It has always been the passion, determination, and teamwork that makes it who we are. >> The give to Diamond Ferry. Gets around the corner. One man to beat. Steps it up. He's gone. They're not going to catch him. >> Nobody's going to catch
002him. He's gone for the touchdown. [Music] >> A commitment to excellence is our way of life. >> Pass and it is intercepted. Who else but Lucas? Dennis is there to pick it and it's the pick six forever. Touchdown trip. [Music] Winning is what we know and what we do. [Music] Good evening everyone and welcome to Trinity Stadium here in Havville, Massachusetts for tonight's matchup between the Ever Crimson Tide and the Haveril Hillies. My name is Anosmani and I'm joined by Josh Delgazo. Both teams are coming off a by-week, rested, recharged, and ready to make a push as we head deeper into the season. For Havville, the Hillies enter at a two and three record, but they started to turn things around, winning two straight before their break, a 228 victory over Lawrence High School and
003a high-scoring thriller against Conquered High School from New Hampshire, winning that 4235. Momentum is on their side and they'll look to keep it rolling here at home. Meanwhile, the Crimson Tide of Everett are aiming to snap a three-game losing streak after a tough stretch against some of the state's best. Zavarian, BC High, and Taunton. The by-week came at the right time, giving Ever a chance to regroup and refocus for the second half of their season. It's the Ever Crimson Tide and the Havil Hies, two prime programs looking to make a statement here under the Friday Night Lights here in Trinity Stadium. And Josh, I heard a little whisper whisper that back way back when these two programs used to be old rivals. Can you tell us a little bit about each team and how far
004back we could go? >> Yeah, so the history is in the Crimson Tide favor. They lead the all-time series with nine wins, three losses, and two ties. They were regulars at playing each other starting back in 1905. They met from ' 05 to 1913 pretty consistently. And then well they took some time off. They reunited once the disco ball started spinning in the 70s and that's when they reacquainted themselves. But once again another hiatus met as soon as 1980 rolled around. They did not play for 25 years and the last time they played was right here in 2016. It was the first round of the MIAA playoffs. The Crimson Tide came in as a number five seed. Haveril was the four seed and the Tide dominated winning that one 35-6 and then paving their way
005on to one of their final two championships under legendary coach John Deazo. So we are familiar with this field. We're familiar with the Hillies, but it has paced itself between decades from when they've played each other. So we're looking forward to the action tonight. You mentioned it anemies come in a little bit differently than the Crimson Tide. Both at two and three. Everett winning their first two games, but now riding a three-game skid. And now the Hillies winners of two in a row. And what's more, anemillies just faced the Crimson Tide. That's conquered New Hampshire. They're one of the only other Crimson Tide mascots out there other than the infamous Alabama Crimson Tide. So hopefully they're not swimming as well in this tide here tonight as we are in Haveril, Massachusetts, home of the Hillies.
006And you know it's also homecoming day for the hillies as said by the banner on the field waiting for both teams to enter the field. We got students lined up at the tunnel cheing on as it sounds like the habilies are about to come out and make their run. And the crimson tide on the right side of the field comes out first. And now here comes the Habra Hillies breaking through that banner. It is a homecoming day, but we'll see. Would it be swept under the pressuring wave of the Crimson Tide or where they come up top on top of the hill? >> I like that name. I like that a lot. Play on words. You keep rocking, brother. >> I'll learn from the best. >> And we know a little something about homecoming. We
007have our homecoming uh next weekend, Saturday, October 25th, as Everett hosts Lynn English and a special field dedication ceremony to John Dibazo Jr. So, uh we know a little thing or two about homecoming as we've been planning this and meeting with city officials and administration for the past few months. So, a big spectacle to be on hand next weekend and ever. First business, the Crimson Tide looking to get off that losing schneide, trying to get back to 500. This would be a big win. And hopefully they can start to stack wins. You got to do it one at a time. There's only three games left here in the regular season. So, the Tide would love to try to win out and maybe keep maybe their slim playoff chances alive, but let's not even think about
008that right now. Let's focus on the task at hand and that's beating a Haveril Hilly team from a very strong conference that now has momentum on their side. >> Not only that, both teams are at two and three, they're also very similar close to each other in rankings in the MIAA power rankings. So huge game momentous for either side depending on how this result turns out to be. So, as you can see, we got the captains meeting at midfield. >> Looks like the Hillies will be led by their captains number three, Jaden Barubi. Number eight, Mark Gagny or Gier perhaps. And then number 71, Henry Farrell. And of course, for the Crimson Tide, you see there you have number seven Yel Feniti. Number 59, Eno Netto. Number 74, Nathan Fortune. Number five, Gideon Lal. Number
00912, Kervin Joseph. And number eight, Sam Lome. [Music] And there it is. Both teams rest the field as we gear up for some Friday Night Light high school football action. But first, I think we're going to be getting the national anthem. >> Yeah, we do have uh both bands here in attendance. Obviously, uh the Hillies with their band and the Crimson Tide have made the trip as they always do. So, as we get ready for the national anthem, we'll pause for a moment and show you all of Ladies and gentlemen, >> the action, it is at this time that I ask if you're able, please rise, remove your caps, facing a left goalpost for this evening's singing of our national anthem tonight performed by Valerie Parab. Oh, say can you see by the dawn early
010light what so proudly we held at the twilight Last screaming green stripes and bright stars through the perilous flight. For the red parts we watch were so gallently streaming. And the rockets were the bomb sing. [Music] Oh sers that star spangled then way for the land of the free and the home of the brave. [Applause] Excellent [Applause] job of that singing from our national anthem. Very good job getting this game started. We might have to just adjust over here so these guys can see. I didn't know anyone was going to be in that that side of the uh press box. Doesn't look structurally sound, but we got folks. We got coaches there. So, we will just move over cuz we like to stand in the we get fired up when we watch these games. >>
011You are right. >> Try to keep it seated right now. >> But there's a look at it. So, both teams getting ready as we kick off the battle to get to 500. That's on the line here tonight. There's a look at the Ever sideline dawning their all white jerseys. I'm here for it. I'm here for it. But I'm I'm really here for a dub. And of course, one of my favorites, a little picture and picture, a little double. There it is. Nice job from the truck. Always bringing some good shots. We tell stories here. A lot of lot of theater in the world of sports. Okay, so here we go. Looks like it'll be Haval to receive the opening kickoff and going to be the Ever Crimson Tide on kicking responsibilities. The Hillies are led
012by Rob Pike entering his third year as head football coach of the Haver Hillies. Before that, he had a one-year stint at LOL High School, another MVC school in the conference. >> Ah, you love your MVC, Anem. >> Have to mention that. And he was at LOL from 2020 up to 2022, but his wildfi kicking off. That was not wild. I'll get the name correct later, but Hel feels it at the 20, makes his way backwards trying to find some real estate on the sidelines, but gets quickly chased down [Music] on kickoff for Everett was number 76 >> unlisted on the roster sheet that we have. >> So, I guess we have to apologize that his name might not be called as as well deserved. I I think a freshman as I was uh notified
013by one George Hullman. Of course, we'll try to get a name. Always doesn't help when it's not on the program, but we work with what we have. That was number 16 on the return for Haveril, Ryan Herbert. And now quick screen now to number two of Haveril. That's Jon Deizus who picked up a few yards on that catch and run. I do apologize if I pronounce your name incorrectly. >> Yeah, nice quick pass by the quarterback who's a lefty. >> Did a nice job getting it out there. The quarterback is number four, Michael Beo. The lefty showing a bit of a Michael Penn kind of a delivery. I like that he he had a nice quick little strike there on the line of scrimmage. And that that's a a very healthy nine 8 yd gain
014rather. So second down and two for the Hayes. Same formation to Huses splits out, but it's going to be a handoff right up the middle. Might be enough for a first down after running into a wall of defenders. [Applause] That's number three on the carry, Jaden Bubby. >> And looks like tackled by number seven, Wy Faniti. >> That's Weleniti, who's been a defensive presence all season for the Crimson Tide. really stringing together a very strong senior campaign. You see him closing down the line of scrimmage there, joined by some of his teammates, not before a first down. That's what happens when you have a second down and two. You don't need much. Let's see if the defense can rally on that and get some momentum here on a quick stop. >> The running back is
015actually Lucas Perez who receives a second consecutive handoff and picks up another few yards on a run play. Two consecutive runs for Lucas Perez, >> junior running back. >> Yeah, that was a nice hard run. We've seen this with the Crimson Tide this year. They've had some problems against the run and that really I mean that that'll that'll really hurt you. When teams can get downhill on you, then they can really manipulate the game and how they move the football. So, let's see if that's something that can be shored up here early in this one. So second and four, Hil in the shotgun position. Two receivers up top. One is in motion from the slot. It is going to be a handoff to number one. Cut off by Wilditi. But some nifty footwork will get
