still about that's the question I think no one's really answered are we good with 5:30 and do 5:30 to 6 and that's when we do the financial piece where payroll let's just ask questions we can >> okay then that's I I do know sometimes it's hard to get everything looked that before and so if we just have a designated time 5:30 I know some it's hard to get here by 5 and so we just use it as that and then the financial piece from 5:30 to 6 and then if we have a presentation we can do that when we get to budget and things like that >> sounds good to me >> so is not coming >> I have not heard >> not to the financial I know for sure but I don't know if
she'll be making it on time for the Man, so officially open the workshop. There's really no official >> of any kind. It's very unofficial. >> Very unofficial. >> But I think we probably need to get a little more guidance on workshops. >> I I think you do have to post if you call it a workshop, but you don't have to post if it's a board retreat, maybe. So, there's some information we may need to look into. Is there anything, Mrs. Harris, that you want us to know about the bars or the questions? I mean, my brain, >> so please ask questions if you have them. There are just two tonight. Um on the bills and payroll if you'll scroll all the way down to the bottom it has like the overall >> what do you
call three documents one is checks one's deposit and one is the all funds you know chart I I have it right here. I don't know why the the one that's like individualized is by Like you can't just post >> Oh, there it's in the budget report folder. Sorry. >> Yeah. And so I just posted the link to it. >> So in that budget report folder, the very first one I just, for lack of a better name, all fun report that summary If you're looking with the all funds or you we've seen negatives there, you'll some of you will know, you know, like in January, usually after the audit, that's when we were able to add our June 30th cash balance. this year because of everything going on in DC audit dates audits aren't due until
January 20th rather than 11:15. Our auditor is shooting for 12:15 but a lot of it depends on the feds and what they send down on what has to be looked at the federal in the single audit which this year's single audit is on our cafeteria fund. We get a single audit if we have more than seven at least 750,000 owners funds in the district. So we do and then they the auditors choose who they're going to audit. It's usually cafeteria title one or the other couple years ago it was the big funds the co funds but it's usually those three. This year it was food service. um they have all the information, they pulled samples, but the feds haven't told them what they're supposed to be looking at specifically. So, it's going to put those
cash balance um budget increases much later than normal. >> That's a real nice report. That all fund report just kind of breaks it down. >> Good deal. If you want anything different, just call her or detail from those. [clears throat] >> Or if you need information about just ask them. >> [clears throat] >> Do we have a band? >> So, we have band class. >> There is no um students in the high school band class. >> I believe there's 14 in the middle school band class last day. um middle school. >> And then we also now are offering band to um our fifth graders offered at the high school just no students. two students uh were enrolled at the very beginning and they dropped class within the first like they give them a week >>
and with this middle school class or band is it throughout the day or is it just one hour? Uh, what? They have one hour. It's a a mix. Let me here. I'll pull it up while you I can tell you exactly how many each. >> Does he Does the bad teacher teach you something else or just >> he teaches music appreciation as well? That's just a open elective. So, it doesn't go towards a pathway. That's an election. >> Yeah, an elected. >> Hello. There's there's sixth grade class and seventh grade and they have these 14 are in separate class periods or they all together in one class period. They're in separate course periods. No, I'm just kidding. They're in the same class period. >> The sixth and the seventh grade. >> And then so he
teaches one period of band and then the other class of >> he teaches >> music appreciation. >> Four classes of music appreciation. We will have somebody online go first at 6:25 and then you'll be in the middle and that way I can get my last person together. So >> yes, would you like to pass those out? You're ready to go. Okay. [clears throat] So there's something together. >> Thank you. We're waiting for the time. [laughter] Just watch some seventh grade basketball. Boy, that was really good. Very exciting. Who are they? >> We're play and the coach mom person. I'm really pleased that the seventh graders are playing and the eighth graders were also behind cheering. So that was really nice. >> Cool. >> [clears throat] >> Yeah, it's almost time. homemade. >> Yes. We call
it culinary. Very fancy. >> Old school. >> Yeah. >> She also is teaching a class of child development too, >> but only one the rest of it is nutrition. And >> it's only for high school, not middle school. Yes. Yes, right now it's just like the they used to do it like a nine weeks. Everybody like every nine weeks middle school would like swap everything. Sounds like we we took which one semester and then art the other semester whenever it was in middle school. I took that back because we also take so I wonder if we took the nine weeks to take our food shop to cut things by hand. work. >> Okay. >> Just beating. Okay. >> Cuz I'm very careful. So you have to use this because you just want to hold scratched
I shouldn't have a scratch until I got into teaching good. We're having the kids acting out with the three little pigs. >> German child come. >> Well, he did play play the pilgrims today. And he did a really good job. And last week we did the three little pigs and he did a really good wool. >> That's fun. I have fun. >> I think next year I'm going to have to give it up. I need to go back to the office. Take care of businesses. >> Hola. Hola. Thank you. >> He told me to send it >> and every time like I only have a little bit of time writing He got charged today. >> After all the emails that I get rid of, >> it's me. >> Like everything else they say. >> Just
get all your plants inside the house for tonight. >> Is it supposed to be worse tonight? >> 29. I think >> I said 28, but this was in the garden. My plants didn't freeze. >> Well, today was 30, I believe, in my pickup this morning at 5. I think I checked at like four. >> Are you ready to move into the meeting? No longer on the workshop. Waiting.
