Madam Chair, I would move we adopt the consent agenda as presented. >> Second. >> Any questions or comments? >> So, I just want to make one quick comment about policy 5095. Um since you read it at um the last meeting as an information item, we did add one sentence of language in two different places regarding doc days um under extenuating circumstances being approved during the blackout periods. So, if something major came up in a blackout period that was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, a teacher could take those days off as PTO, but it
003could not take it as PTO. It would be a doc day from their contract. >> Okay. Is there any questions about that? Okay. So moved. Adopt the All those in favor, sorry. >> Aye. >> I'm really tired. Um I you will notice that you have policy 5110 as an information item tonight. Um I probably should have had that in with the rest of these, but I missed it. The
006change for it, there was an impact when we removed personal days that also impacted the 260-day employees and that was not the intent. And so we updated the language in that so that there wouldn't be a negative impact to our 260-day employees as far as their time off. I will be at the Mercer study or at Big Piney tomorrow for school facilities commission board our Frontier Mercer study. Hopefully that will go through and get moved on to the next step. And go over our details then. >> Okay. Great. Anything else? >> That's all I have. Thank you. >> I don't have anything. Anybody in the audience? Good job, guys. All right. They're afraid. On to >> [laughter] >> our action items. >> Consider administrative recommendation to approve student handbooks. I don't know. It just just an idea. >> Yeah, so I think that's what they do do is salvage them. So, if nobody if if we offer them out for people to take and nobody takes them, um I know that we do get or like the obsolete iPads, they will go to a recycling center and we'll get just a little bit of funding for those. Yep. Okay. Everybody
