002lay and this is this fun day I want to also acknowledge that we do have missed friend who does teach the Dual language Vietnamese portion of the day for our TKS but Mr Leia is our home teacher so thank you um this is our first class to start here at TK and painter um without a pandemic interruption there are first class to receive art Dance theme and Athletics lessons all together to start their educational journey and what we have planned is a rich and holistic education for all students to learn beyond the computer and to remember that human connection and relationships are Paramount we're honored by all of you parents and families for coming out from outside of the district and within the district to join our programs here and to engage in our pioneering
003dual language program this year's TK T4 between both classes is the largest T4 TK here at painter what's Round of Applause for that thank you it's also part of our District's effort to have an early implementation for T4 TK so we're starting before the state deadline of 2025. this is also our first TK to be recognized by the state of California for having a Vietnamese dual language immersion program so we are a state recognized program and we want to promote all of the bilingualism and multilingualism happening here at our schools where some families are speaking up to three or four languages this year we also welcome some new technology so as you can see we have one of our touch screens we have touch screens in every class and so we're very happy to continually