016George Papa back to the line of scrimmage. A very good tackle there by the number 17 Damen. I go also in on the stop. I think you said it. Yeah, Feniti was really first on the scene. Finished off by Igo, but nice job by Feniti. Reza's sweep and tackling from behind. So big third down and two from the 40 yd line. It's going to be a handoff to number five who finds the sideline correctly. Pass number two, Jathian Dehesus, >> and will pick up the first down. >> Yeah, Jathn De Jesus did a nice job of finding the corner, continued to work his way to the outside, used the speed, and easily picks up the first down. So now the Hilly's just shy of midfield. Here's a look at the replay. You see De Jesus
017makes a move, gets around the tackle outside the box, and picks up the first down with relative ease. So, the Hillies just shy of midfield as they are on the move here in the opening drive of this one. >> Two first downs in this opening drive and now we're lining up with a fresh set of downs right here. One and 10. But we got a whistle blown by the referee. It's going to be a timeout taken by Everett. >> Yeah. And and a wise one at that. They need to talk early here and and try to address what's happening. This is um unfortunately this is this has been a a similar pattern of the last few games where they're allowing the other team to get off to quick starts and uh it's just it's a
018it's tough to be on your heels early and then expect to dig out of it. So again, you see that replay there as the Jesus picked up the outside and the yards to gain to move the sticks. >> We come out of the timeout. It will be first and 10 with the ball spotted at the Haveril 48 yd line. And although I think you mentioned it before, these two teams met in 2018 and that was actually when Rob D. Loretta was also in Oh, correct me if I'm wrong. Rob Dardo did meet this team before before he had his break from the Crimson Tide coming back here again meeting them a second time. >> So it was uh correction it was 2016. D Lorettto was an assistant on the staff to coach Dibazo. So yes,
019you are correct that he was on that staff. He was a part of of a victory here. He worked with with the quarterbacks extensively at the time and obviously on the offensive side of the football and now here he is at the helm. So he was here on this field. Nice job right there by the defense limiting the gain there for the Hillies. Yeah, that was a great night. The the tide really exploded early on that one. They got the ball first. They went right down the field and scored and they really never looked back. And that Hilly's team was really strong that year. They had a lot of expectations. There were some people that felt like they could have been maybe a dark horse in the postseason, but then when the seedings came out,
020Everett, who started the season at 2 and two, had run the table, but they were ranked as a five seed, uh, caught a lot of people by surprise, and it was really kind of a tough draw for Haveril, who was awarded the home game, but had a draw. big bad effort at the time and the tide really rolled and and didn't look back for a couple seasons. >> Another hand off to Lucas Perez and gets brought down after a gain of looks like three yards. >> Yeah, that was a hard-nosed run by Perez. He really didn't have much there. He didn't pick up a whole lot there, but he he picked up everything he absolutely could gain. Really really ran hard. Kept his feet moving. Here's a look at it. So, he's going to get
021the inside hand off right there. And on the stop, wearing a different number tonight. That's number 54. Jonathan goes, who normally has been seen dawning number two. Four. That's correction. Four. There. There you go. That's right. Now I'm getting the fours flashed all around as everyone can hear me within here. Shot. So now he has a five in front of it. He's wearing number 54. Forgive me for the uh the space in memory. Every now and then my old fullback days show up in in different ways in the old steel cage. >> Oh, that was great pass. And he's off to the races. What a throw playaction pass as you said anem and that was a absolute bullet from Michael Beo to Georgius Papa Nanolu. I'm sure I said that absolutely right. I'm rolling with
022it cuz you say it with conviction. But check this out. Watch this. So the play action. He's going to put the ball in the belly of Perez. Zips it out. fast right dotting the number one in the jersey of Georgios Papa Nikolu is what I'm going to go with Georgios Papa Nikolu and he Wow. Okay. I don't know if that was a design fake. It was. It works. Two-point conversion is good. The Hillies like that quick strike are on top 8 nothing. And that was two third down conversions in which they converted. The second third down conversion ended up in a touchdown. So they score in their opening drive taking the 80 lead. Here's a look at the attempted field goal which became a two-point conversion. Catch caught made by Jon de Jesus. >> Yeah.
023And that absolutely appeared to be a design play. I I can't imagine that was their fire drill. If it was, hats off. But it looked like that was a quick like, hey, you flare right out here and I'm going to dunk one right over your shoulder. So, the Tide now behind the eightball, pun intended. And let's see if they have an answer here. They're going to need one. >> Back to receive are Jamari Dulan and Jeremiah Joseph, which has been one of their bright spots. They've been really outstanding in in kickoff returns. Unfortunately, it goes against them on the other side. Their kickoff coverage hasn't been up to par, but they have been pretty those two are very explosive back there. Either one of them gets their hands on the football and you do typically
024hold your breath for a big play. Jamar has one touchdown on the season and it's going to be an onside kick. Did it make it past 10 yardds? And it looks like they did make it past 10 yardds. That's going to be ho possession. What by surprise >> surprise and and it also seemed like there was some confusion. I mean the ball listen it's it's 10 yards. It's live. It's live the whole time but you don't need to touch it until it's 10 yards but you better fall on it if it goes 10 yards and that's a live football picking out. >> Take a look. Here it is. So the left foot really nice onside kick. Very well done. The Tide was in retreat mode and They were real quick to get back on that
025kickoff return. Unfortunately, as the front wall, you have to make sure that that ball is over your head before you you deeply retreat. I understand that you're not expecting that. That's why teams surprise you with an onside kick, but you also don't need to get the extra head start and the six yds running backwards to leaving your post at the 10 yardd mark. So, you you you live and learn, but that's really tough after you just gave up a quick eight spot. you're back on the field defensively and this was the running theme two weeks ago against Taton when the defense stayed on the field because due to turnovers the offense couldn't actually get on the field. So frustrating, no doubt to start this game. >> Deus with the carry. Picks up six yards on
026that play. Tackle by number 11. That's Armani Negron. Armani Negron. >> This will be second and five. for the Hillies. >> As we get a second look at the Hilly offense. >> So, a two-point conversion and an onside kick back to back. Hab really isn't holding back in some of the surprises. >> But now here's Beo in the shotgun. Three receivers. He draws back in the pocket, looks, launches, and connects with number 13 Abraham Temple. >> Pass is complete. >> Nice catch by Temple. Beo really throws the fast ball very well. Quick release, >> nice throwing pocket. >> And check that out. Real good look at it. >> Great job on the replay. And nice catch by Temple which will move the sticks for the Hillies. >> So ball now at the Everett 38. >>
027Beo is a junior at quarterback. He looks good. >> Lining up in the shotgun once again. Two receivers through each side of the formation. Dropping back in the pocket again >> and launches it to the sideline and floats it out of bounds. >> Nice coverage there by Kervin Joseph. He was looking for Abraham Temple again. >> So that would bring up second and 10. And you got to capitalize anyway you can. That's that's that's a good good play for the defense right there to not give up any yardage. I know that's uh Yeah, no kidding, right? Obvious. But uh you take whatever you can get. Let's see if they can build on that. Second down and 10. Let's keep the sticks in your favor. This is likely going to be four down territory because why
028wouldn't it? You're not going to punt from this short of the field and if you get closer, I mean, you can create a pretty good situation if it gets to fourth down. Let's see. Be drops back. >> There's a two by two. Look again looking for a short out. Trying to use his gunslinger arm to connect once again. But once again, that's Curvy Joseph in coverage and the ball goes out of bounds. We bring up third down third down of this game. And so far they have a 100% conversion rate on third down. >> Yeah. No, I I I we don't have the stats in front of us on conversion rate, but we've been doing these games. Anem uh and we've also had the pleasure of Paul Howerin joining us on these broadcast and Paul
029really does a great job setting up setting us up with his stats when he's not here. But the Tide have not fared well in the third down conversion area. This is third and 10. This should be on their side. Let's see how it plays out. And now Baker rolls to his left moving pocket and through the hands of Dejusu's caught out of bounds by another defender. It's going to be incomplete. And that was the first third down stop for the Crimson Tide defense. >> Yeah, and it was really good coverage right there by number two Jamari Doulan. You see Beo rolling to his left, which is this throwing side. Again, this is a nice pass. And actually you see number 11 Armani Negron looked like he got fingertips just redirecting that at the last moments.
