7/20 AUHSD Board Meeting: Closed Session (3:45 p.m.)

001Board of Trustees meeting of July 20th 2023 is called order at 3 45 PM the following members are present uh Catherine H Smith Jessica Guerrero Anna Piercy and Marie renders Trejo and Brian O'Neill staff has requested that the following moments to the agenda be made exhibit o replace page three to change a word from case to care okay that's all the changes is the word case to Care on page three and exhibit o exhibit W replace page 12. to change dollar amounts all set they have a motion to adopt the amended agenda second second motion and second all in favor say aye aye opposed 5-0 public comments anybody wishing to speak nobody from the public is here to speak uh the Board of Trustees will now hold a closed session discuss items 4.1 through 4.12 on the agenda and it is now 3 46. and we'll move to closed session
