okay eddie's nodding yes yes yeah we just got a screen this meeting is being live streamed all right i'm gonna i may lose you for a moment i'm just gonna text kate and yes okay all right okay 6 23. all right with you with your all your indulgence let's start the meeting i call the meeting to order at 6 23 of the finance subcommittee and tonight's agenda we'll have a an explanation and hopefully a reconciliation on where we stand in our 2122 budget at the end of february 2022. uh president on the committee catherine hodgman teresa al russo i see to my romper room screen john and eddie is there anyone else on board that would like to make their presence known okay at this time i'd like to turn the meeting over to uh

john spang okay and i think gladys is here too ladies good evening ma'am she's muted okay hi i'm here okay all right okay welcome aboard thank you al um so maybe i'll uh ed will just walk us through briefly the summary of the report you want to do that eddie and we'll talk a little bit you're muted or your volume huh no no maybe if you go out and come back in okay yeah i was telling someone the other day we we've gotten so good at zooms and google meets and all that compared to two years ago things like this we know right what to click sometimes it's not a good community yeah and as long as we get the documents early all right well as long as we get them ahead of time it's

much better than trying to do it from a screenshot on only a screenshot yeah i just can't function like that john all right you're just too small me too mine are getting too old now now now please it's only a number terry i'm approaching that number in a few days oh hey here we go he's back now you're muted can you hear me now we can i think what happened was i grabbed the 6 p.m versus the 6 15 but i don't know why i could see you guys it's weird sorry about that i apologize um is it okay if i share my screen so we can go page by page would that make it a lot easier sure i have yes i i would suggest that all the members of the committee if they

have a second screen also bring that uh bring that document up on their second screen so they can see it and actually read the numbers okay i have your i have your uh summary up on screen number two okay and uh eddie before you start theresa uh again for for your notes those in attendance probably it would be a good idea to put in uh the names of the folks that are here yes sir already done sir is my father not only al please okay sorry to interrupt thank you eddie please thank you for giving us please continue well it's okay now i want to make sure you guys get to see uh can you see it now or are you not able to see it no i no i still have um the gallery

i don't see it [Music] here we go [Music] so by any chance is everyone on the committee running a second screen with this document on their own machine no i just have one i only have one computer now well i'm using my phone for the simple video can you imagine that we have more processing power on my handheld telephone we had on apollo when we landed on the moon isn't that cool it's cool i'm amazed no i was also amazed as an amateur radio or ham radio operator i could talk around the world on five watts of power it's not unbelievable and why don't we just see if we can walk through it without it yeah i'm sorry sorry about it yeah okay i had tested it earlier and it was working but um yeah

what's wrong ed you can't you can't share your screen no it's not allowing me to right now give me one second i'll see if i can thanks kevin eddie you run the summary yep first page right after the agenda okay which gives us 2122 with a like the main number and at the bottom above the right paragraph is 100 000. correct yep okay i got it there we go thank you kevin good job can everyone see that no you have to make it larger it went from large or good to small i was this size that's excellent okay thank you kevin no no problem so i'm gonna begin with uh currently we're in the end of february six of our ten month school year has been completed which is about 58 of our year to

date budget so in january when we uh i'm sorry when we did the january reports we understand it was table last month based on the fact we needed to know if it was 137 million we begin the budget with or the 139.5 um this past um last monday we met with the uh city finance director david st hilaire uh the mayor's office myself kevin john and um mike and what we came to a conclusion was that we would uh type up a letter uh requesting those non-lapse reserve funds for 2.4 million dollars at the end of this document that was emailed to everyone you'll see the letter that john sent to the city earlier this week we continue to focus on the following line items and i know al you and i spoke on saturday

on the utilities the transportation the health insurance the claims the overages good thing is with warmer weather like today um we're experiencing less absence from staff and teachers which means less overages um we're also um monitoring the fuel cost propane tank and you'll see in the detail uh summary that the propane is actually in the plus right now based on the warm weather we also met last month with our health insurance claims consultant gallagher just to make sure we're on track we're not seeing any surprises they've assured us as of last month that we're on track nothing has surprised us that we should be aware of alerted but we are meeting with them on a regular basis we'll meet again this month to make sure that there's there aren't any surprises come june 30th another

