last minute goals and they do not give up no matter the circumstance during the girls soccer game they scored two go two goals one did not count two goals within the almost last two minutes of the game leading to a tie Long Meadow is just oh that guy belly flopped there is not anything that can stop Long Meadow almost Evans got got it long medals got it it is going to be another corner kick they have just previously scored off the last one so this is going to be crucial for Spartans I mean especially
on a corner with about eight minutes left like this is where it really gets dangerous where we really got to hang on and kind of do what we were doing in the first half at least and even while we were up great head ball by paty Dei back into the mixer long metal has it at their feet oh Evans just gets it out for another corner kick long meow is hungry for this ball I mean our defense just can't be giving them these second time opportunities if the goalie is not going to get the ball we got to make make sure we're getting it out instead of just these little Taps right in front of the goal corner kick a little [Music] over long metal overshoots it this is going to calm down both teams
I mean almost the perfect opportunity there to score and just a bit too [Music] high paty is going to be taking the goal kick once again Oliver's got it over the top prel is hunting that ball [Applause] down fans are going crazy about the pushes from behind refs do not call it probably should have been a call but that is unfortunately not up for us to decide another push from behind I mean maybe it's just the view from up here but you could see him oh a good touch of steelan has got it he's going to take it oh a second too late he's got to shoot that with his left foot can't cut it back to your right there you are going down the left alley with a wide open shot place it in
the back of the net looks like he's limping a little bit looks like I believe is wall shaking it h no that is going to be a call in favor of the Spartans long meow is trying to set this up so quickly so they have that time to score Spartans looks like they are taking their time trying to run the clock down I mean if we can keep it down here for the next five minutes I think we're in really good shape but there's going to be a few breakaways I think where we're just going to have to hang on keep that 2-1 lead almost across everyone in the middle a great bit phony call a great hustle for the ball honestly to the outside long Meadows Long Meadows got it BR attacks the ball
beautiful pass across places outside a little too far back couldn't really get it on his front foot had to stop his momentum and run it back not really sure how that think the ball got tipped away from him but the ref might not have seen [Music] that good kick to get it out reten will kick it up the field prel running for it Pretzel's got it cuts it [Music] in I mean Long Meadow defense is all over prel they are almost fighting for the ball literally it's the second time it's been a one on Three in putting the goalie and I mean preso is doing a great job at at least getting it down there I agree rins got it tries to get the through ball and intercepted by Long Meadow Nolan is going to
play this ball up straight to Long M's [Music] head good defense get the ball out somebody's got to step to the ball oh God that was that was a big kick I'm not sure if that was like a pass or a shot from the 40 but I mean Long Meadow attack just isn't capitalizing on those anymore I guess great [Music] punt kind of a backwards header there a little oh God that was a little risky I mean he had a bunch of time and people both on the outsides to get that ball to that was very risky considering a few games ago there was just a penalty from the Spartans passing it back to Long meow and him picking it up that could have easily been a call if samir's header was considered a pass
and a penalty for Long Meadow very risky with these two minutes and 40 seconds left I mean eong Meadow's really just gota play the defensive game now I mean if they score they don't really have much time to catch up so presel is hunting that ball down quick speed from prel kind of getting all over the field no other attacker up there with him but he is making those runs good head ball uhoh oh got to get the ball out instead of [Music] up oh long metal just gets it on a great play by Evans get that ball out before he could get a good shot off oh oh that's a call on looks like that was all ball I do not agree with that call I think Samir Khan was only going for ball
there I think the long meal defender or the long meal attacker sorry was just a little too small kind of went flying there definitely not intentional it's pretty dangerous for you song Meadow very [Applause] dangerous oh oh no this isn't too good oh god oh boy looks like there's a fight almost he kicked the goalie a lot of tension on the field right now I mean the Rivalry between East Long Meadow and Long Meadow is just crazy Long Meadow is probably just mad they could not get a foot on it they've given him a card now for kicking the goalie while he's on the ground with the ball and Long Meadow is out of that game number three from longa will not be going back in there's one minute left you cannot kick the goalie
any game that is I mean that is just an unstated rule any anything anything with the goalie the goalie is the I mean they are the people that you protect I mean that's just low I mean he's on the ground after a save obviously emotions are high because they're not winning but to kick him out of spite is a little ridiculous honestly a great kick from paty clean good call by the refs I mean the Spartans keeping a clean game even after Long Meadow is being very pushy Oliver with the throw in time is running down we got 50 seconds left in the game seeing what we can do with this ball I'm not sure what just happened there they added looks like they added an extra oh 20 seconds back onto the clock pressel's
got it on his feet I mean under a minute left they don't need another goal just to stall oh but he makes a run for it prel almost has it oh he's got it back oh that's a push right in front of the go that is almost the third time this has happened prel gets straight up tripped and pushed and it is not a call I mean these refs have to be closing their eyes at this [Music] point long B is only playing the dirty game now they are mad and they just want to almost what looks like hurt East Long Meadow timeout from prop probably oh looks like sarafino actually looks like the Spartans took the time out with nine seconds left he is most likely going to tell everyone to get back get
behind a Long Meadow Defender stop the ball they do not want any chances being taken I mean that was a great timeout for East Long Meadow um he realized that they were low on numbers all the way back and Long Meadow had the ball in a very dangerous situation obviously only 13 seconds left so for him to call a timeout was a great idea and can just manage to get everybody back there and defending for the last 13 seconds so they can keep a hold of the win in this game I mean Long Meadow is definitely playing for the game right now but playing for a dirty just isn't the way that you're supposed to win white is going to absolutely everything to stop this ball from going anywhere near the net 14 on Long
Meadow is taking the throw in his throwin have been incredible throughout the game almost looking like Corner kicks looks like 14 and 19 from long meow seem to be setting up a play almost talking to each other I mean everybody in Long Meadow is under at least the 15 just trying to get a goal out by East Long meow n seconds left Long Meadow Defender has it with too much spin on the kick it is called offsides the game is over folks East Long medal with a 2-1 win okay bye
