001e e e the Anaheim Union High School District Board of Trustees meeting of February 13 2025 is called in order at 3:33 p.m. the following members are present Ron hosi and Marie Rand Trejo Jessica Guerrero and Brian O'Neal Katherine H Smith is absent uh staff has requested the following amendments to the agenda page 12 and 13 the agenda item 12.15 remove the last sentence under background information item 1215 last sentence under background information okay page 19 of the agenda item 12.29 change item from information to action item page 22 of the agenda item 13.10 change date of the auhsd Black History Month celebration to February 28th that's 28 instead of 24 Mr oal can you repeat the one prior to that yeah page 19 of the agenda item 12.29 change item from information to action item thank you and then that was page 22 after that was 1310 changing the date yes to the 28th exhibit n as in Nancy replace exhibit to show complete resolution that's exhibit n pull out the old and stick in the new and exhibit S as in Sam replace exhibit to update language and expenditures everybody have all that okay do I have motion to adopt the amended agenda so move second motion a second all in favor say I I I opposed 40 public comments do we have any public comments seeing none the Board of Trustees will now hold a Clos session to discuss item 4.1 through 4.6 of the agenda
