okay good evening welcome to the Greenfield school committee subcommittee handbook meeting um it is uh July 7th it is a Sunday thank you all for being available at 6: PM uh this meeting is being held fully remotely in accordance um with the uh law extending certain provisions of the open meeting law is any member of the public here I don't see any um so I assume no one is recording other than us all right um sorry I'm a little discombobulated because I had to do so much technical jumping around to get everything going but do you all have um well first let's mention who is present um Stacy seon are you present and VI Martini are you present yes here I am and I am also present member genive and so we have a quorum

and we're ready to go uh I suppose we should do a motion to begin the meeting um I make a motion We Begin the meeting second all right so the meeting is open okay do you all have the have access to the Google Doc that we worked on done in the past yes okay how about you Kate have you had a chance to look at it I the only document that I can that I can see that's shared with me is the acronym list oh okay let me make sure that you have this I'm gonna send it over that could just be me not being able to find it so okay I'm sending it to you right now so you have access okay um when Stacy and I met at the last meeting we sort

of started to flesh out um this handbook with um making a general outline based on what we had talked about before and I've since had some conversations with Glenn and he has mentioned that he really wants it to be focused entirely on school committee members um without any uh Community member information and um so I did say that we would work on that and um so I think that we should go through what we have and try to see if we can separate those two things because they could be two separate things we could advocate for some um FAQ Community member information in the future and um how does that sound does that come back to to your memory Stacy my what does that um does that work with your recollection of what we did

last time I think so yeah I mean it looks like we mostly made an outline right we mostly made an outline and then we brought the outline forward and we're told to uh narrow it a little bit so um and I did have some conversations with Glenn about um what he want in there because we have a lot of this information in our policy handbook already so he would like it to be that and more so I think it might be time for us to start a little bit of brainstorming about um specific sections as as in like how do we get reimbursement how do we get our training done um what sort of training do we need like day one stuff through things that we may have learned as we've gone further on in

our journey so um we only have a few little things on the outline Kate did you see the Google Doc yes I'm looking at it right now okay all right so you see how far we've gotten yes and I I was thinking some of the things that we could untangle since they want a more narrow focus is even just re reorganizing things instead of saying um you know uh helping people understand the flow of resources and the major items to expect throughout the year for example we could just put a link to our school committee calendar um and that would be a way to keep it a little bit more focused so so so far we have like big meaty things like um the statement of inclusion is a foundational document and the mission statement

and the code of conduct um but we need to really fill in all of this with everything we can think of about what it takes to be a school Committee Member so how do you guys feel about starting to brainstorm maybe in the chat and putting lists of things that you can think of that we need people to know how to do okay sure does that sound feasible okay all right well I had in my mind um uh reimbursements so I don't forget reimbursements for events um and development that's something something that um people have been a little bit confused about so that's something that we can outline um we can take the section on uh new member materials and add that any ideas and or would you rather me dump it in the Google

Doc I'm already dumping it in the Google Doc yay thank you um oh like how to contact the superintendent what else can you guys think Basics Basics so you think I'm thinking that um and and stop me if this does not make sense but um I'm thinking that at a section of the handbook about school committee procedure is what some of these would probably fall under and those are um a lot of the questions that I had as a new member so um I know that there's already this outline um for the handbook but I kind of want to add another item in that outline about you should add another yeah yeah add another outline um you're thinking proc like a are you thinking like a an outline that would cover all of these procedures

that were what do you think like a heading I think I think as a new member um a lot of my questions were about the structure of how are school committee meetings structured how can I request an item to be on the agenda um just procedural questions like that and if procedure were a section of the handbook it just make sense to me that's kind of what we're doing today um because we have a lot of these things already in the policy book and so I that my first question was well should we just C copy paste the things from the policy book but Glenn was saying there are a lot of holes in that so maybe we should flesh them out and there are things that just aren't even mentioned okay that's kind of

