Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Turn out. Heat. Then they stop the rough. So then actual. So kind of quick just based on my estimation. what we did the pressing room about 3.3 left. Okay. middle school. Um the elementary student desk, tables, lecterns, uh painted the majority of the middle school classrooms, carpet, the middle school, the library renovation, paint, carpet, furniture, and shelves, the playgrounds, new asphalt in the playground and drainage, new asphalt and striping on the south lot by the elementary. Uh like I just mentioned, the roof on the fourth and fifth grade hallways. Um, so we spent approximately

$2 million so far on that building, which leaves about 4.5 left. So had a ton going on this summer with lots of different projects. Um, you guys were in the high school a couple weeks before school started. You saw what that looked like. Um, so >> I would not have guessed we'd have been in there a month, you know, a month ago. You showed us that. I would not have believed it. [laughter] >> They got it done. And you know, kudos to our staff over there. You know, Doug and Joe, Charlie, Chris, Michael, look for our middle school building. So, appreciate all their work. And, uh, you know, I gota give kudos to Dustin. The summers are busy anyways, and then you throw all the stuff on top of that. You guys, whatever that's going

to be ideas, you know, the elementary, which I'll show some pictures in a minute, looking at things like painting, painting their classrooms, carpet, carpets, and tile. Um the high school, we have the culinary division that we're you know just starting on that part there and some tile work in there. But we'll get together with our principles kind of talk through some of those things today. Hopefully have for you this fall what we'd like to do next summer. Okay. So just to remind you showed you these two before about us kind of go through them again. Some things we'll be addressing down the road. Um, some of that original tile in the bathrooms. Couple more wall heaters being replaced. Not in the best shape. Must have been found on yellow tile when they built that. That

was short of yellow tile in those buildings. Those restroom outside the middle school rest. Even have some blue tile and a lot of those. Not a lot, but we are having some of those out. starting to crack up. Um the whole locker rooms, middle school, um the girl side and boy side all have that yellow tile in there. We got some doors shape. Maybe start looking at some of those. Um there's another high school. We are going to be doing furniture at the high school Christmas market. Um that worked out really well. It's a good process at the middle school. We did that. So, uh, we're going to start talking to Pvert about that process here in the next couple weeks. Um, there are some high school desks. Again, hard to see, but especially if

you look over at the two desks along the wall, you can see the tops of those desks, how they've worn and faded out. Going back over the elementary, the the rainbow cabinets that we have over there, some of those are starting to get in rough shape. those two. That doesn't turn out very well either. Missing some handles on our drawers laminate on this one as you can see over the drawer and the the side edge of the countertop there. So, kind of want to discuss those things and see what we can do there. Um, in a lot of those classrooms, just the way the building was designed and that open concept, some especially those triangle rooms, uh, there just was not cabinets put along the wall. So, you of people just trying to do their

own thing to store stuff. Those are not pulled open. We're just missing blinds there. Another good look at a blind in the high school. And then, uh, the restroom out by the softball, baseball field. So, and see if that's something we want to do or not. Going culinary kitchen, you guys approved last month of us going ahead and started talking to an architect about that. So, Dustin and I that with the architect um last week, so they're going to get started on that process. Um again, that's a plan that has to be um drawn up by an architect gate for that ventilation system. So, that's in the works. And I did ask them as well. You know, it's hard to know if you want to do a Can you give me an idea what it

would cost us? Give us a plan about you know going out. So we also again a lot lot accomplish this summer. I think the things that we did turned out really really nice. um to do in seven weeks come together. So really pleased with that. So on the internet [clears throat] >> it's in a bank not a US bank. >> No. And actually I'm glad you brought that point up because I was going to say that as well. Covered it with a postit. We've made 150,000 in interest off that money so far. Yeah, that's not on our on our Okay. Other questions? >> Christine does. >> No, no, it's US Bank and Christine. We did and he said you have to have a whole plan in place and then send it to the state and

they're going to be 16 months out. So he cannot he didn't say it doesn't but he can't ask huge difference on the cost. >> Oh sure it is. Sure it is. So we made that clear to the architects too. That would be our goal is to put it on the septic field out there along 20 instead of trying to tie in clear on back. So we'll see if they come up. Okay. Anybody else? >> Okay. >> Just speaking for, you know, all of our staff. We're really appreciative of the opportunity to be able to do this fertilizers look and the new furniture. And, you know, the great thing about our staff is you never hear them complain about, you know, a broken lectern with tape all over it. They just they just go with it,

which which is awesome about them. At the same time, they also deserve nice things as well. So all right that's all I have. >> Okay meeting is adjourned at 528. Thank
