001e Board of Trustees meeting of July 18 2024 is called to order at 3:30 p.m. the following members are present Ron hosi Brian O'Neal Katherine H Smith Jessica Guerrero and anarie Randle tro staff has requested the following amendments to the agenda exhibit B replace page one to add the word two and that's on the one two three four fifth whereas do I have a motion to move the balance move the amended agenda second all right all in favor I uh there are no public comments for close session items uh so the Board of Trustees will now hold hold a Clos session to discuss items 61 through 611 on the agenda um there there are two items on the agenda that need to be uh taken care of item three and four so um I apologize
002it's not in what you have so item three is uh election of officers related to replacing uh if the board desires to replace the clerk uh because trusty Pi was for previously the clerk yes I was ready to go on in thank you okay so uh election of officers we have to um make sure that we have uh an appoint a clerk so um any questions on this item or uh nominations I nominate Jessica Guerrero to be Clerk of the board second okay nominations and been seconded questions or comments you accept all right all in favor I I thank you all right uh so now we have to elect an assistant clerk any opening for nominations for assistant clerk I'll I'd like it if possible I'll nominate Kathy Smith okay I'll second that questions or
003comments all in favor for assistant clerk I I I all right and so on item four Board of Trustees appointments to commitments um committee sorry um if we want to look at exhibit a so uh all of Anna Pier's uh commitments need to um be appointed so we could either do one of two things we can go through everything uh and if anyone wants to um be appointed to that they can speak up or we can just uh allow Mr hosi to take over I'd like to make one adjustment okay um Miss piery used to uh be for the city of wer Park on page two the city of wer park is in my voting area I'd like to be able to take her spot instead of Mr ooshi if that's okay with you yes
004it's okay okay I had one gladly I had one change well releas that to you Mr thank you and then I had one uh change as well uh friendly switch for the insurance committee if I may be the member um and then Mr hosi the alternate um I served as and as alternate the past couple months so would love to just finish out the year on the committee I would gladly give my position to you thank you okay so that's the insurance committee yes that means I can't be on it no you're they're just flopping okay thank you thank you assistant to any other adjustments on those committees so for clarification I'm I will continue on even with these legislative uh contacts yeah correct everything where your name Janet n and so forth everything where