um piece we were able to discover was that on in the technology line um our cdw is our technology vendor we realized that we had a credit with them during a pandemic um for about 900 million sorry to 900 thousand dollars sorry about that um and what we're doing is we're seeing what lines what technologies we can recode into that technology line because our technology line right now is in the hole um but going um back to summary since moving numerous budget lines into the current encumbrance line in december we have seen that the bottom line budget balance has decreased as you can tell that's why we're down to about 100 000 as of february 28th kevin if you could scroll down a little thank you next sheet is your general fund summary report so

first line is your salaries you see we budgeted 80.8 million dollars we expended as of february 28th 47.8 million dollars we've encumbered 33 million dollars which is the remaining seven to eight pay periods left for the year seven if correct man wrong that also includes the balloon payment that uh teachers will get on june 17th so once that was done um we moved some people from general fund into the lines they should have been put into whether that was esser or alliance so it brought down our balance tremendously because i know last month it was a little higher down to about negative twelve thousand dollars the next line we're looking at is uh it says social security but that's just the system the way it said it really means health insurance that's the line we're

really monitoring and even though we met with a consultant and they're saying we're doing great we're just monitoring that just to see there's no surprises that's why you see that negative number of 1.7 john and i have worked on it and we continue to work on it um just to make sure if it was budgeted correctly for the new year coming july 1st of 2022 fiscal year 23 we've encumbered enough money to make sure that there's no surprises thing is when john and i came here in september um the budget was already done you know say eight to nine months ago and now we're almost 18 months into this budget um so that's why we're not moving too many things because we want to be aware of what we need to look july 1st if

we need to adjust anything based on what happened as of fiscal year 22 which we're currently in um your next line you'll see that's outstanding right now or in the hole if you want to call is your property services that's uh repairs um from facilities building repairs we're monitoring that we're seeing what we can um possibly offset in other funds or if there's any grants that we can use and then when you really go down 140 thousand six hundred sixty four thousand eight hundred ninety one thousand three hundred thirty those are all in the pluses so look what it's telling us is when the budget was created it looks like it it was those four lines were over but uh they over budgeted those lines um the program improvement included sorry about that includes uh

equipment so anything that equipments uh schools may need or anything like that and if they're requesting it now we're making sure we're hitting that line item because we know some of the other line items may not be uh have enough funds so just to give you uh that program improvement line and you see in a 900 almost a 900 000 surplus per se is because of a general fun general equipment line so once you add up that whole balance line as of february 28th we have a surplus of about a hundred thousand dollars um clearly last month if you guys remember we were in the hole about 1.3 million dollars of course a lot of adjustments that were made the health insurance was adjusted of course we are monitoring that and the transportation is another

health insurance and transportation are the two areas we're really looking at right now until the end of the year june 30th your next line is your grant fund summary report um your what we've budgeted is 53 million dollars which includes esther two and three which totals about 36 million dollars and we all know it comes to an end on september 2025. so there's 22 encumbrance uh expended as of february in cumberland there's another 18 million it leaves us a balance of about 12 million dollars but remember that includes esther two and three which are two and three years each kevin if you could scroll down a little thank you excuse me i may before we continue yep that 12.9 uh balance that that will be entered into our 2223 budget yes that is in our

0152223 budget correct in grants and grants i'm sorry that's for our grants not our general fund and the employee benefits the insurance we are we are uh millions 784 thousand minus that's a legitimate concern that we have to reconcile currently is that a project you know the encumbrance can come down a lot lower um you see encumbers right there al is 11.5 million dollars say june 30 have come and we only spent 9.5 of it we'll have 2 million dollars which would you know give us a surplus save about 220 000 in that line so we might have uncovered a little too much and i say we as as the district so thank you you're welcome are there any other questions i'm sorry before i go on okay the next three to four pages will

be the breakdown of the backup basically the backup in details of each account number meaning salaries benefits purchase professional services properties so you'll see and i know there's some out there that um kevin if you could stop right thank you so much um if you look online account number one 51016 see that teacher regular yes so you see the balance is one point six million dollars um a lot of that is due to uh vacancies throughout the district um or you know people taking leaves or whatever it is but that also means if you look up in the supervisor director line or if you're looking teachers special ed line those two lines are under so we don't want to move anything yet because this gives john and i an idea and kevin in in the