030You could see that Dulan was right on that and Negron simply just ran out of real estate. He actually coraled that but it was out of bounds. So this is fourth down and 10. Naturally they are going to go for it. So let's see. If you're the Hillies you're probably looking skinny post over the middle. That part of the field looked very well for them on the touchdown. Number one goes that way. He looks and that's the play right there. Exactly that. You could tell by the lining up splits. Number one, that is Georgios Papa Ngalu who actually scored on that very play. You see from his split, he's hugging the hash mark and it was an inviting place to go on that part of the field. Look at it. You see the eyes of
031Beo and the pitch and catch over the middle is going to move the sticks right there. >> You know, Josh, I think you have a little bit of a Tony Robo in you cuz you predict that that play beautifully. >> Well, a lot of it tells itself in the spacing. So again, Papa Nagawu is going to line up in the slot and right now you have your your safeties up deep in the box. So you're giving up that part of the field right there vacancy and you see it once again taken advantage of. This time it's Perez and that'll be first and goal after that run by Perez. The Hillies hurry up to the line. two by two look here and won't run the same play to Perez but gets met quickly at the line
032of scrimmage by the average defense that bring up second and goal and who else number seven Yel Feniti first one in on the stop he was joined by Nathan Fortune Pheniti continuing his really strong play off the edge that was big right there unfortunately for the Tide the Hillies are right there knocking on the door this is going to be second and goal from the four yd line you see the replay there for finishing it off along with Fortune. >> They're going to need a couple more downs of that. >> So, ball spotted at the four yd line. We'll see what the Hilly's offense will line up as. They've been shotgun heavy, it seems. And it looks like it will be another shotgun formation. Three receivers to the top. Looks like a trips formation. One
033receiver to the bottom. And a flag will be thrown on the near side and it's going to be on Everett. shows a near side ref umpire going to give it to them. Yep. The ball moves forward. So, an offside penalty against the Crimson Tide after just coming up with a big stop of no gain. Awards a couple yards cuz it's half the distance to the goal. Beo is going to look to his left. That ball's knocked down at the line of scrimmage. And I tell you what, it was almost intercepted. really nice job at the line of scrimmage getting a paw on it. I believe >> number 74 >> that was well 74 almost came up with the redirect. He almost came down with the interception. I think the initial deflection was either Armani Negron
034or it might have been Raphael Maluth. Okay, we're going to take a look at it here. So, you're going to see Beo looking to his left. And the paw right there, I believe it was I think it was 16 Maloof. Good defense right there. And Beo is now out of the game as the Hillies are in tight formation. And it's going to be a direct snap. Sorry, Anem. Uh my my mistake. Uh well, didn't mean to speak over you, but yeah, Bo was out of the game. Direct snap to number 11. >> Brewer Murray. >> Yeah, Brewer Murray >> listed as a tight end. But that would bring up fourth down for the Hillies. Another third down stop by the Crimson Tide defense. >> Okay, so now you're seeing big personnel coming in for the
035Crimson Tide as this is going to be fourth and goal from the oneyd line. >> This is where metal meets metal. >> Sam Mcome checking into the game along with number 59 and another uh crew. That's it. and over. Yeah, >> another direct snap to number 11. Tries to jump over the goal line and gets the score. >> Yeah, he's in. >> Touchdown Habra Hillies for their second score of the game. [Applause] >> So, nice play right there by Brewer Murray. The tight end taking the direct snap going over the top and he found his way into the end zone. And now the Hillies are lining up for an extra point attempt. Will they pull out a another trick play or would they go for the extra point? Whereby wait and see. A flag thrown
036from the back field by the goal post. We're going to see what the call is and it might have been too many >> too many men on the field for the Crimson Tide. The head scratching continues. Just no way, no other way to put it. >> Second penalty of the game for the Crimson Tide. And will this affect the Hilly's decision making here. Kicking team stays on the field. And now they come off. It looks like they're going to go for two. >> Why not? You're now half the distance to the goal. So you're you're you're just outside the one yard line. You're you're at like the two. Why not? >> You're already at 14. So you got you got the buy in with the two-point conversion on the first touchdown. So the worst thing
037that happens is it's still, you know, a two touchdown game with two extra points or you really put the heat on. You're still up two scores, but it includes two two-point conversions. This is a no-brainer. See if the Tide can come up with the stop. It'll be Brewer Murray taking the snap again after receiving the call. And it's going to be a little mishap at the snap. Crimson Tai takes full advantage of the two-point conversion is no good. It looks like Brewer Murray ran into the man in motion right at the snap. Caught them to collide with each other and then Crimson Tide defense swept it up while making it another defensive stop. >> Yeah, he did. But the the initial stop came from Brewer Murray's teammate on the jet sweep who absolutely earhold him.
038He's going to get hit right there. Definitely some confusion. I believe it was a design. It was a design to Murray the whole time, but the jet the jet motion that was designed to be the play fake. So the motion was supposed to cross the face of Murray. It appeared Murray maybe hit the the snap count a little early and his teammate running into him. Hari actually did a really nice job continuing to make that honest play and tough to bring down, but it it didn't help that he he received some a collision in his own backfield as soon as he took the snap. So, the Tide benefit there after having too many men on the field. They're down 14. So, what needs to happen here is you need to actually control this possession so
039you can get your offense on the field. And kicking off for the Hillies is Leo Butcher Gonzalez. And he's going to send a short again, but this time our special teams was ready for it. Coralled it. And now we get to see our first look at the Crimson Tide offense. Sam Lome on the reception. >> And I tell you what, that's a great job by Lome. That was a designed squib kick. And I don't know that this kicker is that good. He was able to hit the fast ball right out of him. If he is, tip my hat. Otherwise, it was just a designed squib. But when you do squib one, you might catch a body. Lome did a real good job taking the fast ball right off the chest protector like a catcher in
040baseball and able to fall on top of it. So the Tide now with possession they will be the beneficiaries at midfield. Let's see if they can make this work. >> Running the off to Jeremiah Clark who hands it off to Steven Thomas but gets met at the line of scrimmage immediately. Tough to bring down but eventually brought down. It'll be second and 10. >> And it's worth noting that number 14 Jeremiah Clark is getting the start at the quarterback position. We know that Tyler Freddy sustained an injury in the Tataon game. Thankfully, everything checked out well for Tyler and he is dressed and able to play in this game, but they are opting with Clark as the starter to see what he can do and perhaps preserve Freddy because he still is banged up. They
041want to make sure that he's healthy and able to go. Thomas now with the carry. Good run right there. >> Picks up five yards on the play. Well, they're always big and the big the first big play for the Crimson Tide offense is upcoming with third down and five. >> So, we have a junior backfield with Jeremiah and Steven Thomas both being juniors. >> That's right. We know that Freddy is also a junior and Jamari Dan. So, there's some really good underassman on this Crimson Tide roster. Crimson Tide for the first time on offense. We re we're seeing three receivers to the top of the formation. It's going to be a Reed handoff to Steven Thomas fighting his way trying to make his way to the sticks but stopped just short of it. Probably two
042yds short on that play. It'll be fourth and two. >> Tell you what, that was a great run by Thomas. He really he had a little bit. Check it out right here. So, he's going to get the hand off. weaves his way through traffic and then just watch the feet keep moving bringing this just shy of the stick. He's going to be about two yds shy. Really good effort from Thomas. Fourth down and two. Let's see what the Tide have. Two receivers to either side of the formation. Jeremiah Clark in the shotgun. He's going to look to pass. Looking to his left. Options are running out. Trying to extend the play. Trying to make a play with his legs but got nowhere on that play. Good coverage defense by the Hillies. They're going to they're
043going to take this ball at their own 40 three yd line. Really good job by the Hilly defense not giving up anything in the pass. They had all receivers blanketed. You could see Clark, he's looking to make something happen. He's trying to extend the play and then the Hilly's defense converged led by number 51. That is Dominic Santos who was able to converge quickly on the ball, wrap up Clark and not let him go anywhere. So just like that, the Hillies will take over on downs up by 14. Third, this going to be their third offensive possession in this first quarter led by Michael Beo Jr. quarterback for the Hillies. And of course, we saw Brewer Murray taking a couple snaps in the last possession down near the goal line. This one is going to
044be a handoff and quickly brought down near the line of scrimmage. Is going to be a gain of two yds. >> Yeah. No, good job right there. Again, Crimson Tide defense. I like the way it looked early on last series. It just we talked you finally got a couple third down stops, but you couldn't make the stops in fourth down, right? So, I mean, it takes four downs, but that's a once again a good start for the Crimson Tide defense. Not giving up much right there. A little bit a two- yard gain if you will. >> Three receivers to the top of the formation for Habil. One at the bottom. >> Michael Beo. >> Changing the playoff right now. And it's going to be a screen to the far side to Georgia's Papa. Makes a
045move. Has the speed. No one's going to catch him and he's going to go into the end zone for a touchdown. Georgia's Papa. >> And I tell you what, that was still a really nice pass. You could see the way Beo threw that pass. He led him as Papa was working on a bubble getting upfield. That pass led him up field. He caught it in full stride and then Papa Nalu was able to just take it and go off to the races. And just like that, Haveril is asserting dominance here in this first quarter. >> Up by three scores and we have 17 seconds left in the first quarter. We're lining up for the extra point attempt here. First extra point attempt that we're seeing of the Hillies. And it's good. 21. [Applause] And kicking
046for the Hillies is Leo Butcher Gonzalez. We're going to get a look at that bubble screen from the play early that led to the touchdowns as George's Papa who has an empty lane due to good blocking and uses his breakaway speed to go all the way into the end zone. >> Yeah, great speed right there by Papa Nikolu and he was just off to the races. But again, credit the pass. It's it's a short pass in the line of scrimmage, but it's the little things. It was a bubble bubble route by the receiver Papadiku and Beo was able to throw it about two yards in front of him. That's that kind of those kind of plays that just make a difference and very impressed with what I'm seeing early on for the Hillies for the
047Crimson Tide. Just going to have to really try to find a way to just get something going. But within a blink of an eye, you're down three scores. 21 nothing. [Music] >> And now it's going to be Leo Butcher Gonzalez lining up for kickoff again. We saw a nonside kick the first time around, a swim kit the second time. And we'll see what we have this third time. And it's going to actually make it past midfield. Fielded by is that Johnny goes that is Oh, look at him rumble. And that's why he's been kned. That's Sir Knight. Jonathan goes to the common folk out there barreling it and it's fitting. Usually he's number four single digit. You expect to see carrying the football, but you know what? I like seeing the five in front of
048it. >> Jonathan goes bringing the beef. Nice job to run downhill. Good job, Johnny Goes. We know him personally. Outstanding young man. That's our guy. >> Second look for our offense on the field. Ball spotted at the 40 yd line and it's going to be a handoff to I think that's Steven Thomas. [Applause] >> Good defense right there. Hard-nosed run by Thomas but not much doing there finishing that off. That was Aelia Caceres and he was joined by another hilly but Caceris really laid a nice hit to finish it off >> and that'll be the last play of the first quarter. So we're going to flip sides here. Here's a look at the kickoff. Of course, we're getting another look at Johnny goes. >> Look at him go. Look at him. Looking for a hole.
