001meeting High School District Board of Trustees meeting of January 16th 2025 is called to order 3:30 p.m. the following members are present Catherine Smith V hosi Amry rjo Jessica Guerrero and Brian o staff request of the following amendments to the agenda page five of the agenda page poll item 112 page 5 11.2 slow down 11 page five P item 112 thank you we got that okay okay next page 11 item 12.8 replace the sheet from 23 24 year with the correct year of 2425 and that's sitting there on the DI so that's page 11 you have page 11 there right to your left of your binder oh I'm sorry okay just draw a line through your old one and there's your new one okay let's go now to page 18 replace that page with the one on the DI and is the correct item 12.27 3 that item was corrected okay we up to there all right exhibit G replaces page replace page 17 to correct the format and there's a page 37 in exhibit G to replace the school district name to an School 1 was the first one and then in exhibit G 17 was the first one and page 37 is the second one thank you may you have a motion to adopt the amended agenda second motion is second all in favor say I I opposed public comments close session items is there anyone wishing to address the board this time okay the board of trust Chief will now hold a close session to discuss items 4.1 through 4.7 of the agenda