cabinet an idea of which lines are really what was budgeted for 22 versus what we've budgeted for 23. ed the supervisor director line uh 51010 i yep a negative of 944 000. how did we do that i mean they they may not be they're they're most likely not hitting the right uh line number so say you know me i'm supervisor director if i'm hitting that line i should be hitting really one of the other grants or anything like that that's what's happening there or noticing not just in that one and a few other ones okay so uh you'll be look taking a look at that for next month to uh yeah we'll we'll continue with that number away correct and the number correct and we're moving things little by little but we're also want to

make sure we don't move everything and balance it out and god forbid on june 1st you know we say oh a speech pathologist should have really been on this line and it's in the other line then it brings that negative number on the other line so to make a long story short our bottom line as you um begin the finance committee meeting tonight is really what we really need to be worried about and making sure that we do balance or go a little above you know we don't go under so ed and ed and john i i think uh what mr russo and the in the committee is asking is i i don't think that i don't think the strategy is clear around why we don't move to correct these lines now and why we

wait to the end of the year so ed i know you were you were starting with talking about um we kind of want to get some experience with a full year under our belt and then make those adjustments for the 22-23 school year so we know fully like what the supervising director line should be without correcting it but can you and johnny just explain it a little bit differently just to make sure everyone understands right and then if you indulge me just a little more uh that 2 million 74 000 number is that a real number and what does that consist of kevin can you help me with that right and so around the supervisor this one right here right this one i'm looking at number i'm looking at a different screen that i can

read five one zero one zero one zero so i i think what i'm hearing from ed is in the 21 22 school year prior to the year starting we budgeted for two million and seventy four thousand dollars and and what we're experiencing it looks it appears that we've under budgeted uh by close to a million dollars and instead of now we have the money in the budget to correct it because you can see it it appears that we're going to have a surplus of 100 000 the way it's uh projected right now but it sounds like ed and john want the remainder of the year to kind of flush out to see exactly what the total expenditures are going to be at the end of the year and then after a year under their belt

they will make the corrections for 22.23 because we'll understand a little bit more clearly what that budget line should be i think that's what i'm hearing yeah another way to look at it is we think some of the people that are in that line and are pushing it over really belong in the teacher line which is down you can see a big balance there but by leaving it the way it is now that tells us we need to drill into that and see who's there and see who doesn't belong or it could be the opposite we may have budgeted someone as a teacher and then they became an administrator or supervisor but we never moved the budget we just um just moved them not the money so we want to see this this lets us

see who who may have changed during the year and and where it's not not the way we thought it was well over a year ago as eddie was saying this plan and these these were the people in place um a year ago december and a lot has changed since then okay so i understand an employee specification may have changed one explanation may have changed during the year and the light can be okay thank you for your patience also god eddie kevin yeah if it's all right now i i just like to add something about the uh bottom line or the the forecast of um a hundred thousand at year end i think um that's what the you know the numbers show us right now but um kind of boots on the ground one of the

things um that's happened that we no one expected or budgeted uh really was the can no one thought covert would continue the way it did when the budget was put in place um no one saw omicron coming um obviously no one expected us to close our schools for two days because our absences were what they were we've had a very difficult time this year finding substitutes filling vacancies and just keeping things going so as a result we we've had more what we call overloads than we expected an overload is if a teacher only has uh five courses uh we asked them to pick up a sixth one um and they get paid uh extra for that um but that's there just weren't people there to bring in um you know just like any other um

employer um we had quite a few people who um either they had i won't say we had a lot that had the virus but people who were contact traced and had to stay home because it had symptoms and it's been tough so you know uh the substitute pool dried up uh we never saw that coming and and uh you know if a teacher had a free period not a not a free uh for a whole course but we'd pay them uh to cover the just cover the class that day as well as uh the substitutes that the few that were out there that were willing to work that we could find and you know we were competing with everybody uh we had to begin to pay up uh for those people so it's been a

struggle uh with attendance this year as a result um we're above budget or we've overspent our budget already and that's probably going to continue for a little while so the answer is to charge some of that expense uh into one of the esser grants it's an allowable expense it's pandemic related um but i uh if things were to end today um we would take as much out of the budget to leave the budget at zero um and the rest would go into the esser grant what that means is um our whole our essa plan needs a revisit anyway uh things have changed but uh there just would i i just can't see anything at all uh being left in the school budget come june 30th because of that thank you john yeah any other questions