049>> Looking for a body to catch, too. >> What a boy. Johnny put his shoulder down and ran into the chest. Here it is. Here it is. Looks at number 34. >> I dare to try. He said big boy going downhill. He can move. We've seen him run. [Music] Nice job by Jonathan Go. [Music] >> And we know we got speed in our TV studio because our very own Justinian and Han actually raced Johnny Goes. >> And there's another look at him on the sidelines catching a breather. [Music] And they were neck and neck before Han pulled away a bit at the end. But it was credit on both sides. As Han will tell you, Johnny goes could move. Looking for a blessing screen to Jeremiah Joseph or a tunnel screen I should say. And
050he does pick up a few yards after the catch, but quickly chased down by the what looks like the entire Hilly defense. >> And nice pass by Clark on the line of scrimmage. Hit Joseph getting him up the field. A nice job by Joseph able to pick up what was there and move the sticks close to the first. Now check it out. Watch Joseph. He's going to knife his way up the field. Good defense by the Hillies. They do a really good job of swarming the football and they are sure of their tackles, but that does set up a very manageable third down situation. >> Crimson Tai quick to the line of scrimmage. Same formation as before. Three receivers looking for a bubble. Guess a move. That's number 13, I believe. avoided the first tackler
051but not the rest of that swarm of the hilly defense. I'm correct and that is number Damen Ego. >> Yeah, Damen Ego. And that's not what you're looking for. A play going backwards for the Crimson Tide. That hurts right there. So now you're looking at fourth down and eight nine and you're going to have to punt this football away. >> And there's a replay. He did make the first man miss, but then there's a second defender right there waiting waiting for him right there behind the line of scrimmage. So, it's going to be Jamari Doulan to punt for the Crimson Tide. Long drive punt and will not be fielded. It will stop at the Haveril 28 yd line. >> Well, this is tough for the Crimson Tide. You're unable to move the sticks offensively and
052you've given up 21 points. I hopefully the defense can find a way to actually create the momentum. Tough spot right now. >> Two for four on third down conversions, but uh Hil also has two for two on fourth down conversions. >> That's right. But we'll see if the Crimson Tie could turn this book the other way around and slowly crawl back and make this into a competitive football game. Let's see if the Crimson Tide that defensive front can get something going. They they have a pretty strong front four. Got a wide receiver in motion. That's Dejus again receiving the sweep. quickly met by the back field with a hard to bring down. Couple of duck moves and then the rest of the defense is there to clean it up for the Crimson Tide. It's going
053to be a loss on that play. The first loss for on uh the HR offense. It's going to be second and 14. >> I tell you what, who really made a great play for the Tide right there was number 46 Marcus Pierre. Check it out. Pierre read the sweep and while he doesn't come up with the actual tackle that'll go on the stat sheet, he did enough to slow down and then allow the Crimson Tide Cavalry to rise up and take down the ball carrier. But a good look at Pierre who really read that from the start and was able to jump out on the sweep, keep it from going anywhere. So right now again, this is now in your favor. Second down and 14. Two receivers through each side of the formation >> and
054it's going to be a timeout by Havil. >> Okay. So, timeout called by the Hillies. >> Sorry, Anique. Yes, >> we're trying to say the same thing. I think we're in the same mind space. >> Yeah, I know that happens. The the universe is real out here and Osmani and Doug Gazel, we share it. >> So, first time out of the game for the Hillies. [Music] >> We have a second and 14 situation. the longest uh play that they have to make to the sticks. >> So again, this to me this would show something like this. So there's a couple things that you might see here from the Hillies. Now you you've seen there's a look at that replay. You've seen the Hillies where they have a very strong passing attack and they've also moved
055the ball well on the ground and their passing attack has shown up even by way of the line of scrimmage variety, the high percentage. So, I think a play like this second and 14, I think you look to see something quick on the line of scrimmage where, okay, it's a safe play, but it actually still might spring something. So, if I'm the Crimson Tide, I might I might play a little little jam coverage, play tight to the line of scrimmage and watch number one, Georgios Papanicoo. He is dangerous. >> And you know who else dangerous is that man we see on the right side of the screen, Johnny Go, number 54. >> Yeah. Yeah, and I tell you what, Johnny goes, something that was seen on that play. So Pierre came up and read the
056play. Johnny Ghost did a real good job of scraping down the line of scrimmage. He was able to take on the double team, kept his feet moving and ensure that there was no cut back lane. So after Pierre came in and cut off the outside, there was nowhere else to go because Johnny goes in company had control of the cutback lanes. >> Two receivers who both sides of this formation. It's going to be a quick screen play as you call it, Josh. And he's going to break a lot of tackles. very slippery as that's Deisu De Jesus so far the number one playmaker alongside with George's Paw in this hilly's offense he will pick up the first down and there you have it anem I mean this is a pass right on the line of
057scrimmage high percentage throw that they've executed very well and there's one missed tackle two three and it's already well up field another one and then the sticks move Jeremiah Joseph with a perhaps touchdown saving tackle damage already done. Second and 14. You got to win those plays. You got to win those those scenarios. You you have to take advantage there. Those are backbreaking plays. Be another read option, but it'll be a handoff to Lucas Perez for a another short gain. This is going to be a gain of four yards of the play. Bring out the second and four. Second and six, excuse me. >> Big number 66, EJ Wright in on the stop. One of the promising young players to the Tide, a sophomore. We've talked about him a lot throughout the season. Does a
058very good job anchoring that interior front. >> You Josh, I think we did notice a change on that front. They're playing three defensive linemen. Johnny goes falling back into a linebacker position. >> Yeah, interesting there. So, new look at defense for the Crimson Tide as well, now we got four people on the line of scrimmage for the defense, but we got a bunch formation to the top of the to the top of the screen and it's going to be a handoff to the near side away from the wide receivers. Hard to bring down, staying on his feet and finally making contact with the ground is Lucas Perez >> trying to keep his balance and close to the first down marker. It's going to be third and really short. First in on the stop was number
059nine Tyler Freddy. So you're not seeing him at quarterback, but you are seeing him on defense where he is a standout. So nice job by Freddy. And again, we're just very happy to see him back on the field. First look at that injury and Taunt did not look good. Thankfully Tyler and every everything was okay because he is a great great player. Hilly's got a slide in motion and it's going to be another bubble screen to try to utilize that speed. Good blocking downfield. Flag is thrown and the ever defensive side, but for the time being, the Hillies did pick up a first down. >> So, yeah, let's see what the call is here. That was in the secondary. Well, the flag came in the secondary. >> Might be a holding. against that was committed
060against Jamari Doulan as he's trying to shed a blocker to make that tackle. And yep, it is a holding by one of those wide receivers. The blocking looked a little bit too good. Here it is. That pass that actually might have been a run. That may have been behind the line of scrimmage that would go on the books as a run. Nice job by Damen Ego [Applause] to almost bring him down. As you said, Anem, he had picked up the first down, but the holding penalty will benefit the Tide, nullifying the play. >> And now it'll be third and nine for the Hillies. >> And I feel like the Hillies are if they get this to midfield or even if they stay where they are with the way they've moved, this is this is another
061likely four down situation if it goes there. Unless if the Tide can either get a loss or really just back them up a little bit here and induce the punt. But Hilly's pro, they're feeling good about what they've done defensively as well. So they probably feel like they can defend this end of the field. Although that's going to help even more as we have a false start against Haveril. That'll back up another five and that'll make this third down and 14. >> Two straight penalties for the Hillies and I believe those are their only penalties in the game. But we'll see a bunch of formation by the receivers to the top, one receiver in the bottom. >> And again, that bunch that has quick look written all over it. But they go back to that
062pattern across the middle this time. Nice job by the Crimson Tide, but that is you're going to see your fourth down here because they got to just over midfield. They're at the 49 yd line. So this is going to be like fourth down and about >> five, I believe. But here's a replay. And I think that's Jeremiah Joseph who cleaned up on the play. But the initial stop will go to >> Char. Oh, Benson Charman. >> Okay. Yeah, Benson Charm. Number 13, a senior. >> Or is it number 17? Damian Eagle. Didn't get a clean look, but we got a good look on the camera. I >> go with Eagle. I I I trust our crew. Mhm. >> So, fourth down and four upcoming. >> It's going to be a pass looking for the slant.
