Call the Germantown School District Board of Education meeting to order. June 16th at 7:19 p.m. Sorry for the delay. Uh we just needed a break between meetings. Um official me uh sorry if you could please stand for the pledge of allegiance. A brief moment of silence to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands. One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. >> Uh 1 a official meeting notification. Dr. Castro. >> Yeah. So public notice of all meetings have been given by communication from the superintendent's office to the public to those news media who has filed a written request for such notice and to the northwest now Milwaukee journal Sentinel Express News and the West Ben Daily News. Public notice has also been posted

in all schools throughout the district and on the Germantown school district website. >> Thank you Mr. Ry. Roll call. >> Eert. >> Yes. >> Very >> yes. >> Arie is here. Lo >> here. >> Block >> here. >> Uttech >> here. you >> here. >> Thank you. Item two, I'll listen to a motion for approval of agenda. >> Motion to approve the agenda. >> Second, >> Mr. Barney with the motion, Mr. Warrior with the second. Any discussion? >> Hearing none. All in favor? >> I. >> Any opposed? Hearing none, the agenda is approved. Uh item three, reports a co-interm district administrator update. Dr. Castro. >> Yeah. So, wanted to just uh do a few things here. One, obviously last week we had the KMS promotion ceremony. It was an awesome opportunity to get our eighth

graders into the fieldhouse. I believe this was year three now. Um that was a fun experience. Most of you guys were there. Uh once again, just for those kids to get there, see it, get to see Mr. Smith, their principal, was also a neat opportunity for them. So, thank you for those of you that attended. We also had graduation as well. Once again, another uh neat opportunity to honor our outgoing seniors. Uh some of the highlights for me was definitely seeing the seven uh valictorians and actually their speeches, how they took the concept of seven days a week. Um you can really tell those stories were personal to them. So, it was neat to see that. Um Mr. uh Frialoney, his speech was incredible as well. Um really funny guy and excellent speaker. So, that

was neat. That's just for those that don't recall that's the students vote on who they want to do that. So he was voted on that for this year. Uh a few other things just kind of highlights from this past year. Uh 2526. So we came into this year exceeding expectations from the previous year. That's based off the school state report card. Uh obviously for this year then it'll be given to us next fall. So we'll see that. Uh but that definitely is a highlight to continue. There was also a highlight from a fiscally responsible standpoint. Uh, every time we get a clear audit, it's always a good thing. So, we are definitely doing well from that standpoint. I know it was mentioned about insurance premiums, keeping those consistent so that it's not going up for

our employees. Uh, once again, a highlight because in this day and age with health care and all other uh type of insurance, you see a pretty high increase. So, knowing that we can keep that consistent for our employees is definitely a good thing. Um, with that as well, I was breaking down some numbers from a teacher retention standpoint. You're always going to have turnover. Um, right now we're sitting at 94% of a retention rate. Um, I don't know how people always do it, but just for clarification, that's based off of resignations. I don't include retirement and resignations. So, this is based off of those teachers that are choosing to leave for various reasons. Um, like I said, I'll present that in the fall to tell everyone here's the different reasons why people chose to leave,

but that that's definitely a highlight. And then last piece would be just giving an update on the Rockfield principal. Um, we started going through that process. We had over 50 applicants, so that was definitely exciting. We brought that down to four. Um, on Monday, yesterday, we did our in-person interviews. We had staff involvement, we had teacher involvement, we had community involvement. Uh, so it was a pretty neat process. We're just kind of wrapping up those pieces, checking references, asking a few more questions of of the candidate, and then we'll kind of move forward with that. So, we're pretty excited where we're at with it. That's all I have. >> Awesome. Thank you. >> Yep. >> B, activity and athletics report. Back to you, Nuro. >> Thank you. Thanks for having me tonight. Um, many of

you have seen from our weekly co-curricular newsletter, the Warhawk Pride, that we again have had many outstanding accomplishments this year in the co-curricular world. So, I'm just going to highlight those and um, just to remember what a successful year we've had in the co-curricular world. So, um, to begin, Germantown High School was again honored um, in the fall with the WIAA athletic um, award of excellence. So, we've received it in 2019, 2021, 2022, 23, 24, 25, and we're about to turn in our form for this past school year. Um, and we will be honored with that again this fall. This award is presented to athletic programs that excel in the areas of sportsmanship, ethics, integrity, leadership, and character. And just like past years, a huge congratulations goes out to all of our coaches and student

athletes, as well as the athletic department for upholding these pillars. We also inducted three former student athletes into this year's wall of fame class as well as acknowledged three friends of Germantown athletics. We inducted one of these students at a football game earlier in the year and then uh when she was in town and then the other two we did at our homecoming football game. Um we had a ceremony in the performing arts center before that game and then we honored them at halftime of the game. And we're going to do that again this year. We're going to meet with our committee coming up at the end of June and we plan to do the same and induct that class into um this year's wall of fame during our Friday, September 25th homecoming game. So

that's homecoming this year, end of September. So we'll do that ceremony in the PAC and then we'll honor them at halftime. Additionally, we acknowledged our 1996 state championship softball team, 30 years removed before a current softball game this year. um the weather didn't quite cooperate. So, we were inside at Kennedy Middle School, but it was still a very um memorable experience for all involved and remarkably all but one uh student athlete from that team was able to make it back. So, it was a very good turnout and uh families uh were able to celebrate and relive that accomplishment. Uh we had another individual state champion this spring in the high jump. So, he is a two-time individual state champion. We also had many individual and team records that were set again this year. and you

can locate those on the co-curricular website um under the history section as well as at the high school in our fieldhouse lobby. Um we showcase all of those wonderful things there. Um additionally um we are also um as many know we're getting that interactive display showcase and we hope to have that running this next school year but that will also continue to highlight all the wonderful happenings in the academic athletic and um just the history of Germantown High School in general. So that fieldhouse lobby really is a hub of information. Um so I encourage you to stop by and see all the all the different records and and former student athletes and coaches that have been inducted into our wall of fame there. Um moving on to a few more highlights. In the fall we

had a Greater Metro Conference offensive lineman athlete of the year. In the winter we had a Greater Metro Conference male wrestler of the year. And this past spring we had a Greater Metro Conference baseball player of the year. Um, so we had three Greater Metro Conference athletes of the year this year, which is again another remarkable accomplishment to celebrate. We were also able to do signing and commitment days for 26 student athletes this year on three separate dates, which is an incredible number, planning on going on and playing their sport at the next level. Um, our boys volleyball team was crowned conference and sectional champs while making a run for it in the state tournament. In the winter, our boys basketball team was also crowned conference champs, as was our wrestling team, making it the