what we're doing okay if the problem is that the materials we already have have holes then we do need to those materials out otherwise we won't know are go through that whole process of copying and pasting whatever um Stacey I can barely hear you I don't know why because I'm right in front of my computer and yes I see else yeah no one else issues um we do have a section right it's called how do I one of the headers that you can click right which is where I would assume some of these procedural questions would be answered so if you want to start subhe headers there that are specific to the item okay all right whoops excuse me sorry this was a big Crush so you're saying hold on a second you're saying in

our how do I on our um on our draft do you think that that's where it should go the FAQ for new members is where we should start dumping all this information these seem to be asked [Music] questions yeah I mean I think that we need to kind of start like a like it's time to do like an info dump you know it's time to take all this text and like start putting it in so that we know what we even have EXA yes yeah so I've pulled let me pull this up on nothing thing okay so how do we want to do this how would be the best way to do this should we go through the um the new member materials on our website and start doing a CO cut copy paste should

we cut copy paste the text or should we just cut copy paste the policy um letters at this point because I think that this is such a big amount of work that I think that we all three of us have to work on it on our own time in the Google Doc well or we have to designate somebody to do that and I'm fine doing that I don't my my hesitation is that I don't know how to um how to adhere to open meeting lot and do that I don't think that you can unless you um have individual members submitting materials to you that become part of the meeting materials for the upcoming meeting without um you know sharing or discussing them ahead of time if that makes sense even though we're not deliberating we're

just dumping information that's already public information that's fuzzy okay um because the problem with that is then we're going to have to go through it like we could go through all of it together right now and get as far as we can if we if we want to but we I don't I don't think that going in and adding um for example I don't think that if I went into the Google Doc on my own and entered information that I knew I don't think that that would be a violation of the open meeting law because I'm not deliberating with anybody but you're think are you saying that you think that it is sorry I just had Interlopers I need to move [Music] okay okay sorry about that uh you know I don't know I'm not

the secretary of State's office so I don't I don't know how they would um stand on that and uh obviously there's not that much um public interest in the handbook subcommittee so uh I don't see anybody here and there hasn't been previously I don't think um on this but I uh yeah I just want to be mindful of that and not invite a complaint so I yeah I my prefer would be to just go ahead and Tackle one section at a time and okay all right what do you think Stacy about just tackling one section at a time I think that's the most straightforward way to proceed um you had asked a question earlier about whether we are copying text that exists and duplicating it or if we pointing toward the text where it current

exists and if the intention now so we've now I want to recognize and acknowledge that there is a shift in intention that has occurred behind this document originally it was a dual purpose both for incoming members but also specifically for our community to make it easier for our community to interface with us to how to do that um but if we are not doing that in this document then I feel like we actually and streamline it a little bit if the purpose of it is now exclusively for new members I don't want to see us copying text that exists and being duplicative of materials that exist I'd rather use the space to say here are all of the places where you might find this information or specifically if you have like a when can I

expect agenda materials to be available for meetings maybe that's spelled out in a policy where it's got to be at least this this number of days prior to the you know because we we have to get materials before the meeting actually happens um for us to be able to say you know here's the one- sentence version of that answer and if you need to go read more about when that happens or how do I get reimbursed if you need to go read more here's the policy to find it here's a link to our policy manual here is the policy reference go dig go and that's what we already have on our website we have new member materials that have that information we have M materials but the if you like if you want to just

click over right now I'm looking at it the new member materials are really just a list of links to random things so um and there's nothing in here um that would tell a member what the um school committee operating Protocols are on one page which is one thing that I liked about the belsher toown handbook um so I personally I would like to Advocate that a handbook be created and this page the new member materials page be eliminated on the website um okay a handbook would be much more cogent and uh understandable digestible um for new members and indexable um and I certainly don't like to leave people with the policy manual because um it's really big and it's not um it's not easy to go find something in here um so having a handbook

that has references to policies with a link you know that are relevant that would be really really lovely okay so this is where this whole process gets hard I think is because I'm assuming that we are going to get rid of the new member materials on the website if we're doing all of this work I would assume that it would what we're creating would replace it how do you feel about what you have read Kate since um the work that Stacy and I did at the last meeting how do you feel about what we made on the Google Doc which is I think in the member materials for this meeting I like it I want to run with it okay let's go yeah like one section at a time and just go yeah that's I'm