063>> Oh, they're going to overthrow. That is going to be a penalty on Jamari Dulan who was in coverage on >> Jen Deesus. I tell you what, Dulan really did a nice job off the initial release. He controlled the inside shoulder. He did not allow what was to be a quick slant route, but looked like there might have been a little bit of a hook and I don't know that it was necessary. I think right there it would have been, you know, so actually it was it was so what you saw there was really good defense. You can see Johnny goes is actually playing the underneath route and Dulan was hugging the outside shoulder. So it was a good tradeoff right there. Unfortunately, a little bit of contact and uh it's too bad cuz the
064defense was actually in the right position. It was the right scheme. Well played with the assignments. Now they go up top right there and that's going to be incomplete. >> Trying to catch Everett sleeping with the fake bubble screen as they've run those that play many times. But that's number 17 Damon Ego in coverage. stay with George's Papa downfield. >> We saw his speed. We know he can run. >> So that will be second and 10 from the Everett 35. [Applause] >> Looks like a referee is telling one of the players to sub out. I'm not sure what the reason is. I don't think he lost a a helmet on the play, but Sam Lov is lining up in the defensive tackle position right at the nose. Baker takes a shotgun snap and hands it
065off to Perez who has a hole right up the middle and picks up a first down officially now. He's picked up the first down. >> He's continued to battle there. And I tell you what, if if the Hillies they're on the march, if they punch this one in, this is >> you're you're in grave territory here. >> You're already up against it down three scores. You've you've haven't done much on offense. >> You've done a couple good things defensively. I'm sorry, but uh just yeah, >> Perez did a good job of staying upright and then just using that lower body strength to keep pushing forward for eser yardage. Now it's going to be first and 10 from the Everett 12 yd line. Three receivers to the bottom, one to the top. It's going to be
066Baker looking for the wheel route to his running back and dropped. Incomplete pass. Armani Non in coverage. >> Watch this. This is a really good throw. >> Going to put it right on the line right there. And that's one that number. >> Looks like 18 value Faulner. >> Yeah, he Riley will want that one back. Great good route by Falner and a really good pass by Beo. Beo has been he's been pretty impressive. >> Empty back field for Beo. He's going to do a quick screen play to the far side of the field >> and it will be a pickup of five or four yards on the play to Jesus >> with the catch. [Music] So, Habil seems to be heavy on these wide receiver screens. Deisu is doing the boatload of the work on
067the reception side, working his way through the blocks set up. Good for work, knows how to put his foot in the ground and turn the ball up field on a dime, making him very dangerous. But good job by the Crimson Tide defense. Third down is going to be hand off to Perez who finds once again another gaping hole in the middle and just punches right through for another first down. >> So bring up first and goal from the Everett 9 yd line. [Applause] [Music] >> Yeah, there it is. Watch Perez hard-nose runner and deep into crimson tide territory. So the hillies just continuing to mount [Applause] the dominance. We got a truth bunch for the Hilly's office in the bottom. One receiver up top. It's going to be a handoff to Perez again. runs into
068the belly of the defense and gets brought down after a gain of one yard. [Music] So, it'll still be second and go forward offense. And looks like it's Sam Lome on the stop. [Music] >> A good job by Lome. Good look at him. one of the seniors on this Crimson Tide roster. >> Yeah, he's a great leader, senior captain, does it all. We've seen him even do some really good things offensively as a ball carrier. He can rumble and he's made a lot of tackles defensively. He's pretty big time. >> Bo breaking in the huddle and it's going to be a timeout call by I believe Everett. That's a second timeout in this first half. So we'll be left with one as we approach the 1 minute and 58 second mark here in this first
069half on Hil homecoming day. >> Yeah. No, it's it's been quite the homecoming for the Hillies as they uh they've been rolling here. They've had a very strong first half on the Crimson Tide side. It it's it's just been it's been low tide. Definitely low tide out there. You Josh, at the very end of the stadium, we see the student section dressed in all black, but they are lining up from the very first row to the very last row, all full down there. And this is a pretty high stadium that we're at. you and I, we're sitting in a pretty high position. [Applause] So, it's cool to see their revenue being used up the way it is. [Music] So now both teams are breaking the huddle [Music] as it's going to be second and goal
070from six yds out for the Hillies offense. [Music] Lining up in a spread here with three receivers on one side. Baker looking to the other side for the sole receiver. tries to get it over the shoulder >> and it's going to be caught. >> What a catch >> once again. That's JT De Jesus >> for the touchdown reception. >> That was a big time catch and it was a great throw by Beo and he did not have much room to get that in and he did. There was actually pretty good coverage on the play and Beo just dropped it in a bucket to De Jesus. And then De Jesus putting on the tap shoes just able to little tip tap in the corner. Gets it down. Man, Hilly's here. The snap kick is up and
071good for the extra points. Now it'll be 28 to zero as we are inside the 2minute mark of this first half. off. Here's another look. One-on-one coverage on the far side of the field. That's Jamari Doulan in coverage and puts it into place where only Dejusus can grab it. It's a great catch and I think that might have even been good on Sundays. Looked like he had two feet in. Only need one at this level, but De Jesus leaves no doubt. So, head coach Rob Pike and his Hillies putting on quite a show for the homecoming fans that turned out for this one. There's Jonathan goes. Let's see if he can be on the receiving end of another kickoff. I know Johnny's ready. He looks ready. I like him in the 54. I I got
072I got to talk to him about this. I want I want 54 from now on. I'm not sure as to why. Maybe there was a a stitching issue. I don't know if it it had to go into the uh the cleaners, some sewing maybe. I don't know. I like the 54. >> I want at the linebacker position, too. >> Absolutely. Reminiscent of one Teddy Bruski, >> former Patriot. >> That's number 29 on the reception. Finds a lane, an open lane. And that might be an open lane to the end zone if he has the speed. He's being chased down by the kicker and actually successfully brought down by Leo Butcher Gonzalez. Huge play for the Crimson Tide. They're bring it up all the way to the Hillies 25 yd line. >> And a big return
073by number 29 Chance Beretto. And check this out. Perto cuts across the field, takes advantage of the green grass and not before the sprint of number 18, Riley Falner to take him down and save that touchdown. The Tide now knocking on the door. First time in the red zone here this evening. Let's see if they can get on the board. >> Jeremiah Clark drops it down to Steven Thomas on the check down. Cuts back inside. has it laid into the end zone right up the middle for the Crimson Tide. First score of the game. One end done in this possession, Steven Thomas. >> And nicely, nicely done by Clark. Quick pass out to Thomas and 26 does the rest as he's able to rumble into the end zone. Good job by the Tide getting onto
074the board. Maybe they can keep it here. get a little bit of momentum in the second half and who knows it's why it's a four quarter game. That's a first bright spot of the night for the Tide. They needed it. See if they can tack on the extra point. This is Yel Feniti. Kick is up and it is no good. Wide left. So the score will remain at 286. Two big backto back players. Here's a look at the touchdown. Jar Clark although three receivers to the top of the field. checked it down to Steven Thomas immediately cuts it back. Defense over pursued couldn't make the tackle on Thomas either and then gets into the end zone right up the middle. >> Great job by Thomas again. Nice touch by Clark. 286. Let's see if they
075can get some momentum going into halftime. That'd be big. Still got a minute 25. We've seen that the Hillies are more than capable of putting together a quick strike of their own. And here's our unnamed kicker number 76. Unnamed for the time being. Unnamed, huh? New add-on to the roster. New Jersey change on a player we might have already known about. We don't know. But here he is lining up. He's going to launch it to the midfield. Picked up by it looks like Deesus. >> Oh, he's got the It is pop. >> This isn't good. He's got the outside. >> He's got a block. He's got a couple men to beat, but brought down from behind and also back back at the 45 yd line of Ho is a flag. Good return by George's Papa.
076>> Let's hope that flag is on Hilo to just back them up a little bit. But uh yeah, not not what you need for the tide. You finally get something going and you nearly give it up on the kickoff. It is a holding call against the Hillies, so the Tide will happily take that. >> Papa, another explosive player. He might He looks like one of the fastest player on this Hilly's team. >> I think you saw the hold right there. I think it was on number 29, Chance Bar. You saw a big block there near the end of that play. I think that was the kicker, number 76. And uh he came into the pitcher. He he he gave it his all, but uh he ran into one. But the holding call will definitely help
077out the Tide as that's going to back up the Hillies at their own 44 yd line. 1 minute and 13 seconds remaining here in this first half. And defense does in fact need to keep stay on their guard as there's a lot of speed and explosiveness on this hilly offense. As we've seen so far, we got two receivers. Papa in the slot to Jesus wide out on the top of the frame. But Baker's looking to the other side. Makes a connection inbounds to number 13 Abraham Temple. And Hel will be going. Hurry up. Second and nine. Second and one, excuse me. Is a pick up of nine yards in that catch. 50 seconds. Baker looking to the slot almost. Well, it was brought down by number eight Sam Lome, but had a good look at
078an interception. Ball thrown right at the numbers. Third and one. Third down and one. 45 seconds remaining. One time uh two timeouts left for Haver. >> And of course, you pick up a first down. The clock will stop until the chains are set. So, you do get a little bit, you know, if you can really hurry up your offense, you can you can make some time work on your side. Another two by two look. We have a motion from the slot and it's going to be a bubble screen play to the slot receiver. That's number 15 on the reception. Does pick up the first down and then brought down by the Kundai defense. Believe that's Xavier Alvarez on the reception. Timeout taken by Havil. >> Second time of the first half. So both teams will
079be left with one as we are at the 37 second mark. Quick release by Beo has enough to pick up the first down and brought down by was that number 17 Josh on the bottom of the pile. >> Yeah, that looked like Ego. >> Yes, it is. >> He's been he's been very active defensively. from both schools down there tonight doing a great job. [Applause] [Music] >> So, we are also in that point of the season where a lot of schools are having their homecoming. Hel's having theirs today. LOL's having theirs next week. Ever the day after. And I forgot which school in the MVC had theirs last week, but I'm just hearing homecoming over and over again here in this region. It's a busy month of October. Halloween, two weeks away. >> That's right.
080Halloween. What are you uh what are you dressing up as? Any go-to? >> I usually do not dress up, but >> one thing I do like about Halloween are the tunes that come out of it. I love a good Halloween beat. So, both teams are coming out of the huddle as the ball is spotted at the ever 40 yd line. First and 10. 37 seconds left in this second quarter. Yeah, I'm an ultimate warrior guy. I mean, >> I could see that. >> I've done it before and I'll do it again. >> It's all about the face paint. >> Characters there. >> All right, this is >> looking to his left, steps up into the pocket, launches it deep to the sideline and looking forward to Jesus. >> I tell you what, real estate ran
081out in the field, but that was a deep throw. Some good turns on that football. Some good spin spin rate. >> Can sling it. >> Kermit Joseph in coverage on that play against the Hus. >> Michael Beo can sling it. Let me tell you that thing was spinning. He ripped up some turf on that hit the ground. 30 seconds left. So you know he has the arm tide. Really they need to keep this at 286. You do receive the second half kickoff [Music] >> and Baker does look comfortable in the pocket as right now is a rolling pocket to his right. Throws against his body and connects with number 15 on the sideline. Zamian Alvarez ball made it right past just inches past the overstretched arms of Jeremiah Joseph. >> Wow. Yeah. Check this out.