fifth year in a row for that team. So, the sixth out of the last seven years they've been conference champs. This spring, our baseball team also had a historic season, capping off a 26 and0 regular season record, and they earned regional and conference titles and then battled in the sectional tournament for a chance to go to state. Our powerlifter team, our powerlifting team also won the division one equipped team championships in both the boys and the girls and combined divisions. And we had 10 individual champions along with two students who were named best equipped lifters of the meet. One of the students broke the state records in the deadlift at 452 pounds and the total of 1,152 pounds. Out of that group, we also had six national champions. On the activity side of things, we

had numerous groups compete at the state and national levels and had many successes and accomplishments to celebrate there. To highlight a few, in DECA, we had 19 state qualifiers and of those 19 um two um or one of the 19 won two state events and out of that group, six qualified for nationals. Um, in ice fishing, while the team did not place among the top 20 teams in the overall standings, they did place third overall out of 85 teams in the walleye division. Our Soultown ac cappella group competed for the first time in the quarterfinals and they came away with third place, which is a huge testament to all of their hard work. And on a side note, one of the students in that group sang at many of our basketball games this winter. So

if you attended any of those games, he was just simply incredible, just breathtaking. and he's even going to be singing at a Brewer game at the end of August. So, another chance to see him. And um next year we plan to have more opportunities for the Soultown group and and kids and choir to sing at our home events as well. Uh Wall of Sound plays second for the second year in a row in the AAA division at the WSMA marching band championships. And next school year, we're actually moving to quad A. Um it's all based on uh the size of bands, so kudos to them. Um, our best buddies group won their first ever and the first ever unified challenge through the Special Olympics Wisconsin. Uh, this was for the group's year-long commitment to inclusion,

student leadership, and school engagement. Our Best Buddies students organized and led monthly challenges throughout the school year while helping to create friendships and authentic connections between students with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our destination imagination team um did quite well at global finals. We had three Germantown High School and two Kennedy Middle School teams place in the top 10. Uh there were 615 teams competing in total. So that was a a pretty amazing feat for that group as well. Uh finally, our cast and crew who performed at our three shows this year did a fantastic job. Some even came away with jury award acknowledgement. And next year our directors plan to do a fall play, You Can't Take It With You. And that will be uh November 6th through the 8th, so a little

bit later this next year. And then our spring musical newsies will be May 7th through the 9th. So overall um you know we have 75 plus co-curricular programs and a huge thank you goes out to all of our hardworking coaches, adviserss um and you know all of the parents, guardians, community supporters, administrators and the board um for allowing all these programs to exist because there's many many opportunities for all of our kids and they continue to excel and and impress. So, thank you and thanks for allowing me to showcase some of our outstanding achievements this year. >> Awesome. Thank you very much for reporting that. >> Every year it seems to be a a lengthy list, so >> yes, >> thank you. >> It's hard to condense it all. >> Uh 3C performing arts center

update. This is Ellis as she steps forward for us. a continuation of what was just reported, I'm sure. >> Yes, thank you for having me. So, this is my bi-annual update on happenings over at the PAC. Um, so this first slide here, uh, this is just some great data about how the PAC is getting used. If you look at those green and orange areas, those are our outside rentals and the professional events that we host for the community. Um, so, um, like John Giver and MSO and those kinds of things. And everything else in the blue there, that's school district use. Um, and you can kind of see year-over-year. We have kind of maxed out the PAC is getting used all the time. It's just a matter of who's using it, um, on a, you

know, given day. Um, so it shifts around a little bit, but we're we're pretty uh, full in terms of hourly usage. If you want to the next slide, this is our revenue and expense review. Um you'll see that that green is our rental revenue. Um gone up a bit uh year-over-year. Um that purple is revenue specific to tickets and registrations for our um community events. So these are events that we host. Doesn't have anything to do with dramatic impact. This is like John McGyver and again MSO. um our tribute bands, that kind of thing. And then the fund 10 and fund 80 costs that support those. Um so you can see our uh rental revenue is fully covering our fund 10 costs, which is the highest concern. Um and and then some. So I think

that's great. Uh just a quick review of attendance for the three dramatic impact shows they had this year. It's was about average, but pretty good. Um, a lot of it has to do with how many students are in any given show. It's how many people show up to that particular show. Um, and they had three this year. Go ahead. Uh, just a breakdown of our outside rental groups. We have um about 14 renters. I would say 90 to 95% of them rent from us every year. Um, a couple swap out every now and then depend on what depending on what's convenient for them for dates. Um, and a lot of them host multiple events a year. There's usually a winter show of some kind and a spring show of some kind. Um, we're looking at

an increase in um uh roughly uh $20,000 in rental revenue um due to some competitions coming in and some some other larger groups. So, that's great. Uh this is a look at our community series events. These are events that we are hosting on behalf of the community. This is what we did this past year. Uh we'll show you the ones coming up for next year soon. Um and on the next slide, uh this is a breakdown of the finances from those particular events. Um you'll notice that there's a massive increase for this past year. That is because we increased the budget and you know there's more people coming to the bigger shows in particularly uh John McGyvern and um the MSO which is actually this Saturday. Um so those numbers are not yet final. There's

still money coming in from these. Uh so I think that is uh fantastic and we hope to see those increase uh every year. It' be fantastic. Go ahead. Um, can we just go back to that last thing? So, the MSA performance, there was a sponsorship that donated. Yes. And I believe the tickets for that are kind of as people see fit to >> Yes. Uh, we'll get to that in a little bit. Okay. >> But, um, yeah, I didn't include any money that was donated in the in the finances there. I did not, you know, if that money was donated, I didn't consider that a cost. It's just a benefit to us. So, yes, MSO is sponsored by the Youth Performing Arts Fund. a very generous donation to make that event happen. >> I I

did see that plus 5,000 in ticket sales. So, people are still being generous and paying. >> Yes. It's not like everybody's paying a dollar. It's kind of a wide spectrum. There are certainly, you know, I think there's about 200 people that paid about a dollar to $5 and then everybody else it was all over the place and I know some people even paid $100. So, it's >> amazing. >> Yes, it's awesome. Um, I just did a quick marketing report. I pulled from our ticket platform. Um, this is a question. Anytime you buy a ticket from us, you have to answer. How did you hear about the event? So, I only pulled this information for our pro events because our dance recital, rentals, and our high school shows, it's all because somebody's in the show that

