flag of the United States of America and to the republic for it stands nation andice for all >> Mr. Chair we have We do not. >> Mr. Chair, I would move we adopt the agenda as presented. >> Discussion on the agenda. None. We will accept the agend. >> Any opposed? Hearing none. We will accept the agenda. The consent agenda tonight includes approval of minutes from the September 23rd meeting. Consider payment of bills including late pay and preauthorization of payroll insurance. and to ratify the email polling on September 30th of board members to approve an out ofstate travel request for key club as per policy and we have that printed Max Mills recommended travel request for key to go to their leadership meeting and they're not requesting any funs travel as per policy and voted. Yes.
And also to ratify the on September 30th board members to declare items of surplus and we had some surplus items that were listed to be dispersed or sold and voted yes on that. So any discussion on those items. >> Mr. Chair, I would move we approve the consent agenda as presented. >> Second. >> Okay. All in favor? >> Any opposed? Um and round table. Mr. Jasmine, would you enlighten us to the high school? >> Chair Berg, Superintendent Iba, and members of the B board. I wanted to uh thank you for the opportunity to be able to present tonight in regard to some of the happenings that are happening at High School. And in topic of that, it's just a little bit of a white topic, which I think is going to be pretty valuable for
you. So, with that, uh just real quick, everything's kind of aligned towards our and our obviously our expectations and our visions and I just wanted to make sure and kind of present that slide to you to see that we're in alignment with our educate empower and inspire making sure that we have expectations that are holding to a high standard and then our vision is obviously have lives that live through education collaboration innovation and commitment. Uh our agenda for that kind of covers just a couple of things how that aligns with it how we come up with our process through white top and then obviously to go through some of the data next steps and then obviously some thank yous for it based off of our data. With regard to that, uh just to give you
a little bit of a breakdown in regard to our goals and how those are set up, at the end of every year, as our building leadership team gets together, we have compiled data on a multi-point review and really does break down a lot of the important things that we see within our building both socially, emotionally, behaviorally as well as academically. We go ahead and we go through each of those and once we've broken down that data, we identify particular areas of focus. And you can identify here that we had four points that we were able to go ahead and break down. Um, most of the first two points kind of talk about our leadership capacity. Always want to make sure that we're helping from within. Also making sure that we have a an environment that's
trustworthy. we can build relational trust in regard to making sure that we can have hard conversations if we need to and work towards the goal of what's best for students. Our third and fourth one really kind of focus more towards our academic uh goals talking a little bit about how our PLC's are aligned to make sure that we put a focus on setting up alignment in regard to our state standards and also our district protocols. And then the fourth one is most important in a lot of regards is our tier one focus on improving our instructional strategies so that we can make movement for our students education. Um so with those those were our four goals that we were able to establish and that helped line up towards our next part which happens to be
our white top. Uh we received as many uh the information on our white top. We knew that it was a focus. And so what we ended up doing is in October as an admin team, we were able to go ahead and look at the data and we found areas that we see that were improvements. A lot of the information is in support of coming from Mr. who's a large part of our information that we got from it and we kind of broke down to say that we need to make sure that our building leadership team members in particularly for those content areas science math and English to go ahead and look at the data too because we were able to identify some areas of focus and you'll notice there based on that uh the teams
kind of brainstormed some ideas were able to recognize some things and then from there we were able to go ahead and make some adjustments with our guaranteed viable curriculum make sure that it was aligned to white. Interestingly, we kind of recognized that some of the content that we were covering was actually being covered after the test and so naturally that's not going to help our students in some regard. So, we were able to identify that. Also, through that process, we noticed and we determined that it's just not an English, science, and math concern. This involves our entire school. And so we got our exploratory classes. They got added and they wanted to make sure that they incorporated some of the math skills, critical thinking, and some of the reading that was there as well. So
that was something that we were able to identify within our review. Additionally, we found out that some of the information that we saw on our white top review is that we needed to increase our vocabulary. So we actually increased the vocabulary initiative during our ES time. And it was kind of nice. that with every school or whatever not school but every class that had the best got a little bit of an incentive whether it be some donuts or something like that. So we had students participate in that and then our our departments also embedded some my top questions whether it be during the actual lesson or before or after as part of an incorporation. One other thing that we recognized is that sometimes the formatting alone for the test in regard to how we're doing