I'm All forward movement on that okay then going back to what we were told the acknowledging Stacy you were saying that the tone of this document has changed and why we were told to change it because they would like it to be or Glenn and the superintendent would like it to be specifically geared towards the school committee members only how do we all feel about that I really like where we were going and I liked that it had a positive and open Community feel and I felt inspired by what we did at the last meeting and I personally would like to move and continue with what we have um in that vein and us as a subcommittee could say that we want to continue in that way but I also have to acknowledge that we

were told that we are being too broad so I'm wondering what how you both feel about that I think that um it is a committee decision so um that's something that is not up to the subcommittee nor the chair but the whole committee um so what I would love to do is to create really to fully flesh out a sample handbook and bring that to um to the committee and uh with respect to the chair it would be um probably the most helpful if we um are going if elements that would be geared towards the community are separate and easily removable if the committee as a whole decides not to include those things okay what do you think Stacy um for me they feel like related but distinct products and if we are being asked

to focus on this one right now that actually could be good for us just to get it done give us the focus that we need to make sure that we're working on one thing um I would still like to see us work toward having some um from the community's perspective and actually I'm thinking it might be helpful for us to to ask Community to tell us what kind like what would you see want on this FAQ you know here are questions that we get but these are the ones you want answered um that would almost be like the companion to to you know Kate what you were talking about of here our operating protocols or procedures for meetings from the community's perspective how do I like who do I need to go I know that

we do a fairly okay job of calling for public participation and things like that but if they if if a Community member was like okay I can expect I'm going to get this number of minutes this is how that process works as a reminder here are the things that I need to say like my name and my address and all of that before I do the thing um do I email chair or do I email the whole school committee or do I just email the one member that I know you know um who can answer question when do I go to the superintendent versus the school committee chair I think those are Focus questions that I I still see us having some role in providing some answers or some guidance around those for community members

but it probably is worth our while to just do this task okay so in this working session what I'm hearing is that we all like what we did in the last meeting and we want to run with it but we want to be we want to bring a full thing to the committee and we want to be able to say this could be separate products we could if the committee will it we could remove the community portion and do and advocate for that as a separate product but we would like to flesh that out because they do feel connected is that does that sound right to everyone I think so okay I think so too so then if we're if we want to so acknowledging that we are asked to change some things but but

we also feel that things are connected and valid how they are and we want to just roll with the ball let's start dumping some information in then let's how do we how do we want to start do we want to start we got to start somewhere so what if we started with like open meeting law what if we started with the things that are on that page and with the idea of getting them getting them into our handbook so that page is no longer relevant and getting things down because we have to start putting things down yeah yeah however you want to do it is fine if it were me I would start at the top of the list and say okay what are we going to do with the statement of inclusion as a

foundational document well there are some things that we identified that we need the committee the full committee and also we need to be further along in some of these things like our calendar like our goals like our yearlong agenda um but if you want to if you want to do that if you want to start at the top with a statement of inclusion we could do that whatever okay all right well do it fine I I'm going I have to apologize I'm going to go turn on my air conditioner in here it's loud but the temperature just goes straight through the roof as soon as I turn it off so it's getting unbearable already I'm going to pull up our mission statement all right all right the mission statement is you're so lucky you have

air conditioning the mission the mission statement is the Greenfield Public School District is a place where every child is supported on their path to success if we want to align a statement of inclusion with the mission statement we could add inclusive language um I think we have some inclusive language in the policy manual but we could just write it ourselves every child is supported on their path to success a place where every child is supported on their path to success we could say something like academically emotionally and how do we make that statement more inclusive the statement of inclusion when we were thinking about it umer is different than our missions in the sense that it is just we are wanting to acknowledge that we not being discriminatory and in fact if we can be