they're coming to see. So, that kind of skews the data. Um, so I did pull this. It's fantastic. Uh, but I was really surprised by how many people it's just word of mouth or somebody's in the show. So, um, this is your incentive to go tell a friend about MSO. It does make a difference. That is the biggest way to get people to come to the theater is to tell somebody about it. Next slide. Uh, if you are interested in helping plan um or assist uh promote our events, please come join the advisory team. We have a meeting tomorrow. Um you can also join by Google meet. You don't have to physically be there. Um tomorrow we are showing a draft of the whole brochure for next year doing a spell check and then it's

going out on Saturday. So it's a very exciting time. Uh yep. Saturday 7 o'clock after you do the mud run please come to clean up and then do that first. Um, this is a fantastic event. It is pay what you can. So, you can pay a dollar for a seat, you can pay a $100 for a seat, or anywhere in between. Um, there are still seats available. Uh, so we would like to see it completely full. I would love to see German Town turn out for this. Um, it is the whole orchestra. They have, um, they have sent me their set list. It is patriotic songs because we're coming up on the 4th. It's uh, Broadway songs. It's some jazz, it's some classical, it's just a little bit of everything that they do, a big

overview, um, two acts. So, please, please get your tickets and, um, tell your friends. If you, especially if you can't come, just tell a friend. That'll make all the difference. Uh, we do have our drama camps coming up as well. Finding Nemo is full and has currently 22 people on the wait list. Uh, so that's fantastic. We do have room yet in the backstage crew camp and Little Mermaid. There is still time to sign up, but if you don't sign up in like the next week, you won't get a camp t-shirt. So, please sign up now. Uh it's going to be great. We got lots of beautiful costumes and um projections and just all kinds of fun uh ocean stuff happening. So, we're really excited about that one. Uh Family Film Fridays, you'll be able

to check this out on the website soon. We picked our shows based on uh our movies based on last winter's um polling of all the kids uh that came. They they gave me some of their input on what they wanted to see. So uh there's lots of great movies. These are free. Uh we also have games in the lobby, but you show up uh at 6 and just watch a movie for free in the PAC. It's great. Some current projects that are underway for this next year. um updating the auditorium doors, uh fixing the scenery shop floor. We're going to upgrade the orchestra pit a little bit. Some of you might remember that just this last year we added the orchestra pit net uh which was great and uh we really enjoyed using that for

Adam's family. And uh yeah, and that is uh the end. Please leave us a review on Yelp or TripAdvisor. there's not very many. So, you get a chance to be at the top of the list and that helps people in our community see us. Um, you can also go on our website to buy any of your tickets and you can also find a lot of information about the shows just on on Facebook. We have lots of pictures and event info on there. >> That is all I have. >> Awesome. Thank you very much. Thank you. >> Oh, I should if actually if you update that I can show you the upcoming season as well. Do you have the updated um >> No, >> the slide. >> The updated slide. >> What's it on there? >>

It's on It's on It's L if it's linked. Yes or no? Maybe. >> I don't think there was a >> It's slide 10. It's hidden. >> I had unhid it. See, can you can you unhide it from yours? Yeah. >> Um, no, it doesn't let me, but >> Okay, that's okay. Um, so just really quick, I wanted to run through these. These are the shows for next season. We have our Germantown World Culture Fest. We do that every year. The Blues Brothers, uh, tribute band from Chicago, the premiere Blues Brothers out of Chicago is coming December 12th. The Blues Mobile will be here. You can take your photos, uh, beforehand. Bad Medicine, the Bon Joby tribute band everyone's been asking for. That's going to be February 27th at 7 PM. Uh we have confirmed Mary

Mack. She's a Midwestern comedian. Uh she's going to be coming in at April 16th. Uh that last one there that was meant to be coming soon, but we are working on getting the military band for July 2nd. So for that one, just uh pencil in that date. That's next summer. That's way way far away. But we are tentatively almost there on securing that one as well. Um, and that was my presentation. >> Thank you very much. Um 3D village of Germantown leazison and reports Mr. Pollock. Um parks and racks. >> Yes. Uh there was no May meeting. Uh however, the commission is set to meet tomorrow, June 17th at 5:30 at Village Hall. Uh so if you want to attend, feel free. You can also watch it online as well. But I do have a

couple of mentions here uh that are in the public interest. Uh concerts in the park, the Germantown Jazz Crusaders are Wednesday, uh June 17th at 7 PM at Fairman's Park. Music at the Pavilion, the Glam Band is Thursday. Uh the the the music at the Pavilion are are the first and third Thursdays of every month for the summer. So, uh that'll be this Thursday at 6 p.m. also at Fireman's Park. every Saturday uh for the foreseeable future from 8 to 12 pm the Germantown Farmers Market is being hosted at Village Hall. Um and then just one last mention, there's still plenty of opportunities to volunteer for this year's 4th of July celebration if interested. Please feel free to reach out to the village at July 4 at Germantownwi.gov. >> Awesome. Thank you, Mr. Voyer, Economic

Development Commission. All right. So, the EDC did meet Tuesday, June 9th at 6 PM. This was my first meeting in the last two months just due to school district conflicts. So, under new, uh, leadership was trustee Scott Heley. It was a lot of discussion issues when it comes to business survey development, um, I, as well as trustee Patrick Kaiser are going to kind of fine-tune how the village goes through their survey process. and we're going to meet this week and discuss that. Um, our next meeting is July 14th and hopefully we have more of our committee members showing up for that meeting. >> Fantastic. Uh, myself with the planning commission, uh, for that was Monday the 8th. Uh, I was not in attendance due to the eighth grade promotion at the high school, which I

did attend and so did the the rest of the board. So, thank you for showing up for that. Uh, I did watch the meeting. I was aware of what was on the agenda, read the packet. Um, no new developments other than some projects continuing that that I've already previously updated the board and community on that may or may not affect um the district and student population, but nothing of significance to report. I believe that concludes that item four, citizen comment. I'm getting a no for the headshake. So, we have none. Perfect. Uh, five, consent agenda. A, approval of May 19th, 2026 meeting minutes. B, approval of teacher resignations. C, approval of teacher contracts. D, approval of donations. Here a motion. >> Motion to approve consent agenda items A through D. >> Second, >> Mr. Barney

