I pledge aliance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. >> Good morning and welcome to the Elms morning news show. I'm your host Sienna. >> And I'm your host Adriana. Today is Friday, December 19th, and we'll be following an A1 day schedule. >> Please stay tuned for a special guest. >> Oh, good. >> Thank you for not saying I'm an administrator. You know, but thank you. I'm a special guest. And it is um the raffle time. And we had advisory, right? We had advisory. >> I tell you what. Um so I'm going to pull for both individual prize and team prize. Drum roll, please. Fabulous. All right. This is individual prize. And we got
Josh. I think that says Josh from the Osprey. You displayed leadership. Helping when not asked. It's so great when people help when they're not asked, isn't it? Right. Out of the goodness and kindness of your heart. Thank you, Josh. All right. And then here is Oh, HERE COME MY BOSSES. >> ALL RIGHT. I'm just pulling for recess. Thank you, Mia Frey. You have WON THE OSPREY AGAIN. YOU HAVE WON Osprey re uh resource. No, recess. Congratulations. Please come see me for your prize. Have a wonderful weekend. >> Come on. Thank you. >> All right, I'm out. Good morning, everybody. Happy Friday. >> This is weird always. >> You got to go on that side. [laughter] >> Mr. Anderson is a creature of habit. So, thank you for your patience this morning. Um, happy Friday. Just
a couple quick um things we want to share. First of all, Mr. Anderson, you were at the choir concert. >> I was. It was great. Everybody did such a nice job. >> I heard that uh some of our staff that was there. Thank you to our staff who volunteered to help. Uh you know, we had some of our um community members that spoke to us. So, well done. Great job. Um we will have actually the opportunity to kind of get a sampling next week for schoolwide on Tuesday. So, uh teachers have what that um schedule will look like. >> Um just another quick reminder, I know Mr. Anderson had sent out um just some feedback to our staff. Um last this past week, I almost said last week, it's only been it's been a long
week. [laughter] Wednesday during advisory, uh we had requests of all advisory groups to complete the survey. Um it was in Google and it really had to do with um just looking at relationship mapping. Um this is something that we need to utilize schoolwide. So I think we're up to about 500ish state. So, if you have your students that have not yet taken it, if you can make sure that they do complete it because um one of our building based committees for student belonging and experience is going to do some further work. Actually, on January 7th, I believe is when we have our next professional growth and collaboration. So, it's really imperative that we get that feedback and sample. Um we did a pre preliminary look yesterday. Um so, there's some work that we want to
be able to be continue and it is written into our school improvement plan which we're going to be sharing with our staff. um coming up at a faculty meeting in January as well. So, if you could help us with that, greatly appreciated. >> Um >> I was going to say there's only two and a half days left. So, >> calm. >> This is my ask is to stay calm the closer and closer we get to break. I know we get more and more excited, but let me tell you, making phone calls this close to break to home is not something I want to do. It's not fun for any of us. >> No. And I know sometimes we've had to have conversations with parents of, well, this is what I was planning on doing for
the holidays. Should I continue? Yeah, >> please don't put us in that position. Um, and you know, don't put your families in that position either. Make good choices. You guys are great students, great kids. We got a great building. Calm and cool and collective is the theme until 11:45 next Tuesday [laughter] on the 23rd. All right, have a wonderful weekend. Stay healthy. Don't share drinks. Don't share food. Wash your hands. A lot of people are getting sick, so we want you to stay healthy for holiday in the break. Have a great weekend everybody. >> Attention Stay True hopefuls. Permission slips are in the cafeteria. See Miss Wonderland with questions. >> The Neptunes will be running a collection for the Connecticut Humane Society. It will run from December 1st until December 19th today. Please bring all
supplies to the Neptune's KA today. Thank you. >> Please stay tuned for Vinnie with the Elm Sunshine Report and Aki weather forecast. >> Good morning and welcome to the Elm's lunchtime report and a weather forecast.