ladies and gentlemen you know eddie what else you got for us you guys could uh kevin if you could just share that last page because i know this was part of the uh what we tabled january's uh financial report this is the letter that um john to the mayor's office on um yeah yeah the top part is important um if i may if you remember i was at our september our october meeting we had a from the city the list of reserves that um and what they were for and um there was they really were in two parts the top part was actually 2.443 million and it was in you see where i have there was set aside really into four smaller reserves and the idea in the mayor's budget that we we talked about

and since have corrected was to draw down those reserves to use for our operating needs this year so when the mayor said i recommend 137 million we said we need 139 the agreement was to draw down these reserves when we started the school year we started july we planned to spend 139 that's what you voted for last june your your resolution but um we were somewhat surprised that when the finance director for the city said oh um you know these are one-time things and special situations but we worked that out and what we agreed to do was to draw what you see here the two different columns i'm drawing it down from the from the actual reserves into accounts that are i found to be the most similar now as you know you as a

board has complete control over your operating budget so if something were in a different line where it didn't belong you can switch it but what i did was i did a little narrative there for each of the uh items that um sort of described why we're taken down uh those reserves uh that went over about a week ago and um i think that you know solves that that does solve the problem that we talked about of a cash flow problem uh coming up so i just thought you might want to see how we we matched it uh they were david st hiller was was fine with that approach and so that's what we did thank you yeah thank you for your efforts that was extreme concern to me oh yeah well appreciate you and the

team's patience yeah well i'm glad it came up tonight because um one of the things that eddie and i did to get ready for the ad hoc committee april 11th we went back and watched the city council's ad hoc committee meeting last april and um what strike struck both of us uh was it was a two-hour meeting and it wasn't just the committee it was quite a few of the council members uh asking questions of course the the committee was the only people who voted to move the school budget along but a very large part of the two-hour discussion centered around how to finance the school budget and it involved using one-time reserves whether that was a wise strategy or not whether it was the right year to raise the tax rate and um one

of the things that i found interesting is there was hardly any discussion at all about our particular line items that we had presented and last year you know we asked for 149 million yes there were a few questions on online items but the the bulk of the meeting was on how do we fund our schools uh long term and whether we should be using one-time reserves uh in cliffs and all that so i think it's gonna be it i it has to come up again i think um next month so it was good to get this out in front of us as a committee and you know to get it off the table so it wasn't lingering uh next month too so i don't know edward you you watch we watched it together was that

your yeah same take i think um you know we're we're you know 149 and we're we uh requested 152. um but same thing the needs what we the stanbury public school students need the community needs is the same exact thing yeah you know it was um also striking that some of the uh when we were pressed on things a year ago um many of the issues were trying to finance are the same things um particularly danbury high school uh some of the overcrowding there some of the things we've done um to cover classes and all that it we looked at each other a couple times and said we could have maybe just repeated the the tape this year because um not a lot has changed in terms of our enrollments growing um we you know

there's only so much we can do with the money we have um it was pretty pretty good to watch especially for new folks like myself and eddie get up to speed one question um wasn't the original budget a little bit more i mean the approved budget was 139 but didn't we have um like 142 uh total and you were going to earmark some other monies well yeah excellent point um there was more there is more um there was what was called a carry forward where some of our operating budget the 142 2.2 million was it ed was um we decided to use the sr3 grant for that and and that's what we are using um but those grants don't last forever um and that that was the discussion then and the discussion now was it

but wasn't the finance office saying that we couldn't do that the rollover so there were three uh our budget this year is really three component parts there's the um there's a 137 million that's paid for let's say with city taxes and state aid there's another um 2.2 million that we said we'd pay for with sr3 and then there's there was that 2.4 million you just saw that brings us up to 142 and that's what that's what they were um saying we shouldn't be using we those are for emergencies for one time and and that's the discussion eddie was talking about where we all met and hashed it all out got to a good place okay john i'm i i'm not sure if this is what theresa is referring to but i'm wondering if because we

were at 137 with the 2.4 reserves 139 and then we had a couple of hundred thousand which brought us up to 141 and then that 200 000 and i believe that was maybe 215 000 and that was pre-k or some other program i'm wondering if that's what theresa might be referring to head start head start yeah so when we were at 139 and that 200 000 may have pushed us up to 140 something i'm not sure if that's what she's referring to right last time we met we were told our budget was only 137 when before that we had met it was like 142. right and you brought it up now to 139 and i'm just wondering what happened to the 142 before well the head start money's john that she's referring to that that's