with the motion, Mr. U with the second. Any discussion? >> Yes. >> Can I get a highlight of the donations, please? >> Yep, absolutely. Uh, so we had Germantown Soccer Club donate $750 to the Germantown High School boys soccer to purchase equipment, jerseys, and or a Bluetooth speaker. The Germantown Soccer Club also donated $750 to the Germantown High School girls soccer to purchase equipment, jerseys, and or a Bluetooth speaker. Uh, Pet Supplies Plus donated $250 to the Germantown High School Choir Cabaret. We had 3N2 baseball booster club donate $1,853 to Germantown High School uh turf purchase for the varsity baseball field. We had MacArthur Elementary's PTA donate $11,949.92 for student field trips. We had County Lions PTA donate $867.86 for busing for students field trips. We had Amy Bell donate $300 PTA donate $300 for

animal presentation uh for Amy Bell School's all school field trip to Camp Medakani. We had Amy Bell PTA donate $3,393.34. We had Amy Bell PTA donate $495.28 for chair pockets. Mail organizers 27gallon totes for fifth grade classrooms at Bell. Rockfield's PTA donated $2,500 for the school's playground fix. Uh we had the Warhawk band booster uh purchase two uh melphones valued at $3,400. Uh they purchased or donated $593 for symbols and $4,675 for a command center podium for the Germantown High School band. We had the Germantown Athletic Booster Club uh donate up to $900 for a 3500 watt super quiet inverter

generator for Germantown High School band. We had the Polloc Family Foundation of the Door County Community uh foundation donate $500 to Germantown High School Orchics. We had Fred Paul donate $750 to Germantown High School teched building and construction classes. And we had Grand Appliances donate $500 to Germantown High School choir. >> Wow. >> Thank you. >> It's a lot. >> Over $34,000 worth of donations. I'd also just like to to in the interest of transparency I make sure that everyone knows that the Paul family foundation I am associated with it. It's my family's foundation due to the generosity of my parents. So uh I have to attest every time a check goes out that it benefits a greater group. Not personally my family. So though my daughter's on the war chicks she will benefit. So

do all of the other uh young ladies on the war chicks as well. Thank you to you and your family. Thank you to all the the the contributors and donators. I mean, every month I think we can make the same comment, but it really really is true. It's it's amazing the support this district receives from its community. So, thank you again. Uh with that, uh we had the motion, right? Any further discussion? Hearing none. All in favor? >> I. >> Any opposed? >> Hearing none, consent agenda passes. Uh item six, personnel committee update. That is Mr. Voyer. >> All right. So the personnel committee was called to order June 2nd at 5:00 p.m. All board members were in attendance. Among the approval of teacher resignations and noting that there are no new teacher contracts currently.

The bulk of the meeting was hearing from John Labarda from Foster and Foster. Uh he gave us a detailed update on the OPE actuarial report. These were the findings. Our district has established a fund 73 to fund OPED benefits and has a balance of $650,388 as of June 30th, 2025. Tier 1, two, and three benefits have been set up for administration and teachers. Each tier is based on individual retirement dates as of June 30th, 2025. The total liability for OPEB is $9,350,311 offset by $650,338 and a net balance of $8,699,923. The personnel committee uh adjourned at 5:29 p.m. >> Thank you. >> One other piece that is they did also talk about how they provided us with a payment schedule that we're able to now plan it out year over year. Yep. >> Continue making

sure that's funded. >> Yeah. >> Thank you. Uh eight, buildings and grounds committee, Mr. War. >> All right. So, the building and grounds committee was called to order June 2nd at 5:31 p.m. All board members were in attendance. We started off with Frank Lord and the work order completion report. These are work orders from May 1st to May 28th. They're 138 completed and zero completed after 45 days. We thank you all for your hard work. Uh we then dug into the ghs batting cage revamp pictures were shared and to date rough grade compaction of aggregate base forming and pouring the concrete pad has been completed. Uh we moved on to the ghs greenhouse project with the great news that this has been completed as well. Um we then touched base on our tour meeting sharing

a scope of when and how we're going to meet for this next kind of building tour. Uh we'll get to that at our next bullion grounds meeting. Uh, next on the list was a hydroponic lab which you will hear from finance later this evening. Um, and the building grounds committee adjourned at 6:10 PM. >> Thank you. Uh, eight ad hoc communications and marketing. Mr. Pollock. >> Yes. The brand new ad hoc communications and marketing committee met on June 2nd. It was our first meeting. Uh so little bit of a free-for-all uh to kind of kick things off, but uh Justin Marian, our manager of communications and marketing joined us, gave us uh an overview of his role here within the district, some of the things that he's been working on. Uh but he also uh

kind of revisited branding, the branding work uh to date up to that point. uh expanded on it a little bit and then there was a discussion uh as far as moving forward uh how we would go about things. So uh the committee as well as the other board members in in in attendance provided some guidance uh and direction as as far as what our thoughts were um for him to to go ahead and move forward with with the continued work of the branding effort at the district level. As far as the actual discussion within the committee itself, we we talked about a number of different things, but like I said, it was the first meeting just to kind of kick things off, start getting some people's thoughts and opinions out there. But some of the

things that uh we dis we did discuss and plan on moving forward with as far as future discussions um are the those internal and external communication systems that the district uses that we may be able to leverage from uh the board perspective as far as communicating out from our perspective and and kind of letting the district do their work. Uh community engagement was important. uh social media support for any sort of district initiative and events and ultimately we'll have to align uh with regards to communication practices across the schools the district and then whatever the the board ultimately decide the committee and the board ultimately decides upon. Uh we highlighted and shared um each I should say each committee member highlighted and shared their definition of transparency. So that will be a continued discussion as

far as how we define that, what our limitations are when it comes to uh being able to share as much information as we possibly can. And then in future meetings, we'll also discuss and prioritize the purpose and truly defining the purpose and goal goals of the the committee as we we keep moving forward. Um in an ideal world, we'll we'll communicate up to the board with various recommendations for action uh when appropriate. Um, but we don't have anything officially scheduled as far as what we'd elevate to the board level for their approval as of yet. >> Thank you. >> Uh, item nine, teaching and learning commissioner, Mr. Pollock as well. >> Yes. Uh, teaching and learning also met on June 2nd. Went through a number of different items. Uh, under reports and updates, we re