instructionally was some of the discrepancies. So, we were able to kind of focus on those a little bit too. Continue with the summary a little bit. Um, we recognized that there were some things that we just needed to increase the rigor on a little bit. We don't have basic math. Algebra one's our standard. And so, we increased the rigor from that standpoint. Students needed to be that's where we're at. That's what we need to meet. And surprisingly, it states there, increased rigor plus focus on instructional strategies is going to have improved growth. And you can recognize very much how much of an important factor that played into it. You'll see here it says typically in the past students have grown in white top on a one year's growth. And what we did is is we
increased the rigor within that and it showed a two years growth for a lot of our general students. And if you would like um you can click on that link there at your will. I did remove all the names so you don't see the names but you can see some of the students. There's one student that had 203 points improvement. Absolutely. And we're talking NP students. So an incredible amount of improvement and that involves again just being highly intentional on instructionally saying no. We're not gonna take no as an answer and just really encouraging our students. So that was something that we also did which I was very um satisfied with be honest with you. I was a little nervous. I knew that was our standard. We had to meet it and I anticipated probably
a little bit of a hiccup but our teachers and our students responded and you can see the results. So with that just a little bit of the data that kind of breaks it down just kind of in summary with this a little bit. Ideally what we want to do is is we want these bars to move to the right. Bars go down on the left bars go up on the right. And this is nth grade comparable data that goes ahead and shows you what they had in 2023 and then compared to what they did in 2024. If you look at math, you can see where we ended up making a drop and obviously our below basic an improvement to our basic. We stayed pretty consistent with our proficient. So we again had some students move
over to that area based on that. And then from below basic to advanced, you can see where we made an improvement there. But ultimately from 23 to 24 8% advanced to now 17% advanced. And then you can look on the state regard on the top there and you can see where we had comparisons within the state and we improved in certain areas and we've still got some areas to focus. Again ideally we want growth to move to the right but you can see in one year's time how we made improvement with that in our nth grade students in math. for 10th grade. You can also go ahead and recognize this. I do apologize. It's a little bit of a discrepancy when you look at the chart because one's showing 45%, the other one's showing 40%,
but the chart shows it's a higher higher um listing, but there is a difference there that you can recognize. So last year in 2023, as opposed to last year's results, we moved our below basic um we dropped that down 5%. We increased it to 30% for our basic our proficient dropped just a little bit but again that's largely because you can see the improvement that we had in our advanced students above and beyond and you can look at the comparisons of what we've had in the state and we've made some improvements there. Still a work in progress with our math but again overall in one year's time we're showing some nice nice growth there. Next is our English. Uh very excited about these results as you can see uh in comparison to where we're at
with the state both 23 and 24 and how we made great improvement there. You can see uh last year or 23 24 I should say 37% were below basic. We move dropped that down to 29%. We dropped our basic from 21% down to 15%. And then you can see that we marketable improvement from proficient to advanced from 30% to 35% and then a whopping 12 to 21%. If you look at some of those comparisons in regard to the state you can see where on that 2425 data we are proficient and basic are the same as what the state is and then we went ahead but from the state regard to our students. So, some great growth there for our ninth graders. 10th graders, again, a lot of the same results. You could see where we
had a considerable drop from a below basic down to from 2023 34% in 2024 down to 26%. And then we had a little bit of a spike up from our basic 21 to 23%. They stayed pretty consistent there. again proficient moving from 26% to 35% and then our advanced stay pretty consistent. We're very comparable again to the state. So again, great growth with our 10th graders in ELA. For science, obviously it's just 10th grade that's taken care of um that's on that. And you can notice again made some great adjustments here. If you look at 23 24 our below basic was 35% it went down to 23% our basic had moved up from 25 to 35% so we made a move basically one area from low basic to basic and then you can see where
our proficient had dropped a little bit from 29 to 23 but that's a good sign because it shows that our went from basically proficient to advanced with an increase to 18% that you can the comparisons within the state and we're very close to those and again I think the powerful piece to this is is just being able to see how much of a marketable improvement we've made in one year. Some of the things that we did as we discussed were those initiatives that we put in place and what our next steps. If you want to keep things going and keep it moving, you don't just grease it once, you keep it greased. And so that's what we're going to do. We're going to continue to do what we've done. We haven't done anything that doesn't