Asos to just avoiding negatives when it comes to divers inclusion in our policy manual know I was one who want us having mixed messages or opposite words or okay all right okay so we do not we so we don't have a statement of inclusion yet all right are we thinking okay so I'm just going to keep moving down the list with what we have um some of these top ones we don't have we do not have statement yes that's what I'm saying so definition um you mentioned though that we have some inclusive language policy we do what are those words and can we pull those into let's go find it I was just on that section let's go back so are we yet we are we I'm sorry I can't hear you Stacy I'm asking

if our policy manual is officially hosted and searchable somewhere yet oh I actually don't know okay I didn't know if we know that's a really good question okay section A so we're looking for section A all right all right so the inclusion portion should be an AC policy C AC and ACA that's the non-discrimination section all right so the main one is the school committee will continue to ensure fair and Equitable educational and employment opportunities without regard to sex or gender identity to all of its students and employees that's that's the main sentence for that we can just start at least putting things in there so that we have a place to begin entally so I will copy that and put it in if I'm allowed to do that which I'm not allowed to do

on this document oh my God are either of you on the um yes okay if you could find it in ACA and copy the language and stick it in the document under there that would be great I'm going to save this in a different form and open it okay okay Elizabeth are you looking for a language from AC or ACA I'm sorry well there is both of those work but AC seems to be a little bit more yeah meaty and legal I think the AC is more of the legal legal ease and if we're looking for something just for a handbook we can just make it a little bit less that all right so I'm sorry I grabbed it so I'll just put it in okay and then we need a uh a mission statement

that we will possibly align with the district mission statement we read the district mission statement do we want to write one now do we want to want to assign that job to someone can we start with an introduction to the handbook yeah absolutely can that go here yeah oops if I could spell it correctly okay yeah let's start with an introduction how about uh you don't have to worry so much about forting formatting we can clean it up later what would you like the introduction to say do you have words in your mind or shall we just roll let's um let's put the introduction as the first item in the handbook and I think um I would want to start by thanking the person who is reading this for um for becoming a member of

the school committee and devoting their time to Public Service got it okay so we thank people thank you for becoming a member of the Greenfield school committee Welcome to our group can we put that down on like page two though because this is the top page is just the table of cont right okay that's fine I'm just trying I'm trying to respect everyone's time like the formatting I'm absolutely willing to go in and like mess mess around um but we yes it's fine sorry let's see we let's see keep go ahead and keep on a type in here all right I'm going to if you want I'm going to put it right here above and then I'm just going to move it down if you want to do this as individual work I'm not opposed

I just like yeah for example I could take home introduction see if you're interested in creating a statement of inclusion then that would to propose like that would make sense and each person could take a home a certain item um I think it just needs it would need to go to the subcommittee chair ahead of the next meeting to go into the meeting materials that get published so we work on them alone and send them to you Elizabeth and then go yeah that's fine but we need to find a way if if we're all in agreement with that that's a way that we can make this work go quickly and and make it happen so that's kind of what I was thinking from the beginning that we would work okay asynchronously on this not so

we're not deliberating but everybody's going to work on their individual sections and then you can send them in to me is yeah I think it just can't be on a shared document that we're mutually working on in between yeah okay that's fine you can go into the document and take your separate parts away and work on them and then send them to me um okay great let's move to that so Kate you're gonna do the introduction Stacy are you fine doing this statement of inclusion okay the mission statement I feel like that's something maybe we need to that's something that has to come from the full committee I think what do you think mission statement from the committee we are going to get asked to write the rough draft okay we need to give them

something to go to react okay so uh who would like to tackle that I don't mind tackling that you are volunteering go for it I am volunteering okay all right so that means I'm gonna make a rough draft and I'm going to bring it to the full committee I'll do the member code of conduct um the who wants to tackle the public calendar outline Oh Stacy you'll do that Kate do you really want to well I am thinking about the um budget calendar which is its own project which is mainly mine so um I don't want to take on too much um but I would do it I would do the public calendar if you do want to how about I do all of Thum stuff then when it com of it I talk and