we reviewed the 2025 2026 spring map data. Uh, Mr. Miziaak brought us forth uh what I would consider good news as far as um our different quadrants and where where our students land in within those quadrants. And uh while we can't compare year overyear because they're different uh different groups of students, we we saw good improvement as far as moving having our students move towards that upper right. The upper right meaning uh that they they uh were doing very well with their growth and achievement. Uh so I I would recommend anybody who's interested to to review the meeting just in general to hear all the good news that came out of that, but to also uh take a look at the packets so you can see those quadrants and and how the goal is ultimately

to move everybody to the upper right, but there there's still good news even within those other uh quadrants and how they move. I think one important other piece to mention with regards to that is great we're seeing positive improvement but what about those what about questions um and I think it was highlighted and it's an important piece to note the teachers the buildings they have that student level data that that they have access to so it helps within the actual classroom itself but from a curriculum standpoint they can also the team can kind of also look at that and So, okay, what performed well, what should we keep doing versus okay, we we're seeing some struggles here. What can we do to improve it? So, the numbers are great, but there's there's an underlying piece

there that action can be taken. So, there there's a lot of stuff that comes out of these numbers. Uh we also uh visited the the curriculum review updates. Uh Mr. Miziaak highlighted all of the work that's been done over the course of of this past year in its different phases. So phase one is kind of that kickoff, that early portion of the curriculum review process where people are getting the team together. They're just kind of getting their bearings, starting to identify goals or priorities or or we need to change this or we need to improve that. Then phase two is is more of the planning and development. that's really let's let's get moving and really dig deep into the the process itself. So, I'm not going to go through every single thing, but I I

do think it's important to highlight and to thank all of the teachers who are involved with all the different reviews and updates. So, just to mention K5 science, K5 social studies, 68 science, 68 social studies, 912 world history, 912 civics, 912 business, and 612 world languages. And some of these were actually kicked off by the the departments or the teacher groups to say, you know what, we see an opportunity to improve. So kudos to those folks who who also volunteered their time. I also want to mention English 11. That's one of those groups that that kind of said we need to do something positive. And also uh so I don't forget to mention it because there's a little break in my little notes. 912 math as well. So, as I mentioned, thank you all the

to all the teachers who participated in phase one, phase two, it doesn't really matter. It's all additional work. Under new business, we reviewed K5 science uh with regards to the Smithsonian resource. Uh this is for u a pilot that occurred in the spring with regards to the effectiveness of new materials with regards to K5 science. this will be brought up and and thanks to the finance committee for reviewing it and and ultimately they will bring it forward a little bit later. Same thing with accounting resources uh at the high school. It was identified that the resources that we were using there uh were quite outdated and needed to be updated and so uh the teaching and learning committee sent over to finance the proposal for century 21 accounting both the general journal and the advanced

book materials as well. So that'll come come out of finance year shortly. Uh lastly, we do have an item uh with regards to K5 social studies pilot proposal. So during the 2627 school year, the K5 social studies team is proposing piloting two instructional resources. Inquire ed, which is the inquiry journeys and impact social studies from McGrath Hill. Uh in our meeting we went through and highlighted what was part of pilot one pilot round one pilot round two who is going to be involved in what resources are going to be used for those at the different classroom levels. And so uh coming out of that meeting I bring forward with a a motion with a positive recommendation to approve the piloting of inquire ed and impact social studies during the 26 27 school year. >> Comes

forward with a positive recommendation. Does not require a second. Any discussion? Seeing hearing none, all in favor? >> I. >> Any opposed? >> Hearing none. That passes. And that is all from teaching and learning. >> Thank you. Um 10, policy committee. Mr. Barney. >> Thank you. Uh policy committee met on June 2nd where we reviewed nine policies. Uh the policies we looked at that evening were policy 0144.5 which is board member behavior communications and code of conduct policies 1213213 and 4213 which are all student supervision and welfare. Uh policy 7530.02 staff and school official use of personal communication devices. 7540.03 103, student technology acceptable use and safety, policy 7544, use of social media, policy 8120 for volunteers, and policy 8462 for child abuse and neglect. Uh, these policy changes all resulted from changes in state

law, specifically Wisconsin Acts 57 and 89. Uh, Wisconsin Act 57 from 2025 establishes strict new requirements for school districts regarding parental notification when a report of sexual misconduct by a staff member is received. Um, Wisconsin Act 89 enacted in March of 26 requires all public and private schools to adopt formal policies by September 1st of this year governing appropriate communication between employees and students both during and outside of schools and it mandates annual staff training to help uh school personnel identify, prevent and report grooming behaviors. Um in a motion I will or in a moment I will present the motion from committee. Uh if you recall at the committee meeting there was discussion about the um district approved communication platforms and what the implementation timeline would be. Um after the motion I will propose an

amendment that will uh give the district some time to uh finalize that list of approved communication platforms. So first the motion from committee policy committee brings forward a motion with a positive recommendation to the full board to approve the additions updates and modifications to district policy 0100 through 9800.01 >> comes forward with the positive recommendation does not require a second. Uh discussion Mr. Barney. >> Yes. Uh, I make a motion to amend the wording of quote district administration approved athletic and extracurricular communication platforms, i.e. team staff, team snap, sport, group me, etc. end quote to quote district approved athletic and extracurricular communications platforms end quote wherever it appears in each policy and to have the effective date of these policy changes be September 1st 2026 >> that will require a second >> second Mr. Ber

with the amendment Mr. Voyer with the second. Any discussion on the amendment? Uh I do have a Mr. I know you're here. I don't mean to put you on the spot, but obviously this affects your realm. Are you able to kind of come forward and >> um I think there's a lot of wrangling that's going to have to be done and tracking down and what's all being used out there. I know that was a lot of the discussion at that policy meeting. Um how are you feeling about that or kind of process for that? Anything going forward? Yeah, I think our our coaches and adviserss do a great job of utilizing, you know, like a band or team snap app. Um, if they're a they all first and foremost they use their email, you know,

that's the first and foremost thing they use their district um issued email. Um, you know, there might be an occasional time where there might, you know, need to be a last minute, you know, bus time has changed, location of the game has changed. So then they utilize those team snap, band, remind type apps. Um, you know, knock on wood, we've not had any issues with them. Um, we have, you know, very responsible coaches and adviser advisers, so I don't I don't see this being much of a a change for them. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Thank you. >> Yeah. >> Any other discussion? >> Hearing none. Um, regarding the amendment to the motion, all in favor? >> I. Any opposed? Hearing none, the amendment passes. We will now hear the amended motion. Could you read

