First item on the agenda is an expulsion hearing for the violation of West Virginia code 18A-5-1A, West Virginia State Policy and the Pocahontas County School Student Code of Conduct Policy 5,500 for no more than 365 days. West Virginia code 6-9A-4B3 provides that student disciplinary matters may be decided in executive session. We want an executive session. >> Do we have a motion? >> I need a motion.