identify and identify in all of our content areas. So, it's just not English, it's just not science, it's just not math that needs focus in that. It was great to go into a PE class and seeing them working on math while they're focused on their PE and that helped in all content areas. So, we made an initiative for our building to make it a priority. I've told I've heard some people say you're teaching to the test and I say to myself when do we not we need to be making sure that we teach to the test not that's a problem we're trying to trick our kids so continue to review white top data by content area to maintain curricular alignment with the summitive assessments so each year we're going to break down our summitive results
that we get from the state let's review that again and let's see some continued areas that we need to focus on and And I think if we do that within our specific content areas and then we communicate that out to our exploratory courses, we're going to continue to see that growth. So it's a building initiative. It's just not a central focus within the content area. Uh continue with the initiative to improve grade level academic vocabulary. That's crucial. I know in science they found some great benefit with that and we're going to continue to do those. Uh we're getting in the process of getting that set up. And then we're going to with questions in the curriculum. It was really important and I think it was vital for our students to be able to understand and
see how it's detailed a little bit within the test. It's worded, how it's communicated and then we put a focus towards those a little bit as well so the students come in a little more prepared. Understanding the format of the assessment is pretty important too. We're able to pull some of that information from um examples within the state that they provide for white top and interestingly we can recog that you might have this particular format reading in science but then the graph is clear over here and to understand that it just doesn't correlate to understand how they work with those and see that formatting is a big part of it. So we were able to do that a little bit continue to express the important of taking the the assessment with an honored effort. One
of the things that we did more from an admin standpoint is is we explained to the students the value of taking the the assessment. You want to improve, you want to get better, you want to have teachers that help you, give us an honest effort on your test and then we can effectively evaluate what we need to do to make it better for you. But if you just go in and say this doesn't mean anything and seven minutes you're done with the first section of the test, you've done us no good. So we've expressed to the students the importance of it and I think they valued that. We also incentivized it. Um, one of the things that's really important is on test day. So then we don't have to try to round you up to
be able to take it on makeup day. And apparently McDonald's breakfast burritos are pretty good in the center. So they were able to go ahead and they showed up and I think we did a nice job of that. And just again like we said, we put the value behind the test. If you want to show your improvement, we got to have an honest effort. And that's all we asked. We didn't expect anything. Just give us your best. Um, like I said, we cons continue to incentivize it to improve on the culture of the school. I think a valuable piece to it is is that we communicate a lot of times. Nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care. And I think that's a valuable piece within our culture a little
bit is is that we let them know that, hey, there's an expectation. We want you to work hard. More importantly, we just don't want you to do it alone. We're here for you. So, I think that's important. And then also kind of a final point, continue to school instructional strategies. We've been working with the ride initiative focused on performance-based assessments and also with regard to some evidence-based grading. We're starting a large part of that. And the ultimate piece that we really focus on is is that we want our students to be in a position to where they're doing the work. First year I came here, I often times said, I don't question our teachers efforts. They are busting their butts. They're working hard. We should be doing all of that. Should be our students. we
should be facilitating that learning and getting our students to be like, "Hey, I thought of this. Here's an idea, getting them to become better critical thinkers." So, we continue with that as well. So, a big part of what we've got is part of that process is is we're going to continue with it. We've seen some great results and we're looking forward to continuing with that. some of our thank yous. Uh it doesn't go without being said that our instructional facilitators are absolutely huge to be able to go ahead and provide the supports and resources and just being able to um help with the initiatives getting properly implemented. They're valuable for us. Um obviously our teachers, it was great. I just wish everybody could have been there to be able to see our teachers say this
isn't just a science issue. This isn't just an ELA issue or a math issue. it's all of ours and what can we do to provide support? We provided a PD opportunity for them to be able to brainstorm ideas and then they just took off and so that was fantastic to be able to see that as part of that PD that we're able to do. Our support staff was there and they bought into it. Okay, we see what's going on. We can help provide support when we're working oneonone with our students or we've got a study hall or a learning lab opportunity for them. We can put the focus So, it truly was a collaborative effort. And then, you know, the last p piece of it is is that I really think that our students played
a valuable piece into it. I really feel like they responded. We gave them some great communication explaining the importance of it and they went ahead and they took um an advantage of also providing food helps. So, with that um we're just really excited about it. Uh do you have any questions at all? Well, it's kudos to our staff and everybody responding. Thank you for that. >> Let the students know that they they're the ones that took the test and they're the ones that getting the engagement from them. >> If they don't do it, it doesn't matter. >> What opportunities are presented if they don't take advantage. So, that's awesome. And great, great new data. >> Yeah. >> Still a work in progress. We're going to continue with it and see how it goes from there