that again for us? >> Um, I I'll give you the the shorter version. We're removing the examples that are in the background >> of team snap, sport, group me, etc., and making it uh district administration approved athletic and extracurricular communications platforms and then also having the effective date be September 1st, 2026. >> All right. Thank you. >> Um all in favor of any discussion on that hearing none. All in favor of the amended motion. >> I Any opposed? >> Hearing none that passes. Thank you. Yeah, that is all from policy committee >> 11. Finance committee. Mr. Loath. >> Yes, the finance committee met earlier this evening at 5:45 p.m. here at the district office. The full board was present, so we're going to do the Cliff's notes version here for the full board. The finance

committee meeting uh was videoed and it should be available in the next couple days online if you need to view that. Full board full board item 11A committee meeting update. Uh we discussed and approved vouchers for May and June. Also on updates we had uh Michael Clark of Robert W. prepared to talk to us about um our referendum debt and we are looking to have the referend referendum debt paid off um April 1st of 2028 and that is 10 years in advance 10 years earlier than was originally scheduled for that and it's also 91164,290 uh less or in savings of that amount of money. So that is thanks to uh Britney Britneyf our business manager and also uh Michael Clark himself. So uh kudos to those two you know for working out the details and

uh the uh schedule to to pull this off. It's a huge savings to uh us the taxpayers. Next, uh Britney went through her variance report. It was uh quite detailed and I suggest the video for that. Next item is a full board uh item 11B. It's the 2026 2027 uh preliminary budget. Um as everyone knows, I think or maybe doesn't know, the final budget is approved at the end of October. uh of this year. But for now, we've got the uh preliminary budget which carries us through uh July 1st to uh end of October. And with that said, uh we have a motion with a positive recommendation from the finance committee to the full board to approve the 2026 2027 preliminary budget as presented. >> Comes forward. Positive recommendation does not require a second. Any

discussion hearing? Seeing none, all in favor? >> I. >> Any opposed? >> Hearing none, that passes. >> Okay. Uh, next item was full board item 11 C 2025 2026 committed fund balance. There were uh three items on that. core literacy materials, K through eight, curriculum placement and adoption fund, uh multiple content areas, and uh also the um work for the uh speakers at the uh football field stadium. And with that, we have a motion with a positive recommendation from the finance committee to the full board to commit the following amounts to the June 30th, 2026 general fund balance under the committed fund balance classification. $150,000 for the purchase of core literacy materials K through eight and $250,000 for future curriculum replacement and adoption needs across multiple content areas. $41,225 for the purchase of for the

purchase and installation of DATKA stadium sound equipment comes forward with a positive recommendation. does not require second. Any discussion hearing? See, none. All in favor? >> I. >> Any opposed? Hearing none, that passes. >> Okay, next item. Uh, full board item 11D, wireless access points. We, uh, heard from Nick Kleinhoffer. The district has over 400 wireless access points and we update some of them every year. Uh we bring forward to the board of education with a positive recommendation to purchase wireless access points and wireless controller support in the amount not to exceed $46,8116 >> comes forth with the posit recommendation does not require a second any discussion hearing. See none all in favor. >> Any opposed hearing? None that passes. Next is full board item 11E K through five science Smithsonian resource motion with a

positive recommendation to the full board to approve the Smithsonian version 2 instructional materials to be used for K through5 science for the initial annual cost of $47,442. $2 and allow for increased purchased purchases based on section increases in the future comes for a positive recommendation does not require second. All in f or any discussion hearing and seeing none. All in favor I >> any opposed hearing none that passes. Okay, full board item 11F, uh, accounting resources. Um, apparently our accounting materials are 20 years old and they're a little bit dated, so we're, uh, purchasing new books. Thank you, Jake Mizak, for that. and the uh teacher. Uh motion with a positive recommendation to the full board to approve the purchase of Century 21 Accounting General Journal 12th edition and Century 21 Accounting Advanced 11th edition

for use at Germantown High School beginning in the 2026 2027 school year. initial p purchase of $17,600 allowing increased purchases based on course enrollment >> that comes forward as a positive recommendation does not require second any discussion hearing none all in favor >> I >> any opposed hearing none that passes full board item 11G uh 2026 2027 district copy paper purchase bring forward to the board of education with a positive recommendation to purchase white copy paper from Veritative at the price of $3026 per case comes with the pause recommendation does not require a second any discussion hearing and seeing none all in favor I >> any opposed hearing none that passes okay full Board item 11H, GHS Hydroponics Lab. Motion to move forward with a positive recommendation to the full board to proceed with the

GHS hydroponics lab project using JP Cullen funded from fund 10, the general fund with a cost not to exceed $144,563. comes forward with a positive recommendation. Does not require a second. Any discussion? Hearing and seeing none. All in favor? I. >> Any opposed? Hearing? None. That passes. And last full board item 11 I. KMS gold gym floor resurface. Motion to move forward with a positive recommendation to the full board to proceed with the KMS gold gym floor resurface project using Schmidt flooring for the amount of $20,755 funded out of the fund capital improvements budget. Comes forward with a positive recommendation. Does not require a second. Any discussion? Hearing none, seeing none. All in favor? I. >> Any oppose? Hearing? None. That passes. >> And uh we adjourned at 7:11 p.m. >> Thank you, Mr. Lo.

