There is no members of the public here. So we will move into discussion consideration action and that is approve committee final report and recommendations and um I just wondered Natalie I think we're all very familiar with what we're about to approve. Did

006you have any questions? Did you want a couple of minutes to read it? If you did want to review just the recommendation then that begins on page four. Section 4, advisory committee recommendations. >> I recommend that you do read it. >> Yeah. Yeah. I would like to read. >> And so we'll just >> Thank you. >> Should I just read it out loud? >> Sure. >> Yeah, I'll read the recommendation out loud. So this is section four and it's advisory committee recommendations. Based on the information reviewed and considered and the substantial community testimony and input, the advisory committee recommends the following to the district's board of trustees. A. 007the district's budget and financial resources. The advisory advisory committee recommends that the board of trustees declare consider declaring the following sites or portions thereof as surplus upon their closure. Sylvvia Cassell Elementary Horus Cur Adilante 2 Academy currently adilante 2 Academy I won't read the rest of the details there but be the further recommendation the advisory committee further recommends that the governing board not declare surplus all or any portion of the Renaissance at Matson school site including but not limited to the facility facility located at 600 Sinclair Avenue, San Jose, California. California, the former Moxa Youth Center site, and recommends that the district explore alternative uses for that facility. C priority list of use of surplus space and real property. The advisory committee recommends that the board of trustees consider the following priority list of uses

Technology support neighborhood empowerment slash evergreen extension classes slash other alternate education uses. Number four, special education county programs as appropriate. Number five, health and wellness facilities. Number six, sports facilities. C which should be D. So C would need to be corrected to D. Limits of tolerance of use of real of space and real property. The advisory committee recommends that the board of trustees consider the following limits of tolerance when considering the use of district surplus and real property. One, do not sell properties lease only. Two, follow board policy regarding lease options for any surplus property. No long-term leases. Three, no adult industries, liquor sales, cannabis sales, or examples.

Are we ready to move to a vote? Yes, Natalie. >> I have a question. So, under the one that's supposed to be D, the limits of tolerance um number two, the On page five, the follow board policy lease options for any surplus, no long-term leases. Does that apply to um looking at the former Maxa site? >> No, because >> Yeah, it's not surplus, right? >> Yeah, we're saying don't

010make it surplus. >> I just wanted to make sure I >> No, no, thank you. Yeah, it gets tricky in here, but yes, that that was it. >> Okay. Okay, that's that's it. >> Thank you. >> Can we fix the information in seven? We don't need to add a lot to academy. >> That was interesting, huh? Let's see. >> So, it should say the property at 1970 Cinderella Lane, San Jose, California. And then just currently Adelante 2 Academy. You don't have to have the Adelante 2 Academy and Adelante 2 Academy twice before and after. It will keep it consistent with the one. >> Thank you. So there is that correction and then the C to D, the E to D and D to E. So call for the be a motion. >> I move to

011approve the recommendations of this committee. >> I second. >> All right. >> Does anybody have any discussion? You're either in favor or against this motion. >> I'm in favor. >> You should just say any member of the public comment. >> Would any member of the public like to comment and there is no one online? That's what you're saying. The person online on Zoom, you have 10 seconds to raise your hand. 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1. Now for the vote. Do I call individual names or just want to make sure I do it right? >> You can do it either way you like actually. We are all present. Everyone on the committee is present except for Dalia. And so Dalia will not vote. Everybody in favor say I. >> I. >> And

012I. >> Any opposed? >> Anyone opposed? >> She can't vote because >> All right. Okay. Anyone opposed? >> No abstensions. Correct. >> All right. Well, thank you everyone. I believe we >> we are done. Thank you for all your hard work. Your work is done here. >> Thank you. >> All right. Good job. >> Thank you. Thank you everyone. >> All right.