082Rolling against the grain is going to just once again I've said it tonight. I'll say it again. He just drops it in there. I mean, Joseph's right there on the coverage. Makes a play for it. A game of inches and the inches find the catch radius of number 15 Alvarez. So, that was a great throw as we've said here this evening by Beo. First and 10 from the 25 yd line. Breakers now rolling to his left. His throwing sides go nothing there. looks to the other side and just throws it away for an incomplete pass. >> Yeah. So, he had to throw that one away. Good job by the Crimson Tide defense there on top of all of the passing lanes. And they did they they actually helped string Beo out to the other side
083after he rolled out to his throwing side in the left. Haveril doing a wise job using the wide side of the field with these Beo rollouts. >> Chance. Yeah, go ahead Anem. You got it. >> Closest one to the play in the last defensive stand against BO. [Music] So there's BO lining up once again with a 2 by two look to Hus and Papa on one side. That's the top of the screen you'll see. And then on the bottom side you got the other two. Here's Papa in motion. Beo looking to the motion side. Clean pocket. launches it down deep and incomplete pass. Chance Berto in coverage once again had a good play on the ball. Third and 10 >> and you could see Berettto kind of shaking his head because he he feels like
084he he could have had the interception. Did a great job in coverage. Almost came up with it, but nonetheless, good job defensively by chance able to read that route and he actually looked like he ran the best route right there. He was on top of that. Check it out. Sorry, I thought that was a stinger. >> I thought so, too. It was just Oh, there it is. >> There it is. >> And he was he was met almost simultaneously by Papa Nikolu to help jar it loose. But good job by Beretttous and Papa bunched up on the top twins in the bottom. But Beo looking at his options, has an open field to his left, throws a cross body to the middle to number 13. Clark continues to run and that will be the last
085play of this first half. Catch made by Abraham Temple. And >> that was a nice job by Beo, but unfortunately time runs out. The Tide will take it as it gets to zero here in we talked about it. The Tide will receive the opening h second half kickoff. Maybe this could get interesting. >> Right on. We saw at the last possession that had two quick big gain plays. We're going to take another look at the last play that was made here in this first half. Bo rolling out to his left. Wild Finiti on the pressure. We've been calling his name a lot this first half. But once again, great special teams on the return side forever. So we are returning. We are receiving in the second half. Back to the replay. throws a cross body
086to number 13 Abraham Temple and they're swarmed by the Ever defense. [Music] So there you have it. So one half is in the books. The Hillies of Hero on top 28-6, but the Tide getting on the board just at the end of the half there. They do receive that second half kickoff. Maybe they can come out and score and cut this lead in half and all of a sudden this could get real interesting. But either way, a nice chance for the Tide to reset at halftime. We'll take that time to reset ourselves. Don't go anywhere, folks. We got more coming in store in the second half. [Music] Heat. [Music] Heat. [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] Heat. Hey, heat. Hey, heat. [Music] [Applause] [Music] Yeah. [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] Hey, hey,
087hey. [Music] Hey, hey, hey. [Music] And welcome back to Trinity Stadium here in Haveril, Massachusetts for today's high school football matchup between the Ever Crimson Tide and the Haveril Hillsies. Haveril Hillsies are leading 28-6 against the Crimson Tide on their homecoming day. And once again, I'm Moani joined by Josh Delgazo. Josh, can you give us a quick recap of that first half? >> Yeah, so the Hillies really jumped out early and often in this one. They took the opening drive. They were able to march all the way down the field scoring on the JD De Jesus first touchdown of the game. He actually has two. And then what appeared to be a fake field goal, a fake extra point attempt earned them the two-point conversion, getting them quickly out to 8 nothing. then making it
088uh after getting a quick stop. Actually, they got the ensuing onside kick. They recovered the onside kick. So then the Hillies proceeded to march down the field again and uh this this time it was a quick strike to number one Georgio Papanicu who was able to take it all the way the distance. Then the Hillies after getting a stop got the ball back and this time it was Hunter Brewer who punched it in on the direct snap and then Jaden De Jesus with another touchdown was able to make it. Uh that's his third of the game on a beautiful catch in the corner of the end zone on a really nice pass that made it 28 nothing. And then the Tide did get on the books after putting together a little drive of their own
089after a great kickoff return by Chance Berto. A pass from Jeremiah Clark to Steven Thomas got the Tide on the board right after that kickoff return. And here we are at 28-6 with the Crimson Tide receiving the opening second half kickoff will be off >> and temperatures quickly drops. Sitting at 47° as we start off the second half in just a couple of seconds. Kicking off for the hillies is Leo Butcher Gonzalez. Back to receive are Jamari Doulan and Jeremiah Clark. Let's see what Leo Hunter Gonzalez has in store for us right here. And it's going to be a squib kick. And looks like it's going to be recovered out of bounds. That will be a penalty on Hil. >> And I tell you what, again, still too close. Way too close for comfort. It's
090an onside kick and it just seems like there's a lot of confusion, guys. It's just that's very close. Thankfully, it goes out of bounds. This isn't the first time. We've seen this throughout the season, and it's just it's it's tough to see and watch it unfold where, you know, you're you're expected to get the second half kickoff and then you you can't you can't control the kickoff. So, goes out of bounds. Crimson Tide offense will get on the field and more importantly, they have a chance to go down and score and maybe cut this deficit in half. There's a whole second half to play here. Let's see what happens. There's a hand up to Jamari Doulan who receives a handoff in the back field flanking Jeremiah Clark brought down behind the line of scrimmage. >>
091Number seven Lucas Perez on the stop. It'll be a loss of one yard [Music] >> or second and 12. Jeremiah Clark once again lining up in the shotgun. three receivers to the bottom flanked by Stephen Thomas. Receives a checkdown. That was the same play that we saw in the touchdown, but Hel was all on top of that play. Another >> tackle that was made at the line of scrimmage. So, it remain third and 12 yd line. >> Yeah, not what you want to see on your first two plays trying to get something going. And now you're staring at third and 11. So, let's see what they have in their third and 11 bag. They're going to need a big one here. They They really want to move this football in this opening drive and try
092to try to get some going. >> Jeremiah Clark looking for Jamari Dulan. Oh, correction. That was Jeremiah Joseph. He was looking for a little bit too high and the ball will fall incomplete. It'll be fourth down of this opening second half drive. Yeah, the punting unit's going to have to come onto the field. It's fourth and 11. You're going to have to punt this football away. Get your defense on the field. [Applause] [Music] >> Jamari Dulan handling the punting responsibilities for Dunin Tide. [Applause] >> Here's a nice boot. And on the receiving end for the Hilit was Abraham Temple. Ball will be down at the 26 yd line. >> Yeah, and that took a very nice roll for Dulan >> getting it inside the 30. >> There's a look at Armani Negron and that Crimson
093Tide defense hoping to give the Tide the boost they need here in the second half. Defense has had they've had their struggles tonight, but it's a new half. Maybe they can get something going. And out on the field on defense right now, we get another look at Tyler Freddy >> rotating into this new defensive scheme that we're seeing this week. >> Yeah, >> one one safety back deep for the Crimson Tide. Hillies with the man in motion and it's going to be a handoff or a keep by the quarterback. An RPO kicks it out to number 15 Xavian Alvarez and picks up the first down. First time we're seeing the RPO here. >> Yeah, that was a really nice nice play. welld designed and you could see Beo, he put the ball on the belly
094of the running back and then it looked like he had a lot of room to run and he did but he opted to go for the quick little drop off pass which netted even more yardage. So a really good pickup right there for the Hillies and just like that they are on the move. I believe that was Sam Mcome on the chase down to make that tackle on that run pass option play. Michael Baker really showing what he can do for this Philly's offense as quarterback. Two receiver split is going to be handoff to Perez >> gets brought down after a gain of a few yards. Good pickup. >> Good job defensively there. Perez the ball carrier. And you can see right there, good movement up front. EJ Wright's in on the stop. I see
095Jeremiah Joseph and Onetto. >> Baltimore has a 46 yd line in second and six for the Phillies. [Applause] [Music] [Applause] >> Here's BO looking to his left, zips it to Deus. makes it move and runs out of bound catching a body on the way. Picks up the first down. >> And I'm telling you, the footwork into Hues. This is a reason why you hear the name why you hear football being called football. >> Oh man, >> that was next level. That move right there. >> The ability to stop on time, change direction, and not lose acceleration. Peak football. [Applause] [Music] >> So ball now at the Everett 37 yd line. Here's Papa in the motion. It's going to be a keep by Beo. His first rush attempt at the game. And he does pick up
096looks like three yards on the play. Yeah, good job right there >> limiting Boilies. [Music] >> There is the read option sweeped to Papa decided to keep it and brought down by looks like number 16. >> It's Raphael Maloof. >> Raphael Maloof. And Lome did a really good job of stying the blocker and really impeding any running lanes. and Maloof able to finish him off. There's a look at Maloof now on the sideline. >> Two running backs in the back field for BO and it's going to be hand off to Deesus. [Music] Waiting for his blocks to develop. There's nothing there. Chase out of bounds after a gain of a oneyd. It's going to be third down before the Hillies. >> 33 yd line. >> Good job by the Tide defense. [Music] >> Here is
097a hand off to Dejus. Cuts it up inside a blocker, but there's nothing there. Tries to go out of bounds and then finished off by Sam Lome. Also on that play looked like Chance Barto I think with the backside tackle. But here's Beo again lining up in third and six. Same formation. Receivers to the bottom of the formation now. He's looking for the short out. Ball dropped >> by Brewer Murray. And >> that's that's big for the Tide. This is a fourth down where the Hillies will go for this as they've shown this throughout the night at this side of the field. And why not? you're not going to punt this football. You've had very good success going for this fourth down. This is a huge huge play for the Crimson Tide. Try to make
098the stop, get your offense back on the field and and continue to give yourselves a chance at maybe getting back into this ball game. Let's see if Jonathan goes and the Tide defense can rise up. See what they got here. This is big. Fourth and six [Music] at the Crimson Tide 33 yd line. [Music] Three receivers through the top. >> Bago's going to look that way. Oh, pressure on. Launches it deep. Looking for Jesus right on the sideline. Tiptoed in for the grab. Picks up the first down. Talk about Sunday moves. >> Deus is making all the big plays on the receiving end in this football game. That ball is going to be spotted at the >> so while on the pressure >> throws up a prayer and to answer is to Jesus right there
099on the sideline. Gets both the feet in. >> Yeah, I mean that's a great pitch and catch but yeah that's it's good pitch and catch. Good play. Got his feet in. [Music] It's tough though. You got a desperation play. It's going to be a hand off to Perez. Goes off tackle, picks up five yards and brought down at the 5 yd line. Going to be second and two. >> That ball going to be on the four yd line. [Music] So, second down and two with the Hillies just just shy of the end zone. >> Might be second and one here. The uh >> the scoreboard out there, but second and one. Beo in the shotgun and it's going to be a handoff. No, it's going to be a keep to BO. tries to make a
100move but good job by number 12 Kervin Joseph. Is that number 13 >> actually? Yeah, that was 13 >> Benson. >> Yeah, that was Benson Charman. >> Tight grip. >> Yeah, watch this play by Shman. Great job wrapping up BO and stopping him just shy of that first down. So, he actually lost a little bit of yardage there. It's going to be third down and a long one, short two. We'll call it third and one, but uh definitely lost about a half yard from the original line of scrimmage. >> That looked like a one- arm grab to me. Good job by Benson Shawman. >> No, he wrapped it up nice. >> Bacon. The shotgun is going to be a handoff to Perez and me immediately in the back field. And not much there. And that's
101going to get back to the line of scrimmage. So, the Tide will set up fourth down and one. Let's see if the Hillies elect to go back to Hunter Brewer in the direct snap. Brewer Murray rather. The offense is staying out there. So, they will be going for a fourth down conversion here. Another look at the defense while Tyler Freddy and Jamar Dulan in the frame there. [Music] Tower front east lining up in the uh linebacker position is going to be a quick out to none other than Deisus for his hat-tick score. >> His third touchdown reception of the game. [Applause] >> But there is there are flags on the play. [Music] [Applause] It looks like it's going to be a dead ball foul. Swords a touchdown will count. Down. [Music] [Applause] Score now 34-6.