>> You're welcome. >> Uh I'll just add a comment to that. Obviously, that was a lot of decisions made in a very short period there. Um it's it's only made possible by the board members attending most or all of those committee meetings, engaging in discussion and understanding um the decisions being asked to the full board. So while it seems like we rushed through that pretty quickly in the full board process, uh the the committee meetings would show otherwise with some pretty vigorous discussion and understanding being built uh to lead up to those easier decisions. So thank you all for that uh participation in that process. Yeah, mo most of the work occurs in the committee actually in all committees and uh I thank the whole board for being here. I'm impressed that everyone is interested

to attend the whole thing. It's a long kind of a long night. Yep. >> Well, thank you very much. >> You're welcome. >> Um 12 new business discussion action approved co-curricular group. Dr. Yural, Dr. Castro will tee this up together, I believe. >> Yes, we both >> Sure. Um we have some uh one very passionate student in particular that is interested in starting a woman in business group um which would fall in line right under our FBLA group uh future business leaders of America. It's a woman in business group. Um she filled out the application and there is an advisor that a staff member that's interested in advising it. Um there would be no cost to the district. we would just allow this group to exist and again it would you know fall in line

right under that FBLA group. >> Okay. Um I guess I'll listen to a motion and then >> make a motion to approve the co-curricular group of women in business at Germantown High School. >> Second you >> Mr. P with the motion Mr. U with the second. >> Any discussion? >> I just want to say my daughter has Mr. Martin he's a fantastic teacher so looking forward to this program. >> Yeah. >> So this is a co-curricular advisory group right? >> Yes. >> So he'll be an adviser in that path. The students will guide the process as usual for policy. >> Great. >> Do we have a group that's interested? I you said one interested student to to set >> there's many but there's one very passionate student that filled out the application found the advisor.

Um, but yes, there's there's more than just one that would be in this group. >> I I figured as much. >> Yeah. >> Um, I think in long strange tradition, this board tends to support these types of groups um with realizing any any uh uh interest that we can engage these students in outside of just the classroom results and positive enforcement in the classroom. Um, so I I can't see why we wouldn't approve this and thank her for her initiative because I know it's it's not a small hurdle that they have to jump to just kind of get the process rolling. >> Right. Absolutely. >> Any further discussion? >> And we did originally have another advisor. We were going to bring this forward at the last board meeting, but that fell through. So that's it

had to come this time around. >> Well, thank you for the advisor that is standing up for it because without them, we wouldn't be able to. >> So awesome. Any further discussion hearing? None. All in favor? >> I. >> Any oppose? Hearing none. That passes. >> Um 12B, new business discussion and action to approve KMS GHS co-curricular handbooks. Dr. Castro. >> Yeah, I'm going to keep uh Dr. Yurtle up here, so she's going to run through those for us. um minimal changes to both the Kennedy Middle School and Germantown High School co-curricular handbooks. Obviously, we changed the dates. Um we added the new groups. Um the robotics group at Kennedy Middle School that was approved uh last board meeting, I think, or the board meeting before we added that group. Um, we also at Kennedy

Middle School changed um, dramatic or impact or drama club, I think it was, to musical because that's what it is at Kennedy and it was confusing for a lot of people. Um, and then um, we did add a section at Kennedy Middle School about participation requirements because it was not in there. it was at the high school and we wanted to hold um you know students accountable if they you know quit after a contest for still owing that um $85 participation fee. Um so we added that. Um and then I think at Kennedy the biggest thing that we added is on page two. Um and this was added in uh part with discussions with Mrs. Altundorf and uh Dr. Castro. Um but Kennedy Middle School co-curricular um activities will be be available to all resident

students. Um we follow the WA guidelines. Um but um it would be open to all resident students. So >> So can you explain what I I haven't gone understand what that means but maybe for the community listening what that means because I think it could impact some people. >> Sure. So that means that um a student not attending um Kennedy Middle School um but they're attending a prochial school within our bounds, they could participate in our co-curricular activities. >> So if it's prochial, if it's online like an e achieve or something like that, they're still have access to our co-curricular. >> This is obviously separate from the homeschool student situation because by law we we do allow those students as well, but this would cover those other examples you shared. >> Sure. Awesome. So, that's

the biggest change at at at the middle school. And then, um at the high school, we added that that women in business group um hoping it would get approved tonight. And then the innovative economics club that was approved at the last board meeting. Um and we also added just some brief verbiage under the Hawksai award. Um because sometimes we do have programs that don't have a senior. Um, so we just added that it's usually a senior that receives that award. Um, and then, uh, under the voted on by team, we added sometimes with input from coaching staff. >> Have to say when I when I attend the end of year banquetss, end of season banquetss, that award typically gets probably one of the loudest cheers. >> Yes. >> See, I think everyone's invested in that

person that's getting that. So, or been touched by that person in some way in a positive manner. So, >> awesome. That's the whole shebang. >> That's the whole shebang for extracurricular. >> With that, I'll hear a motion. >> Motion to >> go for it. >> Thanks, Tom. >> Motion to approve the 2026, 2027 KMS and GHS co-curricular handbook. >> Second. >> Mr. Boy with the motion. Mr. Plet with the hot second. >> Any discussion hearing? None. All in favor? I >> I >> any oppose hearing? None. That passes >> D. Discussion action to approve summer school contracts. That's Katie Cole. >> That's Katie Cole. >> C student hand. >> Sorry. Student I apologize. I skipped student handbook. That's my fault. >> Uh C. Discussion action approve student handbook. Mr. Dr. Castro. >> Yes, you're on

deck. >> I'll actually do this one. Um, so annually the building administrators review our handbooks to make sure they're aligned with policy. Um, and this year we've gone through the same process. So our principles get together, they talk through it. So elementary, middle school look at looks at theirs, high school looks at theirs. So I'll just walk through some of those proposed u modifications. In addition to that, um, the standard updates are anytime you see uh names that need to be changed, those are automatically changed within that handbook. And then also there's a document linked for student handbook title one requirements. So that's notifying uh families if they so choose to reach out to make sure that their child's teacher is certified. What are they certified in for teaching licensewise? So we have that in

there. Uh so we'll start with elementary the proposed modifications. Uh the first one's on page nine and it's just around the um wording of detention. uh elementary was looking to remove that mainly because we don't utilize a detention elementary school. So, it's not really an appropriate place for that. So, they're looking to remove that. On page 12, uh they're looking to add the new header participation in school activities. So, this is really about alignment between our our elementary, middle, and high school. Uh so, the way it works right now at middle and high school is that in order to attend after school events, activities, a student must be in attendance of the school for at least half the day. So that's pretty common. So we're looking to add that on page 13. Uh this is

a bigger section that we're looking to modify with new verbiage around school closure. Uh delays and emergency notifications. So just cleaning that up. This you will actually see in all three of them. So the same language that we're looking at here will be the same language of the middle school, same language in the high school. Um and once again that's just for consistency. So that is elementary. Any questions about that one? Pretty selfexplanatory. All right. So, if we jump to middle school on page 18 where it refers to all other absences, the only change here is around updating the assignment area. So, it used to be schoolology, but now it is Google Classroom. So, wording is changing there because of the platform that they use. On page 19, the middle school is uh wanting to

add library Chromebook loan policy. So, I'm assuming they get a whole lot of questions about the loan policy of Chromebooks. Uh, so they were adding in the verbiage for that and that's just really to make sure that parents are in the loop and informed of what that policy is when it comes to needing to loan a device, whether it's broken or left at home, those type of things. On page 20 is around personal communication devices. This is once again to add that alignment with the intent of what does it say in the Germantown high schools uh handbook. So, the verbiage currently is listed as such. That's the old verbiage where we're going to be looking to switch it to that added one, which would be the same as it in is in the high school.