and keep moving the bar the right way. >> Appreciate the next year three years. >> Um, probably just do the same thing with comparables. Yeah, >> it's nice to see the progression. What happened in nth grade actually does happen in 10th grade. I think sometimes the information can get skewed pretty well when you look at just one year because overall the big picture of it is see the growth that they're making and I feel very comfortable with it in regard to I would be highly concerned if it was a very big jump that we need to make it >> I think it would be great if we had an opportunity to get out because you hear things aboutucess. >> Absolutely. I'm open to any ideas that you have for that. This PowerPoint isn't obviously confidential
by any means, but we can definitely share it out as needed. I think that message care about understanding, you know, incentivize and encourage our students to become part of it and they're recepted because I think that we're showing it in the building and it would be for us have mom, dad, and uncle, grandma, grandpa say, "Hey, good luck on the test." So, I think that's so I'll communicate with Jody and I can figure out how I can share this out as best as possible and look forward to the school. That' be great. >> Awesome. Thank you. >> All right. >> Thank you very much. Have a good night. >> You too. So, do we want to do Key Club now? >> No, there's no bad. There's no bad. You're here. >> We haven't yet. So,
>> yeah. Come on up. Let's hear what you guys did. >> Don't tell us everything you did, but tell us. >> Um, Yeah, key leader. It was a super fun time. Uh got to meet a lot of people. I went last year as just a participant, but this year I had the opportunity to go as like a student facilitator. So, it was a bigger challenge for me definitely and a really good learning experience having to like help like teach uh different participants how to like what leadership was. And it was a cool um it was a cool challenge and I don't know it was it was super great. I met a lot of great people and I still a lot of them and I've actually like made plans with some of them and it's was
really cool. Really cool. I liked all the stuff we did. We uh had a lot of activities um a lot of leadership like bonding and teamwork uh exercises. We had a ropes course and we did like obstacles and uh really learn to like be one with each other. And uh having a refresher on all of like leadership skills was also a lot of fun and uh very very good. just myself. Um she went as a participant and she could tell you a little bit about what learning like those leadership meant to her. Um but yeah, for me it was super great and I'm very grateful for this experience. So was a very fun experience. I really I didn't know like how much I'd learned from leadership because I thought I a broad ideication and thought
goes into leadership and giving back to your community and the ropes course from what I've heard and from my own experience was a very fun But apparently he wasn't able to make it tonight. The kids had gray and blue shirts. They wore the gray on Saturday and blue on Sunday and all of the staff had had black. And the reason for that was the Rockies was a very busy place. I've been there a number of times and I've never seen as many people as were there and so that way we could find our kids very easily. Um Kana started doing key leader oh I think about 20 years ago revised the curriculum and our facilitator was from teaches leadership at college in Missouri and it was her first time doing it and she and I
discussed it and There's a few things that we kind of threw the baby out with the bath water that I miss, but it's it's a good curriculum. Uh they have new books. They get a book that they work like a workbook that they work through the entire weekend. Um first time I attended a key and I probably felt That key leader is one of the best things for kids. And I spoke with charge of running the whole thing out of Castle Rock and it cost $22,000 and there were 72 kids, eight facilitators and adults that were there. stay in the dorms at the Rockies. If you've never been there before, it's an amazing place and they have houses there. Like he said, Chris said it cost about $22,000 and they've already faces and they said
you can't come back, you lose that money. So that's a big motivation, but I wish we had more kids there. Since our club is full took a lot of kids out of the picture right there this year. Thank you for letting me take the kids for them to look at themselves. >> Thank you for coming. We really do like these reports especially after you know, when you come and request the funds and all that stuff. That's cool. But we like hearing about you guys. >> You didn't request >> well request permission. You're right. I spoke. >> Foundation pumped a lot of money into this a few years ago. And normally for the kids to go to something like this would be about $250. We wanted the kids to have into it. So they pay $50
to go to this And so they want the kids to have some experience because just one meal is 20 bucks. So it's actually great. This is, you know, it's good leadership. We will add bad leadership is hard to define, but you know it when you see it. So, I'm glad you're learning that. And this is your opportunity to be what we have our staff do. Train the trainers. So, you're the trainers now. So, bring what you learn there and share it with your fellow students. You're that's part of that leadership role. And I applaud you both. So, keep it up. >> I was interested in ask Mr. Um you said the first year you went you went as a participant right and this this year you attended as a facilitator. >> Oh good. So then