get you're already making a budget calendar I'll just get you to put the Highlight in here yeah this is again this calendar is not the this is not calendar for this year it is the general this is when you should be expecting XY or Z2 it's basically the year-long agenda Yes except it's not real it's an outline of agenda an agenda is not this year's current right have to update this damn thing every year good we don't okay so Stacy you're offering to start that and get input from Kate great okay awesome yay okay uh the goals school committee goals goal setting okay I'll take that on knowing that we don't have the goals voted on but I guess it's more of an outline of like every year we vote on goal we develop goals

we vote on goals they're tied into these things and then when we have them we'll add them to the handbook hopefully each year so the handbook is g to be renewed every year say around September then well just not like the whole thing but you know just these we'll put in the new calendar link we'll put in the new yearlong agenda link things like that things that that evolve and change every year do you know what I mean okay yeah okay we talked about the academic dashboard and I know that that's something that they were they were dubious of but I did mention that I thought that in my mind the academic dashboard was sort of just a link to the PowerPoint that the superintendent gives us at the budget hearing so that we can

see where the students are at the end of the year like what we just had showing how uh the reading in the math has increased showing that the attend attendance has increased I so I don't think there's anything wrong with putting that in there what do you guys think as a new member I wish that I had had something like that to view so that I would know what the data was so maybe we don't call it academic dashboard maybe we call it current data I'm very interested in that one but I kind of want to put a pin in it because it's nebulous okay how do you feel about that Stacy I support putting a pin in in another old okay all right who wants to do the list of important Personnel uh well

that's easy I mean we could do that right now right well we have who want who feels like they can go in and like get everyone's email and info I'll do it I'll do it I I have more time I think than maybe you guys do this summer I'll do it list of important Personnel parents and community that um needs to go that needs to change because that was the corresponding version for I'm sorry Stacey can you like lean in and yell at your computer I can try how's this better EXC I think my neighbors can hear me too oh my God I was saying that this section needs to go since we're not this isn't a community member Focus handbook anymore but I don't want to lose it so if we could start a

new Google doc that's the Community member version of this handbook on the off we actually and go ahead okay okay got it so we're putting a pin in that in a different way okay okay all right move moving along uh list of subcommittees in general description of their function oh I mean that's easy that's just that's already been provided recently by chair you can cut copy paste it stick that in there important links I'll do that uh School Partnerships heck I'll do that too acronyms Stacy thank you so much did you do all of that I did the ones that I knew there's still a few in here that I'm not totally sure what they are when we were doing the slides I suddenly realized this was the perfect time to write down all of

the acronyms that I heard and most of them I knew but some of them I didn't as well and I just started a random list and attached you to guys to it so I put in a bunch of them that I knew okay and I also moved things around and put it in alphabetical order wonderful would you like to flush the rest of them out or well I don't any ones that were not filled in I don't know what they are okay all right I'll flush those out there's only two yeah there's only a few there's one two three four there's four we can look up yeah that I'm not worried about but this I don't know whatt or a c is the really meaty stuff the how do I FAQ for members um who

would like to take on sections of this I I will help out with that um I can do had to do that a million times huh about the acronyms I was just going to say Title One and Title Nine are not really acronyms true but they are things that people wonder what they are I wondered what it was yeah we could call it acronyms and jargon there you go love it okay yeah okay um so Kate you want to do masc new member materials okay all right um no I mean the FAQ part yes part full FAQ part you want to bite that big of a sandwich I can throw out a a prop a sample sure yeah okay I'll do that that's a lot so if it feels yeah wild we just since we're

here um let's just throw the questions that were already put in the chat on there and then I will take that away did already done Stacy was so fast thank you thank you magic right now yeah what can we think of anything else right now um okay how do I get an item on the agenda how do I contact the superintendent and why professional what um there can be some really loow hanging fruit that is something that might be good to just write out so that we can all return back to it as in what is the purpose of the school committee why are they important and what do we do is that our mission uh I think it that our it's under the umbrella of our mission I mean we're literally supposed to imagine