102[Music] [Applause] [Music] And hats off to Deus's junior on this homecoming day. foul against the unfortunate assess of the PA penalty will be assessed at kickoff for the Hillies. Here's the extra point attempt. Low but good brings them up to 356. Yeah, that was uh you had a couple couple good plays there, but once again the connection of Beo to De Jesus is too much. And Haveril now back on top convincingly. 356. He's trying to get a stop there and get the ball back. So the ball will be kicked off at >> the 25 yd line for the Hillies. [Music] So with this extra field possession given to ever, maybe we might see Leo Bunch Gonzalez kicking in deep for the first time this game. All his kicks have been short ones. >> That's right.
103I know it. >> Well, we'll see. >> I'm here for Jonathan Go. I'm here for a go return. You know, I I dare kick it to kick in to Jonathan goes [Music] and he does kick it deep. He's going to go to Jeremiah Joseph who catches it from the air. Finds a lane, finds some blockers, tries to get to the outside, keeps his balance, stays upright. >> He's still up his feet. shakes off a tackler and jogs into the end zone. What a score by Jeremiah Joseph. Second score of the game for the Crypted Tide. >> Oh man, that was that was big time. I mean, that's as good as it gets. He stayed up. >> And there's that big play capability on special teams that we've always mentioned. Every time we see a kickoff,
104there it is in full display. I think that might be Jeremiah Jones's first kickoff return touchdown in the season. >> Well, we've seen him with some big returns. Yeah, I'm not sure that he's taken one the distance. I know that he's got a touchdown reception to his name, but that was something right there as Joseph just just stayed on his feet, broke it seemed like every tackle that came his way from all 11. And here here it is. Let's check this out. So, Joseph now cuts back, gets to the green. He's going to work himself back to the Crimson Tide sideline. Stiff arm there. Gets through this one. This is where it's like, all right, how do he not go down? And he doesn't. And then he catapulted out of a cannon. And that's Joseph
105finding Pay Dirt for a big score. Tide now attempting a two-point conversion. Four receivers out. Three to one side and back to the side that Jeremiah Clark is going to lob it up to to Jamari Dulan and couldn't bring it in. Pretty close. Jadulan got a hand on it but couldn't wheel it in. So the score remains at 3512. Might have turned around a bit too early. So here's a look at the two-point conversion. And there it is. Breaking stride just one step a bit too early. >> Yeah. Yeah. Wasn't a bad ball. I mean, and it looked like there was still maybe maybe you could have gotten a foot down, but uh it got turned around a little bit on the pass. Either way, big return by Joseph. That'll get the defense back on
106the field on this kickoff. Let's see. And there it is again. Check this out. Another angle. Good look at it from this this angle, too. Watch him just he spins out of it, keeps his momentum, and then it was nothing but green grass. Jonath Jeremiah Joseph knows where to find that green grass. Good job by Jeremiah getting this second touchdown on the board for the Crimson Tide. 453 left in this third quarter. Maybe a quick stop, get the ball back and find a way to chip away. [Applause] So here's our unnamed kicker. Third kick of the game. And he is going to get a good boot on it. pretty close to the uh sideline and unfortunate roll out of bound. It looked like he was going to stay in for a second but got the
107halo roll, [Applause] >> but I don't think Haywell's going to led for a re kick. So, ball will be spotted. >> Yeah. >> Oh, am I wrong? Are they going to like for a rekick here? >> Yeah, I believe they are. I see that the official is getting the kickoff team back onto the field, backing them up. So, rekick upcoming [Applause] ball. >> So, the ball will be rechecked from the ever 35 yd line. [Music] Still some confusion here of where to put the ball down. There we go. [Music] >> Pavil has three receivers back field to receive his kickoff. George Papa being the closest one. It's cast. It looks like Deus is in the center, but it's going to go to the right side fielded by number 11 Brewer Murray. Gets the sideline, but
108dragged down near midfield. Ball will be spotted at the Havville 48 yd line. >> So that defense comes back onto the field. >> Think I might have got the jersey number wrong. Nope. I got it right. That is a Oh, no. I did get it wrong. That's Ryan Herbert. >> Listen as a freshman for the Hillies. >> Wow. >> Freshman. >> Yeah, he's made a couple plays tonight. [Music] [Applause] >> So, here's another appearance by Bea and his high powered hilly offense running the shotgun formation all game long. Three receivers to the bottom for this play. One to the top, but it's going to be a handoff to Perez. >> Brought down from behind by EJ Wright, but after a gain of four yards, >> good job by EJ Wright. >> Sophomore lineman plays both
109ways, defense and offense. >> That's right. >> I mean, that's it. That's EJ, right? could always go right with DJ. And >> there he is. Backside tackle. [Music] >> Crashing down the line of scrims on the last play. It is going to be second and six. Oh, and that's going to be off sides cuz that's the Federation rules. You can't encroach in the neutral zone even if you don't touch the lineman and get back before the ball snap. That's a federation rule. So that is 5 yd penalty against the Crimson Tide. >> Does go back into the huddle and going to get a new call here for the Hillies offense. [Applause] Three receivers to the bottom, >> one to the top, and he's looking for a quick slant to number 15, Xavian Alvarez. [Music] >>
110But the pass couldn't be caught. It will be incomplete, bringing up third and two. [Music] We've seen this play before, but couldn't quite make the connection. Ball thrown too low for number 15, Damen Alvarez. And in coverage, it was Damian Ego. Yeah, good coverage right there by Ego. And third down and two. [Music] It's going to be a trip up by number five after the handoff by Bo. Davy Baptist was on the carry. First time her calling his name on this broadcast. >> That's right. And that was uh very very fortunate for the Crimson Tire. That results in a big loss. And you see it right there. He looked like he caught the knee and got tangled up with Bo. [Music] And now the Hillies look like for the first time tonight they'll send out
111their punting unit as they're just shy of midfield. In fact to receive Everson two receivers back in these punt returns. And for the Crimson Tide is going to be Jeremiah Joseph and Jamari Dan. [Applause] And it's going to be a flag thrown. That's a delay a game. [Applause] >> I got to be, you know, throughout much of the evening, the head official, unless if I've missed it. I I just like I I saw the call made from the judge that the the the the back judge who made the call, but like I'm not seeing the official call from from the head referee. I I don't know. Maybe I'm missing it, but >> he is everywhere. It's really hard to spot him sometimes. >> Oh, that's a good punt. That thing was skyhigh. >> Oh, get
112get away from it. >> Dangerously close. >> Yeah, I'm not not sure why we're doing that if if you're not going to take it originally. just either >> just get away from the punt >> or fair catch it. That's always an option. >> Thankfully, it did not take a favorable bounce behavioral so the Tide can get their offense back on the field. >> They'll be taking the ball back at their own 34 yd line. >> Ladies and gentlemen, big round of applause for the fans from both schools playing on a cold night. Very tough. So, they're doing a great job. >> So, here comes Jeremiah Clark and the Crimson Tide offense. Jeremiah Clark has one touchdown pass to his name courtesy of Steven Thomas. But here he goes dropping back in the pocket. Has plenty
113of time to throw. Tucks it in and tries to look for a lane to run through and he does pick up a few yards on that play. Looks like a gain of five. [Music] >> Nice job by Clark picking up some tough yardage right there. Good pocket by the offensive line as well. Number three on the tackle, Jaden Bubi. >> And they do need to move quick. >> So tired now spreading out now, but it's going to be hand off to Steven Thomas. Quickly brought down by the ankles by Lucas Perez. >> Number seven, Lucas Perez. [Music] >> Down. So we're bringing up third and six for the Crimson Tide. >> Spot on 38. Clock is at 1 minute and 22 seconds here in this third quarter. Three is tight to the bottom the right
114of Jeremiah Clark. That's exactly where he's going to look. He's getting pressured by number three. He's going to make a run for it. He does have the space and he also has the first down. Nice job by Clark using his speed, seeing the open field in front of him and taking what's been given. Gets the big first down. Nice job by Jeremiah. >> Pressure brought on by Jaden Barubi right off the edge. Completely unblocked by Jeremiah Clark. Good speed takes it up field and Wazy goes out of bounds avoiding a hit. So, first down for the Crimson Tide. We've got two receivers split out wide. >> Another good PL pocket. Looking deep to Jeremiah Joseph. >> He didn't see it. He was wide open. He didn't see it. >> He knew he was open. He