what that's what we left out that that's that's the money is that the 200k is the number i don't think i don't know if the committee is aware of that or not but maybe we should update them on that the head start one because go ahead now because last time we were told we were like 4 million in in the hole and instead of the 2 million and you know counting that up to 142 so we're talking 139 i said well what happened to the other maybe um maybe i could put a short list together and send it around tomorrow morning that shows the different pieces right that's okay my john just my understanding maybe just either further confuse terry and myself or clear things up last month uh the document we tabled we were

like 1.4 in the hole okay and on top of that was the question about uh the reserve money the 2.4 million okay so the 2.4 million has been resolved and it is in this year's budget so that brings this up to 139 whatever and um the 1.37 that we figured we were in the hole has also been reconciled at the moment to bring us to a present present momentary of 100 000 above budget subject to change without notice and we still have many months left am i in a ballpark john yeah and uh some of the work we've done in the last month is we've um took a very uh detailed look at at the general fund the school budget itself who was being paid there what their titles were where they worked that kind

of thing and we found that there were a number of people that should have been paid for in the grants as part of this carry forward along with um just our grant plans so there are a number of changes um that were made in the last couple weeks just to put things where they should have been um i think that's why you're seeing a more favorable look this month because the the accounting is is better and i like it does that describe that exactly i was not describe it or yeah yeah so teresa that this the 141 number that you're mentioning is uh the 2.245 which is that carry forward esser three uh three yeah three i'm sorry sr3 is um it was part of the uh june 8th plan um as john mentioned we

have moved numerous people from the general fund that should have hit that 2.245 number and that's why the number of 141 you're bringing up is that it includes that carry forward i realize you folks have done a lot of changes in the month but i just happen to remember that it was lot more than that 139 number and uh so that's fine that's fine i appreciate the explanation no for for next month we'll make sure we'll we'll i'll add a little line in there a blip or something showing that 2.245 is to carry forward per you know what was adopted last year um and then that's where you're going to see 141 wasn't it um finance saying that we couldn't do that and i guess you resolved that so yeah like not mentioned we we

identify individuals that were in general fund that should have been hitting that 2.245 number which is part of the esser so for example brookfield right we hired x amount of individuals some of them were in general fund versus esser and those individuals needed to move over completely including their last history from july 1st if they started in july 1st so that's what we did in the last few weeks ed and john i and my math might be wrong on this so i think the the 141 number teresa's referring to is 137 100 right the 137 million was the budget the 2.4 was the reserves number that brings us up to the and then the head start monies i'm not i think we're at one or high end of 139 and 200 000 right and then

and then the head start monies brought us up did the head start monies bring us up to the right because that 250 thousand dollars is missing right now i don't know if the media is heard and i and i lost like actually some uh i lost service for a second i don't know if you if we explained the 250 000 that we lost to head starters over since the last time we met when that thing was tabled 250k has been lost from our budget and i don't know if the committee is aware of that it's 214 000 head start thank you thank you and it's included in the 137 150 number so okay we have to make that up i haven't found a way yet for the new year's correct thank you right but that

is now a deficit for us right because okay just to clarify okay any other questions ladies and gentlemen uh you may ask a question please hey welcome aboard i can't see you on my sorry i got here late um uh thank you for the information guys i just want to kind of get a sense from you so is it my understanding then that by the end of the year you know once all of these numbers have sort of sorted themselves out we have a stronger sense of where everything's going to fall you guys are going to move the monies where they're going to go and in preparation for you know next year's budget and making sure everything's lined up where it should be yes absolutely um and i i added it i think if there

were gonna be a favorable balance at the end of the year to return to the city or spend on other things we'd be seeing it by now and and we're not um it was just too much um absenteeism uh because of covet that we had to uh cover so if anything there'll be more spent out of the s or grant it's an allowable expense than we had planned okay and does that have any impact for next year's budget then given that we had certain money set aside for that year i i don't think so because uh the sr-3 grant um there were some positions we just were unable to fill now that that grant goes for three years um and and there's some well for example we we did we're not staying in brookfield for