you can become the facilitator for the trainers trainers right what but what do you think that you gain from the facilitator experience over what you had gained or what the difference what what difference did you take away >> um well one take away was that it took a lot more training like I couldn't just go and just absorb the knowledge um it took a lot of more effort and understanding and patience A lot of uh the time I used last time last year when I went was just learning and I had to apply those skills and make a conscious effort which was it was so new to me. It was I was like whoa this is this is a lot but I I knew I could do it and I did. Um I had around
eight people and I had to like attend to all of them and like um get to know them personally and was like their triggers and stuff and what they were comfortable with and it was just Yeah, it was it was very cool for sure. >> Science Chris, the guy in charge came out. said, "I want you to think about running for govern." So, Roberts run for that international >> I think it's Dallas. Yes. Governor Except for the bullet. seems very comfortable in front Thank you. Thank you for being here. Thank you so much for sharing. That means a lot. has some food that he could eat. But anyway, it makes the trip interest. All right, we'll go on to board members. you were able to attend Christina and not sure who helped put that together,
but it was quite a saw. Um, we also had professional development for our bus drivers and our custodians. And so, we're meeting that goal of having all of our staff because every role is important. Um, so I'll let Christina talk more about the experience they had. I just It was great. People seemed like they really enjoyed what happened spending some time watching the legislative things that are coming up things. So, one of the things that's not in the education, but that you might want to uh touch base about and I gosh, I forgot to write down um which interim committee is working on it, but the about the library books. Thank you. >> Um at any rate, so you might want to keep an eye on that. Uh the literacy bill, the discipline, and the
teacher bill of rights are some things. And then the state board of education has a meeting on Friday that I'll be attending talking about restructuring accountability, talking about student success plans. There's one other item on there that I right now. So, those will be important. Um, we are working uh diligently or Max is uh working diligently on the club activity review, getting some ideas, seeing how some other places do some things. Um, looking at our policy, but also getting surveys together to get out to the staff who are actually hosting the clubs to get information. We survey out to the students to see where the interests are. Um, but that will be a process. And then an update for the lawsuit is WSBA um filed and I don't know how to say it. I'm sure
Joel will, but it's a friend of the court. That's the layman's terms. >> Okay, thanks for that. I wasn't even going to attempt it. Um, at any rate, that was denied. So, um, they won't be able to participate, but the oral argument is set for November 12th at 1:30 p.m. at the Supreme Court. Those are my quick updates. I know I had an email started, but I thought it's just easier to tell you on Tuesday, so here we are. >> Uh, so the oral argument is November 12th. Yep. November 12th. at 1:30 p.m. >> You know, I didn't not see that. So, um the memo I had was because we were part of that coalition and so I thought I'd pass it on. Oh, one other thing that I forgot to write down to tell
you is December 1st. Please mark your calendar. December 1st, which is a Monday, if you would like to join the our local legislators, we have invited them. The Fremont County Superintendent um wants to host an event, we'll have it on December 1st at 6 o'lock in the evening. We have not yet determined where and we have not yet determined the format, but we will be meeting again uh the first Friday in November to figure that out and then we'll get the specifics out and most of our localis said they would be able to >> Joel. Let's start with you. What do you got for us? >> Nothing. That's a friend of the court as a rule. I'm not surprised he didn't fashion. at least I would take that as any Justice terribly concerned this whole
process. I think that's quite frankly judges. Let's get away. depress anymore. I'm not bothered did not cover anything. That's >> just a couple of quick updates. So on September 25th, we had our title six family nights. Um that went over really well. We had literacy bingo. So we had purchased through funds learning. Um we have our first parent meeting of the year on Thursday. start getting things and then we have a couple of things coming up heritage month celebrating a couple of times. Yeah. Um, I just want to say today was an awesome day. It was a lot of work. Um, I couldn't have done it without my committee. My committee consisted of my secretary, administrative assistant Roman. And then my committee was Amy Day, Amy Frederick, Kimart's has been working since August was our
first meeting and to get all this together. We had over 340 uh people that came to it and so it was packed. We only had a few people that needed to get into sessions that didn't have things in line, but our presenters were unbelievable. I have great feedback. I'm going to share with them. We've already got 400 responses on our feedback and very positive. So that's exciting. There's a few little things we have to continue our first time of this magnitude. So on Friday before we left, Lenise and I sent out over 300 messages to an individual message to every person telling them what sessions they signed up for what they were in. And then we sent all of the signups to every presenter so they would know. So just doing all that was a