115was calling for the ball. Ball was going there, bud. >> That looked like a good ball. I mean, it it looks in front of him, but the receiver did not see the pass. So, the route Oh, man. That's tough right there. That's just that just kind of typifies the evening. Watch this. Right now, Clark is going to deliver it. Wide open is Joseph. And I don't know if it got caught up in the lights. I'm not sure. But that's just that was going to be a attempted screen play to Jeremiah Joseph. Ball been too high and got decked by Jaden Bubby. It'll be third and 10 for the Grim Tide. >> Here it is. Jeremiah Clark double clutching a little bit. Ball bit too high in the crooked corral by Jaden Aruby. [Music] Third and
11610 bar at midfield. [Music] Three by one pressured immediately. Jeremiah Clark could not break free passive pressure and get sacked on the play. >> Number 54. [Music] >> Assist goes to the PA tackle and sack goes to number 54. >> Yeah, here it is. So Clark nowhere to go under all kinds of pressure right away. That's fourth down and long. Tide will have to punt. And that's uh that's probably it for the Tide tonight. Uh that was you already up against it. Slim slim to none on the chances, but you really needed to get something going and uh just not not going to happen. Good pump by Jabari Dulan sending the ball all the way to the April 21 yd line leaving 4 seconds left >> in the third quarter and actually that was the
117last play of the third quarter and as we enter the fourth quarter score is 3512. >> Yeah. Well, one more quarter to go. And it's been all Haveril. [Applause] >> Good defensive play on that third down drive. That third down play rather. >> The sack made by number 54 Ethan Jalbert Jr. for the Hillies. >> And then a shot of our 54 Johnny goes the number we like to see >> or the person we like to see wear that number. 54 on your roster, number one in your hearts, Johnny Ghost. >> And outside of football, he has quite a list of extracurricular activities, being a photographer being one of them, and very notable in every public schools. He made the front page news at one point for his photography skills. >> That is absolutely correct.
118Johnny Go's resources will be used with our TV studio as he's done so early on in this high school career. And um I know he does some track, but uh we'll uh we'll talk to him about that. No, no, of course we encourage Johnny to continue all of his activities, but he is definitely valuable to what we do here in the TV studio. Always a big help and he's very talented. >> Zero coverage here for the Ever defense. So, it's going to be handoff to Perez. Gets a stiff arm on. Keeps his balance to pick up the first down. That's Lucas Perez. >> Lucas Perez. That's good enough for Eagle. First down on the field. >> Flag thrown at the referee on the uh Everett defense there at the end of the play. Don't know
119what the car call is going to be, but we'll find out. Head official right there by the ball. And it's going to be a dead ball foul against Everett. unfortunate line conduct. >> So there's the end of the run there of hard finish by Perez and I think I think something was said to the official. It wasn't right there, but I think something must have been said to the official and the official was not having any of it. So, an additional 15 yards will be tacked on to that one >> as Haver now looking to uh a touchdown, an extra point would make this a 30point margin. And of course, if it gets there, then the clocks would run. >> Balls spotted at Bidfield. [Applause] Three receivers going to be hand up to Lucas Perez
120again. Off tackle finds an open lane up the middle and brought down from behind by Jeremiah Joseph. And I think that's Tyler Fernie as well. >> Another first down by the Hillies. >> Yeah, watch this. Perez big hole to run through. does a good job getting north and south. [Applause] >> Ball now at the Everett 40. Scratch that. 38 yd line. 37. [Applause] Lucas Perez with another run up the middle, but this time brought immediately >> at the line of scrimmage by number 46. [Music] >> Line of scrimmage. [Music] >> 46. That's Marcus Pierre. Second down, >> another one of the seniors on the Crimson Tide. Yeah, nice job. Seen Pierre make some plays. Good job there. Coming in to fill in on the stop. No gain on the play. Second and 10 for the
121hillies. Clock continues your run. There's going to be another handoff to this time number five senior running back. And we'll get the ball back to the original line. >> Another play at the line of scrimmage by this Everett defensive front line number 59 the original disruptor on that play and Neto. >> Yeah, nice job by Eno. >> And that'll bring up third and 10 from the Everett 37 yd line. Two receivers spread out. >> Beo looking for Papa running the seam from the slop, but it's not going to be thrown right at the secondary. That's number 17 in coverage, Damen Ego. It's another good ball >> and the flag will be waved off. So there's no penalty. That would bring a force down in >> might have been deemed either just >> uncatchable. Still see
122the throwing down. Good arm talent from Beo. Fourth down and 10. >> Looked like Ego did a good job of trying to avoid the penalty at all cost. avoided contact. Arms up as he tripped down behind the receiver. Ball was overthrown. So, it will be fourth and 10 for the Hillies. [Music] See if the Tide can come up with the turnover on downs. [Music] [Applause] Beo junior leader sends out a man in motion. Pressure brought up. Steph stump in the puck and launches it down to an open man. >> And it was caught, but >> he caught it wide open. >> He was tripped up. Turf monster got him. That's Dobby Baptist. And the ball will be spotted inside the 5 yd line. >> There is good pocket presence by Bo. >> Wow. Wide wide
123open. [Music] >> And it was great pressure, right? Like they they had some good pressure. Beo did a good job again stepping up in the pocket as you alluded to, but there was pressure that forced him into that situation. He finds a wideopen number five and Baptiste able to haul it in after he almost almost dropped it but he ends up making a really nice catch and the Hillies are in business. From the four yd line it's going to be Baptist who will punch it in for his first score of the game. Stabby Bob Te the senior running back and defensive back for the illies. [Applause] >> Yeah. Able to punch it in nicely. [Music] >> One way or another, whether it was through the air or on the ground, he was destined to score.
124[Music] >> Well, this extra point would run the clock if the Hillies are able to make it. And if they do make it, >> increasing the lead by a solid 30 points. 4212. And there's the wind of the clock. And there it goes. There's another look by Baptist. Clean look of tackle. >> Pressure coming from the other side of the line of scrimmage. And there's another look at Johnny Go. You mentioned his photography skills, but Josh, I think from what I witnessed, the TV studio has been bringing a couple other talented up and cominging photographers in the high school. One you got a Valentino, but you also brought in VZ. There's a third photographer that you brought in. >> Yes. Miguel Ventura >> who is also and and also I'd be remissed Amanda Verero who
125is a a standout on the volleyball team who couldn't be with us tonight because of her volleyball match. Going to talk to coach Francie Doo about that. But uh Francancy does the JV of course. Michael Finnan's the head varsity coach. They both do a great job kidding aside and Amanda does a great job of photography. So we are really bolstering up our photography bullpen. And of course, we have the multi-purposed Maria Helena Rangel, who's a cheerleader who can pretty much do it all. We'll add her to the repertoire once we get out of football season. There's a look at Johnny Goes saying, "Bro, Johnny goes." >> Also look at Jeremiah Joseph who feeling the play. [Applause] has one touchdown to his name this game. Brought down by number 10 the kicker Leo Potra Gonzalez. >>
126Yeah, balls wired at the 35 yd line. >> Good tackle by Gonzalez. Nice run by Jeremiah Joseph. >> So on the season, both receivers Jamaria Dulan and Jeremiah Joseph has a kickoff return for a touchdown on their statue. A penalty has been assist assessed to the hillies. Now the ball will be fired at midfield 50 yd line. [Music] We have Jamari Dueling in motion. He does receives a sweep. Tries to find the sideline. Picked up a few yards and brought down out of bounds after a pickup of four yards. [Music] second round. >> And you know, Josh, we do have quite a roster here for the TV studio. That is, especially on the photography line, but in the video line, let's not forget that I was once on that video line. Our director, Justin Han,
127also on that line. Here's a a trick play by Everett Dulan looking for someone to pass to >> looking for. >> Is that Jeremiah Joseph on the far side or is that >> Yeah, it looks like uh Joseph was who he was looking for. Jeremiah uh Clark also flared out there after he pitched it off. Dude was looking for Steven Thomas down deep. [Music] Timeout taken it seems by the referees for an injured Habil player. But here's a look at the previous play by Jamari Dulan looking for someone downfield after receiving the sweep and it's a player who attempted to go for the interception. Best down for the Hillies.
