003am totally in support of this we are not taking away the access only taking it away during the time that the teacher is teaching they have it between classes they have at lunch they have it before school they have it at the end of the day and as we have in place with our safe office the parents can reach their children it's not that but honestly I've just heard from so many teachers how difficult it is for whether it's a particular student or more than one student that doesn't want to comply with it it's just a another burden that we're putting on the teachers that's taking away from the time that we're that the parents hopefully are expecting them to do their job and that's teaching their children so if we were saying I I