if you are beginning day one which it's not all that hard to imagine yeah all been there yeah um yeah just because like I totally agree that that should be written out somewhere um I think some of the questions will get answered [Music] sure um anything else that anybody can think of whoops what would I have wanted to know uh I would have wanted to know more about the hierarchy of the administration as a new member I don't know how to write that down but sort of the the administration ladder like who are they and what what do they do um and also I would like I would have liked to know as a new member like how long their contracts are so I could just understand like oh the superintendent has a three-year contractor

do you know what I mean like these were things that I just never knew and had to go find out in roundabout ways yeah um do want to make sure that we are like there's a certain amount of information that people are just gonna be ignorant about until they encounter it until you go through that superintendent Contracting process like what's a reason to know what their contract is um I just want to make sure that as we're putting in Q&A into here that it's not every single thing you could ever have right ential know an effective and functioning Committee Member sure but I mean I understand that but also like for example we're listed with you know our names and the length of our our term yeah our term so I mean these are just

I'm just trying to think of things that I that what we not easily given to me do we have a um do we have an org chart on our district website somewhere that like uh I do not think that we do because if we could have one of those and maybe just link to it that would help hierarchy and have to produce ourselves they should already have it I'll go find that I'll go find the org chart and make this section I'm having I'm H I'm having a little bit of the same um like non comfort with the FAQ as a section because the questions that are that coming to mind could all have their own section and I think they should in the handbook but they currently are not listed like um the organization

of the committee the roles of the different members about professional development How to Be an Effective Committee Member how communication Works um how to respond to constituent complaints um so do you want to have separate headers for all of those things yeah see I think we were we were thinking of putting of finding a an umbrella header to put all of those things under mostly for convenience sake but if you want to put that as individual sections but then it's looking like the policy manual because in the policy manual we have all of those individual sections they already exist do we because I have no idea where to find them in the policy manual the thing is a unmanageable Behemoth to me yeah there's a whole section on like constituent emails on like there's all

kinds of that it's all in there that's why my main question to Glenn was do well we already have all of these things how should we Wrangle it um but this should well be consolid into a document that's no more than say 20 Pages whereas the policy manual is hundreds and hundreds of pages long right so so so you're not comfortable with having a frequently Asked question for new members or maybe we title it something else and then put all of these things underneath maybe we call it how to be a school Committee Member maybe we call it literally School Committee Member 101 not be confused with the mask trick that's right let's just let's just put it how to be a school Committee Member and then you can put all of those things underneath

you can put communication you can put um you had some really good ones that you just spitballed out re rewind what did you say you sent some really good ones do you want me to just like how about I draft a yes little its own little table of contents for that section great I'm putting your name on it it's all yours all right bam great idea um I'm going to take my name off of everything and you're just G to get in there okay awesome okay and then the FAQ for parents and Community we're putting it in a separate product we've reached the end of the list and assigned things to each other yes um okay it's a lot Kate to jump into that section though so do you want to how about you create

a table of contents under that yeah and then we all fill in the spots that we've been assigned everybody send me their spots and then I'm gonna make it I'm gonna what's today okay we have to go Wednesday I'm going to format it do you think that we could get a rough draft by what Wednesday Am I Dreaming we could make make but I don't think read it you don't think anyone will be able to read it you don't think there's enough time between now and Wednesday absolutely not not for us to get it together and for people to it we can do yeah because we'd have to have it out to them by like by like we could probably do some sort of late agenda addon but that wouldn't give everybody enough time okay

so if we if we okay so how about we make the goal which is still on almost on our original timeline if we work on all of this and my report will be about our meeting and that we're working on all of this and then we're filling in these sections and we're going to have a rough draft of the handbook ready for the committee at the August meeting yeah and then what if we say that what if we let's put our heads together as a group for one second and think what does our calendars look like in August do you think that we would have time in August to have a little meeting just to just to fill out the parts the frequently Asked question section that Kate is gonna make the the headers for

