6/13/24 AUHSD Board Meeting: Closed Session (3:30 p.m.)

001e e e the Anaheim Union High School District Board of Trustees meeting of June 13 2024 called to order at 3:30 p.m. the following members are present Brian O'Neal Katherine H Smith Jessica Guerrero and anarie Randall tro staff has requested the following amendments to the agenda replace exhibit a to reflect changes are the changes highlighted or how okay I believe so actually I wanted to ask about that there must be in this yeah in here so I'm sure the I'm sure they are highlighted uh and exhibit e replace Pages 20 and 135 to reflect correct amount do I have a motion to adopt the amended agenda so moved with another question back on the lcap what are the changes on exhibit a on exhibit a the um there were too many changes that they didn't they're just replacing the whole what type of changes were they I think Mr O'Neal that when um that would be an appropriate question for when the um the item comes up we'll have our directors here and they can hopefully answer the question for you okay so there were two many to highlight all right move to approve youed okay all in favor I I all right uh seeing no public comments the Board of Trustees will now hold a closed session to discuss it items 4.1 through 4.8 on the agenda it is now 3:32 and we will move to close session