two years we're getting out so there'll be some capacity there uh that may have to be re repurposed or will be repurposed okay so in terms of the budget then that's gone to um the mayor's office then you still feel confident that we're going to be able to uh yeah well yes but that's a you know that's a 152 million dollar budget and the 149 um last year was we didn't get it so i mean it's for i think it's very important we get all the 152. okay thank you next anyone else don't be bashful i'm not kathryn anything else anything further theresa kate gladys thank you but anything you would like to add ma'am yeah thank you uh mr chairman uh you know i know that i'm i i sort of abide by the

rules i know i'm not on the committee and so i wait until the end of the meeting so the committee members can have their questions i have two questions um sorta explained to me account number five one one one one why is there such a small amount for our interventions how many months do they work per year and how can we move that account up because they work very hard and they work with our elementary students and as we talked about literacy last night i think this account is a very small account so i i need to hear because the last couple of years ago i sit on a committee and we have sought up the amount for the interventionists i will i'll go first i'll go first miss cooper i i believe and i

can check now i believe interventionists are also um budgeted in a different line item under alliance okay okay are they under uh excuse me are they coming under teachers because they are teachers and they only work so many months out of a year i'm not quite sure how many months right so they they should not be i i can tell you that um a lot of them are typically budgeted out of title one okay and then we may have additional ones budgeted out of um alliance but typically every elementary school has a couple of interventionists budgeted at every eligible elementary school which is all of our schools with the exception of ais and now that our middle schools are also eligible um they are also drawing down and from that from those budgeted so i'm

looking in here now to see how much they were allocated this year okay that's why i'm assuming they're not in general operating because they're typically budgeted out of uh title one and perhaps alliance but i'm just confirming alliance and how many uh total i don't have to have the numbers right now how many total uh do we have for all our schools and miss cooper can you ask the next question while i'm looking this up because it's going to take a minute while i'm in the system thank you before i forget it uh the next question i saw i want to talk to you and um i'm very concerned it might not show up on our spreadsheet but as we talked earlier and i think i mentioned it to jen we talked about that five

hundred and thirty thousand dollars for repairs uh you know our school which ones of that 530 000 repairs uh which one is for the board and which one are for the city because i think when you're trying to talk to parents and parents say well uh the elevator at the high school is not working danbury board of ed is not doing anything is it a city repair or a border air repair and i think that needs to be very clear to parents when we're talking to parents about certain things uh that's going on within our schools so that's my question if i could take the first stab at that sure um the 535 000 that were miss cooper was talking about that's a lie a line item in next year's budget uh we've lumped it

in what we call i shouldn't say lumped it's an improvement under facilities um uh when the call when uh miss cooper first mentioned uh one of the projects that looked like it would fall on a as a city project i checked with rich jalbert and uh he agreed it's it should be a city project um and he found another one in there i forgot which one it was so there are two um that could come out of the board's operating budget i think if we were if rich were here he'd say but we need to get it done so uh i think we want to make sure that as we take it out the city is putting it in theirs and that that's a very good discussion to have as we um you know put

our final decisions together okay i truly honest i i truly appreciate uh the answer but again uh when we're talking to parents parents need to understand and i know i don't expect you to go to the budget and say this but somehow it needs to be shown that these are border repairs and these are city repairs okay and that's the only thing how you do it uh you guys have the degrees and the mechanism to do that okay so uh again uh mr russo uh thank you uh for ask let me ask my question because uh i'm very concerned uh about the interventionists and how we're going to make sure because we need to keep those people uh in place and if at any time uh if we can up that number or support them

uh because they are working with our younger kids uh at a very young age and and we and they need that support thank you very much gladys and and your your experience and your tenure is certainly appreciated with this board and thank you for coming tonight thank you uh mr watson did you find the information i did so we have 13 interventionists budgeted um out of title one and so typically that's a grant that used to be in my department which is now in the finance department portfolio but the 13 pretty much indicates that there's one uh for one for every elementary school budget this past year i don't have a number on how many were hired um and i can tell you there certainly were challenges with staffing this year and a lot of

positions there is definitely budgeted so that's that's where they that's where they're budgeted miss cooper they're they're they're in title one i'm entitled one thank you so very much anyone else if not i will take a motion to adjourn catherine motion motion to adjourn i'll second thank you all mr wallston ed john and come all board members who attended and please do you have my thanks for coming tonight thank you thank you very much for your explanations very much appreciated and we will see you all soon all right
