8/10 AUHSD Board Meeting: Closed Session (3:30 p.m.)

001the Anaheim Union High School District Board of Trustees meeting of August 10th is called to order at 3 30 PM the following members are present oh district is not here have you heard from Jessica anybody heard from Jessica spoke to her and she I know she's in here okay all right Paul members are present Anna L Percy Catherine H Smith Anne-Marie Randall Trejo and Brian O'Neill staff requested the following amendments to the agenda page two of the agenda poll item six years and at the Ministry state that Jessica Guerrera is here at 3 of 30. going six the Kaiser page two of the agenda item six Commission of Kaiser page two of the agenda item six item six that would be recognition of Kaiser yes okay okay we placed page 19 at the agenda to correct increase amounts on page of 10 26. 10.26 okay that's that one and replace exhibit U to correct ASB cache balances okay so you say about you okay do we have a motion to adopt the budget as amended second you have a motion a second all in favor say aye aye opposed that's five zero so any public comments seeing none the Board of Trustees will now hold a closed session to discuss items 4.1 through 4.6 on the agenda it is now 331