lot. But we got it done and went really well. So we're excited. We have two more February 27th and our last will be April 6th. And just from the feedback, it sounds like this has been a really positive experience. We also have a few staff that are going to some conferences, so they'll be expected to come back in as well. So we'll have some new sessions. We'll have sessions that we continue to keep just because they got filled up. And also some people said they can only go to three sessions. So we'll be fairly consistent with a lot of that. It was great. Teachers were amazing across the board. I'm exhausted. So worth it. Well worth it. >> So thank you. stressful. >> It was it was the day QR code wasn't working. I mean
it was just but we got it figured out. We got that handled and they are just my team is so good with just saying okay I'll take care of this. Yep. I got this. So I didn't feel like I had to do it all. They jumped in soly. education. Let's see. Well, is too much for its basic classific. Now it's going to be set at 18. So that adds talk about this top student. So that ratios That means that the same size ratio that ratio Makes it a little bit easier conferences. So this outlier Then is also 182. So it's see how it works. Max is the Mills. President. So the other thing that happened [Music] your image or your name was advertising. And so we do not have I hate to say this but
without their student stand in front of a in front of the radio and mention their school and their team. So they were school districts to advertise instead of just using schools districts. But it is not just child. I'm sure that that's not an issue. many states. local is but don't have guidance. That's right. >> That's college. >> So, the other county That was It's all about. So if you look at our membership issues that I did make it to the watch a different I do. I do. I had so attended I don't remember what day that was. I guess the um talked about the areas of concentration and need to talk to what they're focusing on focus on the hot button ones. Um I did Um I will be going to on the 18th is
the recalibration collaboration meeting just as a followers legislators that might But I got a lot out of that. I have our boat meeting at 6 p.m. watched a lot of football as well. Um I Salt Lake and um watched my grandson get a play for the Wyoming where they held the Olympics that was pretty awesome. I also got to see um outside of that and I'll wish my brother-in-law happy 75th birthday. She's qualified for I feel like I've been kind of following these guys around a little bit. >> WSBA meetings along with PJP was just a really good introduction to the recalibration and getting a lot more understanding of what that actually is and what we need to look for. And I'll also be at the meeting on Saturday and advocacy meeting on Saturday in
Casper that I think will provide a little bit more of being able to talk with our legislators issues that come up. I think that's important for us to know going forward. Um, but I really thought a great job laying out all the details and it was nice that it was online so you could just participate. That was awesome. But the was really great together good process. So I really I'm looking forward to Saturday as well sessions today were great and they were just felt like the teachers that participated attendees also had some great questions and I think I learned just as much the questions as I did presentation. So it was all very inviting us. I think it's good for us to hear what's going on in the district work that our folks are doing.
at the meeting. As long as I do it when I get done, >> there was amazing scary that last quarter. I was unsure what was going to happen. So great collaboration is creating our district and I think you have individuals like you know I have a question now they might know within our district outside that will help build that culture even further. So thank you for that. Sorry. It's because you were gonna talk. It's different face to face. Today's session training sessions went to Dallas. So my hands off the schoolity. There's a lot of questions, a lot of opinions, a lot of answers. >> Yeah. All of the Associates, the firm that was hired, all they can do is just give recommendations. They can't tell. So, at least hear those recommendations at PGP. It sounded very positive that everything that we wanted that we need. Um, so I expect at least that they're tell >> everyone's aware that we're now moving into assembly. So, if you'll log in and if you have issues, let me know and we'll work
through it together. But it seems pretty user friendly. I know a few board members have logged in utiliz And the other thing um I sent you an email in regards to the monument group and then I also printed the copies. They'll be here at the next meeting to discuss and ask questions. So if you will just read through that and kind of have your thoughts prepared for them and if you have questions for them. So there'll be a discussion item on the next agenda. And then for the Wyoming School Board Association meeting in November, just to let you know, Carl, Bruce, Jody, Terry have all been your driver if you want to ride with him. I got letter from the League of Women Voters and they're having a conversation with Mark Gordon on October 23rd from 3 to 4 at 2:30. I'll give this to Jada so she can send out a little email. Um, and there is it's an RSVP deal. So, you're going to go, but I think getting a chance to, you know, I don't know how far and wide this invitation is going. It's coming to me. But, you know, just
being able to have the governor's ears I agree with everything that everyone said about the training today. When I started pulling up to the middle school, I was >> going there were cars everywhere. I had to >> but I mean it was definitely Thank you. everybody on your team and I think we should do it again and I think we should include some other districts and you know make it a deal but anyway that's it was interesting to see just how complex funding is I mean it is And we didn't even touch on all of the stuff that that goes into that and it was still but it's good it's good to know that that it's not it's not a simple number. >> Okay, that's it for me. Um, we have an opportunity for public