Uh, one of the biggest sentences within that, you'll see it when we look at the high school, is where it talks about school officials may confiscate and examine a student's electric device. Um, when there is a reasonable suspicion that the device contains evidence of a violation of law, board policy, and school ruling, you will see it the high school version. It used to say at the discretion of we really wanted to call out this is really when you can do it. It's not just hey I yep I'm going to look at it. That's not how it works. So we just want to call it out in the actual handbook. And then school closing is in the middle school as well. And then we will go into high school. So for high school uh one consistent

entire across the whole entire handbook is wherever it reads current uh Chromebook handbook. we would refer to the technology handbook. So, this is just to make sure it's consistent with the language that we actually use. Uh you'll see on page 34, use and possession of electronic devices. This is where it refers to that sentence. So, you'll see where it's crossed out where it used to say essentially at the discretion. We're calling out that it has to violate a law, a board policy, or school rules. So, that's just making sure that we're consistent with that. And then the last one is that school closure. um which chose the same one as the elementary and middle school. And then that last attachment once again was that um parents right to know the teacher and parent professional qualifications.

So making sure that's within our handbooks as well. >> Any questions? >> All right. With that, I'll entertain a motion. >> I'll make a motion to approve the proposed Germantown School District handbooks for the 2026 to 2027 school year. Second >> you with the motion Mr. Voyer with the second any discussion hearing none all in favor I >> any oppose hearing none that passes discussion uh D discussion action to to approve summer school contracts. No kidding. Thank you. >> All right. Um I just have one addition um for summer school um from the list that Jake had brought in April. This is for a sign language interpreter um that is provided to one of our students so that they can access the the summer school courses. So um you'll see it's not to exceed 40

hours as that's the duration of time that the the student will be attending summer school. >> Motion to approve the summer school contract as presented. >> Mr. Barney with the motion. >> Second. Mr. B with a second. Any discussion? >> Hearing none. All in favor? >> I just just real quick I want to thank Morgan for her help. um she is resigning but she's also moving out of state so it's nice that she's helping >> yeah she was willing to do summer school before her move so >> yeah absolutely then for sure please pass along that thank you from the board >> um thanks for noting that >> hearing no further discussion all in favor I >> any opposed hearing none and that passes e discussion action to approve teacher retirement Dr. Castro. >> Yeah.

So, we did have um one last retirement on the last day of school. Wesley Hoops. Him and I have been in conversations for quite a while, so he was kind of going back and forth on it. Uh so, uh Wes has served at the high school in the science department for the past 35 years. Yes. So, well deserving of retirement. um this retirement does not qualify for health insurance retirement benefits because the way the handbook is written is you have to submit that prior to February 15th which he knew it wasn't a concern for him. So just so you are aware it doesn't come with those post benefits with OPAD with the tier one the health insurance >> can I want to ask him I don't know if you can answer it in public setting

had he submitted it before then would he have been eligible or has he >> yeah you still would have been past that yeah he would have been eligible he just was okay with it okay so >> okay thank you >> yep >> I will entertain a motion >> motion to approve the request for retirement at the conclusion of the 2526 school year for Wesley Hoops and thank him for his many many years of service to our district. >> Second, >> Mr. Pac with the motion. >> Who's taking the second? >> New Tech. >> Miss UT has a second. I don't think there was enough berries to cover all those years of service, but yes, thank you for that. Many years of service to this district is outstanding and probably could not be appreciated enough. Any

further discussion? Hearing none. All in favor? >> I. >> Any opposed? Hearing none. That passes and congratulations on the retirement. >> Um 13, close session. Hang in there with me. I got to read a few things. A board of education will entertain a motion to go into close session pursuit to Wisconsin state statutes 19 uh sorry 1 19.85 A5 sub1 subc to consider employment promotion compensation or performance evaluation data of any employee. A administrator resignation B spec uh specifically to consider assignment of certain district administrators to 19.85 A5 sub one subg confer with legal counsel um for governmental body uh who is renting oral written uh advice cons uh concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which the which it is or is likely to become involved and that

is a consider advice from legal counsel or strategy regarding pending claim by the Germantown Education Association. So moved. >> Second. >> Mr. Pollock and Mr. Barney. Roll call. >> Eert. >> Yes. >> Barney's Yes. Lo, >> yes. >> Pollock, >> yes. >> UTK, >> yes. >> You, >> yes. >> We are enclosed at 8:30 p.m. with the intent to reconvene into open session for discussion, action if needed based on closed session business. Um, we will be headed to the uh other uh conference room for that. So, anyone in the gallery can stay here if you'd like, I guess. It is uh 10:11 p.m. and I will reconvene this meeting in open session and entertain a motion. >> Like to make a motion to approve Dr. Chris Reutder's resignation as superintendent effective June 30th, 2026 and

to impose liquidated damages. Second, >> Mr. Pollock with the motion, Mr. Barney with the second. Any discussion? Um, just a brief brief note from me. I'd like to thank Dr. Reutder for his years of service and dedication to the district. His uh capacity he's built within in the walls of our school as well as the school board um navigating an interesting time for the district. Wish nothing but the best for any further discussion. Hearing none. All in favor? >> I. And we will leave with one note. The board plans to reconvene uh in full session June 23rd, next Tuesday, um for consideration of a continued path forward. A for the hiring process and B potentially what the next calendar year will look like for the school. Um at current time, we will uh continue to

have the administration structured as is through June 30th. um with the co-interms of Mr. Miziaak and Dr. Castro. So just kind of for the public's information on that. So look for us to meet next Tuesday uh regarding some further decision-makings around the next steps and processes. With that, I'll entertain one more motion. >> Move to adjourn. >> Second. >> M with the motion, Mr. Voyer with the second. Any discussion? Hearing none. All in favor? >> I. >> Any opposed? Hearing none, we are joured at 10:13 p.m.