do you guys think that you could do something like that yes our meeting I'm sorry what Kate I just didn't hear what Stacy said that's okay I was just saying as long as it's not the 15th through the 20th I will be out yeah okay so okay so our meeting in August is on the 14th what is everyone's schedule like for August 7th through the 9th are you guys around I think that's pretty good for me okay yeah I'm around okay how do we feel about Thursday August 8th great okay so if we did a 6: PM Thursday August 8 would you all prefer a in person or Zoom I'm ostic you're agnostic about it uh I'm always a fan of inperson stuff I just find it easier but I tried very hard to do

in person for this one and it was near impossible because it was sent it was right so if it's not possible it's not possible and that's okay but um superintendent Pat no moved to Heaven and Earth to try to make it happen she was really sweet about it so I was very appreciative because I really did try um so okay so we're g I'm gonna let Becky Tower know that on August 8th at 6 PM we're going to meet for to flesh this section out Kate that you're going to be making our headings for because then everything will be sort of set except for the things that we see holes in and um our mission statement and the things that we don't quite have yet and then the idea will be that after we do

that I'll sit down and format it and try to get a nice rough draft that I can present to the full Committee in August which was the timeline that we originally set how do you guys feel about that okay fine okay so um Elizabeth can you just um tell me what you have down for me so that I'm not missing anything yeah let's go through it so you're going to do the introduction yeah Stacy's going to do the statement of inclusion um I'm going to work on the mission statement but not really because we don't really have one but I'll at least you know I'm at least going to put the district one in there and then maybe Stacy when you send me yours I'll try to Workshop it a little bit and we'll just

see just to have a placeholder to see what the committee thinks um I'll do the I'm going to do the code of conduct um Stacy you're going to work on the public calendar outline um I'm going to work on the school committee goals the list of important Personnel Kate you're going to work on the list of subcommittees and the general description of their function I'm going to do important links School Partnerships and fill in the last acronyms and then Kate you're going to do the how to be a school Committee Member headers and I put everyone's name under the things that they need to do in the dock okay and then to make sure that we're not violating oml you guys are going to do it independently in other Google Docs and then send them

to me and then I'll include them what date do you need items by in order for them to get into the materials on time if we're doing I'm sorry let me take a back to my calendar if uh we doing August 8th then I think I mean I'm gonna have house guests like that whole week so I'm not even going to get to work on it until the 8th and 9th so my thought is I'm GNA give Glenn a heads up and mail it to him email it to him on Saturday the 10th with the idea that he gets it in for the four meeting on the 14th I mean so if you send it to me before the anytime before hm I mean for the packet for our meeting on the E oh I'm

sorry I'm sorry yes yes let's go back to that maybe like maybe like the beginning of August you sent me the yeah okay because then I then I'll have enough time to include it in the materials for the meeting for for our meeting on the 8th because we've been just doing working sessions so we really haven't had like anything other than that Google doc to just you know yeah throw in there yeah um but we'll start to have like official more filled out things so yeah the first would be great and that way I can make sure that Becky has it for the posting okay yes thank you okay weeks but I'll help you Kate if you feel stuck or something if you feel like you don't have enough time if anybody feels like they

don't have enough time like we could reach out to each other without making without violating a quorum to get some help I'd rather it get done and everybody feel okay about it then have to have a another meeting to figure out how to do you know what I mean because I might have more time than you this summer I'm not I'm not working a bunch so I'm happy to take on other things okay all right it's 7:05 okay yay how do we feel do we feel complete like we good okay okay you know they said that the handbook would be easy but it sort of feels I was like this will be easy but it sort of feels like a big bear with lots of arms or something all right everyone um easy yeah um

uh let's make a motion to adjourn I'll make a motion to adjourn anyone will second all right um and so we will adjourn at 7:06 pm thank you all for coming and doing this on a Sunday I really appreciate it [Music]
